So this is our “learning about play-off football” loss.
Now our rookie head coach and DC and our other young guys are getting another lesson.
We’ll learn from this and come back strong to start a new streak.

I truthfully didn’t think we would win out but it’s still disappointing to see how this game is going. Even with factoring in the injuries, we aren’t playing well.
on the replay you could see the ball fluttering. It’s like it flipped in his hand during the throwing motion. Once or twice a year that is going to happen I guess. You just hope it falls harmlessly , as Peyton said, “yeah i throw a dead duck every once in a while.”
to f-ing funny. the def has given up 24 points, basically every drive given up points but it is cause the qb imploding. we to pay attention to the real problems.

Didn’t see much praise for the D. They are attacking us right up the middle where we are uber-weak at LB. If anything was smart of them not to try and run but go right for the throat on what all of us saw as our most vulnerable point. Hat off to Harbaugh for that.

Of course Tim, but you are missing the point. Starting 1-4 means we HAVE to win a ton of games at the end of the year even after going on a six game win streak. If we start 2-3 or 3-2 then there is more of a margin for error.
i think the season is lost, not just this game. but i dont get looking for improvement from one player over the whole other side of the ball. i can handle the qb playing how he is, if the def can just do something it would be nice is all i am saying

Jelani has been hurt and he probably hasn’t played great but he is our best coverage LB. We should find a guy next draft who is as capable if we keep jelani or if we dobt
