Someone posted about a Dolphin aftergame party hosted by those 2 hot chicks at a bar in Baltimore.
I think if I was Phelon, I would have had to go to that after that game. Fuck the danger! It would have been worth it.
Tua in the 4th qtr reminded me so much of his 2018 come from behind win over Georgia to win national championship … and started the “Tua Lore” that in turn started the ‘tank for Tua’ … AND, consequently, has set him up for the Love/Hate over analysis of every time he touches the ball.
Yesterday he showed that he is STILL that guy. McDaniels post game comments were an example of why his QBs have their best seasons under his coaching. McDaniels has created a locker room where they don’t give shit what the ‘talking heads’ on t.v. and social media say. Tua is being “allowed” to lead. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt to have Hill 10 yards past the last defender LOL.
^
Before starting work… one more comment:
The biggest development over the last two seasons (starting with Waddle and then the overhaul of the rest of WR core) is …
SEPARATION
2020 I believe our WR/TE group had the lowest separation in the league. I don’t have access but would love to see where they rank now after these first two games….
100%
Hell yeah!
Watching highlights kind of felt like watching porn this morning
This is one of my favorite plays yesterday
Waddle is so good
Great block by Ingold waaaaay downfield!
Yeah it was a great block
What is going on with #32 on that play faked out of his shoes
Big time!
His game winning catch was also great
Thats attacking the 🏈
Hey Schad
Let me fix this for you:
Tua entered this season with the lowest separation rate for receivers in the league,
the worst OL,
one of the worst run games,
and a defensive coach for HC
who was trying to use 3 offensive play callers at once.
And he still won 6 in a row and swept New England.
Not sure I want to give Flo any credit,
maybe the credit should go to Grier for putting this roster together,
but
ever since the complete tear down,
they have populated this roster with guys who play with heart.
This is the team that turned it around from disaster last year and won 7 in a row.
This is a team that needs 4 TDs in the 4th Quarter against an MVP on the road to win,
and they can do it.
The best part about yesterday?
The Miami Dolphins to win at M&T Bank Stadium for the first time ever.
Tua sucks
Flying Pig:
To your point above …
Waddle is so fast that a guy 3 feet away can’t even touch him.
He put a tiny head twitch fake on the guy and the DB’s reaction was equally tiny,
like he froze for .000001 seconds but that was too long and
boom, Waddle was by him.
He’s crazy fast
Are any of you guys homers on your Fantasy team?
Good for you if so!
Me. Had TUa, Waddle, Mostert, Sanders, and Miami D
I wish the D would have done better for you!
I know.
I know this seems preposterous,
and I know I said it also after week 1,
but
Miami didn’t even play that well.
!!!
Who thinks we’ll be giving up 103-yard Kickoff returns? like ever again this season?
Who thinks X drops another Pick 6, after he is the leader in INTs for his whole career?
Who thinks we get zero sacks in a whole game very often?
How many times will we be giving up 79-yard QB sneaks?
(F’ you Josh Allen, don’t even … )
Christian Wilkins was our leading tackler. Where were the linebackers?
55 and 52 went missing!!!
LOL @ FU Josh Allen.
The cheats used to win like that all the time SB against Atlanta is an example, play like shit for about 3 quarters, then wake up and everything is rosie
Other games they maybe wouldn’t come all the way back, but down 20+ pts, when they’d get in that comeback mode, the opponent would be terrified and make stupid mistakes
Dallas back in 70s and 80s did the same thing, as do other teams now
I want to be one of those teams capable of a big comeback anytime we get behind
In all of this Hill’s greatest hits I’m so glad Waddle has been right there with him
Game 1 started out all Hill before Waddle finally made an impact before the half
Game 2 started out with Waddle…
1 WR can be stopped, trying to stop these 2 is an entirely other animal
The Dolphins defense held Baltimore’s rushing attack to -1 yards in the fourth quarter and did not give up a single third down conversion as the Ravens went 0-for-4.
Regarding that article Krishna posted earlier. I am not worried about the production of a #3 WR in Wilson when you have Hill, Waddle, Gesicki and a slew of receiving RB’s.
Teams will start to game plan for all that and things will open up for Wilson. I expect #’s to be the same for our #3, 4 and 5 WR’s in the game.
Agree
We only have to worry about Wilson’s numbers, if Hill and Waddle are getting contained, then maybe our 4th and 5th WRs into that too, so that instead of worrying about Wilson just link them all together
If Hill/Waddle are contained, WRs 3-5 as a unit need to get it done and we have guys that can
Regardless, Josh Boyer and his crew will need to be much better when Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills come to town next Sunday if they hope to add another notch in the win column.
Nothing passes me off like this type of statement. These same pricks said the same thing after the cheats game
You play the game in front of you, sometimes you need 1 unit to step up at winning time, sometimes you need all 3
If you can make plays, when it counts most, then the rest of it us just stats
No team is playing like Buffalo did week 1 every week
^
If our big 3 is Tua, 🐆 & 🐧
Then our role players are Gesicki, Mostert and Edmunds
And those guys came up big time yesterday when we needed them
Edmunds didn’t do much all game, then in the final drove he has that huge run to set up the go ahead TD
2 + 🐆 + 🐧
Was glad Mostert was our RB to open the game, he seems like the better runner, able to slip a tackle inside and get more precious yards on early downs
Nothing against Edmonds as he does other things well, just like Mostert to set the tone
As a unit I love what both bring, they compliment each other very nicely
I suspect we will see them sub in and out as starters
why yes, yes I do!
I guess aqua and white must just look good on everybody.
Only 7 undefeated teams this year after week 2. (maybe 6 if Buff loses tonight. Fingers crossed)
I don’t what Buffalo coming to Miami after a loss.
it will be fun to have two undefeated teams next week in a game that means something
I just realized that Buffalo goes on the road to Miami on a short week after MNF
That’s usually not a successful combo: on the road is a short week
I mentioned it yesterday during the game, when we were getting our lunch handed to us, as a positive at a bleak moment
That is a pretty elite stat right there.
Those 4 TDs were yesterday – see below
Only thing missing from those stats, to paint the entire picture, is first downs, but even a stat hater can see the accomplishment/improvement
If they look anything like that next Monday, we can throw out the 1st down stat request, and anyone, that doesn’t think Tua is our franchise QB, can go…
This is pretty amazing
We need to start getting some 1st and 2nd down TDs…..lol
@schadjoe
Tua Tagovailoa entered this season with 5 completions of 40 yards or longer, 1 for TD in 23 games played.

Hey Schad
Let me fix this for you:

the worst OL,
one of the worst run games,
and a defensive coach for HC
who was trying to use 3 offensive play callers at once.
And he still won 6 in a row and swept New England.
Separation by receivers went from none at all, to DBs needing a passport to catch up
Since 1950
only Mahomes and Tua passed for more than 450 yards
in a game
@ 24 years old.
Dan Marino played in 1 game with 500+ passing yards versus the Jets on October 23, 1988. Sorry, must respect the man.
Forgive me, I love Tua, told you all before the game, he was going to have his best game yet.
I don’t think this is a “blown coverage”
I think the safety underestimate the speed
That one is not a blown coverage, just an elite WR blowing by the defender.
Oh, and Tua let’s that ball rip BEFORE Hill is past the defender.
Blown coverage or not I could care less
No one was down playing the bomb to Diggs, when Jalen Ramsey got beat last week
Every QB is going to have some opportunities to make big plays with open receivers deep, those that can do it regularly are the great QBs
Exactly – good QBs take advantage of opportunities they have
This play last night was just Fn crazy.
LMAO, 20.8 seconds?! wow
ok
They said Little played great. I even forgot he was in the game
Seems our OL may be able to withstand what Buffalo has taken advantage of against our O, which has caused the lopsided scores
Do we need him now? LOL JK
We do have some injury concerns on the OL, but guys have stepped up so…
Funny how players at all positions seem to be player better, when the team is winning
In a week 3 game against AZ about 10 years ago Tannehill and Hartline put up some big numbers, but it didn’t translate to the rest of the season
These numbers won’t either, but they won’t have to as opponent fear will be enough
hmmm
not wanting to compare
because it’s a team sport and all but
4Q TD % – #235
4Q comp % – #152
4Q 1st down % #182
4Q passer rating #216
4Q net yds / plat – #218
4Q sack avoid % – #198
(Chris Simms)
He was the original Chad Pennington game manager with a better arm
You can win with him, but not because of him
I’d take Pennington over Simms every single time.
Chad was heroic in the face of repeated shoulder injuries.
Simms is a cry baby.
In years past we’ve seen the Colonblows, Austin Jacksons, Iggys, getting torched
Can’t think of anyone this year, although I read an article last night saying Roberts is best in the league at 3rd/4th and 1, but horrible otherwise and was yesterday
Linebacker is definitely our weak link.
We need to be scouting for a 1st round draft pick at ILB or MLB.
So you assume Tindall isn’t the answer?
MM seems to not want the rookies thrown into the fire yet unless he has to, my guess would be we start to see them week 5 jets, although Kohou has played out of necessity
Tindal was sick for this game.
I agree that we will see more of him as the season progresses,
but we need a clear upgrade to 52.
We need a blue chip guy.
a Micah Parsons level player
unsung hero award to Durham Smythe for scooping up that terrible kickoff and returning it 18 yards to give us good field position.
We’ll forgive him for the whiff block on the sack, because in the end it didn’t matter
What matters most is we don’t have to play close to the perfect game to win
hoo boy did he ever miss that block.
threw himself on the ground trying,
but if you’re arriving that late for the block,
at least fall down in front of the rusher to the inside,
so he has farther to run and a worse angle on the sack.
oh well, a cliche bang bang play against a premier pass rusher.
Eich threw a very nice block on the second level DB on the Waddle TD.
Here’s hoping Buffalo goes into overtime of a smashmouth type game.
Peter King – “Saturday night, Marriott Hotel, suburban Baltimore. Last Dolphins team meeting before facing the Ravens. “I want to see us respond when we don’t have the lead,” Miami coach Mike McDaniel said. “This is the National Football League. It happens. And believe me, fellas, there’s nothing as good as silencing a crowd on the road when the clock hits zero.”
Sunday afternoon, halftime, M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore. Ravens 28, Dolphins 7. A pall over the locker room. McDaniel told his players to forget the scoreboard and just play, and whatever happens, happens, and he had faith in them to play great in the second half. Afterward, he told me he was concerned with what he saw in his players as major adversity struck. “I thought our guys were defeated, and I understood why,” McDaniel told me. “They had high hopes for the game, and it wasn’t starting out that way.”
Then the “F-it” play happened.
This is a family website, and so McDaniel will have to leave a small bit to the imagination here. But the big play of Miami’s ridiculous comeback, honestly, was called the “F— it” play.
Midway through the fourth quarter, Miami was still down 14, and sputtering, Tua Tagovailoa going incomplete-incomplete, with the clock under eight minutes now, with a third-and-10 at the Baltimore 48-yard line.
“So we had a play ready, in case things weren’t going right, or in case there were various frustrations,” McDaniel said, an hour after the game, just outside the team bus waiting to take the team to the airport. “We installed that play with the expletives, that the quarterbacks knew as the “F— it” play. Tua loved the play. If we really needed to make something happen, that was the play we’d call.”
Well, f—. What the quarterback wants, the quarterback gets…especially when the quarterback is in the midst of the biggest hot streak of his young NFL life.”
MM seems to have all the answers so far, but it’s not by accident
He knew the players needed a pick me up, so he gave them the speech of a lifetime at the half, he was also well prepared by having a break glass in case of an emergency play
MM risked the game in the first half, with 4th down attempts, that could’ve deflated us, as Flores had done against Buffalo, which helped create the blowout
Not only did this win give Tua confidence it also gave MM some
With this new confidence, that MM has, if he had it before yesterday, would he still make those risky 4th down calls in our own end?
Risk vs Reward, without getting those 1st downs do we still win the game?
Does this new confidence make MM a little more conservative?
Hill said he wanted to get drunk on YAC before the game. Like Waddle did last week.
Good job!
Jevon was also surprisingly quiet in this game,
which I think was a focus of the Harbaugh game plan,
although I think it was Holland
that did get that hit that concussed Duvernay
New Stars of the game each week is important, otherwise you have Lebron, Wade and Bosh kind of top heavy teams, where if the star has an off night you like by 20
We don’t need to have everyone at their best to win, that says something about the talent on this team
The rest – “At halftime,” McDaniel said to me, “I was focused on guys finishing the game the right way and to our standard. I wasn’t thinking about anything but let’s score on our next possession.”
Finally, early in the fourth quarter, some luck: the Ravens went for it up 35-21 with nine minutes to go, fourth-and-one at the Miami 40-. Two former Patriots, Elandon Roberts and Trey Flowers, stoned Lamar Jackson on a run, and Miami got it back at its 41-yard line.
On third-and-10, McDaniel decided to go for it. F— it. What did they have to lose? The design: Three receivers left, Hill alone on the right, hoping Hill could get two steps on the corner. The cornerback, as it turned out, was an old pro, Marcus Peters. “We had talked the night before at the quarterback meeting,” McDaniel said. “Tua knew he liked the opportunity there. He goes, ‘Yeah, third-and-12, third-and-long, I really like the F-it play.’”
Why? Because who wouldn’t like Hill singled (with sort of passive safety help late, as it turned out) against any corner?
“In practice,” McDaniel said, “we didn’t really execute it well. But give credit to Tua: He didn’t blink.”
Interesting fourth quarter for the Dolphins — duh, of course it would be, scoring 28 on a good team on the road. But there was another reason: The football world wondered if Tagovailoa would be cool connecting with a speed receiver deep downfield. On that play, Tagovailoa threw it 46 yards beyond the line of scrimmage — “air yards,” in modern football lingo — and that would be a trend in this quarter. For the first three quarters, Tagovailoa averaged 5.6 air yards per attempt, per Next Gen Stats. Fourth quarter: 11.1 yards.
Tua wasn’t done. Hill wasn’t done. Next series: third-and-six at the Miami 40-yard line. Were the Ravens feeling the heat of being on the field so much, running so much? Could this be a case of load management catching up with Baltimore, while the Dolphins, after practicing in the oppressive south Florida heat, still had something left? Again, an interesting perspective from Next Gen Stats: Baltimore’s DBs ran a total of 6,131 yards in this game. That’s the most yards any secondary has run in a game since the start of the 2021 season.
And on this play, with Hill singled on the left side against rookie cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis, he blew past Armour-Davis, who looked like he thought he should have safety help. But no safety help was coming. “I knew there was a potential there that they’d go zero [zero coverage, or blitzing and leaving the receivers all singled], so I wasn’t totally surprised because the corner was playing flat-footed, thinking his rush was going to get home.”
Nope. The 60-yard TD to Hill tied it at 35. From there, Baltimore went ahead on a 51-yard field goal from Justin Tucker, and Miami took over at its 32- with 2:12 to go. Who would be surprised that the Dolphins would finish a 547-yard day with a Tua-to-Jaylen Waddle seven-yard TD with 14 seconds left?
“Typically in the NFL, you have to learn hard lessons the bad way,” McDaniel said. “I was proud they were able to learn a lesson of mental fortitude in a game where it got out of hand super quickly. Just play the four quarters and figure it out later.”
But this game was bigger than just that lesson. The outside noise in 2022 football is impossible to ignore, and Tagovailoa has been benched, booed, and questioned in his 29 months in Miami. He had to listen to the Deshaun Watson rumors last year, knowing his coach wanted to take a shot on Watson. Then he had to get used to a new coach who stressed with him over and over that he was the future. And now, after the first two weeks of this season, after going to 4-0 against New England and strafing Baltimore with a six-touchdown game, maybe the world (and Tua himself) will finally believe the quarterback of the future in Miami is the quarterback of the present.
“What’d you say to Tua after the game?” I said to McDaniel.
“I said, ‘The weight should be lifted off your shoulders, man. All you did was do exactly what we talked about. Hopefully at least for a week you can shut up all the people that you’re trying not to listen to.’ I’m hoping Sundays feel different to him now. You need kind of a shock and awe moment for that to happen.”
Throwing four touchdown passes against the Baltimore Ravens in 13 minutes…if that’s not shock and awe, what is? The Tua Era is here.
I was hoping the combination of speed, playing in the heat would give us an advantage last week, who knew it would happen in Baltimore
Great read. Thanks, Phel
For that video above on the first Tyreek touchdown, I think that safety was suckered into the deep crossing route that Waddle was doing in front of him. Looks like Tua looked Waddle’s way at first and it froze that safety for a moment. Textbook looking the safety off. CB thought he had deep support from the safety. Whoops.
That’s all it takes with the kind of team speed we have. Just a second and it’s all over.
Saw the same thing
You gotta love Coach M!
The fuck-it play!!!!!
That kinda stuff inspires teams.
Those that can’t play, coach, but some were born to coach, that’s MM
Kept hearing let’s get an HC, that has coached before or won in the playoffs
I didn’t want a retread proven loser, I wanted an innovative self starter with a clue
Take the jackoff Brown’s coach for example, when asked why he didn’t instruct his rb to get down after picking up the 1st down, since jets had no TOs left and clock under 2 minutes to go?
Moron had no clue what the situation was said, we need to do a better job with that
How can an NFL HC not know 2 minutes left no TOs left means game over?
Maybe he needs someone to play Mr Roger’s with him
Ok boys and girls, if you have a 40 second clock and 3 plays, how many seconds would you have at a minimum?
wow Trey Lance out for the year with a broken ankle.
Did not realize it was that serious.
Wow, didn’t realize this
Tua is a 4th qtr guy for sure!
Thank you, Rock.
I guess my cut and paste failed
way up above.
I lost the good part.
You guys were probably wondering why the hell I posted the following with no context.
hmmm
not wanting to compare
because it’s a team sport and all but
4Q TD % – #235
4Q comp % – #152
4Q 1st down % – #182
4Q passer rating – #216
4Q net yds / play – #218
4Q sack avoid % – #198
(Chris Simms)
my bad
Those are just stats, but they’re starting to form into different meanings, big difference, when you win
Bottles for the Jags had these kind of 4th qtr numbers too, but his were, because he was in blowout loses, the next year, when the games were close he sucked
You could say Tua still needs to beat the Bills, but I don’t think so, he’s arrived
If we do beat the Bills Sunday the national media should start comparing Burrow and Herbert’s winning percentage with Tua’s, as if his is the high standard
I wish we wouldn’t have gotten behind so far in the game!
I really liked the way we ran the ball on the first couple of series!
Raheem Mostert
CAR-11
YDS-51
AVG-4.6
LONG-11
WE were going to have well over 100 yards on the ground! 🙂
Yes, but this game was necessary for Tua
I like the way Mostert runs, seems to be hard to hit, so after contact he’s always getting the extra yard or 3
His vision is excellent, it allows him to avoid straight on head to head contact
hahahaha, that was so much fun. What a game!
Good stuff!
Nice
Not only position-less, but it created a mismatch
In addition you have Ingold pancaking, in a mismatch, a DB
How many years have we waited for a coach that understands how to scheme an offense? McDaniel deserves more credit then he’s getting. It’s really early, but how can you not be optimistic?
He’s got the players too, what he’s doing is working, pushing all the right buttons, but very easily things could’ve turned south without the 4th down plays going in our favor
I also want to see some adjustments on his risk factor
Hopefully he’s not going for it on 4th and 1 at our 40 against the jets in first half
PS game 3 blowout vs the Eagles, wasn’t just a PS game, it was a precursor to what kind of an O we have
Skylar might be a great NFL QB some day, but he doesn’t get the numbers he got in last year’s O and probably isn’t on the 53
MM has put together a great O
On the 4th down play inside our side of the field I said it was Tanner, but that was Ingold taking the snap and picking it up
Ravens vs cheats week 3, might have to root for cheats again
Has anyone else notice that no matter what kind of pirouette, jump, spin, his feet are always pointed forward when he lands.
Hill that is
It’s like dropping a cat, that will always land on its feet
Wait isn’t a cheetah…😝
ohhh niiiiice
whew
Look out, now.
Something is building here.
Building it is….. we still ain’t going 17-0 though. There will be different days. Maybe even next Monday.
I guarantee you we won’t lose next Monday
One thing you dont want to do with young teams is give them the confidence, that they can beat you
Our young team is now dangerous
Pretty sure we won’t lose next Monday either.
Waddle said Tagovailoa offered a commanding message in the huddle with the game’s final seconds ticking off the clock.
“He told us, ‘It’s either us or them right now,'” Waddle said. “That got me going, man.”
That’s my quarterback 🥲
That’s the fest game right?
hmm
That was BS, why was Latimore thrown out of that game?
Should’ve just been Evans
Evans came off the bench and ran all the way across the field to knock Lattimore down.
Lattimore was already in the game and on the field.
Tua as a right handed QB video from yesterday
Snapcount numbers from the PBP. Seems if we are playing catch-up Gesicki is thrown out there more… which makes sense.
—————————
“Among the notable numbers for the Dolphins’ snap count at Baltimore, tight end Mike Gesicki had 44 snaps (62%), most among tight ends, followed by Durham Smythe’s 35 snaps (49%) and Tanner Conner (one snap; was listed at wide receiver). Tight ends Cethan Carter (concussion protocol) and Hunter Long (illness) were inactive.
Running backs Raheem Mostert (39 snaps) and Chase Edmonds (36) were about equal in snaps while full back Alec Ingold had 25 snaps (35%).
Defensively, safety Jevon Holland and linebacker Jerome Baker were the only ones to play all 59 snaps. Cornerback Xavien Howard played 52 snaps (88%) while cornerbacks Nik Needham (26 snaps, 44%), Kader Kohou (25 snaps, 42%) and Keion Crossen (20, 34%) all got a good amount of playing time.”
Howie’s List
Dolphins vs Bills
🦬 38-27 🐬
Good on him!!!!!!
https://twitter.com/_kader___/status/1571905432058298368?s=20&t=jqbE5f94sKcdlqe1Skd0Dg
Maybe throwing a pick isn’t so bad?
(It is don’t listen to me)
Yesterday he had 2 tds after picks
Throwing picks is part of the game, a young QB like Tua can’t be obsessed with throwing them to the point where he’s afraid to throw deep or tight window intermediate passes
His 2nd int was a bad decision, must’ve not seen the S over the top, those are the ones he needs to avoid
Howie’s List
Dolphins vs Bills
🦬 38-27 🐬
🦍 34-31 🐬
Now that we know Tua can play, MM has the season in his hands, he needs to gameplan and play call, to put the team in a position to win each week
13-21 154 1 td
Looks like game manager Garo Polo didn’t have to do too much
189 team rushing
We’ll be winning games this way too
That’s how you win by having a better roster, with coaches devising a game plan to win easy and a high probability win
Seattle looked really, really bad yesterday, made me wonder how they beat Denver.
By Denver trying a 64 yard FG
That is an example of a rookie HC with no balls
Makes me appreciate McDaniel so much more.
It’s pretty obvious now why McDaniel is such a little guy. If he was any bigger there wouldn’t be enough blood for both his enormous cajones and the rest of his body so…evolution and stuff 🤣
Ken, it might be an example of a rookie HC, that thinks he’s outsmarted everyone else, but too stupid to realize the joke is on him
I mean win a friggin game before you get too cute with off the wall strategy
That stat on Kohou is impressive and he’s an UDFA rookie!
And some lutz said he didn’t play well yesterday
Future Pro-bowler Kader Kohou? COULD BE!
I don’t like those kinds of recognitions, just means we have to pay him more
Let’s hope Howard doesn’t start talking to him
The Dolphins won without a single draft pick in uniform.
This just makes the Kohou thing even better.
Still want to criticize Grier?
Ok to bring draftees along slowly, if you can afford to, think we may think about playing Tindall this week though
Sherfield and Cracraft have afforded us the ability to sit EZ and watch for a while
And Cowturd is still a douche bag!
When he is talking about still being small I think he is talking about himself. It’s called transference
As I said yesterday the Tua haters can suck my fat ass
One busted coverage easy TD to Hill, and that is all the haters who can’t get off their own opinion can see. Nevermind that Tua shredded them the whole 4th quarter
I made the mistake of listening to his bs and now I am boiling, wanting to start a twitter profile so I can call him an asshole. WHAT A FUCKING ASSHOLE!
I didn’t exactly call him an asshole but….
The new Tua Hater dynamic — only way to hit on him is to say the team is really good. I’ll take it.
Yeah, he loves Tyreek, he loves McDaniel, he loves Waddle, he loves Wilson, he loves the running backs but Tua is still small, still not athletic and still has a week arm…….
Fuck Cowturd and his BS
Tua is only good at throwing to wide open receivers. Doesn’t that mean we have wide open receivers?
I’m enjoying it while it lasts
Doesn’t count, they were wide open receivers, D was playing soft with a lead, and don’t let his 3rd down numbers fool you either
10-1 in the last 11 games guys. Keep this thing rolling!
Tua can’t throw deep
(Tua throws deep)
Tua can’t throw deep to triple covered receivers
(You lose, next?)
You want a fast start to a season, let your rookie, non rbs sit a while
Maybe MM went to school on what Flores did the last 3 years
But, but but THE DOLPHINS SUCK! THEY ARE MIRED IN MEDIOCRITY!
Over their last 37 games played, the Bills and Chiefs are the only AFC teams with more wins than the Dolphins.
That’s it.
Not really sure about how I feel about the schedule makers giving us a tough schedule to open the last 4 years
On 1 hand it allows you to play the shittier teams, once you’ve hit your stride, on the other like this year, might rather wait to play bills
We might be getting Cin at right time
I love it we got the Pats in the heat and the Bills in the heat and now we have confidence that we can win on the road against a good team
I just hope we aren’t over-confident for the Bills game.
We’re 4.5 point underdogs at home and in the heat. And the last Bills games have been brutal. Don’t see how they could be over-confidant.
Do they even read that?
Ppl can get over-confident after “miracle” comebacks.
however
I think this team is stronger than that,
and this coach will guard against it, too.
Another example of excellent coaching is how we are handling the practice squad elevations vs. the inactive list.
We brought up a guy off the PS who then makes a TD catch.
SI.com says
The two players who were active but didn’t play were quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and tackle Larnel Coleman. Coleman was one of two players who were elevated from the practice squad Saturday, but he wasn’t needed because Terron Armstead was able to play all 71 offensive snaps after being listed as questionable on the final injury report of the week.
‘On the day, Tagovailoa attempted five passes of 20-or-more air yards and hit four of them for three touchdowns and 155 yards. On throws of 10-or-more air yards, Tagovailoa was 13-of-18 for 315 yards and four touchdowns.’

Tagovailoa was under duress on just 9 of 53 drop backs
lol
Players without animal-themed nicknames accounted for 192 total yards and two touchdowns on Sunday.
And how smart was it to stash Cracraft on the PS while protecting Ezukanma on the 53?
EZ would’ve gotten poached as a 4th round pick, especially after his preseason success.
Cracraft is viewed as a slow journeyman who barely has any stats in 4 years.
But McDaniel knew him from SF and knew how he could use him.
Stephen A.sshole Smith – NO TUA DID NOT SILENCE DOUBTERS! Baltimore’s Defense is the worst in the NFL. They are a disgrace!
What ever you bag of dicks.
Here it is !!!!
The Titans have elevated Josh Gordon for the Bills game.
Hope he goes off!!
Respect
Tua came into the game with 4,700 passing yards. He got 10% of his career total just yesterday. BUYAH!
Ingold clocks a guy.
Yeah that was impressive.
He was also crucial on that big Waddle YAC early in the game
And was our go to on 4th and 1
Why was Tua’s right wrist plays band flopping open most of the game? Maybe they should invest in better velcro.
The game yesterday will be with us forever. And to do it against the Ravens in their building who have kicked our ass for years made it more sweet.
lol, my keys to the game the night before gameday. I only had two.
Don’t get down big early
Don’t lose the turnover battle
Dolphins don’t care about any of that nonsense
LOL
NFL network replays that you get with NFL+ is straight trash.
The functionality sucks, but even worse, I’m watching the complete game replay, and they cut off about 5 minutes of gameplay from near the end of the 3rd into the 4th, smh.
Here’s a more positive take
When Dolfans here it…
That was awesome!
Eisen drank the Homeraide. 🙂
It does seem like our playbook is huge doesnt it?
I thought it was just bc it’s née and our playbook last year seemed like TECMO Bowl play selection
But it seems like we have a big playbook
just think how good it’ll be when everybody gets all the plays down smoothly.
We still have guys missing assignments due to lack of reps.
Meaning it’s the first time they’ve ever run the play in live action.
Lol
That would be like telling them to memorize the dictionary, doesn’t work like that
There’s a route tree and run language for basic plays, every play eligible for each game is discussed in the week’s practice
We elevated Craycraft the 1st two weeks. I think that means we can only elevate him one more time or we have to put him on the 53 the 4th time.
If he comes up, who goes down?
maybe Ced goes on short term IR?
Good question, no idea what we’ll do, it could go a number of ways.
Howie’s List

Coach says Tua was absolutely disgusted with himself after one of the interceptions yesterday. He praised his QB for the ability to take the coaching and move on from that and respond the way he did.

Coach on how quickly you turn the page after a big win: You give the night of the game and then today you wake up and you go into coach your guys on the previous game with the view and scope of moving forward.

Coach says the 192 yards and 2 TDs from players not named Tyreek and Jaylen on Sunday is vital. Defenses are too good in this league for you to only have one or two guys. Says we have a bunch of play makers here.
Tyreek caught five passes for 142 yards and 2 TDs in the final 9:11. Thats a mighty fine nine minutes.
If Tua doesn’t work out for us we should go all in on Chad Powers
Chad Powers rocks! That was awesome.

If he comes up, who goes down?
It’s one of the new rules. No one has to go back down.
There is a limit with how many times (3) a player can be called up from the PS to the game day roster before having to be on the 53 man for a period of time. Cracraft is already at 2. So if we do that again, someone else has to be released.
They still say Tannehill played WR in college…
And his pocket presence is that of a girl scout
Hate those short passes when you need 20 yards
It’s Tannehill back there he probably converted all of 2 3rd and 10+ yards the entire time he played for us
Same here, glad we don’t run that shit anymore.
