Chris Grier, Mike McDaniel, the scouting department, and the rest of the analysts and consultants absolutely have to nail both their Free Agency signings, which by the way, begin Monday March 10th, and then also hit on several picks in the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft, which begins April 24th. You can probably say that every year, but this season may very well be the last for Grier and McDaniel if this team doesn’t make the playoffs, or potentially even if they do make the playoffs and get wiped off the field in embarrassing fashion in their playoff appearance. Aside from that, we haven’t built a roster, we have so many roster spots that need to be filled, much more than usual, and that’s partly due to Grier signing a whole lot of 1 year contracts last season which have expired. I estimate we will be turning over nearly 30 roster spots, that’s an awful lot.
If you look at the photo for this article, it shows the Top 10 players available in 2025 NFL Free Agency. Yes, that’s our very own S Jevon Holland. Jevon Holland was our 2nd RD pick (#36) in 2021. He had a great rookie season, showed all the promise in the world. 2 INT’s, 2.5 sacks, 7 QB hits, really showing his ability as a blitzer. He had another very good season in year two, 2 more INT’s to add to his 2 INT’s in his rookie season, but made 96 tackles (77 solo). He suffered injuries to both knees in 2023, and that really limited his production as he missed 5 games, but played through the injury late in thew season after missing 4 games in a row. His play ineffectual though due to the injuries. Last season started with a bang with his play in Game 1 against Jacksonville with a game saving forced fumble strip near the at the 2 yard line after a 10 yard run which was either likely going to result in a TD for JAX late in the 3rd QTR with the Jaguars already leading in the game 17-7. That was a game changing play, and the Dolphins did manage to win this one as K Jason Sanders finished the comeback win as time expired with a thrilling 20-17 victory in a game the Dolphins did not play well in at all. Later in the season Holland broke his hand and although he played through pain in 15 games, his production just wasn’t there. Still, Holland just turned 25, and the young talented Free Agent Safety is going to net himself a huge contract. Incidentally, it won’t be us, because we just don’t have the money, and we need at least 3 safeties with only S Patrick McMorris on the roster.
OK, so on to Free Agency we go, so let’s look at some players the Dolphins can use, but also fit into their restricted cap space. I say restricted because currently we have only $12.1M available. It’s certainly possible another restructure or two happen before Monday, namely QB Tua Tagovailoa or WR Tyreek Hill or DB Jalen Ramsey, but I pray they don’t for it will tie them to the Dolphins beyond this season when we need to be responsible and have these players earn the right to be here in 2026. That being said, here are the players I think we need to look at and their positions . . .
OG Brandon Scherff – 6’5 315 – 34 YO – Estimated Market Value Annually $6.7M
Scherff is a 2015 1st RD Pick (#5), but an important fact is that he has played all 17 games throughout his entire 3 year contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He might not be an All Pro OG at the moment, but he’s lightyears better than what we’ve had, and is an excellent pass protector.
OT/OG Mekhi Becton 6’7 363 – 26YO – Estimated Market Value Annually $10.2M
Becton resurrected his career last season playing RG for the Philadelphia Eagles. He obviously played for the rival NYJ at OT with mixed results, mostly unimpressive ones though. He did, however, play very well inside on that massive O-line in Philly. He would be a more expensive option because of his age, and there could be concern with a shorter QB (Tua Tagovailoa) seeing over him, but last I looked, Eagles QB Jalen Hurts is the same height, so . . .
OG Patrick Mekari 6’4 305 – 27 YO – Estimated Market Value Annually $10.3M
Mekari played in a lot of games for the Baltimore Ravens, but last season was the guard’s first full season of starting every game, all 17. He also has played both tackle spots giving him l;ots of versatility for the Dolphins. While his market value is on the high side, keep in mind this is a must hit for the Dolphins who simply can’t whiff on whomever they bring in at either OG spot.
S Jeremy Chinn 6’3 220 – 27 YO – Estimated Market Value Annually $6.1M
I have Chinn here because we need 2 starting safeties, and we can’t spend $10M + on both, or maybe even either of them. Chinn would clearly be the SS as he’s almost LB sized for a safety. He’s a very good tackler, not much of a ballhawk. He only has 3 career INT’s and averaged about 5 pass breakups a season. We had former Bills Safety Jordan Poyer in that role and he proved he was clearly on the wrong side of 30 and was abysmal for our defense last season. Having a sure tackling safety in the mix could only help us.
S Justin Reid 6’1 207 – 28 YO – Estimated Market Value Annually $15.5M
One expensive option is former KC Chiefs S Justin Reid. He fits in nicely as the FS for us. Very productive S with 10 career INT’s and a reliable, durable player who has played a lot of games for KC, and might I add, games in cold weather. While Jevon Holland may have more upside potentially, Reid is much more of a safer bet, and if we’re going to spend money, I’d rather invest in the safe bet than get burned giving the big money to Holland.
CB Kristian Fulton 5’11 197 – 26 YO – Estimated Market Value Annually $3.4M
Fulton would be a less expensive CB option, but one who started more games in ’24 than his more expensive teammate Asante Samuel. Fulton was drafted in the 2nd RD (#61) of the 2020 NFL Draft. He’s a 4 year starter who has missed a handful of games here and there. Nothing screams out we need this guy except that he’s a 4 year starter, he’s young, and we need corners!
CB Darius Slay 6’0 190 – 34 YO – Estimated Market Value Annually $13M
Darius Slay is coming off one of his best seasons at CB, at the ripe age of 33. After signing an older CB last season in Kendall Fuller, I have my reservations about signing one 5 years older than Fuller, especially at such a physically demanding position like CB, where after 30, your speed and acceleration tend to really slow down. He did as I said have a great season last year, so he apparently had enough left last season to play well, but at his potential asking price, we absolutely cannot afford to be wrong on this one!
CB Charvarius Ward 6’1 196 – 29 YO – Estimated Market Value $15.3M
Ward is a very productive starting CB who has a lot of starting game action under his belt. His best NFL season was in 2023 where he has 23 pass breakups (That’s a ton!), 5 INT’s with one TD return, 1 forced fumble and 72 tackles (56 solo). I’m not quite sure we can afford him, and while I’m on the topic of affordability, D.J. Reed, former NYJ CB will priced similarly. If we wanted younger talent, Byron Murphy is only 27, but he will be way out of our price range so out of the question.
__________________________________________________________________________________
Assuming Grier and Company are responsible and don’t squander any future cap space by restructuring bad contracts like Tua’s or Hill’s, to recoup some much needed cap space, it’s going to be a tough slog watching all these players snapped up who have much more available cap space, but that’s where we’re at. There are other positions of need as well, such as DT, and inside LB. I would hope we will be drafting those positions, but more than likely, regardless of whether we draft at those positions, we’ll be active in RD 2 of Free Agency which follows the draft, when the lesser expensive veteran talent is expelled after new talent is acquired in the draft. That’s how we handled it last season and I have o reason not to expect a repeat. Still unsure of whether DT/DE Calais Campbell will return and of course at what cost. He was a very inexpensive solution last season that we just can’t count on. As I’ve said in the past, we got extremely lucky with Campbell, that he was still around, that he accepted a low salary, and that his production was off the charts for a 38 year old defensive lineman.
While I’m pretty confident we won’t be heavily involved in the Jevon Holland sweepstakes, and I think it might be best for the team that we aren’t, I’m very curious as to what happens with him, and how he performs elsewhere after likely getting a tremendous pay raise in a huge free agency contract. Will he be healthy and play more like the rookie sensation, or will he always be dealing with injuries or just not really live up to the potential he showed early on? If this team is going to have success this season, it’s going to take a monumental job by Grier and staff. I just can’t stress that enough. The “Bully Bills” are still at the top, and the Patriots have a ton of cap room and a full complement of draft picks too. They have 9 picks, #4, #38, two third round picks, #69 and #77, #105 in RD 4, # in RD 5, and then two 7th RD picks, #22 and #240. The Patriots currently have the most cap space in the NFL. If the Jets can lock down a good starting QB, one that’s not 42 years old, they can be a tough get as well next season. I know oddsmakers probably have us ahead of both of those teams, but I’m not so sure about that. Grier is going to have a be a sniper and hit the greater majority of his targets in 2025.
GO DOLPHINS!!!

Dre Greenlaw is headed to Denver. The former San Francisco 49ers linebacker struck a 3-year, $35 million deal to join the Broncos on Monday, according to the NFL Network.
OG Patrick Mekari signed a 3YR/$37M deal with the Jags. Too rich for us dammit! Brandon Scherff and Mekhi Becton still available though
I’m all in on Scherff
but it would be funny to sign another former Jet who didn’t work out like Becton
You can’t tell me it’s our limited cap space. We started the day with 22.4 mil.
The Panthers started the day with 27 mil.
The Panthers are inking S Tre’von Moehrig, CB Jaycee Horn, DT Tershawn Wharton, DT Bobby Brown, DE Patrick Jones and another CB.
Piggy – funny as in Tua’s hurt, Wilson comes in, and Becton allows his guy to blow past him and light up Wilson?
not if Becton has a crush on Zach’s mom he doesn’t
Gotta unwind, BBM be back tomorrow.
Probably to find out we signed OG Doogie Skittles who was on someone’s practice squad last year.
don’t underestimate Doogie!
WTF? I thought it had to be a joke!
And it is sadly.
And now they sign a turnstile and of course someone with a season ending injury. Way to help out the OL.
There we go.

Daniels can also play center.
Miami also added Bears free agent Larry Borom, who has been primarily a tackle but can also play guard. The Dolphins are expected to give him work at both positions, with backup tackle likely his main role. Daniels, considered one of the top guards in this free agent class, received a three-year, $24 million deal from Miami, according to a source. Pro Football Focus rated him the No. 35 free agent overall in this class.

We sighed two OL and everyone went to bed. 😂
I wonder how much we have left and whether we can sign more OL
HEY! Well what do ya know?! We signed my guy James Daniels!
M13: +1!
Now you’re going to hear Dolphins draftniks saying that they had Daniels listed as one of their guys to get in FA, if like 4 of their top-5 guys were already off the board. SMMFH
Daniels was my #1 target as an O-Lineman. Well done, Phins!

LG? To be determined on Draft day, IMO. And I hope we re-sign Isaiah Wynn.
people are reporting that both the Dolphins and 49ers have similar offers to Joey Bosa
not sure I understand this one if it’s true
would rather spend that $ elsewhere
he may not cost that much as he’s been pretty injury riddled the last four seasons. I cannot see him passing up the opportunity to play with his brother if the offers are similar.
cost that much- relatively speaking
USA Today, Sports
Chris Bumbaca:
‘Eagles GM Howie Roseman (and the man cutting the checks, Jeffrey Lurie) know the value of the curve and rewarding players early in their deals to create future flexibility – and, say, keep a Super Bowl window open that much wider and longer.’
___________
I agree.
I like James Daniels, but he’s coming off of an achilles injury. We’re looking to sign Joey Bosa so we can have an army of injured pass rushers. Clearly we’re restricted by the cap, and I’m happy that we haven’t yet gone to Tua’s contract or Tyreek’s contract to restructure. I hope they stay away from doing that, but this is what you’re going to get. Zach Wilson as your backup QB, and James Daniels as your potential starting OG if he’s OK coming back from a brutal injury. We saw our own Jaelan Phillips come back pretty well from his achilles tear, and Daniels injury was earlier in the season, so that’s good. James Daniels is a better player than any of OG’s that we had playing last season, so if he’s healthy, that’s a win.
Omar Kelly on twitter – “No risk, no reward! You want to pay a healthy OG $16M?”
YES!!! YES I do as a matter of fact! We’re supposed to just accept that our GM fucked the cap, and the team, and cheer for the misfits and injury riddled scraps we sign. Go get Joey Bosa, no risk , no reward, high upside! Yeah, and then he comes here and plays parts of 4 games, and then Omar chides us for complaining about that. It’s getting ridiculous

Former Lions third-round pick Ifeatu Melifonwu reached agreement on a one-year $4 million contract with the Miami Dolphins. Deal negotiated by Sean Stellato of Stellato Sports.

Ifeatu Melifonwu – [UNDERRATED] Ultimate 2023 Highlights 🔥ᴴᴰ – YouTube
Well the Tyler Warren fans should be happy.
Those 2 signings open the draft up to take him now IMHO
I remember wanting his brother Obi Melifonwu for S here a few years before Ifeatu began his career. Both big boys, his brother Obi is 6’4 230, Ifeatu is 6’3 210. He hasn’t really been a starter in Detroit starting only 14 games in 4 seasons (3 starts last season), but he might get his chance here.
Glad we didn’t give Holland $15M per. He may end up being great with the Giants, but he wasn’t getting it done here.
I don’t think Melifonwu is a starter
I still think we are targeting safety in the draft
Post Wilson signing, I like who we have gotten so far.
DT Javon Hargave reportedly close to signing with Vikings
I was thinking OG Will Fries but he got paid.
Will Fries heads to the Minnesota Vikings on a five-year, $88 million deal. The Dolphins still could have done a deal like that and kept the 2025 money low.
The Ifeatu Melifonwu being only a 1yr deal means we still have a serious void at safety.
DT Jonathan Allen joins Vikings on 3-year, $60M deal
Vikings really loading up
We have another NFC East swap. The New York Giants reached a three-year, $19.5 million deal with former Dallas Cowboys defensive end Chauncey Golston on Monday night
The Cowboys made a second free agency move on Monday night. They struck a one-year, $4.75 million deal with offensive lineman Robert Jones formerly of the Dolphins.
Minnesota and cornerback Byron Murphy have agreed to a three-year, $66 million contract.
49ers releasing Kyle Juszczyk
OG James Daniels contract only has a 4.2 million cap hit this year. The Cowboys are paying OG Robert Jones 4.7 this year.
Not a bad deal for the Dolphins.
Daniels cap hit in 2026 and 2027 is 9.8 million with no void years, still a good deal.
Looks like we may be resigning OLB Quentin Bell and Safety Elijah Campbell.
Can’t confirm but their names are popping up on Spotrac for 2025 now.
Texans will be going OL in the draft. They traded away their 2nd best OL after trading Tunsil.
Texans get: S CJ Gardner-Johnson, 2026 sixth-round pick
Eagles get: G Kenyon Green, 2026 fifth-round pick
CJ Stroud got sacked 58 times last season, which was the second-most in the NFL, and the Texans have now traded away Green and Tunsil, who were arguably their two best linemen.
M13, Dammit, and on the cheap!!!
S Richie Grant is signing a one-year, $1.5 million deal with 49er’s that includes, $200,000 guaranteed, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported.
TE Zach Ertz officially re-signed with the Commanders
Are we the only team that isn’t willing to pay guards decent money?
Yep, we go after the good ones who are broken. I wonder how close he is to playing. Week 4 injury puts him about 6 months post injury. Training Camp will be 9-10 months post injury.
I’m watching people on the NLFN rip Kirk Cousins. Yet, the guy threw for 3500 yards and 18 TDs last year. So much for throwing for a lot of yards. It means nothing.
Cousins is laughing all the way to the bank.
BBM,
No doubt about that. Cousins has worked the system to perfection. I just think it’s telling that a guy can throw for 3500 yards, and he’s universally lambasted for his performance last year. Even “bad” QB play can get you 3500 yards. It’s crazy.
So true
BBM,
You’ve talked about a lot of guys but do you have someone in mind you hope we take at #13? Or, are you more of a play the draft guy and see how it goes?
I was hoping OL Will Campbell would fall to us at #13. That is the guy I hope we get especially now that we have a RG (hoping he is good for TC).
I think we need to hit on a plug and play LG within the first 2 picks. We don’t have that guy on the roster.
No trade downs, we need to nail LG, DT and Safety in the first 3 picks.
The first 2 rounds, I like to target a guy then see how it goes the rest of the way.
Wilson’s and Daniels contracts are hitting the books on Spotrac showing we have 13 million in cap with contracts pending on S Ifeatu Melifonwu, OL Larry Borom, OLB Quentin Bell and S Elijah Campbell.
That’s a minimum of 8-9 million, so we are sitting around 7 million in cap space right now, if not less. That is because we are over 51 players and we start subtracting the bottom cap hits which is 840K per player for the next 8 contracts to hit.
So when those next 4 contracts hit the books, about 3.3 mill of it won’t count toward the top 51.
Expect some more restructures though.
Daniel Jones headed to Indianapolis
BBM,
I think that’s a solid plan. I’m not as concerned about Safety, but it’s definitely a position of need. I’m more mindful of how injuries will impact us. If we have a guy or two go down along the OL as usual, we have nobody to step in. I’d like to see us build a little depth along the trenches before I spread out.
We have so many needs, it will be hard for Grier to pick somebody we don’t need…so that’s inspiring.
Yeah, even with the James Daniels signing, I am still double downing on OL in the draft no later than top of the 5th.
Still, with Grier, they seem to want to get cute and trade up for a player who doesn’t pan out (Eich and Hunter Long).
Piggy, you said S Ifeatu Melifonwu is not a starter but I think that is exactly what the Dolphins brought him in for, to start at safety.
The Kansas City Chiefs have a new starting cornerback. Per ESPN, the Chiefs are signing former Chargers cornerback Kristian Fulton to a two-year, $20 million contract with $15 million guaranteed.
Chiefs are at about -17 million in cap still and they keep signing good players.
There it is.
Dolphins re-sign defensive back/special teamer Elijah Campbell at a cost of just $1.9 million on a one-year deal.
That should put his actual cap hit (top 51) at around 1.1 million.
When thinking about the OL, I have to keep reminding myself that we did poach LT/LG Braeden Daniels end of last year. I think he is promising as well.
The Houston Texans have agreed to a one-year, $4.25 million contract with veteran guard Laken Tomlinson that has a maximum value of $5 million, NFL Network reports.
The Carolina Panthers announced on Tuesday that they are releasing running back Miles Sanders.
Best OG’s still available:
Best DT’s still available:
Best CB’s available:
Best Safeties available:
S Will Harris have agreed to terms with Washington on a two-year, $8 million deal that’s worth up to $10 million, NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo reported.

NEWS: Quarterback Skylar Thompson is currently the QB1 on the Pittsburgh #Steelers roster.
Thompson had a 3.9 QBR last season.
LOL
I wish Holland would have gotten a bigger contract. That factors into the comp pick formula.
Patrick McMorris was playing well down the stretch last year so he’s definitely in the mix at safety.
We know Elijah Campbell has been solid on ST’s also.
I will say that Zack Wilson is an upgrade over Thompson and Mike White.
Ryder says there are things to like about Wilson’s tape and a lot you want to forget. Says he is actually a good fit for the Dolphins scheme. He’s not happy about the signing as he thinks the Dolphins could have done better there at 6 million.
Says he might do a breakdown on him the next couple of days.

I guess Melifonwu has some injury history also.
DL Mario Edwards is resigning with the Texans on a two-year, $9.5 million deal
Report: 49ers releasing DE Leonard Floyd
Rumors are it is between Steelers and Giants for Aaron Rodgers.
I’m seriously STOKED about the James Daniels signing! Once our running game comes back online, our opponents will no longer be able to play 2 deep Safeties against us. Thus, our passing game will become what is was in ’22 and ’23.
And as BBM had mentioned, we’ve also got Braeden Daniels in the fold… he’s a great system fit as well. If the season started today, we’re already better on the O-Line than we were last season… and we’ve just begun!
Wait until we land a Guard in the Draft on either day 1 or day 2. Things are looking up!
Anyone notice when searching for Dolphins news there are so many stupid sites and tweeters that post absolute nonsense?
Yes, avoiding that and just watching the FA trackers.
We needed to get BIGGER on the O-Line, especially in man-to-man sits. Daniels and Borom both go about 330 pound each.
Now we need to find another starting Guard who fits our ZBS, and who is BIG as well… no less than 320 pounds, IMO.
Aireontae Ersery, Donovan Jackson, and Jonah Savaiinaea would fit the bill… if that’s the new blueprint for our O-Line players, so as to replicate the Eagles’ O-Line blueprint (minus Center).
And Kelvin Banks.
With pretty much assuming Will Campbell (who also fits the bill) is off the board when we select @ R1P13.
@flasportsbuzz
Fins down to about $10 M in cap space, by my calculations. They can instantly create $19 M by restructuring Tua (notable that they haven’t yet gone that direction, which would add $5 M to his cap hits over 4 years later in decade) and restructuring others.
Ryder may do a breakdown on OL Borom also. Said he is TERRIBLE in pass pro as a OT. He had played some OG so Ryder is going to check him out.
They say Quentin Bell resigned for 1.5 mill so his actual cap hit to the top 51 will be around 700k.
He was one I thought we could bring in.
RB Darrynton Evans has agreed to a deal with the Bills, his agency Priority Sports announced.
Achane and Wright will be the tandem. I could see us drafting a RB in the late rounds and maybe a couple of UDFAs. Wouldn’t be surprised if we added a vet back to complete though.
That’s funny
CB Mike Hughes returning to Falcons
Hughes has spent the past two seasons in Atlanta, and will soon be signed for three more in an $18 million deal
Pretty much a make or break year for Cam Smith. First he has to be durable and then he has to up his game. He does flash but he’s inconsistent.
Absolutely and regardless. But if the Draft began today, I think we’d take CB Will Johnson if he’s still there @ R1P13.
Maybe we bring back Will Fuller on the hella cheap???
Sorry, KENDALL Fuller on the hella cheap???
Fuller would have to be a league minimum with no signing bonus. lol
No way they bring him back as I think they would have tried restructuring him before releasing him.
He is already costing us 5.4 million in dead cap this year.
Then that ship has sailed.
Scanning all the winner/loser articles, surprisingly the Dolphins didn’t make any loser lists.
Aside from Tua, who has Coach McDaniel really brought the best out of in terms of a QB? He failed Teddy Bridgewater (one of the worst seasons of his career), Skylar Thompson, Tim Boyle, Tyler Huntley, and Mike White. Now he thinks he can fix Zach Wilson?
Sorry, but I don’t see that working out very well. Should have signed Marcus Mariota, IMO.
So as FA dictates the Draft, I think Dillon Gabriel just went WAY up on the Phins’ draft board.
And for whatever it may be worth, I believe Gabriel falls to day 3 of the Draft.
Those other QBs weren’t any good. We all know the deal with Zach Wilson but he’s more talented than all of the guys you mentioned.
We shall see… WE SHALL SEE
And according to Pro Football Reference, he didn’t take a live snap once last season.
In other words, Zach Wilson has been out of football for over a year.

I was just looking at FA QB’s still available and their market value:
Marcus Mariota – 4.2 mil
Trey Lance – 2 mil
Jameis Winston – 6 mil
Mac Jones – 5.4 mil
Mason Rudolph – 3.8 mil
Joe Flacco – 3.2 mil
I would have taken any of the above over Zach Wilson.
And why? When the inevitable injury occurs to Tua, we need a savvy vet to take the helm. Zach Wilson ain’t the one!

M13, I think Sean Paton kind of saved Zach Wilson from the turmoil of NYC. QBs that failed with the Jets off the top of my head; Geno Smith, Sam Darnold, Teddy Bridgewater, Zach Wilson, Mike White, Tim Boyle and wait for it… Aaron Rodgers. 😂
It’s said that Zack Wilson was never taught to read defenses in college or when he got to the Jets with a rookie HC and rookie OC.
He didn’t really start learning that part of the game until he got to Denver under Sean Payton.
we are signing safety Ashtyn Davis now
I was a fan of his when he came out of Cal a few years ago
but I’m. It sure he’s been very good for the jests
that said, at a minimum it’s depth
he played in all but 5 games over the last 3 years
not sure how many he started
175 career tackles
8 career ints
4 career forced fumbles
I remember from the draft, he was a track star at Cal, so he’s got some wheels
We’ve got some competition at safety.
also signed WR Nick Westbrook-Inhine usually somewhere about 30 catches 400 yards per year
almost as much catches as letters in his name….
here are his 2024 highlights
I spared you Tannehill 2022 highlights…lol
not sure if I have to point out the obvious – but this is a much different type of receiver than Waddle or Hill

Have we signed anyone since Melifonwu?

this is a better way to bring in rookies – without pressure to start right away
Really? Did we REALLY need to sign Nick Westbrook-Ikhine? He’s only going to serve as a progress-stopper for Malik Washington.
2 years, $6.49M deal? SMH
It’s not even that the contract is bad, it’s that we could have spent that $$$ elsewhere as Malik Washington continues to emerge.
We already have to feed ‘Reek, Da’ Penguin, Jonnu Smith, and Achane as a pseudo-WR… why did we do this?
probably for that bigger bodied WR
Maybe so…
so if we are pencilling starters/contributors in after these signings
we have one OG slot filled, 2 safeties, a bigger WR and our backup QB
which kind of leaves me with:
OG, TE, CB, DE, LB and NT to focus on
can we fill one more of those spots. NT or OG would be ideal
DT!
never mind, I see what you did there
I broke it down to NT and DE
Low contract also
Nick Westbrook-Ikhine agreeing to terms on a two-year, $6.5 million deal that includes $3.2 million in guaranteed money
He is a RZ threat and ST, plays on the D side of ST’s
Davis’ deal has a base value of $2.5 million, with incentives that can take it to $3 million
No matter how I try to shake it, I feel we’re going to be wheeling and dealing on Draft day to get specific targets that fit our team. I predict at least one trade down and one trade up.
I would love it
but I think it’s hard to make happen
I traded down 1 spot, picked up a 3rd, then traded it and a 4th back into the 3rd to take Watts
