Hulk back. Hulk angry once again. I mean Hulk always angry especially at new job that makes it hard for Hulk to write as much as he would like. But really for the most part Hulk had been pretty optimistic this off season and Hulk looking forward to start of season and then first week ugly win make Hulk sweat but Hulk felt road win on week 1 always good thing and the team will shape up. Then road loss week 2 to lowly Jags and Hulk start getting angry. But Hulk says no way team come out flat against the toe suckers but then Hulk watch team fall flat on its face in one of worst games Hulk watch since the Titans debacle a couple of years back and you know what happens when Hulk gets angry. So here is what makes Hulk angry:
Hulk angry that coach Philbin still have job. Year in and year out coach Philbin manage to have team under perform in key games, especially against division foes. But owner loyal to a fault. He no fire the queasy coach, why? Hulk don’t know! It’s not like we have a track record of success with coach Joe. We are now into year 4 of Philbin and we really see nothing different about Phins.
Hulk angry that front office do nothing to fix offensive line in off season. Once again our offense line is truly offensive. We can’t pass block and we can’t run block. Our big off season acquisition was to wait to the 4th round to draft somebody and bring in a couple of journeymen linemen who really were no different than the journeymen we had on the roster. So guess what the result is. Our best OT is still hurt, we have back up OT that is not good and got hurt himself as well. Our 2 starting guards are among the lowest rated guards by PFF and offense looks like it stepped in quicksand as a result.
Hulk angry at Walt Aikens. Here is kid who has all the raw talent to be a monster in his own right. But kid don’t know how to cover receiver going deep down field. Aikens make Hulk long for Louis Delmas and Hulk no like Louis Delmas but he better than Mistaikens.
Hulk angry at Mike Tannenbaum. He was man who almost ruined Jets by making dumb contracts to players who underperform. He come to Miami and now doing same thing. Hulk angry that we have talent shortage at key positions along OL and at linebacker but we will have no cap space to do anything about that because we tied up too much money to too few players. Hulk fear this team will now be in cap hell with no way out.
All those things make Hulk angry but you know what make Hulk angrier than anything else? Himself. Hulk angry at Hulk because Hulk got fooled or suckered in by this supposed optimism coming from Davie. Hulk believed that things would be different this year because we got Suh. He would make us tougher, this team won’t be so soft anymore. This team will have a mean streak to it and play like that. Hulk really believed all that and that is what makes Hulk mad because Hulk was sold a lie. This team is just as soft as Jonathan’s Martin’s fragile ego ready to crumble at the first sign of adversity, throw it’s lunch tray down in the middle of the field and stomp off to go call mommy. No one on team has intestinal fortitude. No one on team make big play when it matters. No one play with urgency. All the things that were supposed to be different this year. Hulk angry at himself for believing that it actually would be. Now Hulk just angry that he has to start looking forward to next year and it is still September.
Not that I’m right, but I always feel like when the team plays poorly, and seem weak, that they take on Philbin’s personality. I know it’s not fair, but that’s how I always feel.
I have a queasy feeling your are right.
Players don’t seem to fear him or respect him enough….the whole lot seem too timid taking on the HC’s demeanor.
Alain Poupart @apoupartFins
.@MiamiDolphins on Tuesday signed WR Marcus Lucas to the practice squad and released LB Terrell Manning.
____________
WTF? Yeah cause we need more WR’s.
Alain Poupart @apoupartFins
LB Jordan Tripp, a fifth-round pick of the @MiamiDolphins in 2014, was released off Jacksonville’s practice squad.

Bring him back to our PS and let him develop.
That ship has sailed. If they wanted to develop him they would have kept him. He’ll likely bounce around PS for a few years and then be out of the NFL. If he couldn’t make it on our team with our shit LB corpa, then he likely won’t make another team’s 53.
is he eligible with all the games he was on active roster last year. I’m not familiar with the new changes of the practice squad eligibility new rules
damn mike making the comments roll over like he is tim
Mike in all honesty there is a point to be made about how passive Philbin is on the sidelines. I remember watching Rex blow up over a stupid penalty one of his players made and wondering why don’t we see any fire or passion like that from Philbin. I am not saying every HC has to be a yeller or screamer but some sign of passion or showing of emotion would be nice every once in a while out of Philbin.
He and Tannehill have similar personalities, and it drives me crazy. Probably because mine is the polar opposite.

That’s when the appeal would be heard by the 2nd circuit court of appeals. It will take months for them to issue a decision.

thanks ken and getterdone, I saw this earlier. Any of you following the Bowe Bergdahl deserter case. I go to the VFW and their is lots of anger being generated with this case. I have even heard a march on Washington plan
There was more to the Bergdahll case than meets the eye, or shall I say meets the press….SMH
Like his defense trying to make him out as hero and he was going to go 20 miles to tell commander of base how screwed up his base was. He was going to tell how bad the leadership of his base was screwed up. No one died also looking for him.
Ken, yes…I commented to a guy in the sports bar sunday that, LOOK, Rex is really mad at a dumb penalty his player got, even though it was in the 4th QTR with the game firmly in hand. Caught my attention too.
It’s called accountability and I don’t see any of it on our team now.
Yeppers & Noppers we don’t.
Brian, C’mon, we’ve cut guys off our PS before only to either see them have success somewhere else, or only to sign them back one day after they develop in a good organization….
See Jonas Gray….lol
I know, I just think if he can’t make it here with a sub-par LB corps and be developed by our coaching staff, then how is another coaching staff… shit, nevermind.
Even he’s not fired up and yelling about a mistake, he could at least be talking to them….you know, doing coaching stuff……
Blank Stare 😯
One of us owes the other a beer. See my 8:25 post below
Exactly.
Brian;
Tannehill is not the vocal type but he does play hard and it shows. The 2nd TD pass to Matthews was an extraordinary effort on his part or his TD pass to Williams last week. He takes a ton of hits and he has never missed a start. I don’t have as big a problem with his personality as I do with Philbin’s oft blank stare.
Brian was exaggerating some…I’ve seen Tanny pissed and saying stuff on the sidelines.
I know he’s tough, I just like to see a little more fire from my QB. Just a preference.
me too. like winning is important to him.
But then there is Eli…2 SB rings but barely a heartbeat.
We’ll see if this year london trip will be like last year. We played a bad raiders team last year. I think this is gonna be different. Bowles is gonna stick it to Ross.

When did our current coaching staff develop anybody? More like tearing them down….lol
You guys call it the blank stare but when I called it a dumbfounded look a couple years ago I got killed here…
HA-HA
told you so!
It feels good to be right? LOL.
There it is “told you so” you are not OD or Gigi…LOL

Noppers? lol
It is a combination of a jalapeno popper and nacho.
Herd, I figured you’d know that lingo being in WV and all. 😉
Go to go help my son with his homework. I am out. Peace to you all and Hulk Smash!

thats not true, did you see the fins sidelines compared to the bills. with Gatorade cups, tape and dirty towels all over the place. they may have won the game but the important things like the best looking sidelines the fins won hands down. one of these days the nfl is gonna wake up and see what is important
lol, just got to love some one pointing out an ‘i told you so’ when they cant even see the irony of them pointing it out.

i agree, i say we give him a season off of putting up and tracking the score predictions
Naw, those are good. I appreciate Howie & what he does here….now that Orob character with all his hate….ugh!
Totally unrelated, but I heard a stat today I found interesting: Derrick Rose has only played in 100 games over the last 4 years.
He is a shell of his former self pretty sad. Wade is getting old and he may only have 2-3 yrs left unless he can come off the bench as 6th man. All that jumping hurts and weakens knees I guess
getter,
we all have the things we like about this place, like a live chat. and nothing about howie i like him and his input, just that score prediction isnt my thing. like as angry as i am now about the team and as much as i think winning games with blowbin as HC hinders the future, i am still never going to pick a score against them.
has anyone on hear heard any news about the nba and its stars.
where is try he always comes up with most unrelated shit
hear…here….heard….herd….it is all an he to begin with.
Hooray for me!
“Referee Ed Hochuli could be subject to discipline if it is proved that he told Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton he “wasn’t old enough” to get a call in Sunday’s 27-22 victory over the New Orleans Saints.
Its alright FFR
There is several others who never play either but everyone is welcome.
Just like that live chat. Even if I could make it work I most likely wouldnt even bother
Should have just told him he is not Tom Brady
I feel so small and insignificant….lol
America’s top 400 billionaires have combined wealth of $2.34trillion, up $50billion from a year ago.
Bill Gates has retained his No 1 spot for 22nd straight year with a net worth of $76billion.
Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, 51, has emerged as biggest overall gainer, coming in at No 4 with $47billion.
Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, 31, this year landed in seventh spot with $40billion after cracking the top ten list last year.
how did the waltons do?
$144.7 billion
The six Waltons on Forbes’ list of wealthiest Americans have a net worth of $144.7 billion. This fiscal year three Waltons—Rob, Jim, and Alice (and the various entities that they control)—will receive an estimated $3.1 billion in Walmart dividends from their majority stake in the company
I feel early small like most 99 percenters but I don’t let money control how happy I am
I don’t either, but I’d be pretty fucking happy with that type of money.
howie,
i only made the live chat comment cause i think i am in the minority now and just having fun.
i know i am god awful to be around during the games, but this place does help me. i do get to vent a bit
After losing two in a row, which included an ugly, 41-14, defeat to the Buffalo Bills, the Dolphins dropped eight spots in this week’s NFL Power Rankings. Miami (1-2) is now No. 23 and closer to the bottom-tier teams in the league.

Poor kids destined for failure….smh 😉
Ok, time to go on a 3 game win streak and get to 4-2 before we face NE & then Buffalo again.
The next 3 should be winnable if we have any heart…Jets, Titans, Texans.
Go Sam!
getter,
i like that. not the 3 game win streak, it is only go prolong the inevitable. but he go sam. every post from now on should end with a……
go sam!
I would love to never worry about money again
But do you need that much money to never have to worry about it?
That’s the question, isn’t it? How much do you NEED to never have to worry about it? When I was younger, for various reasons, I would have said more than I will at this point. I really don’t think I need ask the much to have no worries about it, but I have no reason to believe I will be acquiring that amount any time in the foreseeable future.
You don’t really need that much to be happy
I’m applying to new jobs lately
And I’m probably going to take a pay cut if I end up making a change
how about enough to buy the fins. then i can have D coaching, piggy in charge of the pork products, ken slaming the team around when they lose, mike e greeting all the marred men season ticket holder, tim my press agent saying it isnt that bad or that good. bat in charge of the souls who arent buying season tickets, getter in charge of the souls who do, boulder bringing in the plant folks, OD bitching about the old season ticket holders, herd in charge of gifts for the winners UK in charge of the ones with bad teeth. and me nothing to worry about but the cheerleaders
There will be no pork products at the game if I’m in charge
oh yeah
go sam!
