The Dolphins travel to New Jersey to take on their hated rivals the New York Jets this Sunday. The Jets, already 0-2, losing to the Bills in Week 1, and then last week, losing to the Raiders, in what was a more competitive game than I ever expected, at least in the 1st half. 2 teams that appear to be going in different directions. The NY Jets seem to be working their way to the top of the draft board, in order to secure the chance to get themselves a franchise QB, while the Dolphins, who were in the playoffs last season at 10-6, look to get back to the playoffs, and build on last season’s success.
It has been a wacky few days for the Miami Dolphins. Starting OLB Lawrence Timmons went missing before the game Sunday, which forced the Dolphins to move rookie OLB Chase Daniels in to the starting lineup. Daniels barely played, seeing only 13 total snaps, as the Dolphins defense was in the nickel most of the game against the Chargers. As of yesterday, the Dolphins have suspended Lawrence Timmons indefinitely, but apparently, the max allowable suspension according to the league is 4 weeks. In the meantime, the Dolphins continue to surge forward, acquiring former 2015 1st RD pick LB Stephone Anthony from the Saints in exchange for a 2018 5th RD draft pick. Anthony did not play either of the first 2 games with New Orleans as he’s dealing with a high ankle sprain that he hasn’t fully recovered from.
The thing that I admire about our front office is that they haven’t panicked, they have a setback, and they address it in a responsible manner. We lost Ryan Tannehill to injury, they quickly formed a plan, and brought in QB Jay Cutler, out of retirement, to be our starting QB. No hesitation, and no going off the deep end. Cutler is under contract for this year, and then they can see what happens, and work it from there. Now we lost our starting LB, and they once again acted quickly, and brought in another player, a player with an awesome physical skillset, but also a player that has struggled with the mental portion of the game, but is still on his rookie contract. Whether Anthony is physically ready to play now, none of us know. How long it will take him to mentally be ready to play for us, again, we don’t know. The point is, we’re not giving up on this season, and I like seeing that.
Alright, let’s get back to this weeks game, against the New York Jets. The Jets still have some impressive pieces on defense even after jettisoning one of their stars, DL Sheldon Richardson. The 3-4 front is still formidable, with DE’s Leonard Williams and Muhammad Wilkerson bookending NT Steve McLendon. Although they cut David Harris, they still have some talent in their LB corps, with Josh Martin, Darron Lee, Demario Davis and Jordan Jenkins. They also have 2 capable corners in Buster Skrine and Morris Claiborne, and of course, the 2 rookie safeties that were both drafted high by the Jets, SS Jamal Adams 1st RD (6th overall, and Marcus Maye, 2nd RD (39th overall). There is definitely some good young talent on this defense, but on the other side of the ball, it is pretty ugly.
Josh McCown is the starting QB at the moment, and while he’s relatively competent, he’s a journeyman QB who has had limited success in the NFL, his best campaign was in 2013 where he took over for an injured Jay Cutler (yeah, THAT Jay Cutler), and posted a 3-2 record with 13 TD’s and only 1 INT. Since then, with TB, CLE , and now the NYJ, he’s thrown 31 TD’s and 27 INT’s, His backfield of Matt Forte and Bilal Powell was pretty good last year, but Forte is now 31, and we know most RB’s tend to really fall off once they reach 30, so I don’t expect all that much trouble from Matt Forte. Bilal Powell is a very good receiver out of the backfield, and has burned us on numerous occasions. Both backs have good hands, but Powell has the speed to beat LB’s around the edge and over the middle. At widout, the Jets have WR Robbie Anderson (Who?) and newly acquired former Seahawks veteran WR Jermaine Kearse. Kearse has quickly become one of McCown’s favorite targets, and rightfully so. Kearse has the only 2 receiving TD’s for the Jets.
It will be interesting to see who defends Devante Parker, is it the 5’9″ Buster Skrine, or the 5’11” Morris Claiborne? Either one will have his hands full with Parker, who has shown that he wants every pass thrown in his vicinity, and will get it! I expect a similar approach to the game as last week, run the ball as much as we can as long as we’re having success, but in the passing game, we might just try to exploit the young safeties and smaller CB’s deep, and take a few more shots than we did last week. I also expect Julius Thomas to get a little more involved in the game this week. I’m thinking we’ll get a good lead, and then cruise in this one.
I’m going MIA 30 – NYJ 13
Go DOLPHINS! Zero in!

This Mike E guy might wind up with a gig somewhere. Remember us Mikey remember who first Asked Mike.

Yes
Good to know this fun fact as official.
ESPN reports the jets have a tough one this week in Ajayi, who rushed for 122 and 2 TDs against the Chargers, after they gave up 370 yards rushing g the first 2 weeks.
2TDs?
We scored 1 TD and 4 FG’s. Stills caught the lone TD.
Tim would’ve just responded with lol, instead of stating the obvious😉

You are correct . I had forgotten you exist.
That was a nerd’s idea of a joke Elephant Man. Hope it was taken that way.
M13 on your question about getting a raise going from the PS to 53. I thought it was a joke. Of course guys get a raise to the league min., unless of course they were all ready making that, but I don’t think anyone is on any PS.
I think the discussion was about how you replace someone, if you don’t have cap space. The salary cap is on going for the top 53 players, so if say an LB making $5M gets hurt and they cut him, whatever his cap figure was after settlement stays on the books, then you replace him…
…with someone making $450K, the $450K doesn’t go against the salary cap, just the top 53. I’m going to repeat this, because I’ve said it many times and people can’t seem to grasp that simple concept. The salary cap is for the top 53 contracts, and you could, because of injury or cut, have 60 guys on contract or more.
Someone responded yesterday our OFFICIAL current cap figure. Right away I call BS, because very few seem to grasp the top 53 concept in the media or on these cap sites.

Reach the point where seats go on the card, which means you are buying them (even if don’t have to pay right now). Also means will not be taking some already reserved…..so still a chance to pop in either fresh or with an extra plus number. Need to know by next Monday.
The NFL is a business, I understand that Timmons screwed up however to suspend him indefinitely hurts the team, he should be punished monetarily, wins and losses are what matters, you should field the strongest team possible, suspending Timmons hurts this team.
Rob – I don’t think this was a business decision in the least. It’s an accountability decision. Unless we go the route where we try to recoup as much $$$ as we can on his contract. I don’t think we’re going to do that, I think Gase is showing the TEAM and its players come first, and every man on this team has a responsibility to his teammates. Accountability. I think Timmons will be given another chance, and will play in a couple of weeks, maybe even next week, but definitely not this week. It sends a good message to all the players, that the other 52 guys on the roster all count on you.
Mike at least has a clue.
Just a clue though, no more
Stephone Anthony practiced. So the ankle sprain no longer a concern. Comes with an attitude, but thats good for a guy you want to be a hitter.
“I don’t think you can be good at this game if you don’t carry a little bit of a chip on your shoulder. This is about me and my new opportunity. I’m excited. What those guys have going on, it’s now the Saints’ problem.”
I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t excited about getting Anthony. Sure, he has warts, but man, that kid has physical talent, and I hope we can get him in a position to help us. He’s the type of player that could definitely be a 3 down LB if we can get him to understand his responsibilities in coverage. Hoping for the best for him and our team
Compared to the LB depth we had last week he’s a welcomed site. We couldn’t do much in coverage last week with what we had at LB.
I’m excited too
Honestly his warts on some one minimal compared to the benefits
I have his cons as (a) regressed last year; (b) saints defense wasn’t good
a 5th rounder in ’18, given those downsides, is nothing
I think adding talent like his to our defense might be a difference maker for us.
I’ve been concerned about the LB unit for years, as I was concerned about the WR unit for years – an d we did a 180 on the WR unit. I’m thinking this, as well as a healthy McMillan in ’18, is a part of doing a 180 for our LB unit in the foreseeable future
We might not see the benefits right away
I am also happy to learn that Timmons may be back eventually
The LB unit actually might look pretty good by December, it looked bleak a couple of days ago for me
Yeah, I know D said Anthony has a ways to go to even be as good Chase Daniels, but I don’t agree with that. Anthony has played on a big stage his entire college career, facing top competition, and succeeded. He also succeeded his first season playing MLB for the Saints. Some players move to another position and do well, others don’t. The Saints were pretty awful on defense, and they clearly didn’t think Anthony was a fit there for what they wanted to do, which is a negative on Anthony. There’s a reason why he’s available, but there’s also a reason why we were interested in him, and acquired him. We obviously think he’s an upgrade, and I figure we also think we can correct some of his issues.
Someone said only the top 50 or 51 contracts count vs. the salary cap. I think the confusion is because there is a difference between season and off season.
>>>>
Who falls under the Salary Cap?
Answer: The “Team Salary” falls under the Salary Cap. Team salary includes the amount a team must pay its current or former players under their player contracts. Notice emphasis on the word PLAYERS. The salary cap does not apply to coaches, assistants, trainers, and other personnel. Only the top 51 player salaries for a team count against the salary cap in the offseason. (Outstanding tenders apply.) During the season, all player salaries count toward the salary cap.
per http://www.askthecommish.com/SalaryCap/Faq.aspx
I am assuming that guy is correct.
I also assume this means Osweiler’s money is counted against Cleveland’s cap, minus the little bit Elway is paying him.
For example.
Jeff Ireland is a college scout for the Saints, he has nothing to do with their day to day operations with trades and such.
They hope.
He’s a good scout. Just don’t let him judge the data.
It’s Chase Allen, not Daniels the backup QB. LOL
Yep, sorry, my mistake
At least I didn’t call him Chevy Chase
LOL
I definitely think the kicker saw that and kinda flinched. Any flinch has dire consequences from 44 yds out. It’s just like the tiniest yip in a putting stroke in golf always results in a miss on long putts, because the distance amplifies the error.
Koo being a rookie would flinch. A vet might say, f it … if he blocks it, it’s not on me, so I’ll just swing the leg the right way.
What made it even worse for the kid is that he got one blocked the previous week so he was gunshy. Rizzi put on a max rush from the edge and tall guys in the middle. This kind of thing is why Rizzi’s STs are so good. Subtle but still a contribution to the victory.
Mike
In terms of the saints on D
Look, if you put a good athletic LB on a defense that is built to keep up with a high scoring offense by creating turnovers – bad I ally you are just asking him to run around a lot a make a few plays
There will be a learning curve for Anthony, but they already have him ready to play this week
I think he migh start as soon as week 3. Let’s see how he performs in a defense that is on the field a lot less than the saints are
No question, and like Cutler, he will be playing with significantly better talent here than he had in NO. No reason not to be excited about him. I get why D is tempering his enthusiasm, but I’m stoked that we have another talented LB. If we can get Anthiny up to speed, next year we’ll have Raekwon back, Kiko, Timmons and Anthony. What was a negative can become a real positive.
Also some of the guys we have now playing LB who could be backups will have valuable experience going into next season.
Yes – I think Hull and Daniels will benefit from the time they get and that will give us depth.
Chase Allen, not Daniels. LOL
LOL – It’s contagious!
What I do agree with D is that everything counts for Anthony, his somewhat successful 1st season, and his very disappointing 2nd season. It’s all part of his resume, so now he has to prove that his 2nd season was an aberration
Gase said Ja’Wuan James played his best game since he’s been here against the Chargers.
That’s great. We’ll need him to continue that type of play. If we can run like we did every week, we’ll be a very tough beat
Yep!
It’s funny – Piggy posted the link to my article of the 2015 LB’s yesterday, and I saw Stephone Anthony was rated at 5.44. Then right before the draft, they (NFL.com) redo the draft grades, and he was rated at 5.78. He really improved a lot doing absolutely nothing between the combine and the draft. 🙂
Honestly he shot up the draft boards right before the draft
I think he was a late 2nd/early 3rd rounder
then all of the sudden he is the late 1st
I think that is part of the reason what his career has been rocky so far
Yeah I remember him being rated as a 2nd/3rd too. Was surprised he went in the 1st.
I would like to see Cutlery open it up a bit more with Laundry, Parkey and Stillwater.
Don’t forget Carew!
And Granterson.
Stillwater runs deep
Good one!
Why do they call them buildings, if they’re already built?

I keep sayin: James has the skills to be a top echelon RT in the league right now. I really think he can be a pro bowl sort of guy if he can put it all together and play to his potential. Big “ifs”, of course.
he is getting a lot of compliments for his game last week
I’ve seen him before good for a game or 2 before,
but thus far he hasn’t been consistently good
Randy
What do you think about Chase Daniels? lol
Piggy,
I agree…and that’s why I mentioned the “if” part of the equation. He has to start doing it week in and week out.
MikeE,
Sorry, I’m missing the joke on Chase Daniels. What’d I miss?
Mike thinks he’s the best QB who can also play LB.
His name is Chase Henderson now
I called our LB Chase Allen Chase Daniels, and Tim is going to haunt me the entire day for it.
Mike, you’re not the only one doing it.
Props to SB7 for the best quip of the day so far….one of my favorites too.

Cool movie. Do you know what Almost Famous is based on?

That’s it Stanger. The bands were Poco, The Allman Brothers Band, Led Zeppelin, Eagles and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
You taught me something there Tim….not sure how Poco gets involved, but see connections to the other four.
You missed out on Lady Olenna too
Holy shit, I had know idea this is who plays her.

Alain Poupart @apoupartFins

No shit Tim? You didn’t know it was Diana Riggs? She was hot in The Avengers.
No but now I can see it.
Lol. I thought we’d signed Chase Daniels or something. As for Chase Allen, I didn’t see him much, but it seemed like he may have been in there on short yardage plays. I don’t know if I saw enough to have an opinion.
He didn’t play much at all Randy, 13 snaps. We were in the nickel most of the game
3 tackles on just 13 snaps is pretty good. I liked what I saw of him in the PS. I’m hoping he’s a guy who can develop into a reliable guy whenever we need him.

Fact:
Our punter was replaced by the guy who was replaced by the guy he replaced.
Parkey was the Dolphins punt, pass, and kick competition representative in what is known as Hard Rock Stadium when he was 10, 11, and 12 yrs old. (3 yrs in a row)
in his NFL career, Parkey has hit 59 of 69 FGs for a 85.5 rate and 82/83 PATs for a 98.8 rate.
He has kicked 63.7 per cent touchbacks.
In college he kicked 69 touchbacks his senior yr and had 90 straight PATs until Tennessee blocked one.
That’s impressive. He’s a good kicker
He’s never missed a FG of 50+. He’s 6-6.
He needs to work on those 40-49 yarders. Other than that he’s real good.
http://www.clevelandbrowns.com/team/roster/cody-parkey/e534d09c-084c-4221-a877-14d785384e25/
Parkey was signed out of college by Indy who has Vinatieri so they traded him to Philly for a RB.
Who ever heard of a PK being traded for a RB? (Fluellen)
This is pretty funny.

I consulted the roster bunches of times during the game to look up numbers.
His name is Chase Smith guys!
Stop it already
I like this Jake Utler guy.
Mike, how is Charlie Daniels doing?
Plays a pretty mean fiddle boy
The official site has Asiata listed at 6-3 341. He was 323 at the combine, he can’t be that heavy after TC and the PS.
Don’t ever go by what they list.
That just seemed extreme. Phillips is listed at 333 which is about right and Asiata isn’t as big as he is. Probably a typo, 321 would make more sense.
Hope he doesn’t eat himself out of the league like that good guard we had in 2007-10 -sh
Vernon ?
Vernon Carey?
Did Vernon do that? He played RT most of his career for us then moved inside at the end but I thought it was age and knee injuries that ended his career.
So the 9 DBs who dressed for the game were –
CB Howard
CB Maxwell
CB McCain
CB Verner
CB/S Aikens
S Jones
S Allen
S Thomas
S Smith
Tankersley and McTyer were the inactives.
John Jerry?
Nah he’s still stinkin it up with the Giants. LOL
I just remember something about him eating. Lol
Big Vern’s son by the way is a 6’10 kid said to be the 3rd best high school basketball player in the US.
http://www.espn.com/college-sports/recruiting/basketball/mens/story/_/id/19687199/bold-statements-top-storylines-class-2019-espn-60-rankings
Vern Carey Sr. was born in Miami and went to the U.
He was a 1st round draft choice and played 8 seasons mostly at RT,
but when he hit 340 at 6’5, they moved him to guard and then he retired the next year
That’s the way I remember it. He was always big though. I think he was 330 when we drafted him. We moved him to guard because he didn’t have the mobility to play outside anymore.
The jests have 3 TEs on the injury report.
also Wilkerson and Forte are hurt for them.
YIKES
Parker, Pouncey, Ajayi, Landry, and Phillips are all on the injury list for us.
All but Phillips are good to go on Sunday.
This is when a guy like Vincent Taylor has to step up.
Phillips is only one I’m worried about.
Speaking of Taylor…..
This should be a good week for him to get alot of reps out there. Its the stej and it should be a blood bath. But its the stej and who knows?? Phins have tendency to make scrubs look all world.
So I just contradicted myself……deal with it
ER, this might be a good week to get more players involved in the game in all phases. I also don’t want to just write the Jets off at home because regardless of where either team is at, they both give each other fits. However we seem to fare better at the Meadowlands than in Miami in recent years. We have to win this game. It would be a really shitty loss though not the end of the world at 1-1. But still we have to friggin destroy them. LOL
So you think that right off Stephone Anthony is just as good as our Clay Aikens? Need i remind you Clay knows the play book, he has worked with out coaches, knows the schemes and has pretty good instincts for the position….and lets not forget he won American idol (everyone knows Reuben Studdard threatened to eat the judges if they didn’t make him the winner and name a sandwich after him…. duh)
D: –Did CLAY AIKENS morph himself into Mark Sancheezy?? Ya, Ya, the one and only quarterback to be taken down by a butt tackle!!
So does game 3 for us in London set up to be a good game to give Anthony a chance at payback against his former team, or do the Saints exploit what they know are his weaknesses?
He had no idea know what he was doing, so they don’t have to change anything.
LOL
HOWIE — HOWIE — HOWIE
Fins win and cover the 5 point spread.
24-16 Mia
LOL D – Stephon Marbury can tackle like nobody’s business!
Mike, one way to get Anthony’s presence involved this week is simply let him attack. Even if only 10-12 snaps. – blitz the run or pass 7-8, zone/blitz drop 2-3 and play base 1-2 times.
Maybe I’m overthinking it. LOL
No, I actually agree. Let him loose
We only dressed 4 LBs in LA and Maualuga isn’t ready yet. With Timmons suspended I can see Anthony active.
Agreed Tim. They must be destroyed.

Just in time to trade him
Yeah I am not liking the yellow onesies
Tinshaker loved Connor Barwin
Kept saying we were trading for a LB. Names I kept putting out there were Mychal Kendircks & Anthony and most recently Eric Kendricks. And I stand behind my “prediction” that Landry will be traded. They didn’t target him all those times in game one for nothing.
Showcasing him to get him primed for the trade. He’s as good as gone. This team has too much talent on it at this time to waste because we’ve got spots that need to be filled, like we did at LB, and the brass knows it. They’re not going to wait for the draft to upgrade. We can fill the slot wr position with any number of guys. Don’t need anyone special to catch 13 balls for 78 yds.

Jealousy. pure and simple
Nah, no jealousy whatsoever, bud. I’m actually HAPPY that we traded for Anthony. When one of our own calls a shot, it makes me proud.

The Dolphins had four changes on their second injury report of the week, including wide receiver Jarvis Landry (knee) practicing on a limited basis after not working Wednesday.
Running back Damien Williams (rib) was a full participant after being limited Wednesday; wide receiver DeVante Parker (ankle) and center Mike Pouncey (hip) both did not practice after being limited Wednesday. Pouncey’s absence, though, maintained his day-on, day-off routine.
Running back Jay Ajayi (knee), defensive tackle Jordan Phillips (ankle) and linebacker Rey Maualuga (hamstring) all did not practice for a second consecutive day.

Frankly, I couldn’t give a flying fuck what Lou brings as far as football knowledge, you want to read his shit, read it on twitter. His trolling behavior is bullshit, and you know what, when you say things, they have ramifications. He comes here spewing his garbage, claims he doesn’t read comments here, so what his purpose other to annoy the douchebags that post here? NO PURPOSE. M, you want to read Lou, read it on twitter, and if you want to forgive, forgive him all you like. I’m sick and tired of his act here.
The funny thing is, you say forgive, he never once apologized to any of us after running like a little girl to berate the people here. Has he unblocked you from twitter yet? Oh the horror!
What started all of this was when I called him out on some college prospect he was talking up. I never heard of the guy, so I looked him up and the article said the same thing Lou was saying. Then someone else here posted something laughing about Lou doing it, then he left.
So he posts someone else’s thoughts/ideas as his own and we’re the douchebags.

Ladies & gentlemen, there’s only ONE EXPLANATION.
IT’S JETS’ WEEK!!!
DOLPHIN FLAGS ON THE CAR. MARINO JERSEY READY TO WEAR TO WORK. TWO, COUNT ‘EM, TWO EXTRA CUPS OF COFFEE BEFORE I GET OUT THE DOOR WITH MY MUTTS!!
TONIGHT, I will read again the ABSOLUTE PERFECTION SEGMENT on the November, 1972, Jets @ Dolphins CLASSIC in the historic Orange Bowl!! I will go over in my mind Miami’s shut-out win over the Jets in the AFC Championship Game, also played in the Orange Bowl. I WILL BE READY!!
———-
The question before every Dolphin fan today is: – – – WILL YOU BE READY???
At least know what t-shirt will have on

New blog up!
Is there?
I was making a demand not a statement lol
Lou just can’t leave this group of douchebags
“I got nowhere else to go!”
M – You are like an abused spouse. “BarcaLounger Lou didn’t mean to hurt me, he’s under a lot of stress. The sweat stains won’t come out of the Naugahyde! It’s not his fault…!”
Douchebags forever.
“The entire NFL has to have CTE if they think these uniforms are a good idea.”
No doubt, Herd…the things might cause CTE.
LMAO @ Barcalounger Lou
Lmao even more @ Naugahyde
Back to football – This is a cool article . . . .

What Harris says is true of the NFL in general, but think it particularly true of a team coached by Adam Gase.
” This isn’t like college where you can go in and you have a game plan. You have to mix it up mid-game. ‘I think that’s probably the biggest ‘welcome to the NFL,’ that you were switching up what you had been studying all week because you’ve seen something different. Being able to adjust on the fly.”
Lmao @ Phelonious “I got nowhere else to go “
Stanger
I’m sure those kids will never forget their first action in a real NFL game. I bet when Chase Allen (Daniels, Manhattan, Chevy) made that tackle on the first play, he must have been super excited.
I was listening to the Boomer Show in the morning on WFAN in NY, and they were saying they wouldn’t be surprised if there were more Dolphins fans than Jets fans at Met Life this Sunday. Obviously they were exaggerating, but I know Dolfans NYC has at least 1000 people going, plus whatever other Dolphins fans that attend
It’s going to be a good turn out
But it’s so early in the season that it was kind of a disadvantage getting fans to go
jesta starting RG winters might be out this Sunday
Suh is going to dominate.
Also DE Wilkerson might be out
🤑🐷
I’ll take any help we can get. You never know how those division tilts go. Anything can happen. We should win handily, but I won’t be surprised if we bin 1 or 2 either.
oh god please no. I just want a good beating. No more last second heart stoppers.
Dolphins by 50 seems reasonable
Missed FG was not just a lucky play

And Younghoe Koo had a last second one blocked the week before too….maybe their STs coach gets fired instead of him.
I just hope we don’t trade Ajayi after the way we were showcasing him on Sunday.
LMAO
“I saw a guy that was not going to be blocked. When they were trying to run the ball, it didn’t matter if there was two guys on him or one guy, he was penetrating, creating negative plays, causing chaos. Basically the same thing I’ve seen every week since I’ve been here.”
Gase on Suh last Sunday….seems that makes it easier on whatever LBs are back there.
He will have a rookie guard on him this week as their starter is hurt
You never know if Cutlers Rental status improves due to this years success, if it does Tannehill may be on the trading block
It’s too early for any of this. That will be an offseason thing. Let’s just enjoy the season with who we have.
How about now? Is it OK yet?
Wait 10 mins and check again
Cutler has played one game. Tannehill is recovering from a knee injury. Do you think it’s easy to trade a QB coming off a season ending knee injury with his contract? Is this really a topic that makes much sense in September 2017 one game in? That’s right up there with discussing who our 1st rd pick might be in 2018. LOL
ORob, I’m not trying to attack you or anything, you’re not the first to bring this up. People were saying this the moment we signed Cutler.
I think Tannehill is the QB next year, but a very good season from Cutler may jeopardize that.
I think they keep them both, if Cutler lights it up.
Good QBs are hard to find.
No way on both in my mind. Cutler lights up and he will want to be the man (and more money)…..and not like they will pay Tanny $20 mil to hold a clipboard.
Leonard Williams is also battling with a wrist injury.
So how long you guys going to keep Prof Lou in the penalty box? None of us knuckleheads are perfect.
He’s not in anyformal penalty box
He can post whenever he wants as far as I am concerned
Some of the biggest critics here have said worse about this blog on other blogs and on Twitter and we allow them to post.
I just think some are giving him a hard time bc they feel like it was directed at them. But it ought to be out of their system by now.
There is no organized effort to keep him from posting. I would not favor doing that to him. But I’m not going to tell grown men and women how to treat each other.
I agree with your post though, we have all said and posted dumb shit before and I am over it regarding Lou, so I have no interest in confronting him myself
Dude had whatever going on and put out what he did. Just not into bullying……reminds me of the go after Gigi days. We’re a bunch of middle aged dudes mostly.
Stanger are you insinuating he made a mistake?

“I don’t read the comment on here”
He just knows we’re douchebags by our avatars . . .
Maybe we can trade Landry and Tannehill as a package
——————————————
Maybe Tanny and Landry to Carolina for Newton and McCaffery… i know one guy here who is in love with this….
Pretty sure though we only get a broken rubber band and a roll of fl paper, because anyone with sense knows that’s all they are worth.
For bonus points, who was traded for each of those items and why…..
