I’m thrilled we won. We have played complimentary football, defense has been so good and the offense has done enough to win. The defensive turnaround has been the spark. The lack of a rushing attack is one thing that can hurt us the most when we play better teams. Seems as if Gaskin has fallen out of favor
No matter who we run it’s 0-2 yards most of the time. It’s not on the RBs, we can’t block shit! Not saying a more talented RB wouldn’t make a difference, but that’s not the issue at this time. Nobody can run with defenders in the backfield before the play develops. It’s ridiculous. Yet we win despite that. Hmmm… 😉
All true but they seem to be looking more to Ahmed and Lindsay, especially Lindsay when he comes back
The RBs and OL can’t help it, the defense is stacking the LOS because of the weak armed QB. 🤪

Two rookies have had a huge impact on why our defense is going to another level. Phillips and Holland. This defense is loaded with playmakers. Come on offense, join the club. 🙂
One anchor at OL or at least more gelling with what we got and an AC RB an the offense will be fine. I’d like for us to abandon this bullshit go-OC system and get us a top OC, maybe grab a guy from college ranks and bring him in so he can bring the college systems into our own, maybe someone like Lane Kiffin.

Done with drafting OL early, we need one or five FA pretty good ones, not great
Yeah it’s expensive to get a FA OL, but this gambling with top picks has gotten worse in the past few years. With the college systems as they are, the OL that look like studs at that level are very hit and miss (more miss these days) at the pro level.
I think our RBs are horrible and contribute mightily to our poor rushing “attack”. Both Gaskin and Ahmed can be pulled down with one hand, Gaskin can’t see the field and never attacks, but dances/waits, Ahmed is just quick, but no game.
OL can take plenty of blame, but RBs contribute to our horrible run offense. What happened to Lindsay?
Our RBs just aren’t the type we need. We need a guy like Henry, big boy back, knocks you back, takes the hit to you and can’t be brought down with just the slightest contact. I think Gaskins and Ahmed are good 3rd down back but they aren’t feature backs or every down backs

I mean I got jawed down on here when I defended his arm, etc. He doesn’t have a rocket arm, that’s true, but he doesn’t have a weak arm or even a just ok arm. He had a pretty good arm on his deep throws where let’s loose. He’s a very accurate touch passer. He doesn’t throw the ball as hard as he can. Check out his passes at UA he uncorked so fucking dead on dropped it in the bucket deep passes.
So are you saying it’s weak because of the trajectory or the fact the ball was where it was when it need to be? My thing is his passes are like Brees passes and for a similar reason. He is a shortish touch passes with great recognition for speed of his receivers. His release bpoint is higher than A 6’5 guy meaning it’s more of a rainbow that a dart, that’s not weak that’s his mechanics. If the ball gets there on the deep passes in stride like his passes do his arm is plenty strong. I think this strong arm shit boils down to a dick measuring contest, do you really need 12 inches, do you you fucking size queens. Lol
Krishna, the once a game WTF happens to all QBs and it’s generally because they were on a different page than the reciecers. It’s not always on the QB when the pass is off like that

Ken, I agree 100%. Gaskin’s vision is not good. I remember seeing 5-6 (maybe more) runs today where he could have gotten a whole lot more yardage but chose to go into the teeth of the D.
He a jump cut RB, you are wanting him to be a one cut. He gas never relied on a good vision for running lanes, not ever in his career. We are wanting to see him do things he can’t. He shouldn’t be a feature back. He’s a playmaker so really we are more using him wrong in my opinion.
I think they had planned to run their offense around Brown being back there and these lane ass OC’s are still trying to ram that square peg into the round hole
