D looks great. We adjusted after they ran the ball the first two drives, and they haven’t done shyte after that other than that great catch by Meyers.
Our offense hasn’t been great, but it’s done enough. We knew it was going to be a work in progress and the Pets have a good defense. That throw and catch to Waddle was fantastic in a very high pressure situation. We miss that, they have a chance to make it a one score game.
Our pass pro is a bit spotty, but again, work in process. The run game has done enough, key being few negative runs.
Let’s go down and score on this first drive and put this game away!!

Team win. We got it done from beginning to end. Offense needs some work. Special teams were solid. Defense is in mid-season form.
Biggest take away
We have a bunch of playmakers which won’t mean a thing if we can’t run the ball
If we can run the ball we can be really good
We also can’t keep the same 5 O-line guys on the field either, but I got the impression we weren’t looking to be a power run team
We also need Tua to take care of the ball a bit better instead of some of the risky decisions he made. We got away with it today

Neither of the streaming sites NFLbite or Sports surge was working for me today. I’m glad I had the firestick and Platinum although it was frustrating at first.
I was watching CBS channel 4 in Miami and that stream dropped right as the game started- grrrr. Then I tried to watch the NFL pass stream, but the Dolphins stream was showing the Jets game.
Then I switched over to the game on the British Sky Network and it worked perfectly. During commercial breaks, it was mostly a few people sitting around talking about the game instead of commercials- freakin’ awesome. The stream didn’t drop a single time. Happy ape…
Glad you enjoyed the Sky coverage. Did you notice another folder added called NFLpass backup with 23 streams?
I don’t see that folder. The only NFL centric one I see is NFL pass with 17 streams

Some quick after game stats:
It seemed like they ran all over us, but we actually held them to 78 yards and a 3.5 per carry average.
Dolphins had 65 yards and a 2.8 per carry average
We had 4 penalties for 20 yards- one of those was the makeup penalty on Howard.
As frustrating as Tua was today, he still had 270 yards and a 104.4 rating…

Kong – we use the short passing game like a run game, it’s strange that that aspect of our offense hasn’t changed. Using Chase Edmonds basically with 5 yard handoffs. Think about it, not one back we have on our 53 is an in between the tackles grinder. Not that none of them can run inside but it’s not their strength. We’re a finesse team
Agreed about our RBs. After watching the Rams Bills game and the way their backs ran, it was pretty clear we don’t have backs like that.
Once they cut Michel and put White on the PS it seemed clear to me we want guys that can make things happen in the passing game or with lots of space, more than likely on the outside. Every RB we have is fast or quick and can catch the football.
