Just checking in – unfortunately I can’t help with the mock draft selections because I don’t know enough about teams/players. However, I now know that a number of everyone’s posts seem to be going to the ‘spam’ folder for the site. Too late to unblock them to make a difference, but at least we know for next time. I would probably take Young over Anynof the CBs if I realized he was on the board
I marked all comments that WordPress decided was ‘spam’ as not spam, then approved them all. This will supposedly help train WordPress that they are legitimate and not spam in the future.
I suspect that some WordPress sites have been getting slammed with actual spam, so WordPress turned up the spam filters to 11 to combat it. That, combined with everyone rapid fire commenting for the mock drafts the past two nights probably caused the spam filter to go into smack down overdrive.
Unfortunately, the admins do not get any notifications about comments going to spam (which would be the equivalent of getting spammed for spam). So there was no way of knowing at first.
Anyway, something to keep an eye on in the future. Technology…gotta love it…
