It’s week 2 and despite a less than stellar start in week 1 against the Redskins, the Dolphins are 1-0 and again are on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars have 4 players ruled out on the injury report and several more dinged up. For the Dolphins, only Dion Sims is ruled out, with Cam Wake, Reshad Jones and Derrick Shelby as questionable.

Yeah, it matters. I am old and tired. I want to see my team at the top of the standings. I’m tired of being the second best team in the division that winds up third every year due to stupid losses to division opponents late in the season.

You missed the part that it sucked because it is impossible for us to even be tied for first. I am an unrepentant homer. I have never apologized for it and never will. Dolphins football is one of my very few escapes from “real” life and if I yearn for my team to be at the top of the charts I’m not ashamed of it.
this completing the catch all the way to the ground is getting old. i think if they guy gets two feet down then take another step and goes to the ground that is pretty much a catch. what ever happened to the ground cant cause a fumble. so it can cause a fumble but it can cause and incomplete pass

dont know if you saw the play i was talking about but it was the sf game. guy caught the ball in the end zone, got 3 feet down then shoved down and the ball bounce after he landed and flipped over. they called that incomplete.
like i said, this completing the pass to the ground is getting out of control
Well it is a flip for the defense when you think about how you can’t play close coverage anymore. They should have never fucked with the game outside of closelines etc. Now we have all this shotgun/spread stuff every play. Not a big fan. Like when the NHL allowed it the other way with defense beating up offenses. It sucked. 2-1 games all the time. Leave it alone.
