Happy Fest Day! It’s another Home opener of sorts, the first with Dan Campbell as head coach. So many opportunities today. We have the opportunity to finally beat the Texans. We have the opportunity to get to 3-3 before a stretch of road games. We have the opportunity to put together back to back wins for the first time in what seems like an eternity. I’m not looking it up, but it seems like a long time. And not to be ignored, it’s the opportunity to get a victory for those attending the Fest.

I missed the Stills and Jones TDs because this shit is happening too fast for me as I just got back from the shore and had some settling in to do. But I’m not complaining. LOL

there is some truth to that. the texans did drop two 3rd and long passes that could have kept drives alive. but there are always what if plays in a game. not even going to take any thing away from the fins, the fans have been needing this for a decade.

Tanny still needs to work on pocket presence and getting rid of the ball. Turner isn’t keeping Watt out of the backfield on an inside twist for very long. He had room to move more to his left to avoid.

That is the second sack because Tannehill held it too long although I understood the first one was the right thing to do.

in both college and pro. it is like they decided they arent seen enough and now need to call every single thing they see
Yep. You can’t go a game without almost 200 total yards of penalties. It’s ridiculous and really slows the game down. The NFL is super resistant to giving coaches proper challenges for penalties but not worried about the refs? Just another stupid decision by the NFL. No one watches for the refs.

When you’re that efficient it doesn’t need to be a lot of passes. 🙂
