By Dr. Bruce Banner
Some wise minstrels once sang:
You say yes, I say no
You say stop and I say go go go, oh no
You say goodbye and I say hello
This is also what blog sound like. Someone say Tannehill sucks, someone say he is franchise QB. Someone say Its all on the coaches. Someone say it’s all on the players. Someone say it’s on the owner, then someone say no it is the front office that let owner down. You know what Hulk say? Hulk say enough! Enough with blaming Tannehill, enough with blaming the coaches versus the players, enough with blaming ownership or the front office. You all wrong and you all right at same time.
Hulk see so much wrong with this team. It not just Tannehill but he no help right now with dumb pick 6 but he also not root of all evil either. It not just coaches fault but they no help when the run the running backs a total of 10 times over the course of a game. Hulk don’t know if it players or coaches fault when you have linebacker lined up against Dez Bryant in red zone but whoever do that no help. Players also no help when they drop passes, miss tackles, fail to catch kickoff in endzone or fail to stop draw play on 3rd and 14. Front office no help when it puts out flawed team year after year. When it fail to address key areas of team such as offensive line, linebacker and entire secondary. Owner no help when he continue to try to sell flawed and imperfect team as contenders and failing to see how flawed the team is. By failing to take decisive action such as firing head coach and GM at same time or waiting to fire someone until it is too late and we see another wasted season.
All those things no longer make Hulk angry but you know what make Hulk angry? That we all here on this blog will spend countless hours in vehement argument with one another over these topics. Tempers will flare, words will be exchanged, names will be called, feelings will be hurt, people will self impose bans on themselves and or just stop blogging here. We all Dolphin fans, we all want to see Dolphins win, we all frustrated with Dolphin season again and we all take it out on one another and this makes Hulk angry. Hulk angry because this God forsaken team, franchise and collections of players do not deserve our vitriol, or debates or heated exchanges. Not one argument here is deserving of this team. Not one blogger should exchange heated words over this team. This team has sucked the life and civility out of us. We are only left with finger pointing and team is no longer worth pointing a finger at anyone other than the entire franchise. Is Tannehill our franchise QB? Who cares? We find out what our next coach think about him and then maybe we care. Are the coordinators going to be back next season? Hell no so who cares about their stupid play calling. Is owner going to sell team? No so why argue about it? Now Hulk say we all get along and if not Hulk smash!

Im sorry Tim what were you talking about?
A reoccurring dream that I’ve been having since I was very young starts with me walking along a sidewalk, street, or otherwise innocuous outdoor setting, la dee da dee dum, everything is fine, then suddenly I take a step and shoot hundreds of feet into the air and then start to fall back to earth. So now I’m dreaming that I’m falling very fast from a great height. I always wake before I hit, and it’s always terrifying.
As I’m shooting upwards, I always wonder how the heck I was able to fly into the air by walking. Some variations of the dream I actually enjoy the upwards part and am exhilarated, and others I don’t start to fall right away, but actually fly for a moment. I always end up falling though, and usually it’s without the fun flying part first, lol.
Ive had falling dreams but one of my re-occuring one ha been being struck by lightning. Always happens that there is a really bad storm and we are rushing to get people inside and i have to run back and get something, sometimes its saving someone else, sometimes it going back for a possession, but as im about to make it back POW lightning strike and i wake up.
Stop watching so many King Kong movies will ya.

Hopefully the ‘air it out’ session that Campbell had yesterday got to the root of Lazor’s issues too. I’m sure it did, as it was players, coaches, everybody.
————————————–
I hope so too, but if we start the next game and its more of the same, be ready to blame Campbell. Personally i think he should have seen enough by now to do wat he should have when he was named HC.
Kong
That’s strange man, not sure what the going up is all about, but what goes up must come down. I spent 26 years in an apartment on the 15th floor, and it had a terrace. I had many dreams of me hanging off the edge, and then falling. One of the dreams where you feel your stomach go out like you really fell, and you actually hit your bed. Those are freaky as hell! I always woke up when I hit too.
A dream I use to have repetitively had me trying to get away from something, and either I’d be running as hard as I could but it was like I was running in molases, or where I am chased into smaller and smaller spaces, trying to get around tight corners or over ledges that were falling apart. It’s been awhile since those occurred.
Anyone else ever have the naked at school/public dream. Supposedly its very common. I had maybe 2-3 dreams about being naked at school, but thats about it.
I had it a bunch of times
its my only memorable dream
Can’t say I ever had that one- I know women that have told me of a dream they have where their teeth seem to be falling out, for no reason. They’ll be talking to someone and teeth stat to come out 3-4 at a time.
‘So now I’m dreaming that I’m falling very fast from a great height. I always wake before I hit, and it’s always terrifying.’
yeah yeah yeah, we all saw the movie too. then jessica lange comes up to you and starts crying.
I have dreams pretty regularly about being able to hover/fly or leap really crazy distances. Like I could leap down a flight of 20+ stairs and land fine or hover out of it. It’s pretty wild because I really feel like I’m doing it.
Also I have crazy height dreams like driving on bridges that seem to go higher and higher and never end.
I use to have a dream about driving on bridges that begin to have a slope that gets so intense i fear im going to flip over and fall back down, or ones where im driving on a road and eventually im driving on two bars much like a train rail, really high above the ground. Any error in driving would cause instant death kinda thing.
Sometimes the slope up isnt the issue but when i crest the top, the slope down is almost straight down.
Exactly! That’s basically it. Stuff like that.
I also had a dream not long ago where I was driving at a decent speed and couldn’t see anymore or where I was going to end up.
Kong apparently falling indicated some seems of strife in your personal life at work, or in relationships, etc. The flying especially if you control the flying and its not just floating or gliding along is a send of having control over things in your life. Flying high and looking at the landscape below considered being on top of some situation, in control of it. Not being able to control it or falling afterwards supposedly represents losing control over something, ie a situation that may have started out as good/exciting and devolved into something stressful.
I was looking up a lot of different common dreams and the analysis and yours seems to indicate maybe being thrust into a situation you are being asked to be in control over, being excited by it but being nervous that you wont be able to handle it and it will come crashing down on ya.
Sorry, dream analysis is something i really find interesting, though im about a half and half believer in it. Not to mention, something like the above a lot of times has such a open interpertation it can be applied to almost everyone’s life at some point lol.

I must have missed the ugly stuff too…or maybe I was a part of it and didn’t realize it. I have no idea. I really think folks misjudge posts and read far too much emotion into most of them….and Jahn isn’t even here! Lol
i have a dream of falling from some high rise every time i see a movie which shows something like that. well not a dream more like a nightmare. i am terrified of heights, i wont even change light bulbs till everyone is out cause i know getting on a ladder will mean a nightmare
I get vertigo when i can see beneath my feet, like standing on a ledge or walkign up stairs that have grating you can see through.
Yet the Phins are at the bottom of the league in rushing yards allowed.
I really think folks misjudge posts and read far too much emotion into most of them…

LOL, when i first started college my dad had me work what he called “stay in school jobs” meaning he would make me work summers at papermills, etc. that were pretty strenuous labor. One of my jobs at the papermill was to take rope readings of the pulp levels in the storage silos. One of the silos was probably 2-300 yards tall. So i would have to walk up flight after flight of those grated stairs until i got to a small platform at the top. I had to lean over and lower the buckets down until it touched the pulp and then pull it back up and count the number of one foot rungs on the rope as we pulled it back up. Not fun for a guy who’s world get wonky every time he sees air beneath his feet lol. It probably took me 5 times how long it took others to get up those stairs, simply because it was terrifying every step of the way.
In their four wins, the Dolphins have rushed an average of 27.8 times for an average of 150.3 yards per game. In their six losses, the numbers are 16 and 65.7 yards per game.
Of course, that statistic may be somewhat circumstantial. After all, a team is much less likely to run the ball when it is trailing than when it is ahead. That being said, the Dolphins have a propensity to completely abandon the running game any time they face even the smallest of deficits.
It might have done them well to commit to the running game against the Cowboys Sunday. The Dolphins finished the game with 14 carries for 70 yards, an average of five yards per carry. With more of a focus on the ground attack, who knows if the outcome might have been different.
Judging by what’s happened to the Dolphins in their wins this year, it’s safe to say they would have had a much better chance of coming out on the winning end if they had found rhythm on the ground.
The Dolphins opened the season allowing more than 120 rushing yards in each of their first four games on their way to their head coach being fired during the bye week. From that point, they turned things around to allow fewer than 100 rushing yards in each of their next three games, but since then, they’ve gone right back down the tubes.
Two weeks ago, they allowed 266 rushing yards to the Buffalo Bills. Against the Cowboys this week, they yielded 166 rushing yards, including 129 to running back Darren McFadden alone.
The Dolphins have struggled against the run more or less all season. They invested heavily in defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh in hopes he could help them stop the run after they finished as one of the 10 worst defenses against the run in each of the past two seasons.
Where do they stand right now? Second-worst in the NFL.
tim,
now how can on have strong gay desires when one has the strongest of men locked in his basement

GDP, a lot of our issues are directly related to abandoning the running game. I really believe that.
At 4-6, the Dolphins have an outside chance at making the playoffs. Of course, the Dolphins’ definition of “an outside shot” now involves winning every game and needing the Pittsburgh Steelers to lose three of their final six games.
D,
I’ve done a lot of reading on dream analysis as well, specifically Carl Jung & Freud, the possible collective unconscious, and archetypes associated with dreams. It’s fascinating stuff.
I’ve also had the dream you mentioned above numerous times. The one where you’re driving and the slope becomes so intense you feel the car will flip over. That is another one that scares the bejuses out of me.
Of course, instead of dreaming it, you can just go driving in San Francisco and experience it for real.
how about dreaming about something or someone for the first time 6 years after their death. And then doing it a second time that same week. This was my best friend who I grew up with. He commited suicide. My wife dreamed about our cat who died Nov 8 of last year several times and I have yet to have a dreams of her yet. Very weird maybe because of brain stem stroke?

I drove on this bridge in Jersey City a few months back and I had the feeling like my vehicle would lift off or bounce over the side. It was sort of a vertigo feeling because you feel out there and not tucked in with high railings. I hated it.

i had a job at an accounting firm once. and there was a light out in the conference room. one of the partners told me to climb up on the table and change it. we were in the room along with another staff accountant. i just looked at him and walked out. he asked where are you going, i said to pack up my office, if i have to change that then i quit. needless to say he laughed and i didnt have to quit, but i sure got my balls busted for being such a pussy about changing a light bulb

Jamar Taylor is on the list
Yeah, no shit! He’s on my shit list, that’s for sure. He’s no good
I definately havent seen but a handful of times where i thought he really was showing potential and a lot where i was like WTF. He seems to have all the athletic ability but just doesnt seem to have the football IQ for the position.
I’m thinking he should be tried at FS in practices, well maybe next off season anyways, that is if he’s still here.
I don’t have any of these dreams you guys have. Mine or more being unable to do something. Recently, have no recollection of what it was, but there were color coded things in the dream. At work, we have 5 companies, so everything is color coded by company. I’m sure my sub conscious was making some kind of link to work. I just don’t remember any details. I rarely do.
Maybe you just have a guilt free conscious. A lot of dream analysis i read starts with people who repress feelings or have guilty consciousnesses.
That’s very generic though.I would think a lot would also come from a vivid imagination.
If I dose off watching TV, I will incorporate the visuals and sounds of the show into my dreams.
I definitely have incorporated sounds like a phone ringing into a dream.
GDP
Are you basing trying Taylor at FS just on that one hit, or was there something else that made that you think he might be good there?
C’mon…no. I’m basing it off of he’s shown well in tackling, run support, and has speed to play center field if you will, plus he’s shown a tendency to be better when things are in front of him instead of behind him. I think he could be better suited there.
Word is the team will maybe try moving him to a slot Db….but I think he can cover the smaller shifty WR’s.
I wasn’t being facetious at all, I was just wondering what led you to think he might be a good FS.
Meant to say I think he ^can’t^ cover the slot.
Something D said earlier, got me thinking. How the Dolphins bail on a guy too soon. I think we’ve done a lot of that over the years and that’s why we uh……well, we…..suck.
Oh No, the shit is closer to hitting the fan now! SMH

The helicopter was forced to make an emergency landing in a government-held area in Syria’s Latakia province.

Video footage has emerged online appearing to show the helicopter after it crashed in dense woodland.
Plumes of smoke can be seen coming from the aircraft.

One of the best dreams i ever had was one where i dreamed i was a bomb technician and i had this spherical bomb i was having to disarm. The bomb was a lot like a soccer ball with hexagonal access panels on it. Each panel had circuitry underneath it and i had to determine which panel was the right one and which wire to cut underneath which panel. I remember finally figuring out which panel it was and i was gently lifting the panel when i started heard Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep….. Of course in the dream i started scrambling to get to the wires and find the right one to cut before it blew up…… and then….part of me stops in the dream and goes this noise sounds familiar… i then woke myself up out of the dream and was laughing when i opened my eyes because in the dream i figured out that sound was my alarm clock and that this whole thing was a dream and then woke myself out of it.
Also yes Tim i think dreams are a lot of the time the creative time of the mind, and yes i feel a lot of time what you dream is the realm of an limited to the level of creative the person is, but i do buy the psychological stance that they manifest from other sources. What you dream probably is the creative part, why you dream it is the emotional/psychological part. i don’t see there being separation from those two as possibilities, but more that they are both involved.
I had a dream where I blew up like the dude in Platoon. I was experiencing that feeling that wow this is really bad and I’m in trouble. There wasn’t pain, but numbness and weird light. Not a good feeling until you wake up and feel so good it’s not real.

Here are the top-graded players and biggest takeaways from the Cowboys’ 24-14 win over the Dolphins at Sun Life Stadium.
“SS Reshad Jones (+3.8) is not slowing down in his bid to claim top spot in our safety rankings. This was his best graded game of the season, with positive grades in each facet of play. In run defense, he made four defensive stops, showing good recognition and quick close from deep to stop running plays near the line of scrimmage. He also recorded a hit and two hurries in just three rushes, showing good timing on his blitzes. Jones also shed an attempted Darren McFadden block with ease. Finally, in coverage, he was targeted twice but gave up just one catch for 9 yards. Jones is now up to second in our safety rankings, with six green-graded games this year. He is yet to record a grade worse than -0.3. Considering the issues in the Dolphins’ secondary around him, it’s been some year for Jones.”
For Mike E
“Taylor is now ranked 105th out of 110 qualifying corners.”
I would say I was watching ESPN and it was interrupted by “Stacked Racks from Mars”. Why “IT” is “OUT” however, I cannot explain. lol
Getting woke up with your pecker in your hand must’ve been impossible to explain….LOL
Getting woken up with someone else’s pecker in his hand was probably tougher to explain. LOL
Don’t know, you’ll have to ask FFR.
D, I just hope the shooting down of the Russian fighter jet and then the Russian rescue chopper and killing the pilots while they were in the air descending in their parachutes doesn’t escalate into a major conflict.
These are the flash points that can ignite an all out war once Russia retaliates against our NATO ally/partner in crime Turkey, and also against the US armed and trained ISIS/ ‘syrian rebels’…. SMH

Dolphins claimed Quinton Coples. Team hasn’t officially announced the move yet
Quit-ON Coples?
I knew it, I was going to mention this yesterday watch we sign him. Especially after Al mentioned Mr. T drafted him.
What i like about Iowa is they are playing very disciplined, fundamental football. Its not flashy but its effective if you can get all your players on that level. No one player carrying the team, a team of players carrying the team. Kinda like Spartans, if there was a failure in the formation the formation failed but f there wasnt it was damn near impenetrable. Same with that kinda football, if they didnt have a team full of disciplined players they likely are reverse of their record.
Who knows what our record will be when we play the Ravens….most likely playing for pride and future jobs.
Just read today that she is 61 (and the pic is her at current age).
Maybe I should buy a Total Gym and figure how to work out with Chuck Norris.
Always really liked her looks and voice and tv personality…..but heard in real life she’s a total bitch.
From all I can tell she is an idiot……..but not like you or I are ever going to date her. Just nice to know 61 can look that good.
When you’re a beauty and treated as such since she was a teen it’s probably hard to stay grounded and humble.
True, and I’m sure she’s been treated badly by asshole men too. So that does tend to sour someone.
Wish I could hold her and make it all better. 😛
She is our generation’s Raquel Welch.
Coples is 25yo 6’6 290, about the size of Dion FF.
Coples had 6.5 sacks & 1 forced fumble last year. @ 25 maybe he can be salvaged by the right guys in his ear. Hope Suh takes him under his wing like he did for Phillips.
John Mellencamp is banging Christie now.
I have no belief we will ever see anything from Dion Jordan, and if we do, he will be a FA the very next year and it wont mean anything anyways. Id rather try to trade him again for whatever we can get and just draft a guy.
I don’t think about him as a part of the team anymore. I only think of him when I think of the word fuckface.
Coples is a waste of time.
Just makes me think about who’s calling the shots in the front office.
I’m sure they’re just kicking the tires.
Bowles said they felt Coples lacked quickness for the outside, too big to be a 3-4 OLB and that he’s better off inside, but they’re deep inside so there was nowhere to play him.

Coples is one of those underachieving low motor guys. I dont know if we can expect much, those guys shit on the opportunities their immense athletic ability has given them. Not going to hurt us much though given our situation lol.

Tim i dunno if it can be just that. A person with that talent and that athletic ability you stick it out with them, and you probably don’t cut them during the season with no better replacement for them out there. He must have been a locker room issues as well for them to cut him like that.
I thought that too and Bowles was probably being kind but he said it had nothing to do with character or off the field stuff. My guess is his motor is probably a big part of it. Some guys either have it or they don’t.

sounds like he’s on our team now
Appearing on Sirius XM NFL Radio, ESPN’s Adam Schefter said “momentum and signs seem to be piling up against a Chip Kelly return to Philadelphia.”
Schefter added that the two sides are “sick of each other.” The Eagles have greatly underachieved this year, compiling a listless 4-6 record while playing in arguably the league’s worst division. Kelly’s offense has been particularly disappointing as the Eagles have averaged just 22.9 points per game, well down from last year’s 29.6.
Makes sense that his protégé (Lazor) is just below him at 20.5
