  1. son of a son of a shula says:

Russell and Cousins are having the most success out of that draft class, it’s funny how that happens

    • The Flying Pig says:

      Well luck has been injured
Weeden has been horrible since he started

And the other guy is not responsible for anything
And being completely unaccountable is kind of a success story

  2. son of a son of a shula says:

In his best Shaq voice Cousins just said “hey Tanny tell me how my ass taste”
    Lol

  3. son of a son of a shula says:

Cousins took what was supposed to be one of the absolute worst teams in the league to the playoffs.
Tannehill took what was supposed to be one of the best teams right into the shitter.

There’s no other way to look at it.

  4. The Flying Pig says:

    Washington is 28th vs run
    Miami is 29th

  5. The Flying Pig says:

Wash 21 is rush yards a game
    Miami 22t

  6. son of a son of a shula says:

but instead our entire roster sucks

  7. New Age says:

Washington and Cousins looked good. Maybe we will get a coaching staff that actually can turn this team around. I hope so.

  8. New Age says:

I will say this though. I have never seen a coaching staff do less to help their QB than this one has over the past few years. The proof of how idiotic these coaches are is in who hires them next. Will they be begging for a HS squad like Sherman? I doubt Coyle, Philbin, or Lazor will get better than a position job in the NFL again.

The Skins ran the ball more than they passed 5 different times this year. They ran the ball over 40% of the time and neither of their primary guys has averaged even 3.7 yards for the year. Gruden don’t care though because they are winning with a smart philosophy of helping their QB until he finally started to look really good.

Give me a coach that knows how to run the ball. Not an ex-player who said he’d run the ball but an actual running philosophy. While Cousins was a stud in college, he has looked rough until lately. Thankfully for him, Gruden looked pasty the growing pains and has done a phenomenal job preparing him to be good enough to reach the playoffs.

Congrats to Cousins and the Redskins team. They have already eclipsed us even if their division is garbage.
