  1. Broncos are trying to trade Sanchez. That’s funny right there.

The 3 OL to take the last 3 spots, DT63, Turner, and Urbik. Of those 3 I expect one may get replaced by a waiver claim, and I hope it’s Turner. Can Steen play RT?

Dolphins cut cornerback Lafayette Pitts, per source, but requested he stay in town. So p-squad good possibility.

    • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Possible yes, but CB along with LB and TE are places where I am thinking we might be seeing folks in the next couple days….and that filters down.

#48 Gray must have made it and rightfully so. He was active on ST and looked good catching the ball and blocking.

  6. Cuts to 53: QB Logan Thomas, WR Geremy Davis, WR Darius Powe, WR Anthony Dable, OL Dillon Farrell, OL Ryan Seymour, DT Louis Nix, DE Stansly Maponga, LB Brad Bars, LB Ishaq Williams, CB Leon McFadden, CB Michael Hunter, CB Donte Deayon, S Justin Currie, S Andrew Adams

That thing is going to fly right over my house but I’ll be at the game

      • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

That’s awesome. Never saw one of those but one time out my office window they did the dress rehearsal on a Friday for the opening of the Air Force memorial the next day. Man that stuff is cool to watch.

      • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Without being said — didn’t get much work done while it was going on 🙂

      • son of a son of a shula's avatar son of a son of a shula says:

It’s cool to see. The last fly over was when the stadium opened and it was 4 f-16’s it was awesome. They flew over from the south end zone and when they past stadium all went straight up in the air so the thrusting jets were right over my house my said the whole house shook.

      • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Not trying to one up — but imagine going “WTF is that out the window” and then realizing it is a B2 Stealth bomber. You beat me on the aerobatics thing though….guessing they decided not to do that over Washington ( and this was not too many years after 9-11).

    • steveccnv's avatar steveccnv says:

5 of them flew over at one of the AFC Championship games in the 70s, yeah really cool.

Reports out of Green Bay are that the Packers are ready to move on from guard Josh Sitton.

He’s a 30-year-old Jacksonville native who played at Central Florida and has had a distinguished career, including being named second-team All-Pro by The Associated Press the past three seasons. Word is the Packers could release him if they can’t trade him. He’s scheduled to make $5.9 million this season.

We kept 5 RBs, 4 of whom are hurt.

    • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

That’s the reason but Drake played in the PS last game and showed his stuff. Foster has to prove he can still hold up, Ajayi’s deal is down the road, Pead showed explosiveness but now has a hammy, and Williams plays on all STs units.

So who are the 4 that are hurt right now? It’s only Pead. I think Gase wants to learn who he can rely on down the stretch.

I don’t expect to see 5 RBs on the roster week 8.

  74. naplesfan2010's avatar naplesfan2010 says:

I was surprised Duarte got cut, but they probably think no one will bother to poach a slow WR trying to convert to TE without much bulk. Even if they do steal him oh well we can always find another 7th round project.
