Things That Make Hulk Angry Before Season Even Start

By Dr. Bruce Banner

So season no start yet and here I am sitting around, breathing becoming more labored, palms getting sweaty, fists pounding table and generally feeling the need to smash something. Hulk already getting angry and we have not played a down of meaningful football yet. Here is what Hulk is already getting angry about:

The schedule. Hulk know no one can control schedule and there is nothing you really can do about it. But that no mean Hulk can’t be angry about it. 3 of first 4 games on road against playoff teams. Hulk knows NFL history that teams that start 0-2 very unlikely to make playoffs. Teams that start 1-3 not much better. Hulk just no want to see Phins season over before September ends. Hulk tired of the year’s football highlight being the draft. Hulk want team to be playing meaningful football in December and even better in January. In order to do that we have to play meaningful football in September. That may be a tall order with rookie head coach and lots of change over in personnel.

Hulk angry that our RB roster looks more like a MASH unit than NFL depth chart at the position. Our starter is Arian Foster who right now is held together by duct tape and safety pins. He had moments in pre-season but definitely looks a step slower than he has been. Our backup is Jay Ajai who has no cartilage in his knee. He also looked very tentative running the ball in pre-season. Behind those two we have Kenyan Drake and Isiah Pead. Both flashed playmaking ability but both also flashed hamstring injuries in pre-season. That leaves only Damien Williams as the only healthy option at RB and he inspires little fear in opposing defenses.

What makes Hulk angriest of all is that after last season’s abysmal linebacker play we are set to be just as bad again this season. Our only move to remedy what was one of the worst linebacker corps in the league was to bring in an oft injured Kiko Alonzo. Watching Alonzo in pre-season he looks undersized and covers the side line to side line with all the speed and grace of a pregnant yak. With the exception of 1 game our linebackers have been exposed all pre-season in both run defense and pass coverage. Unless our defense plays better we could be in for another long season. This make Hulk very angry and season no even start yet.

Okay I said my peace. Until the real remedy begins nothing will change. Stop fostering black markets and criminal activity.

  2. stangerx says:

My main problem with Kaep is he is not being a team player, but rather a distraction.

I liked Foster’s take on it even if the message that comes out might not thrill me — “we all do one thing or the other as a team.”

    • son of a son of a shula says:

My main problem with him is his hair, no wait, his throwing motion, no wait the tatoos, no wait it’s that he’s a smug asshole yeah that’s the ticket.

      • stangerx says:

Think most of it has to do with him not liking being a 3rd QB. In some ways thinking he might be using this to get either traded or released.

    • steveccnv says:

You shouldn’t use sports to tell the world how you feel about a social issue, but he is and it’s working, so…

      • Tim Knight says:

He’s actually getting more backlash for the ignorant way he’s doing it. He’s insulting a majority of people who have nothing to do with it. That includes black folks and other minority groups. His cause will go nowhere but maybe when he joins ISIS it will make him feel better.

  3. steveccnv says:

Wow CM VS OSU, idiots gave an untimed down after change of possession in error resulting in a 55 yard TD to win the game for Central Michigan. They said the play shouldn’t have counted, so don’t allow it, change the call.

  4. steveccnv says:

Idiot on Clemson returns a punt for a TD, but let’s go of the ball before he crosses the goal line, no TD😻

    • son of a son of a shula says:

      Oops
But I bet he looked cool
      Dumbass

      • Tim Knight says:

The celebration being #1 needs to stop. Play the fucking game first!

      • steveccnv says:

No, he looked like a dumbass. Idiot from NV returns the kick out of the endzone, gets tackled on the 10, holding ball on 5. Next kickoff he starts to run it out, gets to the 1, goes back into the endzone and downs it for a safety. He’s on the bench now😻 the rest of the team is in for halftime😀

  5. steveccnv says:

Opening weeks of college football always brings out the idiots.

  6. son of a son of a shula says:

    UCF got whacked as expected
    51-14 ouch

  7. Mike E. says:

    Tim

Workers Comp? Do you feel like football players who make $20M a year won’t have enough money to cover the medical bills if they have concussions, compared to a miner who may get $60K a year?

    • steveccnv says:

These fucktards spend what they make, so no they won’t have the money.

    • Tim Knight says:

What I was saying is that many workers have compensation that former NFL players and Military Vets don’t have. Unions are involved in the industries you mentioned. I know it for a fact. My cousin (Union Electrical Worker NYC) hurt his neck and needed spinal surgery to get him back to action at 50+ years old. It does exist.

  12. Rockphin says:

The current Power Rankings on nfl.com currently have the the Seahawks at number 3 , thePatriots at number 5 and the Miami Dolphins at number 21

I wonder how far they will drop Seattle if Miami wins tomorrow

How many spots will they raise Miami? If Miami wins in New England next week and starts 2-0 will they put Miami at the top of the league and drop New England and Seattle to the bottom? That is a rhetorical question we all know they won’t

  13. stangerx says:

Least according the Doug Baldwin, the Seahawks have decided what to do. Got no problem with it.

“We are a team comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds. And as a team, we have chosen to stand and interlock arms in unity. We honor those who have fought for the freedom we cherish. And we stand to ensure the riches of freedom and the security of justice for all people. Progress can and will be made only if we stand together.”

  14. Randy says:

    Tim,
I could name lots of jobs that injured or killed employees who weren’t part of any Union over the years. Improvements in technology and medical advancements have shed light on many things that debilitated, killed or injured thousands. CTE is no different. And, it effects a significantly smaller number of people if just considering NFL players.

I’m not saying what these former and current players are faced with is no big deal or shouldn’t be addressed. Of course it’s an important issue. I’m just saying this kind of thing has been going on for centuries…and to a lot more people. It’s our world. Something that may impact, what, 1500 people(?)….gets more attention than things that impact thousands…but those thousands aren’t professional athletes. We’ve always been fascinated with famous people.

  15. herdfan says:

I despise the sitting during the national anthem thing. If these players or anyone for that matter feel there are social issues and causes that need attention they should devote some time and money to making change. Sitting during the anthem and being disrespectful isn’t the answer particularly with tomorrow being Sept. 11th. I know one of the things that make the US a great place are our freedoms;the freedom to do the very thing I find so despicable. It’s like the old guy with the hairy back in a speedo at the beach. Just because it’s legal to do something doesn’t mean you should. 🏈🇺🇸

  16. son of a son of a shula says:

The whole entire NFL should just listen to Rockphin when the anthem starts and

    Stand the Fuck Up!!!

  17. son of a son of a shula says:

Too many sacrificed so much for us to even have football to watch.

    Stand the Fuck Up
And praise and thank them !!

Yeah! Or like a fat chick in spandex. Just because the material will stretch that far doesn’t mean they should wear it!
