I agree. I think those traits will make him a solid professional. I’m just not sure he has the talent to be a top notch sorta guy. Ultimately, it’s about production. Like it or not, a premium is put on getting the QB on the ground in the NFL. That’s what guys get paid to do. Harris never even had double digit sacks in college. There was some stuff about him not buying into how he was coached his senior year, so that always worries me a little.
I think he will be just fine. Maybe not Wake but a guy who can fill his role. And not like Wake is good against the run. Four deep at DE though. And Suh plus Phillips at DT. Not such a bad DL.

I’m starting to wonder why Harris? I watch his game tape and the OL handles him on running plays, to make him a non factor. When in pursuit he seems like, ok the plays over I’ll just take it easy, a lot. He doesn’t seem tired.
