Ah, how nice is it to ponder our team in Week #9 of an NFL season and not only be in contention for a playoff spot and the division crown, but to do so with a top rated defense and a promising young QB? C’mon, think about that and let it sink in. Forget about Tua throwing for only 102 yards, but think about this defense just 7 games into rebuild YEAR ONE and our defense, yes, the Miami Dolphins defense has given up the least points per game at 18.6 PPG. Incredible! I know some of you are worried about Tua but let it go man. NO matter who we drafted at QB you’d be feeling and thinking we made a mistake. If we took Herbert (who is playing well and looks good) you’d be thinking we screwed up. If we traded up and got Joe Burrow we’d be saying we mortgaged the future and gave up too much. If we waited to select Jordan Love we’d be saying we half-assed and should have gone all in on one of the upper echelon QB’s. Forget about that, we have Tua, and he’s got the talent to be great for us. Let it happen, and enjoy it!
Speaking of that defense, oh that defense. What a clinic they put on against the 5-2 LA Rams. Maybe Garoppolo wasn’t 100% but Goff was and that’s twice within a few weeks that we have flummoxed two NFC QB’s. Goff was pressured and harassed and hit all day long. Dolphins D forced 4 turnovers in all, 2 INT’s and 2 forced fumbles and recoveries, one for a TD on the strip sack of Goff by DE Emmanuel Ogbah (pictured above) and the TD return by LB Andrew Van Ginkel (also pictured above). Opportunistic they were, but there are some concerns. The Rams ran 90 offensive plays and had the ball for 36 and half minutes. 61 pass attempts and and 39 rush attempts. I comprehend that the score is all that matters at the end of the day, but I think we all understand this can’t happen week after week. The guys were exhausted, I saw several Dolphins barely able to get back to the LOS and get set in the 4th quarter, so this can’t continue. We need to get off the field sometimes, and the run defense is a concern. Teams look at film and find weaknesses and if the score is close enough, they will try and exploit our weak rushing defense.
The Arizona Cardinals are also 5-2, like the Rams were last week. They are coming off their BYE week and will be well rested and ready to go. We may catch a bit of a break because it appears as if Kenyan Drake may miss thye game which leaves the rushing in the capable hands of Chase Edmonds. The problem is, #29 doesn’t scare me as much as #1 on the opposing team does. We had tons of trouble with Cam Newton and the RPO but to be fair, that was game #1. This defense has come a long way since then. Still, Kyler Murray is a dangerous man when he’s running with the football, and in my opinion, much like Cam Newton, he scares me more running than passing. We have to be disciplined and we have to play better against that type of attack. We guessed wrong too often with Cam and the RPO, I hope we can do better with Murray. I’m also worried about sending too much pressure and having him find a hole to run upfield so we have to be cognizant of that as well. Oh yeah, and the Cards have DeAndre Hopkins, Larry Fitzgerald, Christian Kirk and Andy Isabella. The Cards are top 10 in points scored (8th at 29 PPG) and in points allowed (9th at 20.9) and have a +57 point differential. The Dolphins are 11th in PPG at 26.9PPG and as previously mentioned, #1 in points allowed (I like saying that!) at 18.6PPG, with a +58 point differential. Good news for Miami, rookie LT Austin Jackson has returned to practice. In his stead, veteran Jesse Davis has performed admirably.
The Dolphins offense will be somewhat of a mess due to the fact that their leading rusher Myles Gaskin is OUT and 3 week IR and it looks likely that backup Matt Breida (hamstring) may also be out or limited. That leaves only Jordan Howard (break in case of emergency), Patrick Laird and Savon Ahmed. I haven’t seen an injury report regarding FB Chandler Cox yet, and there’s always a chance both Malcolm Perry and Lynn Bowden get some touches in the backfield. We’re going to have to see more of Tua in this game, and I hope he’s up for the task. I know he has the talent and the confidence so let’s see some more of him please. I was perfectly fine with how things played out last week, there was no need to put any burden on Tua, the defense and ST’s like the wonderful 88 yard return for a TD last week, along with the Van Ginkel fumble recovery for a TD, but that won’t happen every week, and with the run game being at a huge deficit, it may be Tua time this week. Will #88 ever be a big part of the gameplan? I surely hope so, like Sonny said in “A Bronx Tale”, “The saddest thing in life is wasted talent, and the choices that you make will shape your life forever” Let’s make the right choice and get #88 the damn football!
GO DOLPHINS!!!

Tua reminded me of a young, left-handed Drew Brees today.
He is very accurate
Yep and he knows there are no kids gloves at 5-3. It’s all about winning.
1st half of season MVP: Sanders with a close second to Ogbah
Agree, but we aren’t close to being in this game without Tua.
Pick #2 for Brady tonight 31-0 Saints
Love it!
I am still so amped up I can’t go to bed
LOL
I tell ya, Jordan Howard was mostly ineffective, but he had probably the biggest run of the game with an 8 yd run on 1st down with 1:53 left, needing a first to seal it.
Situational football is all that matters. Not stats.
^
We’re finally doing that.
Byron Jones got his ass handed to him most of the day, but he was the guy who had the big hit on Kyler Murray to stop him short of the 1st down on the Cards 2nd to last drive.
The Cards would then fail to convert on 4th giving us a short field to get into position to kick the game winner.
It happens. We won and don’t really care. He’s been outstanding the rest of the season.
This QB from Tampa sucks.
LOL
On the Ogbah stripsack, Brandon Jones made a key block to give Lawson a free path to the endzone. Jones came screaming up the field to impede a Cardinals lineman from getting to Lawson.
Just saw that highlight, it’s a textbook takes no talent play. Game ball worthy.
I hope Flores makes a point to praise Jones, in front of the entire team.
Last week #11 from the Rams just jogged on the Van Ginkel TD, if he hustled he makes the tackle.
Signature win for sure, considering it’s on the road, across the country, against a hot team coming off a bye. The only bigger disadvantage we could’ve had was, if we had played Monday or if the game was played on Thursday.
The Saints embarrassed the Bucs and Brady tonight.
Tua had back to back incompletions just once all game.
It’s just the beginning. 5 coaches out due to Covid and our top two backs out as well and we won a competitive game on the road out west against a good opponent – with a rookie QB in his 2nd start.
Brian Flores is coach of the year as of now at 5-3.
It truly seems our long, cold winter is FINALLY over. We’re seeing an organizational effect on what we see on the field on Sundays. We’re being built to succeed in the short and long term. It’s fucking beautiful to watch.
Dolphins had 9 offensive possessions, 8 possessions if you discard the victory formation to end the game.
The Dolphins scored on 5 of those 8 possessions ( 3 TDs, 2 FGs).
Situational football, we had to score today on O, so Tua had to open it up.
Say all you want about Burrow and Herbert looking great, but if they don’t win…Tua looked great and got it done when it mattered.
We’re showing we can win multiple ways, which is exactly the way Flores wants to do it. Tua matched Murray score for score, and made the plays the team needed to get the win at the end.
2-0
Two wins, one 4th quarter comeback. Not too shabby a start.
LOL @ Kong
5-3, but we really haven’t accomplished anything anything yet.
One week the run D sucks, then the next the pass D sucks, then running game, then passing O…just win by doing what you have to.
The constant successes lateley have been Sanders, Haack, and STs in general. You have to be able to do whatever it takes, and shouldn’t worry about one player or unit not getting it done on a given week.
We’re not a complete team yet but we have some good talent and we’re well coached. What are the Cardinals talking about right now, they lost at home? 😉
If the Cards won today they jump the Seahawks for their division. We prevented that. 🙂
This team needs a RB…..and in a hurry. I hope Breida can go next week!
Anyone else see that it was Brandon Jones that makes sure Lawson scores on the FR. That dude is a keeper and a core player for us.
I got really busy at work and missed the Saints game. Wish I could have. That would have been a great night cap. I see that Brady had a passer rating of 40.4. That is just beautiful to see. lol
OMG what a game, the Dolphins are for real!
TUa is looking awesome, almost as good as my poftfoliio of Biden stocks this morning gong to the moon, lol
i made more money in ONE premarket of Biden, than the last 12 months of TRump
investors hate trump, but are spending money like nuts now
some of my solar and pot stocks are up 400 percent since last week
Biden will fix this economy, Moodys analytics called it right
Good recap.
A lot of people say the NFC West is one of the best divisions in the NFL. Well we’re 3-1 against them – 2 wins on the road. 🙂
The smell of victory in the morning ah it smells so good
The good news is we were in a shoot out on the road against a good team and Tua was up to the challenge
Working at home today … enjoying the football talk shows this morning talking about Tua AND Brian Flores’ decision to make him the starter.
I still can’t believe Cards kicker SHORT on 49 yard kick … SHORT! That is piss-weak.
Meanwhile, Sanders from 50 and 56 like it’s pregame warmups.
Saturday: Notre Dame over Clemson
Sunday: Fins over Cards with “4th Qtr Tua”
For me, this was one of the best football weekends I’ve had in 20 year (in terms of both teams overcoming “yeah, but”). ND beats a top 5 team, Fins have a legit coach and a franchise QB.
Tannehill is playing well, but on a team that has the best rushing attack in the NFL. Tua with a majority rookie OL, RBs pulled off the trash heap or playing first NFL game ever, and receiving corps with good hands but struggle to separate.
Flores is replicating some lessons learned (some place in the northeast lol)…
– OL and QB then skill positions can be filled with a ton of different interchangeable guys.
– DB depth for the modern game, carries over to much improved “coverage-pressure” on QBs.
Another DL of Wilkens caliber, another versatile LB who can play all over the field and this Defense can play all phases at a high level. On offense I think they will draft another OL for depth then start looking in 2nd/3rd rounds for a WR who can stretch the field and a versatile RB.
My mind is racing this morning with optimism about this team. KEN, like you I had a hard time falling asleep. Kept searching for articles on Tua’s performance… greedy for some affirmation. LOL
😆👍
Texans escaped Jax on that 2 pt conv. fail. Moved that pick to #5 currently, a loss would have put them at #2. Good news is that if Jax can almost beat them, Houston (like Chargers) may continue to find ways to LOSE close games. My fingers are crossed for a #3 pick at best, which gives us basically any player we want besides Lawrence and Fields. That would be ideal!!
I want Travis Etienne I know 5 will probably be too high to take a RB but he is what our offense needs
I was so surprised that Notre Dame shut him down in the run game … but then Clemson got him involved in other aspects (screens, kick returns) and he still found a way to make an impact.
I agree that #5 is way too high, but he IS projected in the low 20’s which could be a good spot. He is fast and runs hard on every touch.
We are fun to watch again. We can make big plays from O, D and ST
https://www.theringer.com/platform/amp/nfl/2020/11/8/21555929/tua-tagovailoa-kyler-murray-dolphins-cardinals-week-9
Wyo,
I’ve been meaning to share a few baseball thoughts with you as an A’s fan (who lives in Astros territory) … I spend summers on A’s blog and stay up late to watch all those games that start 9 pm Texas time. lol
Lots of A’s fans enjoyed the regular season over Astros and wanted them in the playoffs. I wanted NOTHING to do with Astros in playoffs, cuz most of A’s regular season wins were ‘rally’ wins.
Plus, as much as A’s fans love our “young pitching rotation” the Astros youngsters were actually WAY better, especially in the playoffs: Valdez (omg he’s filthy), Urquidy, Javier and Paredes in BP… Astros may not need to spend big on FA pitching if Verlander gets healthy.
A’s can’t pay for an Ace, they need one of these youngsters to become one … but none of them pitched at the level of Valdez, imo. I enjoyed a short season division title, but over 162 games I don’t think we could have held up.
I think Verlander retires?
The young guys pitched really well!
They need to shore up their middle relievers and get the closer back off injury!
We may lose up to 2 of our infield too?
FA is going to be a bitch the next few years!!!!
Somebody better at digging up stats than me (I’ve been searching by indiv. player ugh):
Tua, first two games, 0 INT. I can’t think of another recent rookie QB to do that… in face, most seem to throw an INT in their first game.
Tua’s blunder was the fumble in his first pass. Does it really matter, if it was a fumble or an int?
Yesterday he didn’t force the ball, so instead he took a couple of sacks. Live to play the next down.
He might be a keeper, IDK, but we have 8 more games to figure it out. SMMFH at the U75s
Yeah, the ’10 game audition’ thing was dumb.
Play calling still had some hiccups i.e. pitch out wide to Jordan on 3rd and short and the run play at end of first half that almost cost us a FG but overall it was better. In particular short yardage goal line use of a FB lead blocker and QB sneak to seal the game
Tua had a couple of shaky moments that were rookie mistakes. The almost int on the throw away and the grounding call on the screen play are mistakes that should not happen as the speed of the game becomes more natural to him
The grounding was just a fluke, it hit an OL, otherwise it was a heady play.
Agreed on Tua not making those 2 big mistakes again.
He was shocked by the athleticism of that player on the near INT, but he might have known the guy was OB.
On the grounding he over compensated for the near INT.
He also took a sack he won’t take the next time he sees the same thing.
👍🤞
HOWIE’S LIST
🗿33-28 🐬
Tua is still trying to get comfortable with his teammates, so there’s going to be some mishaps from time to time. I’ll take them as growing pains.
The NFL is a game of matchups, sometimes you don’t matchup so well with a particular player, like Murray, so you have to try to contain him and win another way.
Yesterday we did that with Tua. Find a way. Pick up your teammates, that are having a tough matchup. Just getter done as a team.
We can beat you with O, D, or STs, it’s a beautiful thing.
I have to give props to Murray. I was not all that high on him but he put on show yesterday. He is still not the most polished passer i.e. the last pass of the game when failed to convert the first down but he throws a nice deep ball and his athleticism just makes things happen
He’s Lamar with a real arm, and likely future MVP, but he may have to wait for Russ to get one first.
LOL from phinfever.
He got that right
Lol
Yeah, as I said above, we can also beat you with STs. Amazing how everything is coming together at once. We have another 4.5 years before we have to pay Tua 50M a season, so take advantage while you can.
All 3 should be pro bowlers at this rate
Sanders for MVP
GOOD COACHING?
Next man up
The Tua affect.
Getting shit done at work today
For years all we heard about Brady was he’s always got wide open receivers to throw to. That’s what happens when you go through all of your progressions fast. Tua did that yesterday, and he didn’t need wide open receivers with his accuracy and quick release, but it will come.
The thing about Grant is teams are having to plan for him which is a time drain in practice and means more potential for mistakes by punters AND kickoff guys trying to be so careful to keep it away from him.
They can’t just haul off and kick. Plus Any time you make an athlete think too much, you take away his natural best style and rhythm as well. Every kicker has to try to kick his hardest, so more potential for hamstrings.
I predict a blocked punt in the future as teams concentrate on gunners and interior blockers releasing into coverage schemes.
Working under a hurricane rainstorm down here today, 6 to 8 inches, but only 35 mph winds, so that’s good so far.
Be safe
Unsung hero of the game was Parker.
True that 6 catches against Peterson
For Parker the game was a microcosm of last season, once Williams went down he flourished. It’s all about the 2a.
Tua’s arm isn’t as strong as Murray’s, nor is he as fast, but what he does well is second to none. He goes thru his progressions so fast, makes a quick decisions, with a quick release and accuracy. All of this makes up for his arm.
Think about how long it takes QBs to go from looking at the first read to hitting the receivers hands. Tua is lights out faster.
Last week we saw Daniel Jones on the decisive 2 pt conversion get the ball out late, because of his decision making to slow release.
The answer is:
a Steelers loss,
a Dolphins playoff spot,
a coach of the year trophy for Flores,
a top 10 pick from the Texans in the 1st and 2nd rds.
.
The question is what will happen in the 2nd half of the season?
RIP Alex.
👍
A kid in my wife’s school just tested positive for Covid. She last had contact with him on Thursday he developed a fever on Friday. This is my concern that my wife as a nurse at school for kids with special needs is just unavoidably going to come into contact with it
I agree, I hope she wears an N95.
My ex wife was a respitory ICU nurse back in the aids days. She got pricked by a needle that had been used on an aids patient, so yeah I get the concern.
She wears N95 and face shield but still worried
Damn…best wishes for negatives on the testing.
👍
You should be concerned now and for the future. A kid who gets sick is gonna end up in her office. But sounds like she has proper PPE.
It was thought before the season, that our schedule was brutal. How’s it looking now?
5-3 in the tough part, before we had a chance to get acclimated. 5-3 to finish it shouldn’t be that much of a stretch for 10-6 and a playoff berth.
Unless the Steelers finish 14-2 or better I’d Say Flores has a great chance to be coach of the year. He should’ve won last year, but…
Lol. Chris Simms says we were fed crap stew from the pirate ship last night in Tampa.
😆
IMO Flores will only win COTY if he wins a playoff game.
Tomlin is probably favorite right now and and Steelers have a real shot to go 16-0
Um, playoff games don’t count for regular season rewards.
Seth Walder
ESPN Analytics
Jets chances to land No. 1 overall pick based on result tonight, per FPI:
With loss 64%
With win 37%
Go Jets
We’re at the half-way point of the season and already have as many wins as last year. Not sure if that has happened before in Dolphins history, but if it has……not too many times.
It surely happened in Sporano’s first year after the Cam nightmare
For sure that year. Also went from 3-10-1 in 1969 to 10-4 in ’70. A couple other years where might have happened as well but I’m too lazy to search out the mid-season records.
It took Tua 2 games (out of 2 chances) to match the win totals of Burrow and Herbert.
Tua and 0!
Anyone watch Good Morning Football this morning? Is it just me or has Kay Adams gone from cute and yummy to hot and sexy?
Haven’t seen her lately but both Danny Amendola and I thought she was darn sexy before.
https://twitter.com/PFF_RyanSmith/status/1325843820022554625?s=20
Chad Henne was the last Dolphins QB to win his first two starts.
No info on Williams’ injury yet, but i did see somewhere that x-rays were negative, so hopefully he’ll be back next week.
What was the injury to Smythe?
Concussion?
Yep, concussion.
with 5 in next years top 100 picks, this teams future is scary good!
Stanger, she comes on about the 5:45 mark but worth watching the whole video.
I got “video unavailable”…… but I’ll check her out some morning. The show is pretty good.
Are you kidding me? What a great win and this time we don’t have the cloud of Tua doubt hanging over it. Has to be one of my favorite wins in a looooooong time given the reason for optimism about the current and future state of this team.
Let’s go!
We could draw pitt in the playoffs if they stumble or if we win one. What if we end their season? COTY for flo for sure then. Rothburg is not the type QB that gives us trouble. He is awesome though.
COTY is regular season award.
I wonder what’s up with Kindley?
He got replaced by Davis yesterday?
Didn’t he get in a dust up during the game?
With Jackson coming back they said upfront they had 6 guys for 5 positions. And they said would play Davis at G some. Not sure if that rotation lasts or not, but would keep them a little more fresh.
He visited the Grand Canyon and his foot got stuck.
What if we draft the best available pass rusher and best available Rb and best available wr and best available whatever we need for injury. Or performance needs over rest of season???
Yikes.
with 5 in next years top 100 picks, this teams future is scary good!

1a MLB Parsons
1b Edge/OLB Ossai
2a C/IOL Myers
2b RB Najee Harris or Javonte Williams
3 NT/DT Slaton
Already submitted it to Grier. Told him he could do what he wanted with the rest.
Lol
We do need a little more help at DT.
Stanger, you just have to select “watch on youtube”.
Thanks — tech ignorant I am. Was a good clip on Tua. NFL Football seems excited. And Kay Adams was trying to do the whole J LO thing. I’d like her better hair down, but maybe that is cause prefer “cute and yummy .” 🙂
When preston leapt for the TD, the DB grabbed his foot and twisted it so hard it spun Preston in the air. I cringed when it happened.
I’m fine with having 6 starter quality players on the OL. There have been years when we had one.
^
Ken, I like Travis Etienne a lot. I just don’t feel he is a tough yardage type back. He is a weapon and homerun threat. We already have a couple quick twitch and speedy guys. I want a punisher. Najee Harris is 6’2 230 and Javonte Williams is 5’10 220. Both are great receivers and 3 down backs.
I have started to lean toward Javonte Harris. He is faster than Najee Harris and plays with a little “beast mode” in him. He does remind me a little of Marshawn Lynch. You made me post it again, lol.
IMO, Harris and Williams are the 2 most complete backs in the draft next year. Great in all phases; rushing, receiving and pass protection.
lean toward Javonte Williams
I see Etienne as a 3 down back he is not as big as those guys you list above but he is big enough to be an every down back and he is a dynamic play maker
No doubt Etienne is the most explosive 3 down back in the draft. IMO, he is the only RB worthy of 1st round pick. After watching him all these years, he just doesn’t seem to be a back who can get the tough yards. I want a 3 down bruiser. That is just my preference. A bruiser will wear a defense down trying to tackle him. Though, Etienne will wear them down trying to chase him. lol
He visited the Grand Canyon and his foot got stuck.
——————————————-
Yeah, and I heard Matt Roth pulled it free.
😂😂😂
LOL
I know this really doesn’t mean anything, but it’s still fun. We’ve been waiting to turn the corner on a good team/organization for nearly 20 years and it really looks like this is the start, so I’m going to enjoy all of these moments.
▪ Of the quarterbacks who rank in the top 10 in all-time passing yardage, plus 10 other top quarterbacks who are still active, plus a few others (Andrew Luck, Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert), only three quarterbacks have thrown at least three touchdowns and no interceptions in their first two NFL starts: Tagovailoa, Carson Wentz, and Aaron Rodgers
▪ With a 103.8 passer rating and 3 TDs and no interceptions through two games, Tagovailoa has exceeded the first two-start performance of Tom Brady (0 TDs, 0 INTs, 79.6, 58.7 passer ratings), Russell Wilson (2 TDs, 1 INT, 62.5 and 112.7 ratings), Lamar Jackson (1,3, 70.1, 58.4), DeShaun Watson (2,2, 75.9, 90.6), Josh Allen (2,2, 63.3, 111.2), Kyler Murray (3,1, 75.2, 90.5), Dak Prescott (0, 0, 69.4, 103.7) and Andrew Luck (3, 3, 52.9, 107.5).
▪ Of the aforementioned top 10 all-time yardage leaders and 15 other very good QBs, the only ones who played as well or better than Tagovailoa in their first two starts were Rogers, Dan Marino (6 TDs, 2 picks, 108.7, 113.9 ratings), Brett Favre, Philip Rivers and Patrick Mahomes (4 TDs, 1 pick, 102.8 rating).
▪ With the game on the line on Sunday, Tagovailoa was 6 for 8 for 77 yards, one touchdown and a 144.7 rating – plus three carries for 24 yards – on Miami’s final three possessions.

I hate garbage stats like this, because for Tua he fumbled while attempting to throw his first past, so just a technicality, that he didn’t throw an int.
I love Tua, just don’t paint him to be something he is not or accomplish something he really hasn’t.
Yeah, that’s why I added my first sentence about it not actually meaning anything.
I knew there would be someone that would feel the need to call it out instead of seeing it’s just about enjoying the moment. Yet you still couldn’t yourself, lol.
steve — since it has just been 2 games…… way too early yet. And baseline on it is that no one knows the future. Personally, think the kid needs more polish even if like a lot else that I see.
I doubt that will be on tv here in Ocala, we had the CBS double header here yesterday, i would assume the FOX double header will be next week.
I’m sure you guys caught the results for Pfizer’s vaccine released today. Looking like we have a light at the end of the tunnel. For comparison the Flu vaccine is like 40% effective.
——————————–
Fauci said the reported 90% efficacy of the pharmaceutical company’s vaccine was “just extraordinary” and noted this will “have a major impact on everything that we do with regard to COVID,”
I caught that the DOW is up over 1200 points on this news.
We never knew would be so good before. And one of the other vaccines uses a similar approach. So that should be similarly effective.
I heard the announcer say that yesterday, but assumed he was wrong. That is awesome!
The move Tua put on Budda Baker was great, Baker thought he was gonna hit him and got all air.
I’ll have to catch next weeks game at Winghouse Ocala.
Fuck man, Steve is the ultimate corn flakes pisser. WTF?
🙂 I even put a “don’t piss in my cornflakes” qualifier on my comment and still couldn’t avoid it. LOL
Actually when I read something like that I usually just assume it is coming off in writing a little different than it may be intended.
It’s like anyone is anointing him anything, you said it was just for fun.
That’s me Mike, I tried to be optimistic when warranted and a cornflakes pisser when someone is blowing smoke up our ass🙄
Got milk? If not I got an alternative for you. I’ll even refrain from my VGS, just for you.
Nobody was blowing smoke, Steve. It was simply an exercise in comparing Tua’s first two games with a bunch of other QBs first two games. Nobody tried to extrapolate those numbers into anything. Nobody said Tua is better than Rodgers or Marino, lol.
It was supposed to be fun to see how his numbers stack up. I’m just enjoying staying in the moment and I thought others might like to see those numbers. If you think it’s a waste of time, I get that.
It’s a little dour for my tastes, especially following a win, but hey we all do our own thang, lol.
Couldn’t sleep last night and caught the Tua documentary. After learning about his upbringing…I hope he become Tiger Woods, not Marinovich. Lol
Couldn’t imagine training a kid to be a lefty when he’s not.
You want his wife to attack him with a golf club while he tries to drive away?
Lol. I dont care as long as he dominates like Tiger did in his prime!
I go to the NFL.com homepage, and big and bold is a front page picture of Antonio Brown, not even a rotating picture/story, that’s the only one.
This is the story you want to lead with you imbeciles? Instead of leading with a good story about a great game with two up and coming QBs in Murray and Tua, you put that piece of human excrement as your big Monday storyline? SMH
That’s what he does, with incredible accuracy I haven’t seen since Kurt Warner put his greatest show on turf up our ass week 4 about 17 years ago.
The first 3 weeks of the season, that year, we hadn’t even trailed in a game, until Kurt threw those precision passes with amazing accuracy. Well, weren’t undefeated any longer.
That was a ridiculous throw with a great combination of zip and accuracy
Great catch too
True that
I am loving this. All Tua All the time.
If their kicker hadn’t choked the narrative would be a little bit different today. I’ll take it and say thank you.
That sure made it easier, lol. We still had a minute plus on the clock, so it still might have ended with us kicking the game winner at the end.
Would have ended with a Sanders 64 yard FG. 🙂
I have to root for the Pets tonight. If the Pets lose, then they are in contention for Lawrence, and in no way do I want to sweat that out for the rest of the year.
If there’s one team that could fuck Lawrence up is the Jets, aren’t you ok with that?
Feel awful for him. Really do. He could be awesome, but not with that start. Imo.
It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed Dolphin football. For 20 years, Mrs. K would ask me why? She was loyal to the end.
It really is enjoyable, if you let yourself enjoy it. They’re playing some exciting football now!
No shit right? I want to slap myself and wake up for some reason. I feel like i’m on the edge….again. oh my.

IMO Flores will only win COTY if he wins a playoff game.

Tomlin is probably favorite right now and and Steelers have a real shot to go 16-0
I’m trying to do my part to prevent the Steelers going undefeated, I’m playing Big Ben in FF.
I started the season with Dak….horrific injury
Then I played Fitz….benched and Tua is starting
I’m playing Ben now…..he tweaked his knee but kept on playing. So now we wait. 😉
LOL – Steelers look like the toughest AFC team. Right now I’d have to give the slight nod to the Saints in NFC
Oh my, a fantasy football fucking nightmare. Lmao!
Herd your Marshall team is still kicking ass!!!!!
I know! I almost went to the game on Saturday but I already had other plans with my daughter. UMass was an add-on game after the schedule got messed up. I hear they have been trying to schedule another game, lots of folks around here would like to see them play BYU on the 28th, they both have an open date….but probably won’t happen.
That’s a tough team this year!
It would be a real challenge!
I thought Tua won the game. He stepped up.
It was a team effort, but he made critical plays, both passing and running.
Please don’t break.
I think steveccnv said it best. All phases stepped up.
Well coached.
No time to let up either.
