Draft day is approaching very quickly, so much so that I can already envision the arguments about who we took, when we took them and why we didn’t take this guy or that guy. It’s coming. Chris Grier and Brian Flores and the Miami Dolphins Scouting team will be questioned, ridiculed and revered by others all after 4 days of the draft in which the Dolphins currently hold 8 selections, starting with picks 5,18 in RD 1, 36 and 50 in RD 2, 81 in RD 3, 156 in RD 4 and then a long wait until picks 231 and 258 in RD 7. As usual, you can almost certainly expect some movement by our team in the draft, we have a history of wheeling and dealing, moving up back and all around at different junctures of the draft.
I think for the most part, the majority here understand that we need to help our QB by giving him better weapons on offense, and that could mean at a variety of positions including the trenches to give him better throwing lanes as well as keeping him healthy, more talent and reliability at receiver whether that receiver is a WR or TE and a durable ballcarrier who can also be a quality receiver out of the backfield. An easy way to have the QB improve is to give him better players around, see Ryan Tannehill and the Tennessee Titans for proof of such. We also have needs on defense but we made two key moves to make us better up the middle. First move was trading for ILB Benardrick McKinney to pair him with #55 Jerome Baker. We then signed FA DT John Jenkins. We do have AVG and Vince Biegel coming back on the outside but Biegel is coming off a torn achilles. He showed some promise before the injury, but whether the Dolphins are going to count on him remains to be seen. We need to get pressure from the edge, so I’d expect us to be looking at either an OLB or OLB/DE tweener who can rush the passer both standing up and with his hand in the ground.
Who are the most likely targets? I see mocks split for pick #6 with the usual suspects, WR Ja’Marr Chase, WR, DeVonta Smith, TE Kyle Pitts and OL Penei Sewell and Rashawn Slater. Once you get past our first pick, things as expected get more muddled. #18 is all over the map, from RB Najee Harris to EDGE rushers Kwity Paye, Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, Gregory Rousseau and Jaelan Phillips. Who we take at #6 will undoubtedly affect who we take next. If we don’t take a receiver with our first pick, say we go with an OL then I’m inclined to believe our next pick will be a WR. I can’t see going forward with the WR corps we currently have without finding a dependable, reliable high talent WR in this draft. I suppose receivers like Kadarius Toney or Rashod Bateman or Terrace Marshall could be the guy but I think we go for top tier talent here and either Chase, Smith or Pitts is the first pick. I’ll get more into the rest of the draft next week, and I’m sure there will be even more speculation, rumor and innuendo to discuss next week.
GO DOLPHINS!!!

I think it is wrong to generalize people who believe in GOD and/or are “religious”.

Wow, while picking apart your post to this part, you are dead on!
great statement!
if you don’t think like me i’ll punish you!
MF13,
absolutely loved the Najee Harris video you posted. Watched the entire thing this morning while drinking my coffee.
I saw his young life from the eyes of an educator … and his behavior screams “high score on ADHD inventory” lol. Even his quick flips from Alabama to Michigan and then back to Alabama is classic impulsiveness (which is the aspect of ADHD that gets kids/adults into “legal” trouble). The physical outlet is critical. Without it you get things like his destruction of the classroom. lol
That said, the video is also a reminder that sports are a very important part of the educational system. Some may not need it, but kids like Najee are literally saved by it … and deep down that’s the purpose of ‘education’ to begin with. While the focus can certainly be “get into a good college”, the reality is the goal is to help kids get on a path where they will be able to provide for themselves and their families… and more specifically the ‘thinking skills’ to get there. That means an endless number of outcomes, not just, say, SAT score. 🙂 Obviously this also applies for girls sports (I love GSW and Draymond, but I certainly disagreed with his comments about women’s athletics lol).
Anyway… great video. If there are more in the series please post or post link where to find them.
His immersion into football shows the ‘upside’ to ADHD … finding something that makes you feel more in control and then making it the center of your life because you feel better. I expect Najee will continue that passion in the NFL.
Pitts/Chase at 6 or
Trade to 8-10 for WR/Parsons
Trade to 20s for Najee/Rousseau
36 – take top3 RB or Rousseau, if not take in 1st.
50 – Dickerson/Humphrey/Meinerz
81 – OT to be used as depth to fill a roster spot, then next year used to challenge for a starting spot or groom a safety in the same way or an OLB, if both Parson/Rousseau or 2 others haven’t been drafted yet
trade back AND get Parsons idea … do you think he gets past Denver at #9? I don’t think he does. Seems like Carolina is now less likely to trade up.
Grier/Flores certainly wanted to stay pretty high up for an elite talent. If we don’t take Parsons at #6, I don’t see a way for him to be a Dolphin … I think our FO has developed a “we can coach up anybody” mentality and aren’t going to lose sleep about ‘one guy we can’t live without’.
I like the pick #50 approach. Our attempt at Wilson at least showed the Fins believe they need more OL help.
Denver may want one of the remaining QBs on the board at 6, so we could very well move to 9 get parsons and additional compensation.
Parsons has a chance to be a Tunsil type of drop, if you believe anything the media tells you. I usually don’t, but they sure were right when Mayfield was drafted 1st…
What these mocks tell me is teams have more than one option, other than the QB teams at the top, so I can see Parsons slipping to 10.
5 QBs in the top 9 I think is 75% certain, at least 1 OT, that leaves the 4 receivers and Parsons, so at 10 we’ll have either Parsons or a WR undrafted
orob, those fake coins go into the bank account, as real dollars, lol

You’re either not on the level or you’re ignorant and it doesn’t matter which, so you don’t have to splain for us. Either way it’s not a good look.

Y’all know me and my conspiracy theories. I am not a church guy nor have I read the bible all the way through. Not even close. I believe in the bible. I believe the bible is a history book written to record stories passed down from our ancient past and also a guide to live our lives by. Though, I don’t think it is an exact history book based on all the time in history it covers.
Bibles and ancient texts from around the world reference some of the same things like an Adam and Eve. Another common one is that we were either brought here by God or “The Gods” or that we were created in God’s or “The Gods” image. Some bibles/texts refer to “The Gods” meaning plural.
Many ancient cultures from all around the world believe we were brought here from various star systems. Tribes in Africa, China, Siberia, South America and even North America are just several. Some think our Gods are still here monitoring us. They refer to them as “the watchers”.
Kind of makes me wonder since there are documented reports of UFO’s over our nuke missile sites both in the US and in Russia. Activating them, shutting them down and taken completely taken off line.
Maybe these UFO’s we see now are not from outer space but from here.
OoooooooooWeeeeeeeeeOoooooooo, lol
We just don’t know shit do we.
Believing in God is a spiritual thing, being created in his image is a metaphor.
I believe the point of believing in God/religion is to help people to be a better person, to help others, to be less selfish, to get along, to have morals, so you can be at peace with yourself and the world. It’s the backbone of our country and family is a part too.
Some people don’t need religion or God to do the right thing, they just do it, for the rest…
To change things in our country, you have to tear down that backbone, so get rid of religion and family, once you do that and the people don’t believe in anything, you can get them to believe in what you want.
With religion and God out of public schools you start the young off on the right foot, to this path.
We’re living in dangerous times, be careful what you wish for
I have no strong feelings either way about aliens. There have been times where I’ve thought there must really be aliens, there are so many references, in movies, print etc. that there has to be a shred of truth to their existence. There are also so many references to zombies and walking dead, and I draw the line there that it’s nonsense that such things exist. I think both are just fun things that people imaginations come up with. I’m not religious person, even when I was most involved in my religion, I never really felt as if there were a greater being out there that controlled everything, although I think I had superstitious thoughts that if I did something bad I might get punished for it by God, especially when I was younger, and still to some extent. If you’re wondering why aliens always look similar I think people just buy into what they have seen previously and run with it. Kinda like how “Point Break was remade a few years ago. It was an OK movie, but did it really cry for a remake? lol
Aliens always look similar, because Hollywood has instilled that image of what an alien looks like in our brain, so that when you think of aliens that’s the picture in your mind.
Kind of like how the breakfast industry has instilled that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, even though it was just an advertising campaign
Jim Mora Jr says Phillips isn’t an injury concern, that he’s had a couple of concussions, but that isn’t the reason he left UCLA.
Nice endorsement, but I’m taking it with a grain of salt.
If we went O with both in the 1st I’d consider him at 36, but not if Rousseau is there.
https://www.si.com/nfl/dolphins/news/miami-dolphins-potential-draft-target-jaelan-phillips-gets-big-time-endorsement-from-first-college-coach
Ajayi had injury concerns too, but was good for a few years. Phillips can be at least what Jay was.
Maybe he plays at a high level longer, but I’m not risking a 1st to take him.
In the 2nd you risk the talent not being there, so it offsets with the injury
I just started reading Michio Kaku’s ‘God Equation: The Quest for a Theory of Everything’. Once I’ve mastered string theory I’ll get back to you on aliens.
that dude is smart , but string theories are still therories, and most of us dont understand the math or science of them, lol including Myself
That’s what they’re playing off of, we don’t understand, so they say let me splain for you how I want you to understand😉
well, one this is for certain, scientists won’t find any intelligent life on this blog.
If scientists examine this blog
They will just give up
Just wait till they see what happens on this board, if we trade up to 4
I dunno…they may find the nature of anti-matter and what’s on the other side of a black hole.
At least not from you, that much I’m certain
lol well um, i have to agree with ya Steve
😏
Been watching Smith tape again, he’s so smooth and deceptive. His cuts and route running are right up there with the best. His hands and jumping ability allow him to win 50-50 balls. His speed, while not over the top is very good, and when added to his quickness it makes him elite.
I think he’s been playing at his ideal weight, added muscle would take away from what he does best.
Putting a hit on him is like trying to catch a fly with chopsticks.
I think he’ll be the best WR in this class.
With that said I’d take him at 6 over Chase, Waddle and P (couldn’t quite finish the sentence) 🤪
He’s also very football smart, and reminds me of Warfield, so
It was Smith’s route running that lead to the OT win in the championship game, that made Tua a star, one play after Tua took a long bad sack
we cant go wrong with any of those choices IMO
these guys are the head of the draft class
the Dolphins will get a top 3 talent, because of the usual QB run at the top
Can’t disagree
this is why i feel Grier didnt need the third pick, it was just too valuable,
since we can get the same kind of talent at 6.
but at 12? they would all be gone, i think Grier got the most value he could out of it
We’ll see on draft day, if they don’t really love one of them over the others a trade down may happen to get even more picks.
I’m almost hoping Pitts and Chase are gone before 6, leaving Smith for us.
I can see Smith hitting the ground running on day 1, and never looking back
Kiper comes out with that ridiculous trade up to 4, now several others are jumping on the bandwagon.
While the rest of the league is praising Grier and Flores Kiper is secretly mocking them, but in the end, when the trade isn’t made, we can all look back at what a maroon kiper really is
it’s all speculation, i doubt they would move up unless it was a bargain and they could turn that bargain into future resources. they moved to 6 for a reason, they know at the very least they will get one of the top 3 non QB players at 6.
i would assume that would be Chase, Sewell or Pitts.
for some sneaky reason i feel they have smith on their mind though.
I don’t put too much stock into this as it’s just a public perception thing

last year we were predicted to win 6, the prediction are always negative for Miami, and the Dolphins often exceed them by several games
with such a short season, to be off by 4-8 games means the predictions are totally worthless, and need to be ignored for the most part
or take the predictions, and always add 4, lol
13 win season
17 game season , we are predicted to win only 9?
we won 10 games in a 16 game season last year
Yeah but we got worse at the QB position
thats IMPOSSIBLE, Tua was here last year, and hes here this year
he will be a great QB, and prove you VERY WRONG
Did you watch him play, did you look at his stats? to say that’s “IMPOSSIBLE” , it’s very probable! and most likely. a zebra doesn’t change his stripes
Maybe the change was based on how the betting money flowed. The game we added was the Giants @ The Rock — no doubt that has to be seen as a most likely win.
Money talks is exactly what it’s all about, never meant to be a prediction of w/l but a prediction of where the bettors will bet, so that equal money comes out on both sides.
The goal of sportsbook is to have exactly the same amount bet on each side, so no after what side it comes out on it’s a split. They make their money on the vig or juice
I think we are going to win 13 games next year

“we’ve been sending out radio signals traveling at the speed of light for 100 years and have yet to hear any alien signal.”
And that is one that has to be explained. Possible explanations for it:
1 — we are the only intelligent life that has advanced to that point.
2 — the period during which such technology is used is brief before going to something else.
3 — once a civilization becomes that advanced it inevitably destroys itself in short fashion.
one of the reasons is the milky way is very vast, if the milky way were the size of our solar system 100 light years would amount to the size of a palm tree here on earth, in reference to our solar system. it’s more than likely there are advanced civilizations out there sending signals in our own galaxy, it’s just out of the realm of possibility to receive them.
No expert on it, but my impression is the earth has one big electronic footprint that now expand 100 light years but will just keep growing. We should be able to detect similar from other planets even if from many thousands or tens of thousands of years ago. And scientists have been trying.
if you’re questioning is there other intelligent life out there based on a lack of signal, the reason i believe there is; is because we are here. the composition of the stars made us, and with the uncountable galaxy’s out there stars and the planets that surround them i think it’s safe to say there may be billions of different types of intelligence out there.
so long a distance the signal may dissipate.
I use that exact argument for why there must be life. Think finding water on other planets was the clincher on that. Just not sure how advanced it is though. And not finding signs of civilization is a reason to leave the question open.
https://www.sciencealert.com/humanity-hasn-t-reached-as-far-into-space-as-you-think
Great pic…. but my point wasn’t about our electronic footprint, was about why can’t we find similar from other planets that put them out far longer ago. Wonder if anyone has calculated what our maximum detection range for such would be. Like said, know some scientists are trying.
what about dust? planets? gravitational lensing, a bunch of obstacles in the way may dissipate the signal, there may be a distance that can only be reached and that distance may be very short in terms of the enormous scale of space.
radio waves stretch the longer they travel, that stretching makes them weaker.
Orob, did You sell Your tv along with Your car? it sounds as if You missed seeing the Dolphins games.

he laid out last season anyway i believe.
Stanger, there actually was a signal received from outside our solar system, in 1977, or so they said.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wow!_signal
From the article sounds like maybe, maybe not. But if that was received was from 20 thousand light years away. So least the scientists thought detection from that distance was possible.
On Clowney not wanting to play for Dolphins
“A source tells the Miami Herald that Clowney was also apprehensive about going from one Bill Belichick assistant to another. Bill O’Brien was Clowney’s coach his entire time in Houston, and the former No. 1 pick had enough of the Patriot (South) Way.” — Adam Beasley, Miami Herald
Hope he sucks this season That’s a load of bullshit right there.
Doesn’t sound like he is talking scheme….. that I could understand. More like have to show up to meetings on time.
Yeah, responsibility and accountability. Oh the horror!
So what happened in Seattle two years ago, and with Tennessee last year?
When a relatively young player with his talent changes teams every year, there is likely a problem there. F^ck that guy.
Many ancient cultures believe they are from a different star system. Why would they have all these stories or ancient text stating as much?
Check out the Hopi Indians (the “People of Peace”) who believe in an alien race of Ant People who live underground within the earth. Their ancient artwork depicts as much. How advanced are they if they do exist? Could they be the ones flying these damn tic tac’s?
I believe the Hopi are related to the Aztec culture, can’t remember exactly. Much like the Mayans, they believe in the cycles (or world) of time. They say we are in the 4th cycle. Each cycle (world) ended in destruction/cataclysm as will the 4th cycle we are in. The Hopi refer to themselves as the caretakers of the 4th cycle in exchange for the privilege of living on earth.
The previous cycle (3rd cycle) the Hopi describe an advanced civilization (Atlantis myths among others come to mind) with flying shields and wars between distant cities. This correlates exactly with ancient texts from India. I am not too familiar with that but that is what I understand, flying Vimana’s with weapons as destructive as nuclear weapons. Fire and brimstone? There are some ancient sites the destruction shows stone fused together and sand turned to glass very similar to the sand turned to glass in Nevada where we were testing nuclear weapons. The third cycle the Hopi says was eventually destroyed by great floods. Now that correlates to what is talked about in the bible.
They believe at the end of this 4th cycle of the world the star people will return to protect us from destruction as they have at the end of past cycles. The return of Christ? This gets even crazier when you read about the Hopi legend of the Blue Kachina which goes along the lines of Mayan prophecy and, wait for it, the Planet X theory.
I think, but may be mistaken by this theory, but every time Planet X comes around it causes shifts in the poles with major floods and destruction.
Now some theorists are relating the end of these 4 cycles, “cycle or world ending” destruction, to the poles shifting. Not slight shifts but major shifts. Ancient cultures built their monuments or whatever based on north/south and east/west. Many of these though don’t line up to current true north but do line up to a point on the globe with other ancient monuments around the world. They are realizing that many of the ancient structures and sites are vastly older than first thought. Possibly, they are remnants from previous cycles.
An expert mapped all the alignments of all the ancient monuments, etc. and they all line up to the exact same 4 spots on the globe which are to be believed where the North Pole used to exist or exists now. North Pole locations were said to be (not in order of cycles) the Bering Sea, Hudson Bay, Siberia and the current location. So we have the Hopi’s 3 past cycles and the 4th cycle we are currently in. We have ancient structures aligning to 3 past positions of the North Pole and the 4th location of the north pole we currently have.
The Hopi say the 4th cycle is nearing an end. Guess what, it is already documented that the North Pole is moving again toward Siberia.
Is everything in these ancient texts and stories passed down all that mythical? Many cities referenced in these texts, once thought mythical, are being found at various depths in seas and oceans around the world; India, Scotland, Asia and now Cuba (Atlantis?). They have found a sunken city deep off the coast of Cuba with possible pyramids and buildings.
In ancient art, ancient texts, religious texts and various bibles from around the world there are many references to flying vehicles and other worldly beings.
Anyway, there is so much we don’t know and are just scratching the surface.
Sorry for the “D” post. lol
And a “D” it was. Good food for thought though. That pole flip ain’t a myth. Has happened and will again. Let’s hope we aren’t around for it.
For Steve . . .

I saw Casserly had us selecting Chase and Phillips. I hadn’t seen Phillips name mentioned on the board for us at 18 that I could recall.
Upper left is where you want to be… and we haven’t even his the draft yet. Gotta get a whole lot of snaps out of those first 4 picks.
Not sure what the data correlates to, but it sure is purty.
One benefit of working from home is I just poured myself a glass of wine to finish out the day/week. Couldn’t do that in the office. Stressful week. My daughter had surgery Wednesday, 3 pins in her finger, a bad break due to a mishap with the wild pony she captured and has started training. While I’m there with her before surgery, she’s having a meltdown over the IV needle, get a text from 16 yr old son who is pulled over by police. He’s had his license for about 4 months. Not supposed to have passengers or loses license until 18. Any guesses if he had passengers? I thought this parenting thing would get easier as they got older.
🍷
Ugh, rough week/day, Herd. Enjoy the drink, Herd. regarding your boy, we had a similar call a couple of years ago with our daughter. After processing it, we told ourselves, it could have been a much worse call and considered ourselves lucky. Gotta take your comfort where you can find it I guess, lol.
On the bright side, he talked his way out of losing his license. Just a warning.
Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as they say! 😂
I always envied people that could talk their way out of tickets. It always felt like cops take one look at me and instantly decide to give me an extra ticket for sh^ts and giggles, LOL.
Hopefully the experience and the thought of losing his license shook him just enough to learn from it. I’m pouring myself a rum and coke right now, so cheers 🙂
Sorry about your daughter…… hope she heals smooth.
Am assuming that even if your Son got off from the cops that he will still have to face the Thundering Herd. 🙂
Nah, she’s a softy
On it getting easier, it depends on the kids, if you have true millennials look out, you’re only about halfway done😉
Hang in there Herd!
Less than two weeks! Hurry up already!
I feel like a kid struggling with the wait for Xmas day as the length of each day doubles as we inch closer and closer, lol.
Wow Herd, better finish off that bottle!
Kong – One time a cop gave me THREE tickets. That ruined my month
Well, did you deserve them?
Herd will probably kill me for it….. but yeah pretty girls have an edge when it comes to getting off with a warning. Almost never got off , but all the women I dated would get really pissed when they did not.
I was like “way it works…you did.” They were like “no it doesn’t.”
Lol, yeah, that is brutal, especially if none of them are fix it tix that can be corrected and dropped. They can get damn expensive.
Best courtroom experience I ever had was walking in on a bench warrant with about 15 unpaid traffic tickets, and the judge dropped all the duplicates, so I ended up only having to pay on three of them. Thought I was going to pay about 5 grand, ended up paying about 1,200.
By the way, this was all when I was a lot younger and dumber, lmao.
15 unpaid Were you doing the Cannonball Run?….. lol.
They were almost all driving on expired license and no registration. Cops would pull me over, but no cop wants to take in a bench warrant on traffic tickets, so it never got resolved. They would just keep giving me another set of tickets. If we’re being honest, I rounded down the 15, I’m pretty sure the actual number was either 17 or 18, lol.
Those are traffic tickets too…. but I was thinking moving violations. Those are more “status violations” but heck yeah those can kick you the ass just as bad. Does sound like you got to know your local cops though. 🙂
Did you say mouth?
I feel like a kid struggling with the wait for Xmas day as the length of each day doubles as we inch closer and closer, lol.

I also feel like a kid waiting for Xmas hoping Dad doesn’t get me the cheaper bike than the one I wanted. lol
LOL
Bike I want, a Mongoose: Pitts or Chase
The Huffy: Smith
Smith is more like a redline
Cheers Herd, you deserve it!

Actually I felt pretty good about this one. I have told both of them a story how I got pulled over-might have told it here before- speeding- the state trooper asks did I know how fast I was going? I told him when I saw the blue lights go on I looked and it was 83(55 zone). As he’s taking my license and registration back to his car to do whatever they do, my now ex says I can’t believe you told him 83! I’m thinking, he already knows that! So he brings my license etc back, gives me a warning and said he appreciated my honesty. Like I said, have told my kids that story, honesty is the way to go. So my son tells me he told them the truth, and got a warning. Thought that worked out well. Just wish they could have their crisis situations at different times.
I had the same thing happen many years ago. I was speeding on route 80, got pulled over and the cop asked why am I going so fast? I was doing 78 in a 55, it might be 65 now, but I said yeah I know I have a delivery to make and I’m running late (was a courier at the time). He saw that I had boxes and packages in the back of my truck, said okay slow it down and just gave me a warning. If you don’t give cops a hard time or BS them they usually work with you.
LOL
LMAO
LMFAO!
Herd,
That’s awesome for your son to get that kind of positive reinforcement on a good value (honesty). I’ve always had good experiences with cops, and I am always respectful and honest, I just never get out of the tickets, lol. But I’ve always known I’m getting tickets I deserve, so it’s easy to accept the tickets with a smile.
As a fun counterpoint to your story, my too honest with a cop story turned out a little different, lol.
I had another bench warrant out for a minor possession failure to appear (I was a troubled youth, what can I say? lol). The warrant had been active for a few years when I got pulled over for something I was not going to be ticketed for (that in itself is another story). The officer of course informed me I had an open bench warrant. We talked for a few minutes, and as an end of interaction statement, he reminded me to take care of that warrant.
I of course being the honest and idiot ape I am, said yeah, thanks officer, I am just having a real hard time turning myself in for it. (My wife tells me I have an oversharing problem) The officer kind of turned to his partner, they talked for a sec, and he comes back and says he’s going to do me a favor and take me in that night, lol.
The truth is, he meant it like he said it. We talked all the way to the station, and he said he liked me and saw I was trying to get my act together and by getting this taken care of, he really saw it as helping me out.
So in this case I talked myself into being taken in, lol. But the truth is, he did do me a favor. It was the last thing I needed to get taken care of to get my troubled past behind me. And way down the road I ended up working with law enforcement, and I may not have had that opportunity if things had played out differently.
Cav – They are no longer called rum and cokes. They are now called rum and Woca Colas. Add a squeeze of virtue signaling and you have a Cuba No Libre.
LOL, the Woka Cola took me a second, but the virtue signaling eventually led me there.
Ima fly on Delta and ask for one.
Back in Connecticut. I miss Florida already
Is it shit rain in CT like it is here in NJ? Feels like early March again.
Pretty much. I had 3 days of 80 and sunny
Yeah it sucks when you come back to crappy weather after weather like that.

That didn’t really work
My sister…..who’s a pretty, curvy blonde has never had a ticket in her life. She always says it’s because she’s a good talker. Lol
Or maybe she’s just a law abiding citizen. 😉
My car is basically what the highway patrol drive including the Hemi.. they let me go more often than not after pulling me over .. it’s the damn red light/speed zone camera tix I get mailed to me that piss me off lol
Had free tix to a football game, had to pick up and drop off a friend on way , week later on Monday I got a 150.00 photo ticket showing on way , Tuesday I got the coming home ticket … expensive free tix 🤷♂️

MF13,
absolutely loved the Najee Harris video you posted. Watched the entire thing this morning…
————–
Thank you, Rhino! At least somebody watched it and was as intrigued as I was. Great minds…
Yes, if I can find other videos like this on Najee or others, I’ll post them here. IMO, Najee is going to be a great success in the NFL… he found his ‘tackling fuel’ and it motivates him. And I’m super impressed how quickly he latched onto Tua.
What do you mean by this?
“he found his ‘tackling fuel’ and it motivates him. And I’m super impressed how quickly he latched onto Tua.”
Did you watch the vid I posted, Brother? If not, watch it. That will give you an understanding of where Rhino and I are coming from.
I didn’t see it.
You guys and your UFO/religious/God/universe/belief discussions… 😀
To be honest, I find it interesting what some of you think! And no, that’s not a diss to ANYBODY… just an observation. I mean, some of y’all think things I’d NEVER expect y’all to think, based on prior views alone, and vice-versa.
Great comments by all… the universe is both much bigger than we think, and also much smaller than we think. And I think I like Bookman’s take better than the others, JMO.
I sometimes wonder if there is a planet very much like Earth in another galaxy with life and a human type species on a parallel time line that also wonders if there is life somewhere else.
I guarantee that there is… question is, will we ever find it (and vice-versa) before we kill ourselves or they kill themselves.
OR, to get off our/their native planet before their star/sun goes supernova.
Probably not anytime soon.
Tim, here ya go…
Good stuff!

Probably not anytime soon.
—————
No, not anytime soon, for sure. What’s more, any light (forget radio waves) we see here on Earth has been received from $#!t that happened millennia x1000 ago. It’s theorized that Betelgeuse (of the Orion constellation) may already be dead… yet we’ll continue to see it’s light for many, many millennia forward.
THAT’S just how expansive space is… and this mere example is but a drop in the bucket of time/space.
IMO, ORob has put out some great stuff over the last couple of days regarding expansion of the universe, and how it’s being theorized that it’s going faster than the speed of light. Not sure I believe it, though. Everything has a decay time, but for time itself… but then again, time is but a mere ‘human concept’… or so I’ve been told.
Yeah the universe is mind blowing. That’s why I enjoy pondering it.
The chance to experience life as we do as humans is a gift. As much horror as there is on this planet, there is also wonder. I’m glad to experience it than not. But if you never became a life form, you wouldn’t know what you’re missing. We all beat the goalie. LOL
Right on, my Brother!
We as humans really think we KNOW IT ALL! It’s laughable! And every generation, we learn more and more, so as dispel the last generation’s findings.
I’m very scientific-minded. Yes, I believe somebody or something created us… it’s scientifically IMPOSSIBLE for something to come from nothing. Human religion is based on colloquialisms (race/region/power), but most agree we didn’t just ‘happen’.
And if we came from alien life (it’s very possible)… who created the aliens? And then the aliens have to ask, who created them? And the creators of the aliens have to ask, who created them? And it goes ON and ON and ON… to infinity.
Now go to the ‘aliens’ (microscopic) that inhabit our skin. Ever see those disgusting little F’ers? They were created, too. Put a mere cell under a microscope, blow it up x1000, and you’ll likely see microscopic life living on what WE consider to be microscopic life. Blow it up again x1000, rinse and repeat, and it goes ON and ON and ON… to infinity.
I FIRMLY believe in God, the creator of ALL, and I choose to worship him in the most peaceful manner… I BELIEVE in Christ Jesus. Man-made wars should not be invigorated by man-made religion, and vice-versa. We human-beings are pretty foolish, petty, and arrogant. Carpe Diem, and love this life we live.
I’ve met people of various religions from all over the world. When ya get to the nuts and bolts, we ALL believe in a Creator… humans have just formed various ways to worship (man-made religion, again, and based on colloquialisms).
It’s pretty awesome how much peaceful Muslims (Kurds, and even Sunnis) and most (not all) Christians can — IN FACT — get along with one another.
I don’t want to crap on the Shiites, but they seem to be less moderate, IMO. Perhaps Rhino (who I truly respect!) could shine some light on this.
It didn’t come from nothing but wherever elements came from is what started life throughout the universe. People have a hard time rapping their head around UFOs and Aliens but some sort of God created it all, as in a some sort of heavenly father. That’s a human created vision. To me life is God, God is life. There is an unbelievable supernatural force for sure or there would be nothing. But I don’t view it in human form.
Like you said “We as humans really think we KNOW IT ALL! It’s laughable!”
Exactly!!! We’re also arrogant to say God created us in his image. Therefore God is like a human. Where did that God come from?
I hear ya, man! And that’s why I’m talking about ‘colloquialisms’. I think(?) world religions are pretty much talking about the same Creator… just in different fashions.
Religion shouldn’t be a divider, rather a UNITER! But sadly, we humans are — in fact — dumb funkers! Don’t be a dumb funker! LOL 😉
Players won’t do voluntary workouts this year. I think it sucks and it shows on the field every year but it is what it is. The more you practice, the better you are.
Agreed! I think it’s blowback for a 17-game season, New Age. There’s definitely some angst going on between the players and the league, IMO.
Very good point, MF13!
A few friends and I who were all big Yes, ELP and King Crimson fans bought tickets to see them at the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ, months before the album even came out. We had 4th row. The label knew they could start a tour before anyone heard the record because of who the members were. Good times!
Dude, that’s nice! In many ways, I wish I was as old as you, so as to have LIVED (instead of just being a kid) the golden era of the 80s.
I think most would concur: the 80s was a special era of music that’s appreciated by most, even 35-40 years later.
Well my friends and I had the same problem as you, all the bands we dug were already broken up before the 80’s. We grew up on 60’s and 70’s music. So any act that had anything to do with members of all those bands, we went to see. They were our Gods of music.

Totally agree.
Then you think of how can the universe ever end at some point? Or do blackholes control its expansiveness but even then where is the end, how could that work?
All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I’m fine. LOL
At the end of the day, one needs to find PEACE… either that, or go NUTS! I hear ya.

We understand one another, perfectly, man.
I grew up on 70s and 80s music (half a generation after you), and I hold that music very close to my heart. It’s difficult to innovate in today’s game as an indy artist and producer, thus I see a renaissance of REAL music… or so I hope, right?

None too shabby! I can dig this.
Did you listen to “Yours Is No Disgrace”? Listen to the lyrics.

Maybe my favorite song of all time
I can’t feel this one, but it’s all good. I can respect it.
Alright, this is one that Rhino, Phelon, and I ALL can dig…
This song was a very big influence on Thrash Metal even though it’s not. You want to hear a monster of a drummer.
Tim, gotta run. I’ll catch the last two songs you cited above tomorrow.
Peace, man!
All that talk about UFO’s and the universe made all of this political shit look so small for a minute.
This is a very well thought out 1st round mock by Charles Davis and could very well go down close to this. Many on here don’t like Paye though. Hate to see Najee go to Steelers but really think they take him or Williams. Also would hate to see Joe Tryon added to an already good Bills defense but they also need some pass rush. If they feel Paye is Legit then I am all for it. I would just hope we would get Williams at #36.
https://www.nfl.com/news/charles-davis-2021-nfl-mock-draft-1-0-falcons-pick-justin-fields-to-succeed-matt
these mocks get old, maybe somewhat close but i’d bet there’s movement, does miami want paye? or would they trade back and get phillips?
once you get out of the top 10 you’d have a better chance of predicting the lottery
you may think moving at 186000 miles per second (speed of light) is fast, it’s actually much slower than a snail when you put it in the vast universe. if you were to see something in space moving at the speed of light it would be standing still.
you can see stars that explode and that explosion propels their matter close to the speed of light yet it looks stationary, traveling that fast it would take 200,000 years to get across just our own Galaxy. it would take 2.5 million years to get to Andromeda and you can see that galaxy with the eye.
nothing can move faster than the speed of light in our galaxy, however the galaxy itself can move faster as it expands, or so i read.
The universe, not the galaxy
Damn, i missed friday night rock n roll! shit!!
the later rounds will be very interesting, i believe we will not stay put after 6, we will move back as we lack 4ths thru 6ths rnd picks, i believe we will pick those up by trading back, we are good at picking players later in the draft. not so good early, and we suck picking #5 over all!
I agree. I see al kinds of movement possibilities. Would not be surprised to see us trade one or both 7ths to move up from 156. It’s all about getting who they want when it comes down to it.
I think they target multiple players, they assess where they think those players will land and try to move up or back to secure one of them at that point in the draft.
Flores certainly has been doing his home work being involved in the senior bowl
While I believe there is Intelligence that animates our physical condition and somehow connects us all, I have never been sold on a mythical being or god.
I also believe the human condition for the most part has not evolved to levels of perception where it can “see” beyond this physical dimension. Thus, there is the perception that the universe is ever so grand and expansive.
Since we’re doing woowoo shit, I believe vibration/harmonics play a huge role in perception. The best example I have is a dog hearing at frequencies imperceptible to humans. There are many others.
In other words, I agree with Tim Knight in that we have not evolved to the point of being able to measure what we do “know” let alone what we don’t.
I always loved the ideas from Stark Trek about “phasing” or changing one’s vibration and transporting between dimensions and time. Lol…time is a dimension.
I can’t imagine how many dimensions or states of vibration/perception exist. Infinite?
Are there aliens? Depends on the dimension, maybe. Lol!
Look at Ken. The vibration or harmonic brings him to a Hulk state. A belated happy birthday, Ken. Tax day!
That is another interesting subject.
It’s a quantum physics topic. The idea that thought can influence or change physical law is fascinating to me.
another amazing thing is time, The further you get away from gravity the faster time goes, these GPS satellites have to be corrected because they are not on the same time scale as we are on earth, time moves faster for them.
you would think a clock moves the same no matter where it is.
If you think of time as linear vs dimensional.
I always thought of warp speed (Star Trek) as finding holes between dimensions not distances to traverse. An ever so slight shift in vibration that allowed a shift in time and place.
Using linear terms to describe dimensionality is problematic. We don’t know what we don’t know nor do we have the language for it’s expression.
Krishna, Speaking of vibrations, another thing that interests me is acoustic levitation. Scientists are able to levitate small objects and control their movement. It can even be used in space but not sure if for propulsion. From what I understand it was successfully tested in space to hold objects steady and not float around in space.
They have been working with acoustic levitation for well over a decade or two and have not seemed to progress much or have they?
Yogis levitate with breath and vibration. It’s fascinating to me.
When you try to catch up with the conversations on the blog the last couple of days
lol
Yeah, this draft anticipation is making some us wacked out.
krishna,
the thing about time is it travels on the fabric of space, matter deflects that fabric so it takes time longer to go around that deflection vs traveling in the straight fabric line of empty space.
if you were to travel that empty space you would be propelled into the future.
time is the 4th dimension.
Fair enough. How many other dimensions are there? I have no clue. I believe there are more than 4.
TEAM PICKS
6: R1 P6 WR Ja’Marr Chase – LSU
18: R1 P18 OT Christian Darrisaw – Virginia Tech
36: R2 P4 RB Najee Harris – Alabama
50: R2 P18 EDGE Joe Tryon – Washington
81: R3 P17 LB Jabril Cox – LSU
156: R5 P12 DL Adetokunbo Ogundeji – Notre Dame
231: R7 P3 S Mark Webb – Georgia
258: R7 P30 C Drew Dalman – Stanford
You could go Chase, Pitts or Parsons and this would be nice.
Could be an interesting combo if you are into polar opposites
I think you can get both in one, but love it.
who knows what would happen if you were to pierce the fabric/dark matter of space, a black hole is simply a mass that is very heavy and dense, a teaspoon of that matter would be heavier than the earth.
it sags the fabric of space creating a hole. light/time can’t escape it.
i doubt it pierces that fabric though.
if you were to get caught in a black hole you would simply become a paste on it’s surface.
just like our sun sags that fabric, the only reason we don’t fall into the sun is our forward momentum balances both effects to make our orbit stable, same as the moon to the earth
The fabric you speak of is limited by the dimensions you use to describe it.
How do you explain afterlife (most of the planet thinks it’s true), ghosts, aliens, tic tacs, etc. While they may be true, I can’t wrap my head around it as a linear phenomenon.
Vibration and it’s infinite frequencies seem to me to be the most plausible of theories. Depending on the frequency determines the dimension of perception. Humans operate on a frequency higher than rocks, but much less than light or sound or time. We are stuck in these for now.
you talk about dimensions and after life, you’re describing unrealistic speculation, i’m trying to be real with what we know.
i think it’s all about size, what is string theory? things that are so small they can’t be seen, how about the universe, it’s so big we can’t see the end.
we are somewhat caught somewhere in the middle of all this.
Speculation? Quantum physics is not speculation. Frequency or vibration is not speculation. The inability to “see” beyond a very limited frequency is the problem.
Where is Rod Sterling when you need him
I think this draft is going to have more busts than normal, with no combine and the odd schedules.
BYU playing no one has propelled Wilson, others that sat out with only 1 year of production may have issues too.
I don’t see the 40 times being a problem since each time does their own time
With that said, the other side of that is more guys drafted later have a better than normal chance to be good players.
I’m with Orob on filling in some picks in rounds 4 and 6.
Drop from 18 back a little and take Najee or an Edge, if he’s gone, if Najee is the pick drop a little at 36
I think the rookie wall when the rookies start fading the second half of the season will be more pronounced than normal this season
Tua hit that wall on his first play!
was that Donald who caved his face in the dirt?
Pick 18 is always the hardest pick on those draft simulators
Too soon to take a lot of players
And just missed on a few more
It would’ve bad to move into the 20s for an extra 3rd round pick IMO
Unless there is a really good player on the board (parsons)
Likewise giving up a pick to move up a few spots into the top 15 might also work
The fabric of space is like football, It seems the football season is far away from gravity as it zips by, then time slows we get closer to gravity waiting for FAcy, then we get near a black hole waiting for the draft, we are still gravitational bound heading into training camp and preseason, then all of a sudden we slip away from gravity and fasttracking thru another season!
it’s mind boggling!
Its so comforting just to trust in the Triune God and know there is life after this. Everything here is just gravy.
Yum gravy
Hulk love gravy?
Who doesn’t love gravy?
good point
Sausage gravy and biscuits
My favorite breakfast food
With patty sausage and eggs over easy. No need to have dinner.
That is what I had for breakfast the 3 days I was in Florida
My favorite eggs are fried in bacon grease…..I am not a real healthy eater..LOL
eggs and bacon are very healthy, just stay away from sugar
Never too early to start following the Niners, even if the news is bad.
Vegas has their over/under at 10 wins.
That normally means playoffs and a pick in the 20s.
They won 6 last year and are talking about starting a rookie QB….. don’t get it.
Omelet with diced ham, green peppers, red peppers, onion and cheese and a side of grits and side of bacon and a hash brown patty. Breakfast of champions!
You would have been proud of me Mike E. Yesterday had bagel w/cream cheese and Nova Lox. BTW — I’ll take a Jewish deli over an Italian one every time.
I’m the worst Jew when it comes to food. I’m the opposite. I like bagels but don’t touch lox or whitefish or Jewish deli food
I’m shocked. Deli food is the Jewish food. And yeah have had the gefilte fish at Passover dinner. Had to eat before (but guess could have been how my ex-mother-in-law made it.
Fighting words
LMAO —– I absolutely love chix parm if that helps.
I don’t know how you guys went from UFOs to bacon/ham breakfast
But please…
Go back to UFOs!
Don’t forget sausage
I can’t remember if we’ve talked about this here, but I’ve heard it discussed on the radio. There are veteran players who are saying they want a complete virtual offseason because it makes it much more likely that vets will get jobs over rookies or first year guys. Because, coaches are much more likely to go with guys who are known quantities and guys who already know their systems and how to prepare over the unknown. That’s also why we’re seeing more 1 year contracts.
***
Unfortunately, it makes for some bad football.
Careful what you ask for. Makes for a lot of injuries imo
I don’t think this draft is going to have busy, I think it might be a lot of delayed gratification on the picks though. Last year was same though at least they had a full CFB season Year before this past one. This crew really didn’t even get that and some opted out the full season. It’s going to be a lot of wait and see before you pass judgement.
Have busts

THIS! ^
Amen, Bookman!
Jut read a good Q — should Ricky Williams be in the Ring of Honor at Hard Rock?
Sorta seems he should….. but then there is Australia.
Australia?
Ricky vanished right before training camp.. Turned out he was on a walkabout in Australia. Announced he was retiring and then the lawyers got involved asking for millions in pre-paid salary back.
As a Ricky fan and as somebody who Ricky knows, I’d say yes… but I’m biased. Objectively speaking (as much as I can be), I still say yes, he belongs in the Ring of Honor.
He deserves it for what he did on the field, even if will note for not too many years. I could see a case for betray the team like that one year and a no go. Is the “Ring of Honor” and not the “Ring of Best Stats.”
Agreed, Stanger.
It’s 12 days from the draft
I don’t think it’s too early to start the annual “who do you want/ who do you think we draft” posts
Here’s mine
1a chase/pitts
1b parsons/Harris
2a Ossai/Ossai
I added our first 2nd rounder bc we have 3 picks in the top 36
And that 2nd rounder is probably going to make an impact in 2021
Screw it I’ll add 2b too
2b Javonte Williams/Tryon
Would I love for Pitts to be there, but all depends on the Falcons. Or maybe the Bengals too…. even if agree they are more likely to take Chase.
If 49ers take Mac, I think Atlanta trades out to a team taking Fields, if they take Fields, IDK
Pitts/Smith
Parsons/Najee
Rousseau/Rousseau
Dickerson/Mainerz
Any of these 7 will do, also OK with Etienne/Williams
I still got breakfast on my mind. I just ordered a chili cheese omelet and hashbrowns with cheese and jalapeno’s from Waffle House to bring back to the office for dinner. lol
An extra side of bacon also
Choke on it!
Breakfast for dinner is the best. So is anything with chili cheese…. burger, dog, omelet — put it on a steak. Like my browns from the House 4 ways though.
I think he should, too. He was the best we had in the last 20 years, imo. I think his survival mode instincts kicked in when he realized Wanny had nothing else to support him.
That was to stangerx post at 5:30.
Think his survival instincts kicked in when he realized all the guaranteed and bonus money he was going to have to pay back. Why he hit the field again. Darn fine RB though.
Been looking at Robert Foster tape, he’s pretty good 4.41 at 6’2″
He should at least get a shot to earn a roster spot.
Buffalo used him mainly for deep balls
Isn’t he a poet?
As I look over our current WR corps (that includes the return of Albert Wilson), I’m beginning to wonder if we’re pulling a huge ‘head-fake’ in this Draft.
Tua was 50% last year, recovering from a near career-ending injury, with no off-season training and camp (COVID). Are we really to believe that our receivers suck so badly, that we need to take one early… to the tune of, “WE HAVE TO REUNITE TUA WITH HIS FORMER GUYS!”??? That would be the sign of a WEAK QB, who can’t compete at the NFL level without HIS former guys.
Ponder that for a moment…
I was thinking the same thing after Steve posted about Robert Foster. He is no JAG nor camp fodder. He is a legit NFL receiver. We have added him and Fuller to Parker, Williams, Wilson, Grant and Bowden. Then we have guys fighting for spots in Hurns, Merritt, Perry, Hollins and Locksley.
We have 12 (including Perry) in the WR room now and haven’t added any rookies yet.
I believe our WRs are unreliable to be on the field and perform when needed.
So, I can’t agree with the premise. It has nothing to do with chemistry.
Other than that, I agree.
very tragic and bad story about a little boy in Illinois getting shot and killed by cops
the system is horribly broken, why are so many people dying at the hands of idiots yelling taser tasr taser, or children?
it is NOT the suspects fault most of the time, and even if it was, a little boy is dead, what if that was YOUR son? the system is garbage and needs immediate overhaul IMO
this has got to stop, it cant be ignored and excused away as the suspects deserve it, i dont want My son, or daughter to be next, or anyone elses either
You are disrupting the football/alien/breakfast talk
the cops are ending childrens lives by shooting them
it has to stop, the cops need to be fired and held in prison with no bail, they are a HUGE danger to society
You arent going to save the world by posting stuff on this blog
agreed. wont solve the alien mysteries either
but something has to be done about the safety of the nations children , and its citizens
at least aliens arent on the taxpayers dime, and arent shooting kids
“it is NOT the suspects fault most of the time” — kid was carrying a gun at 2AM running from the police from the site of a shooting. Could not feel more bad for him and his family, but he didn’t put himself in harm’s way one bit?
aaaaaaand here we go…
Legit topic to talk about, but then David has his own way of talking about such. And it draws others in.
David is the only one that cares about children? that cant be true, if it is, OMG< SMH
David is at least the only one who doesn’t want cops to have guns. You do get the kid had one?
the best way to end it is not to defund the cops, but dearm them!
if they cant do their job without shooting children, , they are worse than Barney Fife, who was only allowed one bullet since he was so stupid!
we dont allow children to play with guns, cops should be treated less capable than children with guns
So in the most armed county in the world the solution is for the cops not to have firearms?
“we don’t allow children to play with guns”
———————-
Ummmm, this whole thing is about a 13yo child with a gun playing gangster (for real).
Are you talking about the 13yo Joe Toledo kid in Chicago?
“the system is horribly broken”
—————————-
Yeah, the parenting system in this country sucks. What’s their 13yo doing out at 2am with a gun and participating in a shooting.
Piggy, I tried to play but I’m just not ready yet. The main reason is because I think the first 4 picks is key to how things will start to play out. I know that sounds like duh but you know what I mean.
Same here, lol
LOL
Don’t be scared. Just do it!
SBJ
Lets say the first 3 picks are QBs and pick whichever ones you want.
ATL at #4 either goes QB or probably Pitts, or they trade out. But who trades up?
CIN at #5 either goes Sewell, Pitts or Chase.
I know, there are quite a few things that could happen there. Besides that, I am still on that teeter totter at #6 between Pitts and Parsons.
Same here. I don’t see Parsons falling to #18 so if we don’t take him at #6 but really want him we’re going to have to trade up to get him.
When I look at our whole WR and TE rooms, Parsons seems like the logical choice at #6.
I’ve said this before too because we don’t have to take a receiver at #6. I’d prefer we take the best defensive player in the draft IMO in Parsons and we can get a WR at #18 or in the 2nd round.
Yeah I want Pitts on our team. He sure did this evaluator drooling.

Kyle Pitts is the scariest we’ve seen enter the league at the tight end position since either Vernon Davis or Tony Gonzalez….He offers an All-Pro WR ceiling as a pass-catcher alone, with the same body and ball skills as Calvin Johnson (6’5/236), and an athleticism package just south.
At his size and speed, Pitts provides a tactical puzzle for defenders, who are always wary that Pitts is going to make them the laughing stock of Monday’s film session by singing them over the top. So when Pitts makes a 90-degree precision cut to the sideline like he’s folding origami, or slams on the breaks for a come-backer, it’s not just that most defenders can’t stay with the footwork — it’s that they can’t see it coming….
Nobody on the college football field could compete with Pitts the air — picture the rebounding stats from a basketball game where one guy is 3-5 inches taller than everybody else, has 5-7 inches of wingspan on everyone else, is 40 pounds heavier than everyone else, has the best hands on the court, and is a box-out artist besides….It goes without saying that we don’t see catch radiuses this size.
There are so many Kyle Pitts stats from last season that would make your eyes bug out of your head. … Of his 43 catches, all but four ended in a first down or in the end zone. Pitts’ 96.2 PFF grade not only blew out all tight end challengers, it led all receivers…..Last year, no drops — no receiver in the nation was more locked-in with the ball on its way.
The biggest criticism of Pitts’ game has always been blocking. Last season, he made an objectively enormous leap, improving from a poor 42.6 PFF run-blocking grade in 2019 to 65.8 last fall.
Last year, Pitts lined up inline 54.7% of his snaps, with 24.1% coming in the slot and 21.2% as an outside receiver…. Unheard of versatility.
“You look at (Travis) Kelce and (George) Kittle, the success they’ve had, there’s no comparison as far as athletic ability to this guy. I usually don’t go for that position that high, but I would take him in the top 10.”
There is no doubt his projection is very high.
You sure the evaluator wasn’t “D”?
Did we make a trade or are guys like Brian Miller clueless?

Wide receiver unit is the key to the Miami Dolphins 2021 draft
by Brian Miller1 h ago
The Miami Dolphins 2021 draft plans could be predicated on what they think of their current group of wide receivers and the key to the draft itself.
If the Dolphins draft a receiver with the 6th overall pick, you can expect the Dolphins to make moves throughout the three-day draft moving on from players on their roster. If they don’t draft a receiver at six or at 18, moving rostered players may not be a priority.
The Dolphins have five picks in the first three rounds with four coming in the first two. They have one day three pick in round four and then do not pick again until round 7 where they have two selections.
What they do not have are selections in rounds 5 and 6. This is where that receiver comes into play at 6 overall.
I thought we don’t have a 4th? I keep seeing people say we do but I thought we settled that weeks ago. LOL
Round 1: No. 6 (from Eagles), No. 18 overall
Round 2: No. 36 (from Texans), No. 50
Round 3: No. 81
Round 4: No. 156 (from Cowboys, through Eagles)
Round 7: No. 231 (from Texans), No. 258 (from Chiefs)
This is how stupid people are, look at rd 4 pick 156, if you can’t tell 156 isn’t in rd 4 without using a calculator or even doing some math in your head I don’t know what to tell you.
If you write it and don’t notice it…maroon
