You people are schizophrenic. We all thought Flores was a good hire, and up to this season he looked all the world like an up and coming solid NFL coach. Grier made a lot of moves to get us lots of draft capital and it seemed like we all applauded it.
Yes, the team is struggling and that reflects on Flores. Yes some draft picks are struggling and that reflects on both Grier and Flores. I think we need to see how this season finishes up before we decide how bad or good they are.
Yeah, this year seems like the aberration. For two years they were building the team properly, but this year the offseason moves didn’t work and we’ve had some setbacks.
