Just imagine if we can come out of our bye with a healthy X and Byron! 😀
LOL
😀
#2 seed baby!!! 🙂
TODAY changes EVERYTHING!
We now have the ability to run the football: our O-Line has finally gelled.
What’s more, another 0-sack game was yielded by our O-Line… minus the trick play sack on Wilson.
Is that a sack?
Technically, yes. Wilson was taken down in the backfield as a potential passer. It was NOT on our O-Line, though: broken play.
It was a lateral by the QB
Not a sack technically imo
The OL was really good today and the pass pro has been good for weeks.
YUP!
Parlay bet this shit right here!!
Ahem
Right here
Dolphins tied with the Titans for best conference record.
With a 135.0 rating today, Tua posted his 3rd straight game with 3 TDs and a QB rating of 135 or over.
That’s fucking incredible…MM maximizing his talent
Yep, and today Tua showed it’s not just Waddle and Hill. The Browns took away the middle of the field and clearly were scheming to take away Hill.
It opened up our run game, and Tua still made every play he needed to in the passing game.
Woohoo!! This offense is a force to be reckoned with!
He finds his weapons, sees the field….MM teaching him and he’s an awesome student…oh my
We are in control…let’s not fuck it up….amazing
Well we won’t for two weeks 😊
For sure…lol
491 total yeards today.
296 passing yards.
195 rsushing yards.
7.3 yards per play.
No turnovers.
I’d call that a nicely complete offense.
Lol
Garrett and Clowney who?
They show up on the stat sheet with 3 tackles between them. That is it!
Again, MM scheming…I think
It’s the Shanahan scheme.
Our offense is a 2022 version of Bill Walsh. His coaching tree got us to this point.
Good point. It really feels like it. So glad we got McD.
We love the middle of the field in the passing game. Defense takes that away we adjust to lateral routes for chunks and 1st downs. Tua is the director.
The offensive talent is phenomenal. Wilson and OL finally gelling really makes it look unstoppable.
Tua with a 135.03 rating today.
He really is the real deal.
I was telling a friend, I can’t remember the last time we had a 7-3 record. I really can’t.
I remember last year’s 3-7 shitshow…lol
Believe they said in the broadcast was 2001 or 2002. So about two decades.
LOL…no wonder I can’t remember! Wtf?!
It was indeed 01 Stanger. 21 years ago. Speaking of history …….
https://mobile.twitter.com/NFLResearch/status/1591897866515386368
You would think that games where you score 30+ points would be the most likely ones in which you don’t punt.
Our defense got pressure today. Chubb was impactful. If this defense can get healthy during the bye and start getting pressure…
I saw a couple of times today we had a 3rd down package with Wilkins and Phillips in the middle with Chubb and Ingram on the outside, and at least twice we created really good pressure out of it.
There should have been 4-5 flags called against our pass rush. Chubb was held at least twice with one around his neck.
Yep, saw that too
The roughing the passer penalty on Wilkins was also a gift for the Browns. We kicked their asses today. Okay here’s a Mulligan. LOL
What’s Tua’s record as a starter? I lost track. LOL
Lol….shhhh….he doesn’t have a strong arm…I don’t fucking care.
He wins!
He’s a fuckin surgeon is what he is. LOL
21-9 I think?
And on a 14-2 run or something like that.
Good time for the bye too, I think.
Rest, heal, acknowledge, and get ready for playoff football…
Good stuff.
Crazy stuff.
Lol….guess perspective is needed on “good stuff”. Makes me sad , really….lol
AND THEY WONDER WHY people complain about the Dolphins’ overall record over the last 20+ years???
“7 stadium names ago”??? I must have missed a bunch of them. r maybe I just kept calling it Joe Robbey.
That was the one I didn’t remember at all.
UK posted above.
Wow, just wow…
That’s crazy.
TIM; Ya’ that’s crazy. But here’s one at least as crazy.
FROM 1970 thru 1979, the Dolphins went 20-0 vs. Buffalo!
That’s a record that may stand forever!!
I will still remind the knuckleheads, Tua was coming off a dislocated hip and no preseason his first year….lmao…no fucking comparisons are close.
Then, fractured ribs in 2nd year by a brutal unchecked slam to the ground….try throwing a ball after that..
Yet…he came back against all odds in the face of a dick coach..
Apples to oranges
Bingo!
Not for home field advantage Joe….
Our job ain’t done yet. All tough except the Texans.
LOL
He threw a few anticipation/spot-timing throws today.
That’s when I noticed him at Alabama…he’s getting to that NFL place now..nice
Nogtih all. Zzzzzzzzzzz. (Play-off dreams)
NOGTIH UK! LOL
Nothing is easy in the NFL…we need to keep getting better…facts
One game at a time.
Tagovailoa is now 13-2 in his last 15 starts. He is now at 138 straight passes without an interception. His passer rating on third downs is the highest by anybody since the NFL began tracking that statistic in 1991.
Oh my! 🙂
The Raiders are laughably bad
And I am laughing at McDaniels. They hired the wrong McDaniel
lol, yep
What was amazing is that great Browns pass rush was not even a factor. That is not all about the OL which is definitely but also Tua with that quick release and great pocket presence
Josh Allen last 3 games:
Rating: 66.8 avg
Comp: 60/102 58.8%
Passing: 753yds, 251yds/game avg
TD: 3
INT: 6
FUM: 3 (L-1)
Sacks: 9
W/L: 1-2
Division Rank: 3rd
Tua Tagovailoa last 3 games:
Rating: 137.3 avg
Comp: 75/98, 76.5%
Passing: 969yds, 323yds/game avg
TD: 9
INT: 0
FUM: 0
Sacks: 3
W/L: 3-0
Division Rank: 1st
MVP
WOOOP WOOOOP
But, he has the stronger arm…lmao! Ok
He’s taller too so can he see better over the OL…wtf?
ZERO sacks by those two big name pass rushers tonight
If our D plays like it did today and with this offense we will win a fuck ton of games
LOL
On this system: One Fuck Ton = One billion Loads. But also, One Ton = One Thousand Kilograms, as it should. If you are unfamiliar, a kilogram on Earth’s surface weighs about 2.2 pounds. So a Load = 220 pounds.
I’m still wondering why the 49ers traded Wilson to us for a 5th. He was playing well for them and he’s been great for us. They better hope they stay healthy at RB.
Didn’t they get some prize RB, so he was going to sit, I think
Yeah McCaffrey who hasn’t stayed healthy for 2 years and the same with their young back Mitchell. Wilson is really good.
Yep, McCaffrey came to town, and we win another trade.
He asked for a trade after they picked up McCaffrey, and the Niners did him a solid.
True, but he’s better than the value they got.
No doubt. I wonder if maybe the Niners were trying to make good on some sort of promise to Wilson, such as ‘you’ll be the guy this year’, then honored his request even though it wasn’t the best value for them.
Whatever happened, definitely our gain. That trade has had an immediate impact.
They got McCaffrey
I love 23 Wilson JR
first 100 yard rusher for us in a while
Mostert did it against the Jets
7-3 and first place at the bye. Better than Hulk imagined
Any of us, I think.
I don’t see Josh Allen in MVP consideration right now
If Tua continues, I don’t see how he can’t win it. The 3 losses without him makes it seems like the obvious choice. Hurts or Mahomes are the other top choices, but I really think Hill deserves it over them. The dude has really opened up our offensive capabilities and we are the surprise team and offense of the year. No one expected this even with McD being a Shannahan guru.
Mahomes is everyone’s darling
Mostert started off dancing then started slashing…..seemed timid early but picked it up…I liked that…
Lol…after Wilson went in next series…nice
I like Wilson over Mostert, but both are great backs. Wilson just runs so hard and has zero drama. My kind of RB.
Runs hard for sure and I love it!
It’s the best tandem we could have asked for in this offense. They are so similar with one being faster and the other more physical.
Now for the bad…we need to replace Sanders NOW for this push and playoffs. He’s a disaster!
Then fire coach whenever our season ends…he’s clueless…oh my

It’s the Shanahan scheme.
———
No… it’s the Alex Gibbs ZBS, first and foremost. The Broncos wouldn’t have won back-to-back Super Bowls (John Elway and Terrell Davis) without it.
Remember what I posted a week or so ago: Mike McDaniel and Alex Gibbs hit it off when McDaniel was but a teen.
But yes, most generically speaking, it’s been (falsely) labeled the “Shanahan scheme”.
Do you really think I don’t know who Alex Gibbs is and what the coaching tree is?
It all started with Bill Walsh.
See below…
I would call it MM’s scheme…lol..wtf do I know?
The TD to Sherfield Tua is supposed to throw the ball at the back pylon, if you look at that throw without the players there it would have nailed it.
Great Win for us!
Great win for Minny
Don’t look back 💪🐬💥
Exactly and there is no way to defend that throw
The only thing that can stop that is if he drops it.
Sherfield made it look easy.

TOTALLY agreed!
^
Yessir!!!
Colts back on top
Shake it off Browns. Show the world you are better than this and go into Buffalo next week and kick some ass!
Hell yeah, go Browns
I believe in the Browns
we have your back browns…
LOL
I would call it MM’s scheme…lol..wtf do I know?
Sorry. Not sure how that happened..

Wasn’t he one of the original Bee Gees? 😉
No! LOL
😆
I am on a football high. I am not going to sleep tonight
Me too
I love it
I feel like I should go to the casino and I don’t gamble
^
Both RBs can run hard…Mostert gave pause early on. Then, he woke up.
Jets are at the Patriots next week. Jets win, I believe they take over 1st in ACFE.
Besides Tua, Hill and Waddle, the OL has been really good in pass pro. They are giving Tua field to work with to get passes off. Today the run game was excellent as well.
Line has been good but a lot of that is Tua. He makes the OL look better
That’s how it works. We use a lot of movement. Tua is not a break away runner but he is mobile within the offense.
His timing, quick release and pocket presence is elite
AFC East arguably the best division in the league, the only one with all teams above .500.
And the Dolphins sit on top of that division…
What a great football day.
ABSOLUTELY!!!
It is
We get a much needed bye week to get guys some rest and healthy before the big stretch run.
Wilson is the missing piece, Edmonds wasn’t peeling off chunks the way Wilson is and that’s what he was supposed to be doing. Wilson gets it and he’s gone “no games” as he said.
Colts hold on
Jeff Saturday- undefeated as HC
LMAO @ the Raiders
It would be so great if the Colts win 3 or 4 more games- a giant eff you to Irsay, lol.
Wilson is surely a piece! I like him a lot…
I remember many, many, many years ago when Marino made our O-line look great too. Quick release, and good footwork. Tua looks better seeing the rush and stepping up while keeping his eyes upfield. He is doing a lot if things right.
You can see the Marino influence is taking hold.
See him and let it go
Colts can’t even tank right
Let’s go 49s tonight
And to think, right now we legit could have been looking at a team that has Brian Flores as our HC, DeShaun Watson who would not have played a down for us, and no Waddle, Hill, or Chubb. 😱
Err, I guess we’d still have Waddle
Omg
Ugh…chills.
We should have had the forty burger but you deny how good
Dolphins 39 looks
Maybe Sanders was honoring Csonk being this is the 50 year anny.
Nah, he just sucks
Ogbah out for the season with a torn triceps
Oh that sux
Wtf?!
Bombers to Grey Cup game 🇨🇦👍
Sucks about Agbah!
Good thing we pulled the trigger on Chubb
Yikes!! Ogbah out for the season really sucks. Next man up!
Stunning
That’s unbelievable
Ugh on Ogbah. 😦
Nice! But, WTF, even Sanders gets a game ball???
Guess they don’t want to damage his head more.
It would have been funny if they gave on to Moorstead
He said all the players get game balls, not the kickers… 😂
Damn, not Ogbah! Injury bug sure got him this year.
I wonder if Suh is healthy and if he’d like to come back to MIA on the cheap to win a Superbowl
Noooooo
Fuck that
ROFLMAO!! I LOVE IT!!! SLEEP ON EVERY WEEK OLD MAN! LOL
LOL
BTW, how did his elbows get dirty. lol
Pregame warm ups
Someone suggested this last week, but a bonus to the Chubb trade is we don’t have to root against SF anymore.
Go SF WOOP LAC
That’s right !!!! Woohoo Go Niners
🤮
Nope can’t do it
Looks like we need to work on our 2 point conversions
Chargers scored fast
This guy won’t tell ya, but he is playing lights the fuck out! LOL
MM referring to Tua…
When you are so excited about the Dolphins you don’t know what to do with yourself
No pig on a grill
I escaped
We need Trey Flowers to replace Ogbah.
If I’ve got the numbers from the play by play right, this is Tua on 3rd down today:
7 for 7
80 yds
1 TD
153.87 rating
https://www.pro-football-reference.com/about/qb-rating.htm
Tua owns 3rd down
Our opening drive of the 3rd quarter, we didn’t face a 3rd down.
That’s good for them
We kill it on 3rd down
“Good job defense. You guys kept them out of 3rd down that whole drive” LOL
Who has opposable thumbs and offered to bet real American money that Miami would win the AFCE? Oh that was me!
So our chubb was bigger than their chubb right?
Much bigger
Niners offense has been a real dud so far
They miss their OC
Sucks about Ogbah, but Chubb should be a fine replacement.
Chubb is an OLB. We need a DE.
No he is a DE
He plays LB for us. He can play 4-3 DE but he’s not a 3-4 DL like Ogbah
Our front is not a true 3-4 or 4-3 for that matter. But Chubb is playing with his hand on the ground as a pass rushing DE
Tim – I hope Flowers can get healthy and replace Ogbah. No idea though where he’s at as far as coming back
That being said, I have no issue getting any player that can help us
Niners D doing everything they can to keep this game in reach
Tua is so all in on everything. Even his gamesmanship is all in. He called a play tonight and the got to the line and looked at his play list again like he had to remind himself of the play or progressions and then handed it off for a big gain, not something he had to think about. LOL
He regularly uses his eyes and position to move defensive players.
Ken – Chubb has been outside though. He’s not set up like Ogbah has been inside on the D-line. He can do it, he’s the same size as Ogbah. That would mean AVG would probably play LB. Or, like Tim said Flowers could play DE too
Now it’s a game.
Where’s the spotter in that Herbert hit?
Terrible fucking call
I can’t believe they are making this call and throwing him out
I think the call is right but the ejection is wrong
He didn’t lead with his head. The freaking runner changed direction because the other niner hit him and changed his trajectory. Terrible call.
But the rule dictates that the defender is still responsible in that circumstance
The rule is the runner can’t lead with his helmet. They can hit helmet to helmet.
Defenseless receiver the tackler is always responsible if it’s head or neck contact. Tackles on a runner, you just can’t lead with your head, but you can make helmet to helmet contact. The tackler didn’t lead with his head. Do you realize how often this kind of contact happens on run plays?
If the runner head has changed position or elevation it is still the defender’s responsibility to avoid the helmet to helmet hit
First, that is simply wrong. The NFL added an exception for inadvertent contact to add intent.
2nd, both spearing and targeting require leading contact with the crown of the helmet. Look at the video below. Herbert’s helmet hits first right into Greenlaw’s earhole. He doesn’t even hit with the crown.
That call was simply a ref saying he thought Greenlaw lowered his head on purpose with intent to hurt. BS call, 100%.
I was unaware that changed. But I saw and still see helmet to helmet
you can pause the video and move it forward frame by frame and see that Herbert face first hits right into the side of Greenlaw’s helmet, right in the earhole, lol.
If you have to go frame by frame I think you are in the realm of it is safe to call it helmet to helmet but I wouldn’t have ejected him
That’s a fair point. I can agree there.
Greenlaw doesn’t even hit him with the crown of his helmet. It’s actually HerBert who runs into the side of Greenlaw’s helmet.
How did they not out Herbert in concussion protocol?
He was pulled out for evaluation
Mike – Chubbis a pass rusher. Don’t care what position they call him.
But but but they have the MVP
They didn’t score a TD in the 2nd half against us either, so at least 4 games with no 2nd half TDs

I was noticing him looking off safeties as well…THAT is something we have not had around here in I don’t know how long
Niners take the lead
Watching these two teams I feel great about our California road trip
Neither of them have been that impressive tonight
I thought 9ers would roll over chargers
