I can’t recall a Super Bowl where I have l less of an interest in the outcome of the game. I despise both teams, despise the Head Coaches of both teams, and especially the methods both teams choose to employ to circumvent the rules. We all hate Bill Belichick, somewhat because he’s a divisional foes Head Coach, GM and Emperor, and mostly because he’s a liar, and a cheater.

I also hate Pete Carroll, and it’s impossible for me to think of anything but him standing on the sidelines all smug with his hand to his neck pimping the choke sign to our kicker Pete Stoyanovich.
His players have racked up more suspensions, and have taken as many steroids and other PED’s as Mark McGwire and Jose Canseco combined.
BTW – Is this Superbowl Ex-Lax? (XLIX) It is for me . . .
What I do look forward to is the delusional thought that after the SB, the Patriots will be hit with a severe punishment, suspending Palpatine, er Belichick for the entire season as a penalty for cheating. I think as Dolphins fans we all know that’s not going to happen. Justice will not be served against the Patriots, it never is!
After the SB, the next thing as a football fan is all the hoopla regarding the NFL Draft, which, BTW, is no longer in NYC, and will now be in Chicago, April 30 – May 2 in the Auditorium Theater. That will be different. No longer will we see the cretinous NY Jets fans yelling incoherent things before and after every pick. Instead, we might hear shouts of “Ditka!” or “Da Bears!”, or “Mini Ditkas!”. Who knows, it may actually be less entertaining, or it might be an improvement. We’ll find out soon enough, as it’s already January 29th, and April 30 is only 3 months away.
What about our Dolphins? Do we cut Mike Wallace? Hartline? Both? Do we trade back, or do we trade up? Do we take the BPA, or do we take our biggest need? What is our biggest need? O-line? (AGAIN!!!) DT? CB? LB? WR? TE? RB? Depending upon which players are sent packing, it all might change so fast, and new positions may end up clearly being the biggest need.
In any case, I love the draft. Love it! There’s nothing like the promise of infusing potential young talent into your football team. As fans, most of us who really dig into the draft tend to compile our favorites, our “mancrushes” so to speak, and when we don’t get them (As is usually the case), we pout, we are petulant, and we lash out at our know-nothing GM (whoever it may be), and sit in dismay and utter disbelief that the scouting department, comprised of likely 30-50 very qualified people know substantially less than we do, especially since we watch a lot of college ball (not me), or because we read all the scouting reports put out there by amateur draft “experts”, or even the semi qualified draft “experts” like the guys who have been in the NFL for many years like Pat Kirwan, Charlie Casserly, Gil Brandt etc . . . Yeah, we do it every year, and every year we become the “experts”, and not to disparage anyone, because I think some of you guys really do know what you’re talking about, yet still, in comparison to the information that our scouts and personnel professionals have, it pales in comparison.
I hope you all enjoy the big game, maybe win a box pool, hopefully don’t get indigestion, or worse diarrhea. Don’t throw up on your friends couch, don’t throw the remote at the TV when the Patriots or Seahawks win, and bet with your head, not over it.
Maybe some of you can convince your wife that you need a new TV for the big game (amazing how often that one works!) and you can get a hold of a big 70” 4K UltraHD TV. That would be cool. I’d bet in 4K, you can probably see Palpatine, rather than Belichick. I can’t prove that, I don’t have a 4K TV, but if any of you do, and see it, please let me know, and if you can upload it to the site here, that would be even better! Thanks!
Enjoy the Superbowl! GO P, naw, Go S, nah, ahhh, WHO CARES!!!

Will Farrell is funny, stupid comedy or not its funny….several of his moving i laugh at hard every time i seen it. Taledega Nights….lol.
Dear Lord baby Jesus, lyin’ there in your ghost manger, just lookin’ at your Baby Einstein developmental videos, learnin’ ’bout shapes and colors. I would like to thank you for bringin’ me and my mama together, and also that my kids no longer sound like retarded gang-bangers.

Well-placed source reveals to me Patriots’ unique plan to stop Marshawn Lynch cold: equipping all players on defense with microphones.
So I see FFR likes his comedy like his women, boring and barely alive.
Lol!
I swear, I’m so pissed off at my mom. As soon as she’s of age, I’m putting her in a home.
Hey, Nancy Kerrigan. You an official here? Cuz you have officially given me a boner.

Opening arguments in the first Hernandez murder trial today.
The defense attorney, “reminded jurors that Hernandez ‘played for our hometown team, the New England Patriots,’ and helped the Patriots reach a Super Bowl.”
Now that’s a sign of desperation.
Holy shit
If you want to experience the devil, have an encounter with a defense attorney.
Did everyone go to the gang bang or something?
Or To add more Mayo to Mikes jar?
Also, “The prosecution will use cell phone triangulation to demonstrate that Hernandez’s phone was in close proximity to Odin Lloyd during the night in question.”
Cell phones may not just keep track of kids, but put murders away too.
I’m shocked the defense attorney didn’t say “Aaron drinks himself a Sammie Adams every night after brushing hi teef. He’s oonne of uws. He is Bawstan and he’s freaking awesome!”
LOL — You must have read the article too…….but the exact quote had “wicked” instead of “freaking.”
Hal Habib @gunnerhal
Dan Marino, on Joe Rose’s show on WQAM, said Ryan Tannehill “made a lot of great strides” this season, “will continue to get better.”

I am 99% sure that’s from the classic Gone with The Wind
Dave Hyde @davehydesports
Could one reporter please repeat the same question to Marshawn Lynch for the full media period?.
Dave Hyde @davehydesports
Reporter: “What’s the key to the game?”
Lynch:” You know why I’m here.”
Over and over for an hour.
That would put Super Bowl in perspective.

Looks like Marshawn is wearing beyond thin with the media. What a tool you are Lynch!!! Why don’t you just enjoy being there and have some dame personality…geez!
D-Bolt – You’re nasty! lol
Did the defenses attorney manage to fit a “wicked awesome” in his opening statement?

“San Diego Chargers Head Coach Mike McCoy hired former Atlanta Falcons Defensive Coordinator Mike Nolan to be the team’s new linebackers coach.”
Unlike Sparano moving down the totem pole, that one surprises me. Have much respect for Nolan.
I guess I am alone again in regards to Lynchs’ disdain for the stupid media days requirement. I wish he was clever with his responses- I’d even be ok if he purposefully answered every question with the most cliched answer applicable. But if he was just a special-teamer, this wouldn’t be an issue.
He should just do the interviews with his helmet on and the dark visor, like Ricky did.
He kinda does already with his big sunglasses.
He should just show up in a KKK hood and cloak. I wonder what the first question would be.
trry
not sure what to think of lynch. in one way i get the media is to intrusive. yet in another without the media he would have the endorsement deals he gets.
guess what i dont like it the negative way he goes about doing it.
I don’t agree with all of that, and I am not sure what endorsement deals he has. The dude’s play on the field does plenty of talking, though.
Goof write up Mike
I didn;t get a chance to write it until now
I think I’m rooting for Seahawks
I don;t know if I will watch the Super Bowl
I also thought it was goofy when I almost wrote it.
Suspended WR Josh Gordon insists he does not have addiction issues, and says he believed he was no longer being tested for alcohol following the regular season.
Writing in an open letter, Gordon took his critics to task, trying to paint a picture of a player who has been more unlucky than wayward. He continues to insist his failed 2014 marijuana test was the result of second-hand smoke. He also says the alcohol that led to his failed test earlier this month was consumed on a flight with other Browns players, and was the first time he had drank since his July 2014 DWI. Gordon said he’s not yet sure if he will appeal his year-long ban. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding his troubles, Gordon is out of second chances with the NFL. He needs to avoid trouble of any kind from here on out.
Falls in the “I was just holding that for a friend Mom” category.

Former Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson believes Wisconsin redshirt junior RB Melvin Gordon will be the first RB chosen in the draft, and compares him to Jamaal Charles.

FFR’s lunch.

Colts re-signed Rob Chudzinski to a new contract under the title of associate head coach.
Chudzinski, who served as a “special assistant” to head coach Chuck Pagano in 2014, garnered interest from at least the 49ers and Rams over the last few weeks. It’s interesting that he’s passing on those offensive coordinator opportunities to stay in a background role with Indy. It’s likely a financial promotion coupled with the presence of Andrew Luck (vs. Colin Kaepernick or Sam Bradford) swayed him. Regardless, arguably the top OC candidate that was still available is now off the board. Chud is a talent maximizer that loves to utilize the tight end in the pass game. His return is great news for Luck, Dwayne Allen, Coby Fleener and the entire Colts offense that ranked No. 3 in the league.
______________________________
Chud was a guy I was interested in being our HC here had Joe got the hook. Chud got a raw deal in Cleveland after just one year.
In a weird way, this is good…maybe we can get Chud in 2016 should Philbin fail to get us into the playoffs again.
I know I’ll be thinking about that throughout the whole year.
This isn’t directed at anyone in particular, but some of the things that get said on here make me feel squeamish. Not queasy, squeamish. And I am not telling anyone to stop- I’m just saying…
:O
Kinda like a Miko rant (for context).
Try — thanks…..all part of the self-regulation process. Free speech has its benefits and it’s downside too. Hopefully we can come to a social norm……even if nobody can enforce it. Someone will always have this attitude. 🙂

I know you have felt similarly. And I am not trying to regulate anything. I just keep thinking that eventually something will be considered too taboo.. But I can hang.
LOL. I can only imagine Tim’s IT dept. with his image searches. “Look this ass-holes at it again. He’s looking for penis shaped bologna now. What’s even worse is actually found the image he was looking for.”

We call hope to be that flexible at that age. Hell, I’m no where near that flexible now, nor was I ever really. I applaud her!
if you listen to lynch’s press and not look, just the voice you would swear Ice Cube is doing the interview
Lynch is pretty much as cold as ice…lol
I sure hope Wallace is smart enough to mature even just a tad, now that he’s rich beyond 95% of all American’s dreams, and that he comes to Philbin and asks to stay, promising that he wants to win, will put in the work…and then go to Tanny and do the same…become a leader of the receiving corp.
If he did that, then I think his teammates would respond in kind….and we can get this season rollin the right way…get Wallace up to 12 TD’s, 1K yards, and in the damn playoffs.
Mike Wallace I hope you read this. Your future depends on your actions NOW!
Mike Wallace has already made up his mind that he wants out.
I’m tired of Lynch’s act. I’ve followed this guy since he was at Cal, but follow my train of thought on this week:
He shows up for the mandatory media sessions (ostensibly “mandatory” because the league knows the fans want access to their players and they get that access via the media) and practically dares the league to fine him. He looks at his watch and announces “I’m only here so I don’t get fined”. The media proceeds to ask him questions, and he answers every one ‘I’m only here so I don’t get fined”. Wnen his mandatory time is up (I seriously think it’s something as ridiculous as 5 minutes required) he leaves. The next day he pulls the same thing (deliberately wearing gear that he knows the NFL could fine him for both days under the CBA). When reporters try to ask him questions he lambasts them. Plays the victim:
“Hey, look, all week, I done told y’all what’s up and for some reason y’all continue to come back. You do the same that y’all did. I don’t know what story you are trying to get out of me. I don’t know what image y’all are trying to portray of me. But it don’t matter what y’all think, what y’all say about me. Because when I go home at night, the same people I look in the face — my family — that I love, that’s all that really matters to me. So y’all can go and make up whatever y’all want to make up because I don’t say enough to put anything out on me. But I’ll come to y’all’s event and you can shove cameras and microphones down my throat. And when I’m at home in my environment, I don’t see y’all. But y’all are mad at me. And if y’all ain’t mad at me, then what y’all here for? I ain’t got nothing for y’all though. I told you all that. So y’all should know that. But y’all will sit here like right now and continue to do the same thing. I’m here preparing for a game and y’all want to ask me all these questions, which is understandable. I can be down with that. But I told y’all, I’m not about to say nothing. So for the remainder of my three minutes because I’m here and available for y’all. I’m here. I’m available for y’all. I done talked. All of my requirements are fulfilled. So now for this next three minutes, I’ll just be looking at y’all the way y’all are looking at me. Thank you.”
You kidding me? How the MEDIA wants to portray him? He says they’re doing their job “which is understandable” but then lambasts them for doing it. He says his image is created by them but hes the guy who puts this shit out there and grabs his crotch when he scores TD.
I got nothing bad to say about Lynch the football player, but as a fan, who really just admires the player, he can’t give me anything (via the media)? At all? FFS Bill Belichick interviews are far more entertaining then this, and Lynch is a guy I want to LIKE!
I guess I don’t know what to make of it all, but as a fan, his attitude offends me. Along with the privilege of making ungodly amounts of money to play a GAME, you have to communicate with the public from time to time via the media. Is that such a horrible tradeoff for him to make?
SMH.
He’s a jerk.
Is that the condensed version of Jahn’s rant? 😉
Dbolt,
Not sure why Wallace would want out…he had one of his best seasons ever…besides, who else is gonna want his shenanigans?
If he is thinkin of going to a contender, most contenders already have a good #1 type of WR, so he’ll be unhappy there.
He best get real and make the most of the great opportunity he has in Miami!!!
That smelly C, Miko, was the one spouting off in November he wanted out and Barry Jackson reported that there were teammates saying the same thing.
The whole Lynch this ridiculous. He knows it’s part of his job, one that he gets paid handsomely to do. I’m sure it’s uncomfortable for him, but it’s one week, and he should just deal with it.
GDP – It’s more like D-Bolt wants Wallace out than Wallace wants out.
Yeah, I’m frustrated with Wallace’s actions, but I like what he’s capable of.
If Philbin & Hickey need to WIN NOW to save their jobs, then they’re gonna need Wallace for 1 more year.
Draft WR’s this year to groom to replace come 2016, and we’re good!!!
Wasn’t him out….I never wanted this fucker here😤
Tannehill explains what went wrong with Mike Wallace.
http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/miami-dolphins/sfl-tannehill-on-what-went-wrong-with-mike-wallace-20150129-premiumvideo.html
When we get our Almighty Lynch back all will be right.
D-Bolt – Yeah, well I never wanted Philbin here, so we’re even!
No were not just because I say so!
You’re right, we’re not even. The Head Coach is more important than one player, so you OWE me!
Hell no mayonnaise man
Marshawn Lynch’s girlfriend is a porn star.
I knew I was on the outside where Lynch was concerned, and I admit, Mr. Doh makes valid points. I just don’t get the point of the media asking questions when they know what he is going to say (or not say). At this point, they are doing it just to make news, and I don’t like that. Plus, what are any of them going to really SAY? We aren’t getting any insights or really deep thoughts- these guys are focusing on a football game.
And I admit, he does not help his cause. He could just answer with real trite stuff, or “I don’t know” or something. Personally I don’t give a shit because I don’t really care what any of them have to say. I’ll be mildly interested if the Dolphins ever make it this far.
Throw Lynch out of the equation
Don;t we know what they are going to say anyway?
I feel like there is a book somewhere on sports cliches they give football players to read for cirucmstances like this
Exactly my point. He can sit out there and play the game (with the media), but what’s the point in that? Do we really get anything? And you can’t discount the idea if he was 3rd string, they wouldn’t ask him anything. Because he is successful, he is worth their time. I think the dude that had to bust his ass (izzo?) Has more interesting things to say and a unique perspective.
Jahn
I don’t know
some one like Peyton Manning says all the right things and is likeable
and a month later I don;t remember anything he said or did during media week
Lynch is giving us all some netertainiment
Ultimately media day or media week or whatever they call it is booooooring
I read somewhere that Lych did an interview syaing he would just stare back at the media like they stare at him for 3 minutes….lol
that made me laugh
I think its kind of funny
But I have an absurd sense of humor I guess
I’m just syaing its better than the ordinary barrage of sports cliches we usually get
I kinda enjoy it despite some of the substantive things about the stuff he says that you mentioned
Think a big Part of the answer of what we do with the defensive line Isn’t with the team yet. Joe Philbin gives his assistants A lot of say. After they sign a new defensive line coach They will have a better idea of what they’re going to do. IMO
And although our newly departed D line coach is well respected, Perhaps a change will benefit the team?
I am waiting to see who we sign for that position
jahn,
i cant object to anything you said. i agree with most of it. the only think i feel is i think the media is just as bad at times. look at the ferguson incident. they media blew that up cause it made news. you have seen very very little of the 17 year old girl killed by cops in texas. why? cause it isnt as sensation as a cop shooting a black criminal.
so i get some of lynch’s hatred, yet IMO he goes about it wrong
‘Lynch is giving us all some netertainiment’
wow, we cant make jewish jokes but because lynch is black you call it netertainment.
Rock – I was actually thinking the same thing about Rodgers. Yes, he was well respected, but we need a fresh approach. I hope that’s the case.
LOL@FFRob
trotters….
I did like the way Welker went after Ryan after the while foot-fetish incident:
“Put are best foot forward.. one step at a time.. Good little foot soldiers.. get our toes wet..”
Our Luck saying it’s a very deflating feeling on losing the AFC Championship game.
I actually missed that!

That looks good
Wife got it for me. She knows I like scotch and it had one some award the salesperson was telling her about. It’s good, and since wet can’t afford the real good stuff, for less than $100 it’s quite tasty. I really like The MaCallan, but this is close.
here not he…
That looks good Trypod
But he is my preferred drink
What is it- tequila? Wine?
Must be tequila.
Its tequila
well not techinically
its mexcal
which is not techinically tequila
but think of it as a type of tequila
I have never tried mezcal. Is it cactus based?
I also find the Lnch thing kinda funny lol. If i was the reporter id have played along and just asked the same questions like Hyde was suggesting, even more funny if all the other reporters joined in and started doing same thing. They woulda put him back in his place and to me it woulda have been a pretty decent Mexican standoff.
Mezcal not Mexcal
Yeah i was wondering because i never had heard of mexcal
Think the only real difference is the agave they make it from.
Tequila is the drink of pigs
Drink
Or DRANK?
Of Thursday drink
On Monday drank
If you are not familiar with Mezcal
It’s just tequila
But the cacti is roasted before the use it to make tequila
So it’s smokey
And delicious
Its a different cacti as well. Ones blue agave and the other is maguey
Gotcha
I actually have several maguey growing in my yard as ornamental plants.
D
I think we are talking about same thing when you say agave
Agave is the plant cacti come from right?
Cacti and agave are different, sorta, both are part of the succulant family, so pretty much same but Cati have little spines where agave is like this
Ahhhh
I get it
I was thinking Cacti were a subclass of agave
Piggy
Does it have the worm in it?
I don’t think they make it with worm
I think most tequilas take that out now
I’ve never bought a bottle with a worm
Can get it witht he worm in Mexico, but i have never seen anything but a novelty tequila in stores that still have the worm.
They’re still out there:
Urban cowboy: http://youtu.be/-GaaFlorKSY
I just watched it, and no worm. Sorry.
I don’t think I’d want any part of eating that worm. I’d probably hurl.
I dont know that i have ever seen anyone chew it up. I have seen someone swallow it whole, and that was on a dare lol.
I remember about 10 years ago my firend bought a bottle wioth a worm and he ate the worm
it was gross
I have not been to mexico recently
But I haven;t seen a worm in a bottle for a long time
and I shop a lot for tequila…lol
The ends on those maguey have spikes too and they hurt like a mofo.
Miami senior TE Clive Walford was “very consistent as both a blocker and pass catcher, handling defenders at the line of scrimmage as well as making receptions down the seam” at the Senior Bowl, wrote TFY Draft Insider’s Tony Pauline
“There was a lot to like about Walford’s performance,” Pauline wrote. “He’s not a true vertical threat rather Walford possesses the skills necessary to be dependable in all areas of the tight end position for years to come.” The 6-foot-4, 258-pound Walford logged 44 receptions for 676 yards and seven touchdowns this season. NFL Media analyst Mike Mayock, who recently said Walford is “the most explosive tight end in this year’s draft,” expects the tight end to run a 40-yard dash around 4.65. The Guardian’s Matt Rybaltowski wrote that his work in Mobile “could propel Walford into a spot late in the opening round.” We don’t agree with that, but Walford may have clawed into Day 2 amidst a weak TE class.
D
If you ever make your own Mezcal
And have some sort of Death Star theme on the bottle
I will buy it
LOL that would be pretty sweet.
Im moving all of those agave’s under my windows in my house. Twofold solution, deter burglers, and hopeully my daughters boyfriends.

Good stuff on Walford eh?
Do you not see we are talking Cactus!
Oh so he is Lynch ++….gotcha 🙂
I’d rather get your guy DGB, but if we could get him in the 3rd, I’d be cool with that.
Devin Funchess……
Appreciate you, really- but we are going to be inundated with draft talk through April, and I’m just not able to stay that focused. Lol
Rather it be ding dong sausages and Miko tweets?
Yeah, not so much.
What I really want to know about Walford is whether he likes tequila
Funchess doesn’t seem as explosive as DGB is. DGB seems like the better athlete.
Funchess spent time as a TE, if you were looking for TE’s he would be better than trying to get DBG to play a foreign position, stay with the subject matter will ya! *cough* senile *cough*
I’ve heard a lit of people (nationally) talking, and I know strong lines are the key to good teams, but I’d like to go after a playmaker with the first. I’m still hoping for a Parker or someone of that stratosphere with the first.
Mike, Ideally we can trade down a few spots, get DGB, & have two 2nd round picks, 1 for Walford and the other for a good LB, S, or CB
That would be crazy
But keep guys like Strong and Coates on your radar too
They may be available late first early 2nd
Michigan State CB Trae Waynes moved from No. 26 to 20 on Todd McShay’s Big Board.
“Waynes has good length and speed for the cornerback position, and is at his best in a press-man or Cover 2 role,” McShay wrote. “He has above-average field awareness and can track the ball well and maintain good position in coverage. He’s also willing to come up in run support and is a sure open-field tackler.” NFL Media senior analyst Gil Brandt believes Waynes is better than former Spartans CB Darqueze Dennard, and NFL Media colleague Daniel Jeremiah does him one better. Jeremiah prefers Waynes to any corner in the 2014 class, a group including first-rounders Justin Gilbert, Kyle Fuller, the aforementioned Dennard, Bradley Roby and Jason Verrett.
That’s quite a statement putting him ahead of all those 2014 draftees…WOW.
Retards make shocking statements all the time… FRANKS AN BEANS!
Funchess would be my 4th favorite WR for us, behind Parker, White and DGB, but top TE, and since he can play both that versatility really makes it close with him and DGB. Parker and White are hands down a better WR option. The better thing about DGB is he will probably last until late 1st so like GDP said, that would make it easier to get more quality at other positions, aslo good. I dont know i could pass on Parker or White though but if they are both gone, im looking to do something similar to what DGB outlined
I was watching TV last night, and I saw this commercial for TrueCar, that car buying service, and the guy featured in the commercial was Mike E. It wasn’t me, but it cracked me up though.
Trypod, the two guys that seem close as 1st rounders are Parker & White….it’s a toss up who I like better between those two.
If we don’t go playmaker WR in the 1st doesn’t mean we can still land one later…it’s deep man…I like Mayle a lot, and he’s likely midround for now, might sneak into the 3rd after combine & pro days, private workouts etc.
I dunno, i guess if we didnt get a big target guy early, i might would look for Mayle in the 3rd, but id rather them take Devin Smith and/or Phillip Dorsett 3-4th and maybe chance getting Rannell Hall or Cam worthy in the 7th or UDFA.
JUST AN UNBELIEVABLE DAY in Tampa Bay. –At 6PM it was sunny and 67 in Lutz, a northern suburb of Tampa. It maxed out at 71 around 1 pm–not a cloud in the sky!! –What a difference from the icy conditions I experienced in Georgia last week!!
As for Lynch and the interview process, I believe each team should make available about 4-5 players and the head coach for “media” day, and that’s it. –I see NOTHING good out of forcing someone to do an interview who doesn’t want to do one. –I’ve turned down a few requests in my business, usually because I’m too damn busy at the moment of the request. –THAT SAID, Lynch is an unadulterated jerk who deserves all the shit that comes his way. He COULD simply say he doesn’t believe in the process but, nonetheless, will give short, relevant, answers for 5 minutes before leaving. However, it’s obvious Lynch doesn’t understand the word “class” and possibly can’t even spell “class.” –If Goodell was a good comish, he’d lower yet another big fine on this jerk, then tell him the NEXT OFFENSE will get him suspended 4 games WITHOUT PAY!! – -But since he’s NOT a good comish, Lynch likely will skate, just as Kraft, Brady and Belicheat will come out smelling like a rose in a couple of weeks.
This Super Bowl is kinda like a recent presidential election: NO good guys; NO acceptable options when it comes to who I’m hoping wins. –But I DID place a bet in Las Vegas on Christmas Day on the Seahawks to win the Super Bowl. –I’ll win $100 if they win. So I’ve now got 100 more reasons to hate the Patriots. –And if I do win this bet, that $100 will go towards this summer’s MobFest, or whatever we call it. –Each round of drinks will be a celebration of the Patriots’ defeat in the Super Bowl!!
How does THAT sound???
OD….sorry…..Mr. President — how much did you have to put down to have that $100 if the Seahawks win? And do you have to go back to Vegas to collect or is there come mail in option?
Awesome offer for Fest charity though……..wonder if we can make ourselves tax deductible. 🙂
D, need I remind you on Funchess, that Egnew was said to be able to play both TE & WR….lol
Stick with Walford, he can block.
I really think he is still here had they moved him out to WR, or at least there is a much higher likelihood. Eggs was damage good though i think, pussy mentality on a really big dude.
I really dont think we need a TE bad enough for a 2nd round selection. If i had 2 2nd’s im picking ILB and then S. Weak class of TE’s and Walford would be a 4th round selection any other year.
Screw the tequila….just hand me one of these.

This is the kid I kept harping about as a backup for Tanny, he was gonna be a 5-7th round prospect but might go undrafted now due to his injury at end of year that will keep him from displaying his talents. I bet Lazor would have fun grooming him, he kinda reminds me of Foles.
Washington State redshirt senior Connor Halliday will attend the NFL Draft combine, but he will not work out.
Back in November, Halliday snapped his tibia and fibula when Trojans defensive end Leonard Williams fell on his leg. The 6-foot-4, 201-pound Halliday threw for 11,308 yards, and 90 touchdowns, in his career at Washington State. CBS Sports’ Dane Brugler noted back in November, that Halliday “was viewed as a possible late round draft pick, but the injury could change that if he is unable to work out for teams prior to the 2015 NFL Draft.”
I like him, i think i still prefer Bridge and Carden, but he’s right up there with those guys…and ill admit its preference not distinguishable that ones play is better than the other.
11,308 yards, and 90 touchdowns…Captain Insaneo…LOL
11,991 86TD’s for Carden in 3 years playtime.
He throws an ugly ball, but he seems to have IT. The intangibles that make a good QB. The question would be does he have enough arm strength?
You must be thinking about someone else…Halliday is nothing but arm strength…kid can boom it…most of his TD’s were long bombs.
I just watched him on youtube.
I think most backups we would get in the draft would give me the “god i hope Tanny stays healthy” vibe lol….but again, the choices in FA would eb get another guy who give me a similar feel and pay him more, or pay a guy a lot more and ask myself “again, why didnt we re-sign morre”

Alright, I’m out for a spell…gotta run…Peace!
D, I like Carden, was focused on him early, but he’s likely gonna go 4-5th round..IMO
I dunno, his big issue is arm strength, he throws all the mid range passes REALLY well, very quick release, great reads, but his really deep throws aren’t the best.May hurt him with evaluators, but he is a super competitive guy, got his head and heart in the right place. I think the pre combine interview will make or break him, because what he does at combine probably wont. He would work in our offense though since we dont take a ton of deep throws lol.
Nobody puts Randy in the garage….even the lovely herd.
Have we traded Tanny for a donkey and a nice bottle of chianti yet?
Hey Randy! Glad to see ya
