  1. Brian in NY says:

First. Off on a cruise for the next 7 days- getting out of this deep freeze. Have a great week everyone!

  2. Mike E. says:

Have a great time Bri! Just went out to clean off my car, it is truly frigid. I couldn’t feel my ears when I got back in. Not happy about going in today at all.

  3. The Flying Pig says:

    Good morning humans

Sad about the pork story isn’t it

You should not eat pork if you value your penis

  4. The Flying Pig says:

    Looks pretty cool

    • Try Pod says:

Personally I think it was stupid not to bite the bullet and A/C the whole place- at least make it so it can be open to air and closed when needed.

      • dbolt48 says:

If they did that it would of been cheaper to build a whole new stadium opposed to trying to creat the correct load bearing structures for the ability to close the stadium walls to allow the option for A/C.

      • Try Pod says:

Maybe- but the smarter money would have been spent.

      • Try Pod says:

In 20 years the place will be 50. I’m not sure the $.5 billion this is going to cost is worth it.

  5. Try Pod says:

Thanks for the links to articles, Piggy. That probably wore you out. Bunch of Liberals.

  6. son of a son of a shula says:

I want to see Anthony Johnson singing “Swing Low, Sweet Chariot” as he buries an offensive lineman’s face into the ground.

  8. son of a son of a shula says:

Good job Piggs and Happy Valentine’s Day to our resident sweeties Herd and Gigi I hope you were both made to feel as special as you are.

  9. stangerx says:

Phins put out a new site explaining what is being done to the stadium and all the new areas and such. One thing is for sure……btwn the 30’s on field level just moved uptown. Think you’ll find George Jefferson there.

  10. stangerx says:

A Steeler’s fan site on the team’s OLB coach (yeah they have one):

” It is highly possible that Porter will rise to defense coordinator within a few years, maybe with the Steelers, maybe with another team.”

That’s Joey Porter they are talking about……..scratching my head right now.

    • son of a son of a shula says:

Another guy who seemed like he would never settle down but has had a successful coaching career is Bryan Cox. I’m glad to see Joey bettering himself than to go down the road of degenerate/neerdowell.

  11. Try Pod says:

Does anyone else find it arrogant of the Weather Channel to feel it is their place to name winter storms? Can you say, “self-important”?

  12. Silly Tim says:

Omar seriously put this in his article.
“How can Joe Philbin and Tannehill FINALLY lead this franchise to a winning season, a playoff berth for the first time in their five seasons together?”

  13. Randy says:

    Piggy,
What the hell is that….a stadium for ants? How are real people gonna fit in that tiny thing?

  14. Silly Tim says:

What’s up Randy? is it cold by you? LOL

  15. Randy says:

    Hey Tim,
Nah, it’s not too bad. 9 degrees…feels like -5. Typical February. Thankfully we’re not getting any snow. Are you gonna be getting that foot of snow?

    • Silly Tim says:

I don’t think we’re getting a foot but maybe 3-4 over the next few days. We were suppose to get hit last night but it stopped with only a dusting. It’s about 20 here now with some good winds but it’s sunny so not too bad.

      • herdfan says:

Yeah, gotta love it. Just enough snow to cover everything, too freaking cold for it to melt and the bright sun reflecting off it is enough to scar your retinas.

  16. Silly Tim says:

Herd, I hear you on the brightness. You described exactly what it’s like here. It’s gonna be 0 tonight. Yippee!!! Come on down springtime. LOL

  17. finfanrob says:

hey, whats up all. whew, just got in from some yard work. wow it is a rough one out there today. it is a blistering nipply 75 degrees with a wind chill of at least 71. it isnt the cold 75 that gets you it is when that wind chill hits you after your sweating that you just look forward to some nice warm 80 degree weather.

(yeah i am lmfao at you dumb fucks)

    • Silly Tim says:

      Fuck off! LOL

Just remember when you’re dying of humidity in May we’re mid 70s and gorgeous up here. I love Florida but some times of the year you want to stay inside like we do in the winter.

  18. finfanrob says:

    tim

not may. still perfect weather then. i will give you late august and sept is a bitch. but one thing i never have to do, is i dont have to get up in late august and sept and go out and shovel off the humidity before i can back my car out of the garage.

    I WIN

    • Silly Tim says:

LOL, I’ve been in Florida in April many times and it’s usually nice but some days are wooo it’s hot. So I figured May was even more so. I was in Cape Coral once is June and that was fuckin hot.

  19. Mike E. says:

Back from work. Wow, it is silly cold outside. Randy would think it’s summer or something, but it’s cold baby!

  20. Try Pod says:

Just watching pictures from voorhees township, nj. Lots of snow falling overnight.

  21. Mike E. says:

Never been to Voorhees NJ. Here in my area we got about 3″ of snow.

    • Silly Tim says:

Nice area. Lots of open land and farms. Very different than us metros up north, even you in central Jersey. That’s the part of Jersey out-of-towners don’t know about. That’s why we’re called the garden state. LOL

  22. Silly Tim says:

    LOL @ Mike E.

We live in smoke stacks. LOL

  23. Mike E. says:

BB in a few. Going to eat some dinner.

    • Silly Tim says:

We’re having southern style baked chicken and tasty taters, brussel sprouts for a veggie. Yum!

It’s gonna drop to 0 tonight, gonna go light a fire.

  24. The Flying Pig says:

    Brrrrrrrrr
    It’s cold in nyc

  25. finfanrob says:

you guys are always bitching. try my life. it is so cold here now i actually had to get up from the sofa to turn off the ceiling fan. oh the horrors of a harsh fla winter.

  26. The Flying Pig says:

  27. Silly Tim says:

Fire is lit and I just got a taste of the southern style baked chicken my wife made. My daughter is going to lose her mind. Anyone ever use mayo or a ranch dressing as a batter before the crumbs? Wow is that good. I’ve read about it for years but we always do the egg batter. This chicken could be a sandwich without anything on it. Yum!!!

    • stangerx says:

Sounds awesome. Always do egg before the crumbs, but the mayo or ranch is interesting. Particularly if you aren’t gonna put on a serious sauce after.

  28. stangerx says:

La Confora pretty much thinks we should clean house……or at least give it a good cleaning.

“Miami Dolphins: Forget the meeting with Mike Wallace and all of that baloney and start getting out from under the array of horrible contracts this team has with its 2013 free agents. The Dolphins have no cap wiggle room as it stands and parting with Wallace, Dannell Ellerbe, Randy Starks, Brandon Gibson and Brian Hartline would create some room to operate this offseason. Cortland Finnegan would be gone as well, for me, and I’m going to shop Cameron Wake again, with this team having to pour more money into the front seven the next few years and pass rushers always at a premium.”

  29. finfanrob says:

Anyone ever use mayo or a ranch dressing as a batter before the crumbs?

    you are so gay.

  30. finfanrob says:

and no, but used it on fish before with a pistachio garlic crust and it was to die for. but you are still so gay,. lol

  31. Mike E. says:

    Tim

    Save me a piece of that chicken! Please . . . . . .

  32. Silly Tim says:

ffr, why am I gay for my wife making chicken a certain way?

I also pictured you saying “but used it on fish before with a pistachio garlic crust and it was to die for” like Paul Lynde. LOL

  33. dbolt48 says:

My wife makes the kids chicken nuggets by slicing up chicken breasts, coating in ranch dressing, then rolling the slices in crushed cornflakes. Actually really tasty, but I keep away from it due to the MSG migraine factor.

  34. herdfan says:

I do parmesan chicken with mayo, haven’t tried with ranch.. I like the part where I get to pound the chicken with the mallet. Very satisfying. lol

  35. Try Pod says:

I’m in the 8-12″ path for snow tomorrow. Schools closed, first time this year.
