Last game of the season. It turned out a lot different than what we all had hoped for a few short months ago. Even though it won’t matter, I hope they manage to somehow pull off a miracle and win this game. It would make this long off season ahead a little easier.
For those who are observant, you’ll notice the record is wrong, I set this up at the same time as last weeks game. It’s hard to whip up much enthusiasm so I thought I’d go ahead and get it out of the way. We probably lost last week anyway.

and the other two were Benjamin and Lee
I can’t remember which 5 it was
I think I had Cooks, Watkins, Benjamin, Evans, Beckham, Lee and Robinson as my 7 and Landry was ranked more line 10 or 11 on my list
I can’t remember though and would have to go back and check
and I’m too lazy for that

2014 looks like my best year in terms of hitting on the most of them
but 2014 was a really good WR year

but take a look at some of the oher guys
the amount of targets some guys are getting is crazy
but IMO we definitely went to the Landry well way too much
especially on stupid WR screens – which is now my most hate play ever – thanks Lazor you son of a bitch
So I am the kind of jerk who puts his two week (actually month long) notice into work
and ends up working late (like right now) to give a partner something in the morning

Piggy, Hickey kinda quit. He was asked to take even more of a backseat to Tbomb than he already was. He said NO. So they parted ways. I don’t blame him one bit!
Now Tbomb swiftly promotes the in house dir. of college scouting. Hmmm, I smell a BS power play, and that’s why I kept calling Grier Tbomb’s puppet.
What’s scary is that Tbomb is likely seeking a puppet of sorts for HC too. We’ll see.

He’s power hungry, wants to be all things in a football organization it seems. He sold Ross on it. He must live at the Davie HQ’s.
wow, landry is pretty good. just imagine how great he could be with a real qb
His yards per catch are actually kind of low
I blame tannehill for that….lol
actually Landry has kind of the skill set for shorter passes
His TDs are low though
and the offense as a whole doesn’t score enough
I’m just gonna shrug at who’s to blame for that instead of pointing trotters
Lets blame the system & weird play calling I say.
Kevin White’s & Perriman have been hurt all year.
Strong has been struggling it seems. Funchess has been hit or miss at times. Neither of those 2 get a ton of snaps.
Cooper has been good & DGB has come on strong as of late.
So from this group, Parker looks to be ascending better than the rest. With Cooper & DGB 2md & 3rd…IMO.
I really think Strong will be good time
maybe even next year
but I expected his to struggle a little out of the game
Plus he has no QB
2 months ago we would be talking about Parker as disappointing
then BOOM in 5 or 6 games
Well Parker was injured. As is White & Perriman whom I both liked.
I look forward to seeing them both healthy. Especially Perriman w/ Flacco throwing to him.
come on piggy, i was just busting ball. it is now the off season, they whole team is worthless. no one gets any more defense.
I think I’ve come to terms with Tannehill as our QB in 2016
So I’m just gonna back off criticizing him a bit
and see how It works out

I still think its a good team with some huge flaws
and the coaching, philosophies of the coaching and play calling really stand head and shoulders above the rest as the weakest part of the team
I have other issues with the team
but I do think the right coach can get us on track
I don’t think its about to be a train wreck
I just think we are trying to pull away from a train wreck

say it all the time, i just watch the game. most of you study it way more then i do. but i see a team with a piss poor o line (sorry randy) and a defense that is in great need of lb’s a d backs. no need to bitch about the play calling anymore. but i dont think they are pulling away from the train wreck or are the train wreck. they are more like the fuckwad driving real slow and holding up traffic watching the train wreck.

I don’t disagree with those assessments
But we have seen worse teams
2-3 huge weaknesses is not an insurmountable fix
I do think we can go from bad to average at those things in 1 offseason
And we can go from average to good (we don’t really do anything well) in one offseason as well
But the coaching needs to be there to identify the strengths and weaknesses
And out the players in the best positions
