This taunting BS will end up costing the NFL. All the stupid new rules and only a couple are for player safety and those aren’t enforced right(right Vontase?). I just find it really stupid and does affect my watching the game. Screwing my team over while allowing some of the crap they do? Just makes me want to watch more college.

I agree, but Landry pushes the envelope. Just get up, give the ball to the ref and go back to the huddle. Is it really that difficult? Know the rules and don’t hurt your team.
I agree but those are really stupid rules. The NFL makes up and en\forces some really dumb stuff while not enforcing the obviously smart rules. What does a twirling ball have to do with the product? Seriously? Yet Burflict is constantly trying to end careers, ruin team’s chances at the playoffs, and the guy just skates by.
The NFL has to worry about injury lawsuits but lets’ focus on twirling balls. It’s all kinds of stupid. I don’t expect football players to be the brightest bunch. I expect more out of the leadership of a multi-billion dollar entity.
I had a 9:00 am meeting with an architect, but got back in time for kick off. Enjoy “fest-ivus” to all who are attending!

Yeah, I wish they’d let up on things that don’t actually impact the game. But, I’m also a little old school in that these guys do way too much celebrating to begin with. You caught a pass and got a first down. Good for you. No need to celebrate. It’s rubbing your opponents’ noses in it. Unsportsmanlike. Plus, there’s always a fan base on the other side of those calls that love them. Lol
Too true. The main thing with this coaching staff Im not impressed with is the teaching, training, whatever. We make so many damn mistakes every game and I keep wondering….WhereTH did these guys play football? How can the ST players continue to be so damn stupid every week? Why do we still have so many miscommunications on the OL? Landry needs to pull a Beckham if he continues to act like that chump. Win the damn game instead of costing us points.

I’ll say this, I have more confidence we can win this game then I’ve had in the past against the Bills mainly because we can run the ball on them. We need to make some plays now.
I love Landry but the penalties piss me off. Winning a game is hard enough, don’t make it harder.
It’s not just him – two on Bushrod, Aikens and the Drake penalty that then lead to the blocked punt. Can’t keep having plays called back.

I disagree. Almost 50 seconds and a TO left. You at least try to get in FG range. You have time to run 7 plays or so. Ajayi not going out of bounds screwed it up, but they still could have used the TO right there and still had plenty of time to work the sidelines a few more times. Throwing to the middle of the field kinda ended it for good.
