If we can stop the Titans running game, it’s very doubtful they can beat us with Cassel or Weeden.

It’s pretty depressing looking at those graphs. Offensively, they have us on every line. Defensively, it’s a different story, but seriously, does it matter if they allow more points per game than us when we can’t score any at all? They allow more 3rd down conversions, but oh wait, we rarely do that either. The Titans did prove they can score last week. Yes it’s only one game, but we’ve had two games in a row that were nearly no points scored. They need to start fast, something they never do. Score some damn points so you at least have a chance to win. Otherwise, I’ve got a lot of stuff to do.

there was a point in time I was highly optimistic; like last year when I predicted the 10-6 record and before the season when I predicted 11-5 but these guys are just such underachievers who are just so willing to lay down rather than to give it the 110% you hear so much about that even if the do win today, and win soundly, I wouldn’t get too excited about it unless they put together a pretty decent string of wins and you could see thinks coming together.
they have a way to just suck the life out of you. I won’t be watching this game again today. have better things to do than waste 3 hours of my time on a bunch of losers.

It’s funny, he always would take at least one guitar, sometimes two when we’d go to meetings. If he wanted to take 2, that meant I had to carry one on the plane with me since he wouldn’t check them, of course this was before they had all the size restrictions of what you could take on the plane. After we had kids, we never flew on the same plane so one time we were going to LA for one of these meetings. I had an acoustic bass in a backpack type gig bag. Michigan QB Wilton Speight has three broken vertebrae from a horrible shot to head and neck.
Speight was hit by two players on the play. The second hit — delivered by Purdue’s Eddy Wilson — appeared to hit Speight near the head and neck. ( he was already down!)
No flag was thrown on the play. Purdue had two players ejected for targeting later in the game.
“Having seen it now (on replay), I thought it was egregious. If I had a stronger word to use I would use it,” Harbaugh said. “With all the emphasis on protecting defenseless players, it appeared that the player knew what he was doing. With the college games, they are authorized to do it. With the NFL games, I think just like any other streaming site, it’s something of an unlicensed enterprise.
