Reshad Jones : Should he stay or should he go? Possible destinations . . .

Mandatory mini camp begins June 4th. Reshad Jones who was very unhappy at the end of last season, apparently having some miscommunication (lack of communication?) with then HC Adam Gase, seems to still be harboring resentment for the team as he he’s been absent for all voluntary OTA’s. I don’t view that as nothing. He’s supposed to be a leader on this team, he’s the celebrated grizzly veteran, so why skip an opportunity to meet new teammates and get an idea what the new HC is all about? We’ll see if Reshad is present next week, and we may also see where his head is at if he does show up. Does he want to be a part of this team, or does he wish to be elsewhere? Reshad has been a good player for our team over 9 seasons, making 2 pro bowls. He’s a playmaker, snagging 21 INT’s and also scoring 6 TD’s, 4 on INT returns and 2 on fumble recoveries.

I was scanning NFL rosters trying to find a good fit for Reshad. Green Bay just recently added S Adrian Amos at FS, but have young, inexperienced and unhappy SS Josh Jones, who has requested to be traded. Josh Jones was drafted in RD 2 in 2017, and wants out, so why not replace him with a guy who may bring that defense exactly what it needs? You can also say why would GB want another ingrate on their team, and can they even afford to pay Reshad Jones? This is where we’d have to be creative and pay a large part of Reshad’s salary in order to acquire a higher pick in next year’s draft. The Packers are in cap hell right now, and it would make little sense to pick up Josh Jones in exchange for Reshad, unless were high on Josh Jones and could possibly steal an additional pick in the exchange.

The Kansas City Chiefs picked up Tyrann Mathieu, and they currently have him paired with former Miami Dolphins safety Jordan Lucas. Lucas is fine as a depth player, but if they want to really add a piece to that defense, pair Reshad Jones and Tyrann Mathieu together in that secondary. Now you’re talking! KC does have some cap space but I expect once again we’d have to pay some of Reshad’s salary in order to acquire a higher pick, as we did in previous trades already. KC is desperate, or at least should be desperate to improve that awful defense, and shoring up the run and pass defense with an excellent pair of safeties like Mathieu and Jones would help.

The New Orleans Saints could be another destination for Reshad. They are also on the cusp of a championship, and although the defense improved last season, it could use a nice boost of a playmaking veteran safety. Von Bell who was a 2016 2nd RD pick isn’t that guy, so the Saints pick up Reshad for future draft capital and really improve their defense. That would pair Jones with up and coming FS Marcus Williams, also drafted in RD 2, but in 2017. Williams has snagged 6 INT’s in 2 seasons with the Saints, and he could probably do more knowing he has the tackling machine and playmaking SS next to him. The Saints have zero cap space, so we would need to pay much of Reshad’s salary, and I think we can do that. We need to re-sign LT Laremy Tunsil which will take a chink of space, but we should have plenty of space available, especially once we rid ourselves of Reshad’s contract and others that will be coming off the books.

Let me know if you think Reshad will be on our 2019 roster in September, or if you think we trade him. If you think we trade him, let me know where you think that might be.

What is Harris’s injury? Doesn’t seem to be too concerning to anyone, but still, bothersome.

Fingers crossed that we continue to not have any major injuries.

Still hoping Wilson is a hundred per for pre-season games, but at least we know that guy can tuck into any system and succeed, so not a lot of reps needed, as speed and spacing are his assets.

  2. Flores was back on the front lines again yesterday for the Dolphins’ 23rd annual Fins Weekend. Flores spoke at the beginning of the day and he, too, seems to feel this is where he’s supposed to be.

    Jason Jenkins

    @jasonljenkins

“I’ll say this. I’ve been to a few events and every time I just kind of feel a little better, or I feel great about where I’m at. I think the things that are important to this organization from the cancer charity event to this event about education — I’m just so fortunate, I’m so blessed and I’m so humbled to be a part of this organization,” said Flores.

But Flores doesn’t want to lead himself, he wants each and every one of his players to embrace being a leader in the South Florida community.

“I talked to the players about this a lot. We’re all in leadership positions. If you’re here, you’re in a leadership position. You’re fortunate. And we’re here to serve — I think that’s what leadership is about.”

If success follows people who work hard and do the right thing, two things are clear — it’s easy to see why Brian Flores has found so much success. And it won’t be long before success follows him to South Florida.

I would much rather keep (and use) a FB than a 3rd QB, but if we only keep 2 QBs on the 53, we need one on the practice squad that knows our playbook and that we trust to become an instant back-up in case of injury.

That’s a tricky combo to get in a player.
If Rudock can’t prove he is that, we need to get someone who can.

    • Christian WIlkins is the backup FB, lol

but i dont see third string QB as something We need

btw, any qb that isnt good enough to get poached from the practice squad, i wouldnt want him playing for us, he sucks

i understand a third string qb cant be all that, but because of that there isnt a reason to stash one or anything, they can always be picked up from basically anywhere, at anytime in the season

if fitz and rosen went down, the third string qb wont be able to save the season at that point, no matter who or where he came from

Below from Barry Jackson — maybe they are trying to see McCain at FS cause they want Minkah at slot.
    ————————
Per Pro Football Focus, Fitzpatrick last season was fist in completion percentage allowed (51.3) and first in passer rating allowed (53.4) among 34 players who logged at least 200 snaps in the slot. In three years at Alabama, he played 66.3 percent of his snaps at slot cornerback and his 90.5 coverage grade in the slot is the highest ever recorded, since 2014, among the 93 Power 5 defenders with 400 or more slot coverage snaps.

As a result, PFF’s Austin Gayle wrote that “Miami’s interest in moving Fitzpatrick to safety or a hybrid role is unwarranted. Safety isn’t nearly as valuable as cornerback – outside or slot – and he’s already on track to be one of the best slot cornerbacks in the NFL.”

Safety is a coveted position in the nfl

      So is cb

Slot cb though? I don’t think that’s more valuable than safety

If Fitzpatrick moved around at Alabama chances are he can move around in the nfl too

I think both Jackson and gayle are guilty of oversimplifying this

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Minkah did it last year. I thought he had an impressive rookie season playing all 3 positions. Not easy to do.

      • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Wasn’t taking it as what will happen, but still an interesting angle. And if Minkah is gonna be that swiss army knife makes sense for him to be closer to the line of scrimmage.

  5. Wyoming85's avatar wyoming85 says:

Well there is something you don’t hear about the Dolphins Coach everyday!

    • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

While he’s in the enemy camp he can talk about how great the weather and lack of a state income tax in Florida. Could also say “we are trying to figure out what to do with all that 2020 cap room” 🙂

  6. Wyoming85's avatar wyoming85 says:

  7. Minkah is a great cornerback OR safety, a testament to his versatility.
Minkah is also rare, there are very few, maybe just him that could lead the NFL from two different positions

Alabama used him well, moved him around and let him create havoc from anywhere and everywhere

If You think Minkah makes OC work twice as hard, it’s not any easier if the don’t know where Minkah will line up or what he will do

He’s one of our top 5 players on the team IMO

  8. Seattle had a guy like Minkah.
Kam chancellor , in his prime , that dude could dominate wherever he lined up, Safety, Cornerback, Linebacker,

  9. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

Kam Chancellor was not a CB. He’s a strong safety, always was. We seem to throw great around here pretty liberally. Minkah was a great college player that is a good NFL player. Can we let him earn great?

    • Minkah is a safety also, but we asked him to play CB, he excelled so much its tough to remember hes a safety, lol
Flores has asked Minkah to prepare for corner, safety, and linebacker

    • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Minkah had an impressive rookie season with all he was asked to do. I don’t think he’s reached his potential yet. You’re right great should not be thrown around too liberally because great is a unique status. He has the potential to be great.

      • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

Thank you, I completely agree. He’s an important player for us, and I’d love for him to be a great player, like an Ed Reed. That changes your entire defense.

  10. Minkah still has alot of upside, its going to be fun seeing his development

how can You not root for the guy, hes the kind of player we need on defense

Minkah is dangerous when he gets his hands on the ball, he is a threat to score on every int

  11. game 2 of the NBA finals tonight at 9. Toronto vs Golden State

maybe Golden state will be awake for this one,,,,,

  12. I wonder if we will use Wilkins sometimes at FB. He would be tough to stop near the goal line.

I have mixed reservations on it. I’m certain Wilkins could do it, but I’m also certain the team would suffer a huge setback on defense if Wilikins got injured at FB

  13. The Flying Pig's avatar The Flying Pig says:

I heard we save a bunch of $ by waiting until after 6/1 to trade Jones

So maybe it’s coming down the pipe and Mike gets his wish

    • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

      Right on cue.

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

I would take no less than a 4th for Reshad. I wanted no less than a 3rd earlier, but I think now at this late date I’d take a 4th. On the other hand, if Flores really wants him here, I’m more than happy to have him here as well, as long as he’s committed to the team.

      • a 4th might be the price, but
we already have alot of picks, and dont really need a fourth rounder for next year as much as we need Reshad

plus, it would be very hard to get another safety like him in the fourth round

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

David, the draft compensation doesn’t mean you try to replace Jones with that pick.

      • agreed, but in that scenario that is what it is
Jones gone, fourth round pick, when we already have plenty, would be a chance , very poor one, to replace him

if hes ready to play, i agree with Grier he should be here

  15. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

Krishna = George Clooney? Enjoy your Nespresso bud, and the beach too! Piggy appreciates the brisket

  16. Jones is still recovering from a shoulder injury , he has to be able to pass a physical to be traded

im not sure there is a market for injured 31 year old safeties, Grier says Jones will be here

  17. Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

The Jones trade rumors could be a whole lot about nothing and that’s not what we’re planning to do.

  18. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

So there’s no market for Reshad Jones? All I hear is how he great he is. Of course he would have to pass a physical, but try to stay on point. If he’s so valuable to us, he’d be that much more valuable to a team that is close to competing for a Super Bowl bid.

    • i think we have different points, lol

mine was we already have plenty of picks, a fourth is probably fair compensation, but then we have a pick we dont really need and no starting safety

im thinking no way we get a jones type safety with a fourth, so why give the guy up for a fourth?

  19. and of course the fact Grier says He will be here, for whatever thats worth

  20. if we trade Jones for a fourth, now, we arent ready for it, We didnt draft a top safety this year. we will get exploited on the field for it

im thinking its better to address safety in next years draft or two because Jones is 31, and We are rebuilding

but we have a huge downgrade in the secondary if we do it this season, the next couple of seasons would be preferable, and then we wont be asking corners to play safety,

we could then draft a top notch safety like Jones or even better if ones available

  21. Wyoming85's avatar wyoming85 says:

It all could be a bunch of media hyped up shit!

We all agree that Jones was a PB player a few years ago!

We all don’t agree that he still is!

His past history tells you he’s probably “not” all in for a rebuild!

    Did i miss anything????? 😉

  22. pheloniusphish's avatar pheloniusphish says:

Trade him for a bag of chips. Take the cap savings and put a team player at safety.

  23. Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

I also feel McDonald is a bit underrated by fans. He had a good season last year. The team could be planning on a bit of a rotation at the safety positions. We’ll know more during the mandatory minicamp in a couple of days.

  24. Jones had 72 tackles and 3 INT last year, he can help this team more than A bag of chips

We can’t draft a safety this year, drafts over, but we can next year.

Keep Jones another year, then draft a safety.

if we trade jones for a next year pick, we aren’t competing, we are tanking for Tua

    • Wyoming85's avatar wyoming85 says:

What has Jones ever done that makes you think he wants to play for a “rebuild team”?

      • I didnt say anything of the sort, I suggested we should keep him another season, and draft a safety next year for our rebuilding process

We can’t draft any safeties this year, so Jones would be a one year bridge

We all know the rebuild isn’t complete yet, and it’s more than a one year process.

it’s impossible to rebuild the safety position until next year

  25. pheloniusphish's avatar pheloniusphish says:

They are trying to build a culture. Jones apparently doesn’t want to be part of it. Fuck’em..

    • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Think Jones just wants to go to another team. Can’t blame him for that. And not about money given his contract. He’s 31…. wouldn’t you want to be on a contender for your last stretch?

  26. pheloniusphish's avatar pheloniusphish says:

Maybe the Browns have a bag of chips. They seem to be building a “me first” team.

  27. Wyoming85's avatar wyoming85 says:

    David
We don’t need a safety this year if we trade Jones!

We have McDonald @SS, and Minka @FS

    • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

And maybe McCain. But no matter how it worked out we would be looking good at safety, slot and one outside CB.

    • I’m aware of those guys, we won’t be totally barren but I feel Jones is better than McDonald, and even if that’s not agreeable to You, Jones is part of the best secondary in the NFL, starters, depth, etc

Jones is one of the top 2 secondary guys we have, You know who number one is, Xman!

  28. If Jones doesn’t want to play for us, then it is what it is, or if management decides to go on without him, I’ll get past it, lol

I’m just saying maybe we should be cautious , think twice, before moving a starting strong safety Jones down the road , when we can’t draft a safety until next year

I just would like to see Miami compete and rebuild at the same time, Flores isn’t here to tank for Tua

    • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

      Rebuilding year. Why worry?

      • im not worried, I don’t have money on the games, lol. Just exchanging viewpoints on a blog.

But I’m not on board with any tank for Tua schemes, that’s not rebuilding

      • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

No one is talking about tanking, but if they wanted to try to max out wins this year would not have done what they did. Fact is that Jones’ prime time window no longer matches up with the team’s. Trading him means something back and cap money saved. He’s a real good player.

      • It will be interesting to see which direction the team goes.

  29. BailBondMike's avatar BailBondMike says:

MikeE, I remember prior to F/A and the draft, there were 10 teams with a primary need at safety and 5 other teams with at least a secondary need at safety. I doubt all those teams got the guy they want to roll with so there should be a trade partner out there somewhere.

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

I think so too Mike. I names a few that might be potential partners, and there may still be others as well.

  30. Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Jones is a very good player. But he’s not good enough that he makes a team so much better. He’s been on one winning team since he’s been in Miami and the year we made the playoffs in 2016 he missed most of the season. He’s 31, he makes a lot of money, he may not be a top player 2 years from now and he took himself out of a game last year because he felt slighted. That’s never a good sign for any player. We’ll see what happens.

  31. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

T.J. put up nearly identical stats to Reshad last season. I’m not saying he’s as good as Reshad, but you can’t drive a semi between their talent levels. It’s not a matter of whether the pick we get in return for Reshad nets us another safety as good, it just gives more ammunition to accomplish the rebuilding process. Like Phelon said, it makes no sense for us to be paying a 31 YO safety over $17M per. We’re trying to rid ourselves of those types of contracts, so trading accomplishes a few things. It’s also possible he’s not committed to what we’re doing so, and if he’s not, see ya pal!

    • I am wondering

Why did the team offer and sign a contract with Reshad that makes no sense?

      • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

The contract was for value and after he agreed to a redo. Contract made all the sense in the world at the time. What makes you think it did not? Obviously when he signed was Gase thinking playoffs/contender. And now is different. Or maybe didn’t get your question right.

      • Wyoming85's avatar wyoming85 says:

Because he held out all off-season and threatened to hold out the whole season!
And the front office caved because they thought ( like you ) he was all that and a bag of chips!

And he gave us 1 great year and has been hurt and mediocre since!

  32. Wyoming85's avatar wyoming85 says:

These are the Safety’s on our roster!
    Minkah Fitzpatrick 29 S 6-1 202 22 2 Alabama
    Reshad Jones 20 S 6-1 215 31 10 Georgia
    T.J. McDonald 22 S 6-2 223 28 7 USC
    Maurice Smith 26 S 6-0 194 23 3 Georgia
    Rob Rolle 4 S 23 6′ 1″ 195 lbs R Villanova

The ONLY people that I’ve heard say anything about moves to other positions is our wonderful and cheery local “reporters”????????
Some have stated that in their opinion Minka and McCain should switch?

Your not going to hear shit from the Coaches, until we see it in September when the games count!

  33. I didn’t realize we were in cap trouble next year, I really didn’t check to see what it is

    I’ll google it, lol

  34. Holy shit’s over 100 million in cap space, that’s HUGE

there isn’t any cap space pressing need to send Jones or anyone packing

    • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Not after extending Howard. Right now it’s projected at $44+M. This isn’t about Jones not being a good player, he is. It’s all the other stuff everyone has mentioned multiple times now. LOL

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

We need cap space to sign our own guys. Tunsil will be getting a huge contract, and there may be others down the pike as well.

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Exactly right and Drake may be another, not huge money but much more than we pay him now if he excels in this new offense. He’s a playmaker and he will get a nice contract from some team if not us. If Tunsil takes his game to another level no doubt his next contract will be huge. We still have him for two more years on his rookie deal if we choose and that’s a good situation to be in with a quality, young LT.

    • Ok guys, I’ll check the numbers out closer when I get back from Dinner

I’d like to find out exactly what the space is, and what the teams goals are on it, etc

      See ya later

  35. naplesfan2010's avatar naplesfan2010 says:

Jones was originally a 5th round pick. So was McCain. Both ours.
TJ was a 3rd rounder out of So Cal by the Rams.
Mo Smith was a UDFA. So was Rolle.

    But

I think Rolle got cut already on May 12 to make room for RB Walton..
I can’t find him on the roster.

  36. naplesfan2010's avatar naplesfan2010 says:

So we only have 4 safeties on the roster
    Fitz
    Reshad
    TJ
    Mo Smith

Maybe that’s another reason to cross train McCain at Safety.

They list Walt Aikens as a CB nowadays.

  37. naplesfan2010's avatar naplesfan2010 says:

They list 12 CBs on the roster and 2 guys, Lammons and Hartage, at “DB,” whatever that means.

12-14 is a lot of CBs. Even for NE. I mean Miami.

  38. stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Not sure why what our cap number is next year even matters as far as keep or trade Reshad. No matter how much money you will have to play with isn’t whatever the smart move is the smart move? And at whatever cap level, you don’t spend it on one player have it for another one.

I am not advocating for the team to dump Jones but I think it would be nice for once to use a pick on a player, get 9 pretty good years out of him and then get a higher draft pick than originally used on him in return for him.

Other successful franchises always seem to get rid of a player or year early rather than a year late. If Richard Jones is not going to be here next year then I would like to get a draft pick for him this year

  41. ocalarob's avatar ocalarob says:

i understand why Rashad missed vol otas, he’s coming off shoulder surgery and with his salary status he is able to do such things however i can never forgive him for bailing on his team mates in a game, and that’s why i would want him gone!

  42. ocalarob's avatar ocalarob says:

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

I think I’m just past the days where I fall head over heels in love for one of our players. It’s such a business now in the salary cap era. No one is safe, and when players don’t get what they want, they find their way off the team. When I look at our team, I almost always look at it from a GM’s position, not a fan position.

  45. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

Rob – It’s one of those things where if you like the player, you manufacture excuses that justify the actions. Reshad was wrong to do what he did, no matter what. Ajayi did similar offenses , disobeyed assignments and ignored his coaches wishes, so he got shipped out. I can’t remember the last player that I rooted for wholeheartedly, it’s been a long time.

    • ocalarob's avatar ocalarob says:

I disagree, Ajayi wanted the ball due to what he thought that a lack of him carrying the ball resulted in team losses and IMO he was right, so he verbally expressed his opinion.

he wanted to be out there Jones didn’t.

      BIG DIFFERENCE!

      • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

It was much more than that. Gase said many times Ajayi didn’t pay attention in meetings, he didn’t do what he was supposed to do on certain plays. If the play call was an inside run, he took it outside. Gase specifically said, “You want to get better, be a better player, learn your assignments!” Like I said, manufacturing excuses. 🙂

      • D's avatar D says:

Ajayi and Jones wanted the same thing, they wanted to be out there helping the team. Ajayi, though was going for a contract year, so he wanted it as much for him as the team. Jones wasnt in a contract year so he literally just wanted to be out there.

      • ocalarob's avatar ocalarob says:

yeah i get Gase was trying to justify why he dumped Miami’s only hope, but isn’t it quite odd that after Ajayi carried the ball a paltry 11 times in a huge loss that things went quickly down hill from there?

  47. D's avatar D says:

I hold nothing against Jones for how he acted at the end of last year. That was a clusterfuck year. The coach failed the team, and couldn’t keep the team together. The players as a result all had varying degrees of collapse themselves. I dont think its a positive trait to be part of the quitter group, but i also dont think its hard to see that last year was frustrating to everyone and some reacted poorly. Also, Jones was punished pretty much for the same thing as Ajayi. Ajayi acted an ass because he wanted more touches, and whether or not you agree he should have had more, the coach didnt, and as a result he pushed a problem to a head and then traded him. Same thing kappened with Jones. Jones thought he should be out there more, and Gase didnt, it came to a head and thats how it ended.

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

What it comes down to though, no matter how you slice it, when you quit, you quit on your team, which means your teammates, not just the coach. That’s selfish.

Ajayi wasn’t in a contract year when he got shipped out. He was drafted in 2015 and we traded him him in 2017. He wasn’t a UFA until this year and he still is.

And you would have hoped that Jones would have got what they were trying to do was get Minkah more plays.
    ———————————————-
But was that really what they were doing? I dont really know about that last coaching group. I dont know if they know what they were doing. In a better circumstance with the team, i would say yeah he quit on his team, but i dont think there was a team left by that point, we surely werent playing like one. I think Gase has lost the team and there wasnt any team left.

    • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Local reporters have said Gase lost the team at some point.

    • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Least the reporters said that was gonna happen, even before it happened (Minkah was in for like 60% of the plays and doing well). Might have been based on coach comments too, but not sure of that. But regardless… what player doesn’t go in cause was pulled out?

      • D's avatar D says:

A disgruntled one. If i knew more about what happened, more about the situation in which he refused, i think i could make a judgment on it. Too many stinky parts to this whole situation to know which one stinks the worst. Im not giving him a pass, he acted like a baby, but my theory has always been that the one off is an abnormality not the norm. Jones has never acted like that, so that deviation of his norm of being a good leader on the field makes me thing its more likely that it was conditional, something that made him act outside his normal.

      • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Gonna stick with you just don’t do that. Might throw a fit on the flight home, but not in the game. Can be forgiven…. but then didn’t show up to OTAs either.

Gesicki can still become a nice weapon at TE. He put on 13 lbs. in the offseason from 240 to 253 at 6-6. He was really a receiver in college, didn’t do a lot of the things TEs have to do in the NFL. He’s in season two working on that. I expect him to be much better this year.

Actually i have forgotten about what i was trying to say lol, but M13 left after a very cryptic message than none of us really figured out what he meant and he hasn’t been back since.

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

Yeah, I’m not really sure what happened there with Mr. M13 either. We all get into disagreements here, and I get sometimes it takes the air outta of the experience for a bit, but I figure he’ll be back eventually.

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

I have to say, Piggy was pretty harsh towards him. I agree with Piggy that M13 can be hypocritical and cryptic when it comes to politics, but there was a lot of insults thrown M13’s way. Piggy was likely venting and tired of it, but still. Know what I mean?

      • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Tim — but M13 is a strong capable and beloved poster. And has made clear in the past more than capable of standing up for himself. Up to him. Not like hurt feelings would keep him away. Just two guys on the board.

  73. Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Stanger, it was ugly from what I read. Very much like the Walker wars. I’m only going by what I read.

    • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Two posters in a flame war. What do you want to do about? 50+ people come to this board and two of them got in a fight. No one has been kicked off the board.

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

I understand that. Piggy, who I have met twice and like and respect went off a bit. No?

I went through a bizarre confrontation with M13 however many months back that was and it frustrated me because it took a long time to dissolve it with the written word. But this was different. When you call someone trash, that’s an insult.

      • stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

Seems insult is part of a flame thing. They are both men. Back to what do you want to do about it? If made M13 want to not come back, then that his choice. He is beloved on the board…. which would make that even more his choice.

    • Krishna's avatar Krishna says:

The words were strong and to the point….

I didn’t think they were ugly or disparaging in any way. A line was drawn about maintaining a certain decorum and integrity….and if you cross that line, watch out.

I have no problem with what Piggy said and I have no problem with M13 doing what’s best for himself.

After getting our asses kicked last game, the Blues are hanging tough tonight. It’s going to be really tough to get 4 wins against this Boston team, but one step at a time. Game 4 is when we stepped it up against the Sharks and took control of that series. Maybe we can do it again.

  85. olddolphan's avatar olddolphan says:

BLUES WIN GAME 4 with two goals in the last half of the final period. It was rock ’em, sock ’em old fashioned physical hockey. And, tonight, the BLUES were more physical than the Bruins, but not by much. Game 5 back in BAWSTON figures to bring out the worst in Bruin fans. Wonder which under age girl will be Bob Kraft’s “date” to this one??? Oh well, expect yet ANOTHER HUGE ROUND OF APPLAUSE for the Patriot’s Pervert!!! 88. ocalarob's avatar ocalarob says:

basically, removing all the insults; from what i gathered about the piggy mf-13 wars was that mf-13 was posting for people to stop posting politics, piggy told mf 13 to stop telling people what to post.

and i agree, no one should be censored unless they are getting out of hand. and at that point just cut them off for a period of time.

but the fact is, by mf-13 telling people to stop posting politics.
and for piggy to tell mf-13 to stop posting about stopping politics.

they are both trying to censor the convo and are both wrong.

why not just skip by the post.

or contact the person by email to let them know of your problem.
public humiliation is not good especially on a website.

i would hope that one or the other be man enough to throw out an olive branch and get past this thing,

anyway i discovered the angry white male that cant get laid is called an incel.

    lol
he isnt like the chads or stacies, they get laid anywhere or anytime they want

incel is short for involuntary celibate, like the 40 year old virgin
they are socially awkward, and not much going on upstairs to keep others interested

they even have incel online groups and stuff, lol and SMH
they are predominately far far right, they think they deserve sex whether the woman consents or not
