How many of you thought they were going to call a draw
What a great play call
Those plays work better when you don’t use it as your bread and butter and you set it up by not handing it off and throwing the ball up the field a bunch of times.
Did you guys hear that last call, illegal contact? While the QB was still in the pocket
Someone said the other day they hadn’t heard of that
Think it was BBM
The difference between Tannehill and Tua to me.
Accuracy – Tua
Arm Strength – Tannehill (slight edge maybe even)
Pocket Presence – Tua
Atheltic Ability – Tannehill
Clutch – Tua
I think Derrick Henry looks done.
He’s a guy who needs a few steps and a crease to run through. He’s not a shifty back. The Titans OL is not blowing the Bills off the ball. The Bills have a very good defense.
Run Fuck it Left Fuck it Rlght
Send them both deep and pick one
Josh Allen can throw the ball really hard.
He may have the strongest arm in the league. Mahomes and Herbert are right there too.
That Buffalo TD shouldn’t have counted, because of a busted coverage
HAPPY 1-DAY ‘ANNIVERSARY’ of one of the greatest Phins victories of all time!!!
We are officially Tua and 0 (2-0) on the season!!!
HELL YEAH!!!
Eagles offense looked pretty darn good on that drive
Tannehill still sucks ass so glad he’s not ours
👍
Ryan Tannehill can throw the ball really hard.
He plays like a rookie sometimes
oh my god that is the most gruesome neck injury i have seen since darryl stingley
That’s what they get for trying to hurt Burkes
There’s injury #1…
It sounds really bad.
2nd Buffalo injury
Tannehill doesn’t even drop back. He allows the rush to get him 3-4 yards in the pocket.
Dane Jackson has been placed on a backboard and gurney with his neck immobilized
I hope he’s ok!
All kidding about lots of injuries aside , I hope he’s okay as well
It was a really ugly hit, seriously hope he’s ok too
Of course nobody wants to see that. Wishing him all the best.
flipped to right handed
Love it! It really puts things into a natural-looking perspective.
It’s the way right-handed people are wired.
so the only sack we gave up was against a TE,
so our OL gave up ZERO QB hits to a team
that had 32 pressures and 11 hits last week alone!!!!
Yeah I remember that .. was a HUGE WHIFF .. if was any other team I’d have passed myzelf laffing
Our Oline performance is even more impressive when you consider how often we were throwing the ball downfield, it wasn’t short, quick passes all game to protect the line.
Hoping we see something similar next Sunday against a really strong Bills pass rush.
Yeah they did what they had to do to allow Tua to make those throws.
Don’t you guys love all the pre snap motion McDaniel is using?
Under Flo,
most of our pre snap motion was false starts.
Lol. Yea I love it. Misdirections too post snap.
STEVE CCNV: I THINK I SAW that controversial play thar resulted in a serious neck injury the same way you did. A Bills player was trying to deliver a cheap shot to Burkes (?) but, instead, he hit HIS TEAM MATE with the blow to the head. That SHOULD have been a 15-yard penalty, based on the obvious intent to due harm!!
————
ALSO, just before Buffalo scored their last touchdown, the Titans appeared to have intercepted Allen in the endzone! But the NFL replay officials in the booth decided NOT TO CHECK THIS PLAY FOR AN OFFICIATING GOOF!!
————
SO-O-O, Buffalo got a touchdown they didn’t deserve and a possibly serious neck injury to one of their players from a team mate!!
———–
IS there a penalty for failure to use available replay?? The officials really fucked this up!!!
MAKE THAT “DO HARM!”
That should be a PF on Buffalo
Full movement for Dane Jackson is some good news
should have been a flag on unnecessary hit by Hyde
🍺🍺
That actually WAS an INT in the end zone.

Agreed.
This Bills team is a bloody juggernaut on both sides of the ball. They are certainly worthy of being the consensus best team in football.
Next week, let’s punch them in their fuckin’ face.
^
Against 2 supposedly strong defensive teams,
Tua’s stats project to 6281 yards passing and 60 TDs.
of course that’s over 17 games so …
n/m
Diggs on a face mask
Hurts with a bomb for a td to a wide open wr, that one doesn’t count either, blown coverage
If a QB slides head first is he not live until touched ?? Feet first down where slide starts , but I thought did not apply to head first ?
I think they ruled he was still giving himself up even though it was head first.
I ve seen it blown down what I thought was short a few times this year
ok
unless Tannehill gets red hot,
Tua has the #1 highest grade @ QB in week 2.
It is NOT ideal that we’ll still be without Byron Jones next Sunday.
And we’re going to have to generate a pass-rush far better than we had yesterday.
And our O-Line is going to have to play lights out.
Henry goes down so easily.
Looks like Tannehill still saves his worst play for the Bills
You know what’s wild, yesterday might have been the best stat game trailing by that much Tua ever has in his career. Nobody can project that type of performance from any QB. Hopefully he’ll have some more important performances and comebacks to make the playoffs, win in the playoffs and the Super Bowl. But what he did yesterday is rare to repeat.
I agree with every wor above.
word
(especially the wors Super Bowl)
Yeah, it was a special game, glad I got to see the whole thing live.
Agreed, Tim.
You have another game in mind?
What do you mean?
The Bills might be the most complete team in the league.
YUP! See my 9:11 PM comment above.
Where’s Ken?
According to PFF, Liam Eichenberg has been — by far — our worst O-Lineman over our first two games.
What a dumb ass
Bills are finally forced to punt and get it right back on a muff, good grief Charlie Brown.
I think we finally have a coach that can out coach the bills coaches. The last few years it seems like we’ve been out-coached against the bills.
I hope so, buddy!
We’ve lost 7 in a row and 9 out of the last 10 to them.
Keep bouncing
Titans down 20 have bills right where they want them
FAK
I THINK BUFFALO got TWO humongous breaks from the officials while this game was still competitive. Now that the Bills are ahead 24-7, we can say this game likely is in the win column for Buffalo. But they didn’t earn it the old fashioned way, did they?? But fear not, Dolfans. 93 degree temperatures and 100 degree heat indexes are waiting for them on sunday. And this promises to be THE NOISIEST CROWD at Hard Head Stadium in MANY YEARS!!
ONE FINAL THING. In the 1973 Playoffs, the Dolphins won the toss and elected to TAKE THE BALL in ALL 3 Playoff games (including the Super Bowl). Coach Shula wanted to get his adversaries down 7-0 AS SOON AS HE COULD. THAT STRATEGY WORKED PERFECTLY as Miami scored a touchdown on their first possession in all three games (which Miami won by lopsided scores).
———-
SO-O-O, if Miami wins the coin toss, let’s TAKE THE BALL RIGHT AWAY and hope Tua connects with one of his speedsters early in the game!-It’s all about momentum!
I love deferring to the 2nd half, but the Bills offense is so potent and so quickly pressures teams to keep up, I agree, it might be a good idea to get the ball first and hope we can flip that script.
TOO BAD the Bills are getting a little nicked-up tonight!
Time to walk the greyhound and hit the sack.
6-Days and counting until the Bills at The Dolphins!
That was a hell of a TD by Hurts
There the face mask call on the helmet we didn’t get on Waddle play
I bet our game is gonna be CBS’ national game next Sunday.
It damn well should be !!!
The whole world is watching!!
Malik Willis in the game
Is it the end of the Tannehill age in Tennessee??
Watching these Bills like I’m the skinny kid in Little Giants watching “Spike” take the field. 😰
Hurts has looked really good
Bro, he’s going to be a STUD.
This is the first time I’ve really watched him play since his rookie year; he’s been impressive.
Keenum in at qb for bills bro
CASE KEENUM, BABY!
Thank you, Manitoba!
2nd muffed punt by titans
The Bills are scary.
YES… YES THEY ARE.
You have to be solid in all phases to stay in the game with them. They make plays in all phases and pounce on mistakes.
^
The Bills get that avalanche thing going.
I hope we play a careful, slowing the thing down type game.
Of course our speed guys are just one false step by a DB from breaking one.
I think their defense will test our blocking schemes early to see if they can continue to do what they’ve been doing to us for the last few years. If we beat them, they back off and say okay, maybe we have a game here.
The Titans are on the wane. “5 of their top-6 receivers from last year” are no longer on the team… and AJ Brown is the biggest one.
Tanny is also on the wane, as is their O-Line.
They had their run the last few years.
Yessir, and their window is very quickly closing.
That is exactly what I saw tonight.
Sean McDermott is a really good HC.
Yes, he is. And their GM Brandon Beane is equally really good.
Didn’t Beane come from our org?
No, not Brandon Beane.
Who am I thinking of?
The name Beane seems popular in sports as executives.
X is going to have to bring it next week or Diggs is going to feast.
Tim Knight says:

————
I dunno, but I seem to remember a ‘Beane’ being with our organization as well: you’re not alone.
Can’t find who it is we’re thinking of… but I’m CERTAIN there was a Beane in our FO at some point, and fairly recently.
Hurts has an 84% completions right now.
Sure hope next week is a good game
We will need to win the turnover battle this weekend. No mistakes.
Absolutely.
I think we have to match the LOS on both sides of the ball. We can match them with play making. But if we can’t run our plays or contain Allen, we’re going to lose. They have beat us at the LOS way too often.
Lebron with Lily on AT&T, I keep waiting for him to put his Amish hat on
He looks retarded with that beard and tiny mustache

They are anus

I think your pick is homosexual in mathematical nature. It all about 3, 6 and 9 possibilities. I see what you’re doing there. It’s basically a numerical orgy. LOL
—————–
I went back yesterday to retrieve this for a reason, and not for the reason you may think… but perhaps ya do. Nikola Tesla was obsessed with 3-6-9 (Vortex Math). It’s rather extraordinary in nature.
Check it out if/when ya get the chance. Tesla knew something that nobody else could see, but Edison had the $$$ and won that battle (AC vs DC). Edison was a complete asshole and pirate, in a great many ways… and even had Tesla jailed.
I think Rhino may be intrigued by this… but he may already know as well.
I was really just goofing around. 😉
Well, ya accidentally stumbled into something! 🙂
I know about Edison and Tesla. Life is cutthroat especially when it comes to wealth and prestige.
Yup!
If we beat the Bills this Sunday I’ll be more excited than what we just watched yesterday. I don’t care if it’s 16-13 or 38-35.
I feel the exact same way, honestly. The Bills are the Super Bowl favorites of the AFC, so to beat them is even more meaningful than yesterday’s majestic win against a very good (but not GREAT) team.
And I’m NOT trying to belittle our fantastic win yesterday at ALL! Like I said, the Ravens are a VERY GOOD team… they’ll likely make the playoffs.
Well I’m glad you agree honestly, if you had been lying that would be kind of fucked up. LOL
Audi for the night, y’all.
WE’RE FOR REAL!!!
ANGUS for DINNER this Sunday!!!
GO PHINS!!!
HELL YEAH!!!
The Mets clinched the playoffs. 🙂
It’s going to be a very tough assignment to beat the Bills this Sunday. It would be pretty crazy if we could knock them off.

As players were probably watching Buff/Tenn last night … I’m sure it provided the impetus to End the “victory monday” after the big win and get them refocused about the challenge ahead of them.
Cannot get down 21 to Bills because they won’t go an entire half with only 3 pts.
However, perhaps that 2nd half showed them the confidence and aggressiveness it will take to win a Shoot Out. I really think that’s our only shot. Our defense has been steamrolled by Buffalo repeatedly, but with teams where our offense was not equipped to play fast, aggressive, and vertical. We will score 24+ but it may take 35 points and a key TO from our defense. This will not be a ‘slow’ game like the Pats game… or how we tried to play that first half of Balt.
Urgency from the get-go!!
Defense has generally hung in the first halves of Bills games. They fell apart when the offense scored nothing and repeatedly went three and out.
You give me hope.
After the Titans debacle,
I was leaning to picking another huge Bills victory.
Power Poll USA Today
5. Dolphins (11): You’ve got to hand it to QB Tua Tagovailoa, who went deep Sunday – half of his six TD passes covering at least 20 air yards, which doubled his career total entering Week 2. But when you’ve got WRs Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle (11 catches, 170+ yards, 2 TDs apiece), the 21st century version of The Marks Brothers, that’s the way to go. No pair of Dolphins receivers had at least 150 receiving yards in a game since Clayton and Duper in 1986.
ok
it’s 6.5 now
this weekend is the perfect weekend to fin dour pass rush.
Yep
Why is our pass rush gloomy😉
lol
No one on this team should be dour after the ravens game!
Until they watched last night’s game
The Bills’ best CB is on IR. I think Miami wins. May be a brawl, but Miami wins. Neither Tennessee nor LA generated pressure or covered for shit. And T-hill and Stanford are not as good as Tua. This is a different Miami team. Believe in it.
And take away Diggs, the Bills’ are a one trick pony.
The Howard I saw last week isn’t taking away Diggs
So give him help over top.
And the guy who injured his neck last night was another of their CBs. Their secondary is vulnerable. We need our oline to have another game like they did against the Ravens.
I think it was Tim that said it yesterday, this game will be won or lost in the trenches. The Bills Dline has dominated us for the past couple years. We can’t let them get consistent pressure with just their front 4.
Here’s hoping Ed Oliver is still out.
Maybe the humidity helps us to not have a bad 4th quarter on D.
And Tua is really good in the 4th.
So is Hill.
So maybe if we can keep it close for 3 quarters, we might have a chance.
Home field cheers plus crowd noise during Bills possessions might help a little.
Good news!
I heard that earlier. Very good news.
Tua after 2 weeks.
“First in passing yards (739), fourth in passer rating at 116.5 (behind Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson and Kirk Cousins), seventh in completion percentage at 71.1, tied with Carson Wentz and Mahomes for first in TD passes (with seven) and third in average yards per pass attempt at 8.9.”
Man I love having a true Full Back!
Actually, looking at Howards stats so far he is playing well.
Targets – 9
Completions – 4 for 93 yards
TD allowed – 1
Passes Defensed – 2
https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/H/HowaXa00.htm
But there’s something wrong with his leg, both long tds he half hearted the effort, like he was injured
Nice to see the stats and the power poll rankings, but not going to mean much, unless we can compete this week
I really think we’re gonna compete
I hope so, think it’d all on the OL
Also something MM said about Tua, he told him to put the previous play behind him Tua did that in 2nd half
Think that will be huge in this game, can’t worry about the past and let it effect future plays
Steve, I agree. To beat the bills every aspect of our team needs to step up. I’m glad. We have a coach that can come up with a great game plan. If we can run the ball and get them tired in the heat that would ideal.
How nice is this from the FF board?
“The Week 2 Top Player Trophy goes to Sleeping With the Phishes for starting Tua Tagovailoa.”
PS — that’s phelon.
And I still lost!
I’m so happy Pitts didn’t fall to us last year and we picked Waddle. He’s only had 4 catches in 2 games for the falcons
I would have taken Pitts in a second, but for sure not worth the pick now. But wouldn’t have minded Ja’Marr Chase lined up with Tyreek.
Not really his fault. He is a stud but team is a mess but I also do like having Waddle better
Waddle is really the same player Hill is, generally that doesn’t go together, but speed is different
Think they compliment each other well
Pitts would match well with Hill too, just not sure the overall effect
We were in a hole on the drive, that Waddle caught his long catch and run pass, don’t think we’ve heard enough about the making of this play
It was a play we desperately needed, and was no ordinary play, MM had it setup for a critical time in the game, just as he did the fuck it play
That’s coaching at its finest, you scout a team and design brilliant plays to beat them, we’ll need about 60 of them on Sunday
The gunslinger mentality Tua found last Sunday, the old Tua would’ve been in check down mode, afraid of making another mistake
“This is huge because he stopped worrying about the [previous] play,” McDaniel said. “And he went and played and took his responsibility serious to his teammates about, ‘Hey, I’m going to lead this team confidently.’… I think it was a moment that he’ll never forget, that hopefully he can use moving forward. … His teammates learned a lot about him. And I think he learned something about himself.”
“Greg [Little] did a great jo. We have a great O-line group. We have a great room. Everyone is just going to step up and do as needed, and fit in where they’re needed. I think that’s O-line play at the end of the day because you never go through the 17 games healthy.”
— Connor Williams
Jeffrey Chadiha – “2) Bills had better beware: The Buffalo Bills opened the NFL season by blowing out the defending Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams on the road. What the Bills do against the Miami Dolphins in Week 3 likely will say even more about how great they can be this year. The Dolphins are very much for real. In a Week 2 filled with crazy comebacks — three teams had overcome a fourth-quarter deficit of at least 13 points heading into the Monday night double-header — Miami produced the wildest finish in Sunday’s 42-38 comeback win over Baltimore. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa finally produced his signature moment (469 yards and six touchdown passes), while wide receivers Tyreek Hill (190 receiving yards and two scores) and Jaylen Waddle (171 receiving yards and two scores) went berserk. That contest turned the Week 3 Buffalo-Miami game into a must-see event. The Bills are the most talented team in football, and their quarterback, Josh Allen, is the favorite to win the league’s Most Valuable Player award. They also outscored the Dolphins, 61-11, in two games last season (including a 35-0 beatdown in Miami). That ain’t happening again. This game just transformed from one more opportunity for Buffalo to roll through a lesser opponent into a legit AFC East showdown.”
“The Miami Dolphins became a unanimous top 10 in national power rankings following their comeback victory at Baltimore in Week 2”
“In the fourth quarter alone, Tua Tagovailoa completed 13 of 17 passes for 199 yards and four touchdowns. Just for fun, let’s extrapolate that one-quarter performance over a 17-game season. That’d be 13,532 passing yards and 272 touchdown passes.” – LOL
https://www.si.com/nfl/dolphins/news/miami-dolphins-2022-week-3-power-rankings-roundup
Why stop there, why not just extrapolate the 60 yard pass to Tyreek out over 17 games = 367,200 yards and 6120 tds
We’re the media darling of the week. #10 – #12 fits.

🐷 37-10 🐬 Louis Oliver with 3 interceptions
Man people really do get nuts with stats. LOL
WOW, they really moved the needle on the power rankings with that quarter of football. Most of those power rankings above have us #6 or higher!
I anticipate a precipitous drop in the rankings next Monday.
I think it very unlikely that we win this weekend. If we do though, what do you think the guys who pull these power rankings out of their asses will do? Probably drop the Bills to #2 and move us up to #5. LOL
Beating the Bills and being 3-0 in the AFC and 2-0 in the division is better than any power rankings.
ok
Milano, Hyde, and Phillips out would be huge!
WOW, never realized all these actors were in both
Benedict Cumberbatch played a dragon?

Anyone kmow what a F reciver is?
———————-
Ezukanma said last Friday that he has been asked to learn a new position. After playing the Z receiver position in training camp and preseason, he said that in recent weeks, he also has been asked to learn the F receiver position.
“Cedrick is the starting F and he doesn’t have a main backup,” Ezukanma said. “F is one of the hardest positions to learn. The F is the adjuster who moves inside or outside. I was playing [only] Z in preseason.”
That’s who get’s the ball on the fuck-it play? 😉
LOL — and those plays work like gangbusters. 🙂
I saw a lot of different explanations for what the F receiver is. I think coaches all have different meanings or usage of that position.
Sure it’s Buffalo, but if we can’t win this one, with them coming in on a short week in Sept, then when?
To me what needs to happen for us is first we have to be able to move the ball and sustain some drives that result in points. We’ve struggled with that against them punting too often or turning it over. We’ve got to keep the dogs off and back their defense up and make them respect our speed.
On defense, stop a few of their drives and make them punt because they rarely do. We’re not going to shut them down.
Next year? 🙂

2. Tua Tagovailoa – 85.2
1. Tyreek Hill – 85.8

I guess Waddle’s 3 drops kept him out of the top 5.
Sieler seems to make the list a lot.
He has been a straight up steal. Great early extension signing by the FO. He’s signed thru 2023, we’ll have to pay him next year.
So he’s a UFA in 2024.
yep
“As I evaluated the tape what I seemed to have missed while watching the game live was the amount of tight-window throws Tua made. We address these early on in the video breakdown below, but he hit a stick nod and a spear concept that both were flat-out special throws.”
“We all remember the deep bombs to Tyreek but as I dug deeper into the film I was pleasantly surprised at how dialed in and crisp this Miami offense felt compared to even Week 1, which was a quality game on tape.”

Cool stuff.
This breakdown really shows what a monstrous moron Cowturd is. Tua did so much more than just hit wide open receivers all day, smh.
