  2. BoulderPhinfan's avatar BoulderPhinfan says:

if joseph is gone I hope we switch to 3-4 and hire wade phillips.

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

What do you with Suh? DE?

      • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

PLUS, we have to bring in at least 3-4 LB’s here to play a 3-4

      • steveccnv's avatar steveccnv says:

Suh and Mitchell at DE, Phillips in the middle. Wake at OLB, Alonso inside. That leaves Misi, Jones and Branch to man 2 spots. Now I have no idea how these guys would transition, other than the ones that have already played those positions, like Wake, and it takes Suh out of the middle, but I’d give it a try.

PLUS, we have to bring in at least 3-4 LB’s here to play a 3-4

    ————————–

If Dion Jordan can ever get his act together he would be the perfect OLB for a 3-4 set up with his physical traits. That’s a big if, though.

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

No question Vinnie, he would be, but man, we both know you can’t be counting on him. I suppose Branch could be a 3-4 OLB, and Wake as well

I was surprised to see Tanny’s name in that article?

But I was looking for a LB!
    Cushing anyone?

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

LOL – I didn’t go any further . . . I always think of steroids when I think of Cushing. I’d like Melvin Ingram, Jamie Collins, Chandler Jones, and a couple of others I can’t think of at the moment.

  6. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

    Vin

None of our current LB’s are ideal for a 3-4, so we’d basically have to get rid of them all. I like Alonso, and I think he’d be a fine WOLB in a 4-3, but I don’t see him as a 3-4 LB fit.

  7. Ken's avatar Ken says:

Switching to a 3-4 makes no sense with our DL personnel

  8. Ken's avatar Ken says:

Dion Jordan is done even if he is a good fit at OLB he will never see the field with this team again

  12. Jets expected to clean house. If we could get Rodgers back to coach the d-line next season it would be great.

  13. D's avatar D says:

Like i said perviously, converting to a 3-4 for us right now would take a couple years of drafting and free agent pickups to be able to flip the switch. We could do some set up pickups this year, guys who could play other positions in a 4-3 and once we got the complement of players flip over then, or we would just have to spend big in FA to get the right guys as a here and now kinda thing.

LB would be a complete re-do, almost none of our current unit would be able to transition over, and we might have enough guys on DL to have a set of starters capable of playing, but we would need a starting caliber rotational player and a depth player at each position.

Like is aid before we would need about 10 players to make that change happen and still be effective on defense. I put up a mock draft a week or so back that was a “if we are going to switch” draft. Tim Williams would for sure be more of my target if we are going 3-4, than Reuben Foster, though i think Foster would be a goof ILB in 3-4 as well. We would want Williams though, to be our Von Miller.

  14. D's avatar D says:

Whats with all the band wagon guys now. I said the other day Vance Joseph was going to be one of the most sought after guys this post season and everyone shot me down say no way he was going to get teams wanting to have him as HC, he just now got a DC job, yadda yadda….

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

I’m not on your bandwagon. I don’t feel strongly either way, although if I were hiring a defensive coach to be my HC, I’d at least want him to be really successful in his last stop, and it’s pretty hard to say he’s been really successful here, at least as far as the performance of the defense.

      • D's avatar D says:

I think its his approach to coaching and his relationship witht he players that they are looking at as the right skills for a HC. I get what you are saying, i was just being real with what was the facts regarding other teams interest. I had heard previously that he was a top candidate option for a couple different teams.

      • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

I can see that, that he does have a good rapport with the players, but I’d also want that to translate into them playing well. It seems Denver really likes him, and so do a couple of others. If he goes, I’m fine with it. I think we can find a good replacement

    • D's avatar D says:

Was waiting for this reply lol…. didnt know it was going to be you that caught it lo, i think i was thinking Tim would be the guy

  16. D's avatar D says:

Lou, its the depth at the position thats going to push him down and the fact there are some really top guys at other spots with significant drop off after making people choose to select others and push them down to us, or at least that’s my feeling on it. They are for certain top 15 talent, i just think we will benefit from a draft pool that will give us a shot at one of them.

    • I don’t think Williams is limited to being a 3-4 OLB though his pass rushing ability could help us. He can play the run well and he’s covered rb’s out of the backfield. But, just don’t see him being around at #24. That’s a huge stretch.

      • D's avatar D says:

I think Williams will be gone, i think Foster might be around though. Williams is very good and i think he could play in a 4-3 scheme. He could also line up in the 9 technique and rush the passer out of a 4-3 base package. He has the skills to play in both, i just think he is very elite 3-4 OLB, so id like to play him to his strengths, is really what im saying.

  17. D's avatar D says:

Gase may be able to get Hurt now. I had kind of hoped they would get him last year before we found out we were blocked. We should be able to get him now though if they are thinking they need a transition.

    ————————–

No arguments coming from here. I’m fine with staying in a 4-3. With spread offenses now, base packages don’t even matter as much anymore.

No matter what, we need LBs. They all suck besides Alonso.

RT17 is closer to Aaron Rodgers than Matt Moore is to Tannehill.

  21. Unrelated to the Dolphins. Who are your award winners this year? My are:

MVP – Aaron Rodgers. Seeing him literally carry the team into the playoffs like he did the last 6 weeks puts a stamp on him being the best QB in the NFL. He’s simply too good to be stopped. If anyone needs further proof that a QB can will his team into the playoffs, look no further than that man. 1667 yards passing, 15 total TDs, no INTs the last 6 weeks.

A strong argument can be made for both Matt Ryan and Tom Brady, also.

OPOY – Matt Ryan. This will simply be a consolation prize for not being the MVP. He had one hell of a year.

DPOY – It’s most likely going to Von Miller, but I have a hard time not giving it to Landon Collins. My friends are all Giants fans so I saw all their games so I may be bias, but my God, that dude was literally all over the field making all types of plays. Sacks, INTs, PDs, Stuffs, TsFL. Without doubt the best player on a defensive that’s top 3 in the league.

    • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Agreed on Landon Collins. He’s had a sensational season – 125 tackles (5 for loss), 4 sacks, 5 INT (1 TD), 13 PD, 1 FR.

  22. Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

D, I heard them taking about Joseph being a hot HC candidate on the NFLN yesterday and said okay I guess the peeps who were saying that on the blog were right. I was surprised that he’d be a HC candidate this soon.

It’ll be a long day if howard has to cover brown all day. I hope maxwell is back this game.

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

I hope Maxwell is back too. The more better players we have the better! They have a bunch of guys to throw to, it would be great if Maxwell were healthy enough to play

  25. steveccnv's avatar steveccnv says:

D, what makes you so sure we don’t have the players to transition to a 3-4? Like I said I’m not sure how guys would transition. Why are you so sure they cant?

    • The Flying Pig's avatar The Flying Pig says:

I suspect Suh is athletic enough to play 3-4 DE
but seems to me 4-3 is his thing

      Wake has done it before
That is the only guy up front I feel confortable saying it will work with

      the rest are ? marks

    • Jahndoh30's avatar Jahndoh30 says:

I think it comes down to the LBs. It’s probably the weakest unit on our team. You need 8 guys with good size and speed. Your two outside guys need size and speed and both coverage and pass rushing abilities. Your two inside guys can be a bit more run stuffers. You need backups at each position.

Kiko is too small to be an inside LB in a 3/4 and too slow to play outside. He’s our best LB currently. If he can’t transition I don’t know how the rest of them will transition. I guess you could move Wake outside, but at his age I think that’s a waste of time he has left. I’m just not seeing how you get to a 3/4 from this roster without at least 2 offseasons to do it.

  26. The Flying Pig's avatar The Flying Pig says:

why is anyone oinking about the 3-4 anyway

Can’t we just stick with one thing….lol

  27. sb7mvp's avatar sb7mvp says:

Oink about oinking the Steelers. VJ ain’t gone yet.

  28. Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

I don’t know why we think 3-4 is the way to go either but Alonzo played in a 4-3/3-4 hybrid defense in BUF. A lot of teams use different formations now. Also base defenses aren’t as much of a big deal these days as they used to be.

    • steveccnv's avatar steveccnv says:

I keep hearing that, but I don’t agree with it. We always rush 4, when not in our base.

    • D's avatar D says:

Tim the base defense is about the personnel and the responsibilities of the position, the formation has nothing to do with that. You could be lined up with 3 on the line and 4 off, and still be a base 4-3, and the OLBs and ILB’s would still have the same responsibilities, and have the same look and be a 3-4 and they would have different responsibilities. Because of those responsibilities, you cant have the same type of player do it. In general Alonzo and him being so light and speedy would work against his responsibilities in a 3-4. You think he looked too small in our 4-3, he would look ridiculously so in a 3-4.

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

I feel like you just contradicted yourself. How is 3 on the line and 4 back still a base 4-3? How do formations have nothing to do with it? You just gave an example of how it does.

We used 4-3, 3-3, 4-2, 4-1 and 3-1 all season in base, nickel and dime. Those are formations. That’s why I said base is not what it used to be because of how offenses use the spread so often these days. Just get good players and figure out the best way to use them. It’s more about talent than scheme anyway.

  29. D's avatar D says:

Steve, the roles they play in a 4-3 vs a 3-4 come with certain skill-sets that some of these players dont possess to transition. Thats the short version, but i dont see what is needed in a lot of these players to make that swap.

Just and a “for example” 4-3 DE, has a primary of pass rush, but a secondary of setting the outside edge of the LOS for containment of the RB, they need to be quick enough to pass rush but still have decent enough size to engage a TE in run situations. They are normally most comparable to a 3-4 OLB because their responsibilities are fairly close to one another and the size and physical traits are most comparable to one another. Wake might be able to transition to OLB in 3-4 but i doubt his coverage skills are good enough. Thats basically where the real differnce comes in. He did snag that one int a couple games back but i think that was more just catching the QB off guard not expecting him to be in the passing lane than actual coverage skills.

a 4-3 pass rushing/aggressive style DL is more comparable to a a 3-4 DE, Aaron Donald, Suh, Mitchell, etc, all are more that style DL and i think therefore they would make the transition. Phillips is more bulky, gap stuffer DL, and would more reflect the skillset of a NT. I think he would be a Dontari Poe type NT too, he has that speed and brutal power to drive OC’s back while eating 2 defenders.

I guess back to the short version, i just dont see it in those players. You could be right, they _might_ cut it in a different scheme but its going to be very round peg square hole and i think less likely to have success than just getting the right guys for those spots.

    • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

I think we will maintain the 4-3 and revamp the defensive roster quite a bit, especially the front 7 in the offseason. Like I’ve said before I could see us doubling up at DE and LB in both FA and the draft – meaning adding a quality DL and LB in FA and drafting the same at the top of the draft. That’s 4 new front 7 players that are projected to be core guys.

      • steveccnv's avatar steveccnv says:

If this year is any indication, only the first 2 picks will get much PT, but I’d expect LB/DE to be our first 2 picks. TE would be another option, but I see the cheats M Bennett to be our prized FA signing.

    • steveccnv's avatar steveccnv says:

My thoughts were more based on we have lots of DL that would transition to LB, making it less of a need.

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Like who? I don’t see it. Wake has always been better hand in the ground and I don’t see enough athleticism for any of them to play LB. Maybe Branch but I don’t think that’s the best place for him to play.

  30. D's avatar D says:

I havent checked on the possible FA DE’s because they are usually one of the most expensive positions to fill through FA. Who is out there this year worth a look? I would really shoot for Collins in FA. Maybe this bitch slap that Belichick gave him might have come at a cost, meaning we might be able to get him at a better price.

  31. stangerx's avatar stangerx says:

So my best-case scenario start of the season was Phins in the playoffs. And Santa put that under the tree X-Mas eve and threw in a young lion coach in my stocking to boot.

Hard to now complain that our road to the AFC Champ game goes through Pittsburgh and Foxboro. No matter what happens, I’m a happy camper.

  32. BoulderPhinfan's avatar BoulderPhinfan says:

the only reason I brought up 3-4 is because everyone is talking about joseph leaving and I would love to grab wade phillips as his contract is up and won’t be back in denver.

    • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

If Vance Joseph becomes Denver’s HC expect Wade Phillips back. That’s his mentor. Wade has a lot of respect for Vance as well and I believe he’d stay on with no issues.

      • steveccnv's avatar steveccnv says:

You say mentor like I hear guru mentioned here. I think they only have 1 year together. Sparano was an OL guru, because he coached the OL, he sucked at it, but because he coached it he’s a guru.

  33. Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

As far as who will be available at DE in FA, it’s not always a guy that screams elite player but can be a quality part of your defense. Sometimes it’s a guy scouts see as a player on the rise so it’s not always a blockbuster guy. Same for all positions actually.

  34. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

I think it would require too much personnel turnover to switch to 3-4. I just want to be good at something, and right now, our front 4 are good enough in the 4-3. We could use more help at DE, but it’s a good start with what we have.

    • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Agreed. Now we have to add some youth on the DL because we’re getting a little long in the tooth with some guys. We need better LBs plain and simple.

    • D's avatar D says:

I think so too, i think it would take staging to do it and not really cripple us or be a reboot to the defense. Some could argue though, if we lose our DC, its possible we are already looking at that so do you bite the bullet and do it to open the doors to a really good 3-4 concept DC being brought in, or do you look for a guy who does a 4-3 so you dont have to worry about personnel?

  35. herdfan's avatar herdfan says:

Don’t give up on this game in Pittsburgh yet. There’s a chance a FU’er will be there! 🤞🏻

  36. D's avatar D says:

Knowing we have a solid RB in Ajayi, would you even consider taking a shot at Leveon Bell or is he too much of a luxury item for us to make it worth it? As much as i like Leveon, me personally, i wouldn’t bother, but thats me.

  37. BoulderPhinfan's avatar BoulderPhinfan says:

ok the 2016 dolphins records challenge results are in. This competition has 2 winners. One is the person that had the most number of correct calls (correct w/l calls for each game) and the person that predicted the final record correctly with avgpts/per game being the tiebreaker. Dolphins avgpts/game this year was 22.7
    http://www.nfl.com/stats/categorystats?tabSeq=2&season=2016&seasonType=REG&offensiveStatisticCategory=GAME_STATS&role=TM&d-447263-n=1&d-447263-o=2&d-447263-p=1&conference=ALL&d-447263-s=TOTAL_POINTS_GAME_AVG

    Drum roll please…….

The winner of the most number of correct calls is STANGER with 12 correct calls.

The winner of the correct final record is Manitoba with record 10-6 and avgpts/game prediction of 22.49.

Other people with correct 10-6 record were Mike E (25.2) , Lou (23.5) ,GDP (24.5), Ken (23.7), Rock (25.4) but toba’s average points per game was closest.

  38. BoulderPhinfan's avatar BoulderPhinfan says:

    tim,
That’s not what they’re saying here. most people in denver think phillips is gone. But you never know.

    • D's avatar D says:

I think he would be let go with all the rest of that coaching staff. I think they would let Joseph pick his guys and i am thinking a likely candidate for DC would be Burkes,

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

You always have to let the HC pick his own staff. New HC’s do retain some coaches when they take over. The same happened in Miami with Rizzi, Anarumo and Williams.

I can’t see VJ not retaining Phillips if he wants to stay. Now if VJ is not their new HC, that’s another story.

  39. D's avatar D says:

Same question as above, but Alshon Jeffery? Id lean a little towards signing Jeffery and letting Still walk, even if Jefferey is a little bit more expensive.

    • BoulderPhinfan's avatar BoulderPhinfan says:

I really like stills speed and he was great this year. But it is a contract year. Gase knows Jeffery so I’ll trust his opinion on this.

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Jeffrey is not going to be cheap and we have Landry to re-sign soon. Gase is also a big Stills fan. Parker is basically the same type of player as Jeffrey just not as polished but give him some time.

      • steveccnv's avatar steveccnv says:

Tim they have 2 huge WRS on the jets that makes them really hard to stop. Stills gives us big plays when we least expect it, we need big 1st downs when we expect it.

  40. D's avatar D says:

Id actually be worried we might lose Burkes too if Joseph leaves.

  41. Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Steve, it has nothing to do with guru, VJ has said many times he learned a lot from Wade Phillips when he was the DBs coach under him in Houston from 2011-13. Phillips was the DC during that time. Phillips also told him you’re going to be a DC soon enough and eventually a HC. They both have a high regard for each other, it’s about the relationship they have.

By the way I think guru is used way too often.

    • steveccnv's avatar steveccnv says:

I was using guru as a comparison to mentor, I wasn’t calling anyone a guru. I was saying you were using mentor loosely, like people here use guru.

  42. D's avatar D says:

Cameron Brate is a TE id look at in FA. Jared Cook too.

  46. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

Jared Cook has played for 33 of 32 NFL teams. 🙂

Seriously though, I’d rather look elsewhere.

  47. Rockphin's avatar Rockphin says:

I have officially hit the “Miami Dolphins fan wall” it is kind of like hitting the rookie wall in the NFL. The season is supposed to be over now for Miami Dolphins fans. We’re not supposed to be talking about a game next Sunday. I am so confused! LOL.

I also have to apologize to you all because it’s my fault we did not win last Sunday against the Patriots. I did not wear my white number 17 authentic jersey or my orange new logo hat ( which I was able to get stretched back over my head again but it still looks like shit) I did not even watch the game because I got stuck at my house up in Rockledge and the local bar was not showing the Dolphins game. After we lost I decided not to watch the DVR recording.

  48. Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Steve, I guess there is always preference in how you build your WR corps. I do not think that’s an area of need where we go out and sign a big time FA WR like a Jeffrey when we already have a good young group. I’d rather add a playmaking TE to help move the chains along with that WR group and Ajayi.

Stills makes a lot of big plays for us. 42-726 17.3 9 TD and 10 catches over 20 yards and a bunch of those are over 40-50+ yards. If I’m the GM I’m re-signing him. He’ll be just 25 next season with 4 years under his belt. He’s a player on the rise.

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

^ Agree – We have a lot tied up at WR already with Landry and Parker, and a little with Carroo. I’d re-sign Stills too, but he may get out priced here too. We’ll have to see. Jeffery will be getting close to top dollar, and it’s not a need for us.

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

I don’t think Stills we be overpriced. I think he wants to be fairly paid. We don’t have to worry about Landry this offseason as he does not become a UFA until 2018. Parker is 2019 but we have a 5th year option with him. I want to build around the good young players we have and stop turning over the team where it doesn’t need to be turned over.

Now I could see Landry getting a new deal this offseason but remember contracts can be set up to exist together even if they both start simultaneously like Stills and Landry. They are two of our 3 starters at WR being that we use 3 WR most of the time. WR is a huge part of how this offense works. TE and RB can be by committee even though Ajayi emerged as a top back. And we don’t have to pay any of those guys big money right now.

One thing at a time. Re-sign your best when you have too, move on from the overpriced and/or unproductive guys like Cameron, Williams, Misi etc. and revamp some areas that have some weakness or need upgrading. To me areas we do not need to upgrade are QB, OT, RB, WR, DT and S if we get back our two starters and want to retain them. Even CB could be fine with the young bucks gaining experience.

We’ll be in good shape this offseason cap wise and hopefully we get those comp picks. 🙂

  49. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

    Rock

I thought you sold the Rockledge house? When do you have it until?

  50. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

Bucs will fight to keep Brate. Winston loves him

  51. Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

Anyone hear if Tannehill practiced, and how he looked?

  52. Rockphin's avatar Rockphin says:

Mike E, the short version of the long story is I had a contract as is and the buyer had 15 days to inspect the inspector found that the house had polypropylene pipe which was recalled back in the nineties the country’s largest class-action suit in history I could not sell the house with a polypropylene pipe it would cost $6,500 in plumbing work alone plus the drywall repair and paint too close on the house and I didn’t have the cash so the deal fell through and I still own it and no need to spend 7 to $10,000 to replace all the plumbing pipe

    tim,
I think stills will get 10mil/yr on open market. I bet the FO drafted Carroo to replace stills next year. But nobody was expecting the type of year stills had. It’s hard to let him walk.

    • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

That’s fine but I think a lot of that can be guaranteed money spread out over time in different ways. $10M per year is not top WR money, that’s at about $15M per now. That said I think Stills will likely be more in the $7-8M per range. I don’t think he has the numbers or is viewed as more than that. He made $1.671M this year at the end of his rookie deal as a 5th rd pick. That would be a substantial raise for him.

      • Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

I think we drafted Carroo as more of a replacement for Matthews because we had no penciled in #4.

Just remember Gase is a big fan of Stills. He was when he was in CHI and they were looking to trade for him, then when he came to MIA and he was already here. He’s said this multiple times. We can re-sign him with Cameron’s money easy. I’ll take Sims, Gray and Duarte at TE with re-signing Stills over overpaying Cameron. LOL

Dolphins at Steeler’s game occurs during the last day of our convention at the Broward County Convention Center near Port Everglades.–I can’t leave early Sunday b/c I’m president of the organization putting on the show! – – If all goes well, I’ll get to listen on my car radio to the 4th quarter (and maybe only a small part of it). Hopefully, we’ll win the game and I’ll get to hear coach GASE and the players give their takes on the game as I drive across Alligator Alley to the west coast of Florida.

NOT quite what I had in mind for my playoffs experience. Hope I DON’T have to wait another 8 years for the next one.

I don’t see how we’re a 10 point underdog against a team we’ve already beaten this year. The phins continue to get no respect.

    • D's avatar D says:

Its because Steelers have been red hot past few games, really on a roll offensively. I think the game is going to be a good one, and as long as we can cover AB on crossing routes (much easier said than done) and Bell on the ground (easier than AB for us i think) then we might stand a chance. Thier defense will let us back in it as long as we are at least playing as well as in the Jets or Bills games.

  59. BoulderPhinfan's avatar BoulderPhinfan says:

    tim,
I didn’t know Gase was that high on Stills. You maybe right. I bet Stills will get a chance to go out in FA and see what he can get then the phins will try and match that offer.

    • D's avatar D says:

I think he probably gets a 7mil per offer, with a decent chunk guaranteed. He is still a role player kind of WR not an alpha. I dont think any team sees him that way, though there are some offenses out there that might treat him more like a feature than we do. Bottom line to me is that i think he gets an offer somewhere thats outside what we will be willing to pay.

      • D's avatar D says:

Stills is very Emanuel Sanders like, just a little less proven commodity.

      • D's avatar D says:

Actually a better and more recent FA comparison is probably Travis Benjamin, and about the contract i think he will get, maybe slightyl more. Benjamin was a 4 year 24mil contract with 13 guaranteed, i think Still will be somewhere in the 4 year 30ish, 20 guaranteed range.

Steelers are favored by 10 because the betting is going on the Steelers. Ben is playoff tested, and so is their HC. Dolphins are an unknown here. Like D said, they’re playing their best football right now, so they’re coming in strong. The spread seems legit to me, but that doesn’t mean we can’t win, or come close to winning.

  64. Tim Knight's avatar Tim Knight says:

Stills is totally worthy of a re-sign and not at the top of the market. Keep building on what’s good about the team. Don’t keep changing its character. We’re rumored to have about $40M to spend in the offseason on top of who we already have signed. What are we worried about?

Year one under Tannenbaum, Grier and Gase – we’re 10-6 and in the playoffs with the walking wounded, let’s be honest. Ride the wave. 🙂

He had 87 tackles in 18 games, 1 sack, 3 interceptions one of which he took back for a TD.

From what i see on his video he looks to have really sticky hands, and if he gets them on a guy, he tackles them.

    mike,
I think the dolphins and 10 points are a safer bet than steelers specially if Tanny plays. I thought the pats game had a big chance of being a blowout and it was. I don’t see us getting blown out by the steelers. We’ve played them close the last few times we’ve played and we actually beat them in pitt a couple of years ago when we played them there. And we match up against them pretty well. I hope maxwell can come back. He was good the last time we played them.

    • Mike E.'s avatar Mike E. says:

I agree. I also really wish Maxwell would play. As long as we give Ajayi some running room, the rest of our offense will work around that. As long as neither Bell or Brown hurt us badly, I think we can win this.
