SPEAKING OF THE BUCS, FIRST round Pick O.J. Howard has a total of 2 catches for 29 yards so far this season. Seems to me that both the Bucs and the FINS have little to show, SO FAR, for most of their off season acquisitions.

And there in lies the problem. In a talent driven league, the Dolphins simply do NOT have enough talent. The O-Line STILL has problems. Our LB’s have been a joke. Our defensive backfield has more holes than a screen door in a submarine. And Cutler has, so far, failed to produce as I had hoped for. IF we lose Ajayi for an extended period of time, we will be in deep do-do. STILL LOOKS LIKE SAINTS take advantage of Fins’ secondary and win 30-20.

I just looked back at the stats they put up, it said – Jay Cutler Week 7, 2011 vs Buccaneers, it was the only time Cutler played in London. Why they felt the need to post stats that have absolutely nothing to do with today’s game, other than the fact he played the game here, I have no idea
I hate Fox pregame, drones on and on about nothing. I guess it’s hard to make pregame exciting, but accurate would be nice!

Maxwell started slow last year, but he was our best corner. No other way to put it.
Not sure what that says about our corners because he is not that good
Does it matter? He was still arguably the best. Lippett had more INT’s but Maxwell had more passes defensed, and also caused 4 FF’s

No it wasn’t. Fade pass is thrown to a spot for the receiver to turn and jump for the ball. Thomas got his ass whipped and didn’t even try for the ball.

If Cutler’s throw to was to Thomas’ right shoulder, he could have had a chance, Cutler threw it to his left, and right to the defender

Fades aren’t accuracy throws. They’re timing throws. It wasn’t a great throw…came out a little early, but Thomas should have gotten his head around and been in better position to make a play on the ball. He let the CB control him. Cutler could have thrown a better ball, but all Thomas had to do was turn around and catch the damn ball.
Agreed the whole point is that he’s 6’5
