Ajayi needs 54 more rushing yards today to keep us on par for 10-0 when he rushes for 77 or more yards in a game.
Bad play-calling on that pass that got picked by Wilkerson. Why even do that? Run and punt. We were already dealing with pressure on recent drives. Gase, stick to your best way to win the game. We handed them the 7 point lead. We absolutely hurt ourselves.
That said, the Jets offensive game plan caught us off guard early on. Our defense looked confused and we’re not tackling well. They killed us with their RBs on screens and flat passes. That set up the rest.
We have to make good adjustments at half time and make some plays or we’ll lose to them again.

I don’t want to start a QB issue but MM gets that ball out faster than Cutler and there is more zip on it.
You’re a bit late if you wanted to start it. I think that was a couple of weeks ago. But for sure after the first Moore TD.
Tim, that was a bad INT and the Jets were starting to play a little prevent but you have to see the difference in the throws between the two is all I am saying.

LOL Herd, yeah I have been right there with the ones on here complaining about Cutler’s arm. I don’t think he has lost anything it’s just bad mechanics. He was playing decent today (Cutler decent if that makes any sense).

SLATER SCOOP: Cutler had trouble moving his right arm leaving the stadium. Dolphins don’t expect him to play Thursday, source says.
Hope it is just a bruise with Cutler. Except for the INT, he was having a good day.
I thought so too, Mike, but Moore picked apart that zone WAY better than Cutler. Cutler drops straight back and I’d cringe knowing he’d throw off his back foot… like ALL he wants to do is throw the bomb….. Moore stepped into his throws and shredded that zone def. It was, dare I say, a Brady-esque ‘take what they give you’ thing of beauty.
If I were a Jets fan (well, I’d kill myself… but to my point…) I’d be wondering why the hell they play zone defense when so many of the players don’t seem to understand how to play it. lol
And this was my 2nd fave play. Night all!

I heard cracked ribs, not like completely fractured. Still got to be painful.
More worried about the health of Tunsil and Pouncey. Our OL is really bad. Our D had 3 sacks with 5 QB hits. The jets D had 3 sacks with 12 freaking QB hits. We are going to need 3 QB’s on our active roster if that shit keeps up.

What a crazy season this has been. Going to be an interesting game on Thursday.
This is a crazy season, after squeaking a win in LA against the Chargers, getting bounced by NY and NO’s in weeks 3 &4 barely getting by the Titans, now we fall behind against the Falcons 17-0 and come back to win that, we fall behind NY by 2 TD’s and come back to win that, how close are we to being 2-4? after all the confusion and bad play we are spit out at 4-2 on top of the division, Go Figure?
and the best is yet to come, we have the pats and buffalo 4 of our last 6 games. we need to hold serve till week 11
cracked ribs? very painful, i doubt he’ll be back soon, it’ll take at least a month if not more to heal from that.
They say cutler will have an MRI on Monday? I don’t think you can do an MRI to determine cracked ribs due to the fact that you have to breathe and that movement makes it impossible to get a clear MRI.
MRI is for tissue mostly. It’s probably a CT unless they are expecting something different or want to check for multiple things at the same time.
He woul still have to be pretty still and hold his breath for about 5-10 seconds

HATS OFF to Young Stanger for yet another Fest game with a PERFECT ENDING!!–Last season it was the amazing comeback win over Buffalo!! But this year’s comeback win was even more improbable!! The night out at Dave & Buster’s was perfect! –The food at the game WAS INCREDIBLE (kudos to chef Warren and his helper, Story). –And the game was one that will NEVER be forgotten!! The noise levels in the 4th quarter brought back memories of the historic Orange Bowl! And the halftime ceremony, featuring the ’72 Perfect Season Dolphins, brought back EVEN MORE amazing memories!!

It was great seen you OD. Great win!
We fought the refs that game too. I saw several of their big plays that had blatant holds, one enev should have been a false start. The announcers bragged on the guy but the replay showed it clear as day, not even a minor flinch, very obvious. Wake as usual was held hard. One twist play the OG practically horse collared him with his hold. They busted the same guy on the next play for holding Suh which he also had been doing most the game.
Obviously out pass defense didn’t hold up so well this game. Tankersly got burned on two TDs though the second one was more him not understanding his role with n that route. He expected safety deep but Jones had to play his zone. The other time he was ever so slightly off his coverage and maybe if he had timed his jump perfectly he would have tipped the pass. It was right over his hand.
Cutler and Moore played well. Offense kept us in the game. Timmons played really well. Entire DL played well. It was a better defensive game than the score let on.
Oh and don’t forget the pick call that took a TD away when there was no damn pick
