We have X on one side, that much is a given. The way the Dolphins have chosen to finish the equation is X + R = CB Bliss. It’s actually a big risk. Rowe has been a part time player for the first 4 years of his career. He was drafted in the 2nd RD in 2015 by the Philadelphia Eagles. Rowe played in all 16 games for the Eagles in his rookie year, starting 5. New England was in need of a CB in 2016 and sent a conditional 4th RD pick in 2018, which at best could have turned into a 3rd RD pick if performance measures were met. Why did Philly give up on their guy so quickly, so much so that they had to wait 2 years to get compensation back for him? Very odd.
At the NFL combine, Rowe was a monster. He ran 4.45 at 6’1 205, a 3.97 20 YD shuttle which is super quick for a guy that size, a 6.70 cone drill which shows elite agility and a 39″ vertical which shows elite explosion.. Maybe that’s why Philly took him in the 2nd RD, he Mike Mamula’d them. They pretty much gave up on the guy after one season.
Rowe started only 12 games in 3 seasons for the Patriots and played in 21 games. I’m not saying Eric Rowe can’t be the guy, but so far 2 teams, and make that 2 very solid organizations like the Eagles and Patriots can’t find a way to get this guy to work, it’s a little disconcerting. He has played well in practice and looked good in the preseason so far, but it just shows how poor our quality depth is at CB at the moment after Xavien Howard. Cornell Armstrong, Jalen Davis, Chris Lammons, Cordrea Tankersley and David Rivers. Chris Lammons has flashed some but is anyone here confident that he can handle the pressure of being picked on constantly as teams avoid throwing to the side X is on? That’s a lot to handle.
Some guys develop late, some guys just need the right opportunity to shine. It looks like Rowe is going to be given every opportunity and more to seize the job opposite X so it won’t be for a lack of chances that he doesn’t succeed here. Eric Rowe was a starter at CB in college at Utah. Who was that big Utah CB we had here that everyone loved? Was it Sun Sentinel, er Sean Smith? Smith was a lightning rod. Some hated him, some defended him. My recollection is I was a Sean Smith sympathizer. I thought he was unfairly treated by the haters although he was never a great player for us. He was at the very least a serviceable player for us. Smith started 56 games in 4 seasons for us. Can Rowe give us anything like that? The SS haters will hate this statement, but if Rowe can be as good as Sean Smith, I think we’ve done well.

“They said I won’t be traded this year” is the paste already had after the cut. Does sound like the right trade offers just weren’t there. He’s cuttable next year though, which feel cruel saying since like the player.
That was interesting. Philly traded up with us to draft Rowe in the 2nd round giving us their 4th round pick which we used to draft Ballage and now we have Rowe also.
My completely unfounded trade rumor that would make sense: Eli to Indy
Interesting
Would make a whole lot of sense. Also guessing some Kaep articles on their way.
I don’t see Kaep as a big upgrade over Brisette
Wasn’t a football comment on Kaep…. more a judging the media, particularly social media. But could be wrong.
So Luck pulls a Larry Csonka and goes to play in the XFL.
Can’t he is still under contract with the Colts
XFL is not NFL,
so that contract thing does not apply, right?
I mean he could go work for Wal Mart ,right?
No the Colts still have the contractual rights to him regardless of what league he is in. If he plays football in the CFL or XFL they would have to come to terms with the Colts. When Csonka, Kiick and Warfield went to the WFL they were not under contract
He can go work for Walmart because he is not playing football
It really depends on the contract language
I don’t think, unless xfl and nfl have a deal, the contract with the colts necessarily prevents him from playing in the xfl or another league – but that’s not a simple answer
I managed to find the nfl contract online
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1573683/000104746913009713/a2216998zex-10_3.htm
I think this is just the nfl standard contract and the teams have other contracts
And yeah it prevents him from playing football anywhere else
If luck did that the colts may have remedies for breach of contract, but preventing him from entering into another contract in another league is probably not one of them
I’m pretty sure Luck can say, sue me Colts and just play in the xfl in spite of the breach
If that happens I can imagine the colts and the nfl going to court to seek injunctive relief and stop it from happening (claiming he agreed not to) – I’m just not sure that’s enforceable
I doubt that plays out though
PIggy:
The Colts can move for injunctive relief to enforce the non compete clause which would prevent Luck from playing for another team unless the Colts agreed to some form of compensation from that team. This is exactly how it works in MLB when they sign from the Japanese league
But I don’t think the order of an injunctive relief in a certainty to occur
Noncompete clauses aren’t exactly foolproof
In sports contracts they are pretty bulletproof. As I said in MLB specifically to negotiate with a Japanese player you have to pay the Japanese team for the rights to negotiate and potentially sign the player. It would be no different in football
Ultimately I think the Colts do nothing but tank for Tua
Indy does not need a starting QB. Brissett will do just fine.
Jnless he doesn’t.
in which case they have a high draft pick and get a shiny new rookie.
“Fuck it for Frommmmmm”
is the Colts new mantra.
Vegas had the Colts over/under at 9.5…… tied for 5th in the NFL.
let the dust settle and take the over, brissett and reich won’t go down easy
That was the number from before. Will be interested in what the new one is. How much was Luck worth?
I understand that and everyone probably scrambled to take the under, now vegas will have to drop it real low to offset the bets, all they want is to have as much winners as losers and take the vig.
Guess it would depend on how quick they reacted. If took the bet off the board soon as the news hit should be left with even amounts at the first number and now just have to re-set…. and do it again with a new number that evens out.
I think I owe Ken $250 for the consultation.
Naples you just became my favorite client.
Doug Martin just became available ( Texans ) ??
I’m beginning to think Flores is dekin everybody about Rosen
and he has been planning to start him all along.
Then right after i type that I think
No, Rosen will not play until he’s “ready.”
Then I think there is a “Grand Plan,” like “Play Rosen after the bye, no matter what.”
Or “Play Fitz until the magic turns tragic. then go to Rosen.”
What would be cool is if they do the same pattern in the Regular season they have done in the preseason, which is to start Fitz so we don’t give the game away early, then bring in Rosen all fresh and having watched on the sideline and BOOM we win in the 4th.
But that only works in college, i guess.
Ken
*Naple$ rate$ i.e. the city, not me.
I don’t care as long as I get paid
BBM,
I think it’s gong to be a good fight to the finish. The Cards and Cubs have both been streaky this year. It seems to me like all season we win 5 of 6, then lose 4 of 5. I think we’ll swap the division lead a few more times before it’s all said and done. Heck, the Brewers have been hanging around all season too, and may still have something to say.
Oh, so the Mets lose 3 and now they’re out? OK, I’m still watchin’!
FYI Luck and the rest were not the 2013 QB class it was the 2012 class.
That’s what I was thinking. Couldn’t remember for sure but I thought we were off on the years
Here is my take on Luck. He heas a right to his life and the direction he takes it and he shouldn’t be booed or disrespected for it. Still fandom is akin to the days when people use to go to the arenas for gladiator events. There is little care for the participants and humanity has shown time and again to be selfish, self-gratifying and callous when it comes to it’s heros. The word hero might as well be removed and replaced with the real world we already have for it. Slavery.
I don’t blame the fans for acting like that because that’s the people that most of society is. It’s ugly, but that’s reality.
.. I originally brought up the XFL because Jerry Jones in his reaction to Luck retiring said “ I hope he goes on to be POTUS.. I recalled his dad Oliver had been in politics and googled to see what became of him , and was surprised to see he was CEO/Commissioner of XFL …The XFL model is , from what I hear, set up as all players are hired by the League, and not to a very high salary which is same for either everyone or same for all positions.. once the league has hired the players , they will have a draft to disperse players to teams.. and they don’t play until next year.. Andrew will not get rich playing there, but with his dad running the show , if he finds he misses playing or being involved, it could be a future option for him … if the league lasts that long
Not meant as a reply there I just woke up from a nap 🙃
Okay did not see that one coming …
M , he has not been dressed for any PS games has he ?
He got Bobby McCained
D, I don’t get how you invoke the word slavery to guys who of their own free will play a sport and become multi millionaires. Fans are pissed off because they lost their starting QB 2 weeks before the season is about to start.
Go read it again, he’s not talking about for the players, but through the eyes of the fans. It’s how the fans portray the players. Its skin to he was my hero while he was a Colt and as soon as he’s gone he’s a bum.
I’m not a lawyer but I play one in Piggi’s nightmares and there is no way Luck can just go and play in the XFL without the Colts say so ie; he gets out of his contract with the team.
You are correct and I am a lawyer in all of your nightmares…oh wait that is reality
You’re a whole separate nightmare
I get why Luck quit and I get why fans are pissed. No big surprise or big deal imo
He’s pussy whipped, it’s obvious lol
The things we do for love
No doubt

I don’t believe so, but I don’t know for sure.
I think he played in week 1 then got hurt the following week in practice
Saving for a Tunsilectomy
Perhaps.
Thank you.. good to see ya popping in regularly again 👍👍
Thanks, Manitoba! I’m semi-regular these days, though.
Nothing some Ex-Lax can’t fix, though. 🙂
Try adding Fiber to yer diet 🤡
Cutting TJ just shows how idiotic it was for him to even be on the roster. I mean, if you’re going to cut someone to save $1M
Wow McDonald was released. He’s been hurt a lot this TC and PS so maybe that played a role in it but maybe they don’t feel he’s a fit either.
Against the cap, actually less than $1M, then it’s obvious he’s playing out of position and not getting it done. Gase…
We loved Ajayi when he was here scoring touchdowns and getting 200 yard games and as soon as he got traded we, as a fan base, went into defense mode about him. Oh he was a malcontent, oh he didn’t want to do what he was supposed to, yards yada. That being the case I never considered him an indentured servant to us. He was just another ex-Fin like the many before and after him.
Figure of speech
It’s like saying the inmates are running the asylum… but those Houston players were too stupid to understand that, or just wanted to…
First I tried adding to the first post and it posted, then this was supposed to be a continuation of my last post.
Well you cleared that right up.
Bobby McCain playing safety should’ve been the first clue one of our safeties were leaving.
Changing OL coaches, giving E some 1st team reps…putting players in position to succeed.
The more moves that are made, the more credibility Flores will get.
I don’t know anything about Josh Jones, but if he’s a FS he may be a good get.
TJ was always a bad hire, always redundant to Reshad, always inferior to Reshad.
I like the guy, but he needs to be on a team that needs an in the box SS.
We barely need one of those guys, not 2. (starters, earning starter money)
It’s ok to have a back-up, but Lammons plays ST, soooo …
Mariotta sacked for a safety.
Promote Tannehill.
I think we’ll see some more releases that might surprise a bit. I’m not shocked we released TJ but a little surprised.
This camera angle is strange … not sure I like it
Tannehill is in the game.
Holy Hell he was sacked !!!! 🤯
Tanny still no pocket presence.
And still playing Charlie Checkdown.
That was an amazing punt
YUP!!!
What punt🤔
All three actually 🙃
Mason Rudolph is in the game.
The other Steeler QB looks like eyebrowless Juwan James.
LOL, I hear ya, Steve!
No that’s Ryan Shazier 😊
#5 they just showed him on the bench next to Washinton.
RUDOLPH to WASHINGTON!!! TD!!!
Nice throw !!
In the rain, even!
I think the rain helped, the CB seemed to have lost his footing.
He always could throw on the rollout well
^
FWIW (some will appreciate, some will not), I had Mason Rudolph rated higher than Josh Rosen heading into the 2018 Draft. I still can’t believe Rudolph lasted until the 3rd round.
Lord knows I hope I’m wrong, being Rosen is on our team!
Holy Hell he threw to a TE 🤯
Still short of 1st down tho lol
Tannehill’s been doing that over the last 2 preseason games as a Titan. Absolutely STRANGE to me, too!
Makes one think it was Gase
Very possibly.
Boy Mayfield looked awful the other night.
Yep NFLN guys were saying he best stop talking to and about Giants QB and start reading his playbook ..
LOL
to me he is one bad decision from Manziel 2.0.
Tannehill throws a 12-yd 1st down and his OL gets a hands to the face so instead, it’s 3rd and 17.
Just like in Miami.
^
He stands back there so long though, if there wasn’t holding it would’ve been a sack.
Miscommunication INT
So idiot Tannehill promptly takesw a sack. Just like in Miami.
I’m going to patent the Tannesack😉
I wouldn’t call Tannehill an idiot. I’m actually rooting for him in Tennessee. But it would seem he’s been prone to make the same mistakes on a consistent basis.
Lauren May already have that 🤔
I was referring to Rudolph’s INT, and Collinsworth said the same thing I did.
Lol. Oy vey
It’s ok to let him go, we didn’t invest anything in him to get him, other than a few cap dollars.
I’m not really upset
It’s what we are in 2019
So on 3rd and 12, Tannehill throws for 10 and the WR fumbles instead of getting the 1st.
Punt.
Just like in Miami.
PS I am a huge Tannehill fan.
but jeez man, break out of your stereotype, will ya?
To whom are you addressing, man?
Pretty sure Naples was talking to Tannehill
Got ya, Manitoba. Thank you.
I always hate the dead money
it’s not going to hurt us this year as we have cap space and no huge needs unless we decide to waste a wad on Clowney-face.
Bad moves by bad coaches, as I’m pretty sure it was all Gase.
Sometimes you have to cut loose, you cant worry about how much dead cap money, if it benefits you. If it makes sense now just do it.
Mason Rudolph regressing to the mean.
Texans signed Ajayi….
And the irony? Due to Lamar Miller going down. I’ll always love both Lamar and Ajayi.
Titans RBs are 5 att for 5 yards
oops, 6 for 10.
whoa spoke too soon … nice 23 yd scamper
Naples: I also don’t think his shotgunning a beer at the Baseball game was smiled upon by management either
gosh you think Flores might take a dim view?
nahhhhh
… oh hell yeah, that counts.
I hate dead money and trading away draft picks, but sometimes it makes sense. As for the TJ cutting I dont see it yet, unless it’s to get Bobby on the field and give TJ a chance to play else where. Its costing us money to cut him, so why not just use him for depth.
Maybe they want the roster spot for a Young un .. I dunno but this staff seems to have a plan and focus , which is nice to see if not unusual
Statue
Just crushed …..
Ajayi to TExas is a great get for them and a great landing spot for Jay.
I was always a big fan of Ajayi.
Me too, buddy.
Does Akayi have anything left? They said his knee was only good for about 5 years.
That is why I thought he had not yet found a team .. I too wish him well..
annnnnnd Tannehill takes a drive-killing sack in the 2 minute drill.
There is that stereotype again. C’mon, man.
Its costing $1M to cut TJ, so why not just keep him and save the $500K his replacements counts against the cap and cut him next year?
cuz Lammons needs the roster spot
Ok, then there it is. I guess TJ wouldn’t be playing ST.
There’s a place here called the Children’s Museum of Naples.
Officially, they call it
CMON
I kid you not.
google it
Some rich Golisano (sp) family funded it.
Anyone else not comfortable with Preston Williams on punt/ kick returns ?
He does not appear fast enough to avoid tacklers, or injuries for that matter .. hope he gets back to his earlier Balling out, and makes the team straight up as a WR …
There aren’t too many players who have the size of Preston to be legit PR/KRs. They generally lack the quick twitch and swiftness to be great at such a role. The only exception that comes to my mind? Cordarrelle Patterson.
I think he’s Ok, but not if he’s going to be a big O contributor.
HE looks uncomfortable and slow… I fear he will get injured as a result of those factors…
Luck will never come back, I saw the look on his wife’s face that David posted yesterday😠
My wife came up with an interesting thought.. perhaps either it comes out he has a condition that inhibits recovery ALS, fybromialga.. drs advise best help to heal is under banned substances .. take 2 years off use the “illegal” drugs to get better , have time to flush from system without the risk of being suspended..
Logan Woodside has entered the game.
You sure that’s not still RT ?? 🤔😊
Notice they signed TJ xxxing or something to run back kicks after watching Preston get almost killed back there, because he is so slow and such a juicy target.
It’s Grant’s job anyway and he is perfect for it, tiny and blazing fast.
Oh okay so not just me then 👍👍 , hope they give up on that idea , and again hopefully he makes team based on WR skills IE reverts to looking like he did week one not week 2?
Luck is tired of being the punching bag behind that crap OL.
He has taken some serious injuries with internal bleeding and such.
And then stupid Frank Reich goes and fires the one OL coach who finally got Luck some protection schemes that work
(plus they drafted one good guy).
Tannehill finished 6/9 for 62. Not too bad.
But he took 14 sacks.
Mariota was 0/3 for 0 yds and a safety.
And that was with Lewan in for some of game… he’s suspended for start of season
Little redundant?
Jeez I can’t believe it’s bedtime.
I need to get into football shape…
gotta get my game face on so i can stay up late
for Sunday night football
and Monday night football
and Thursday night football
and not get fired for nodding out on the jobsite.
What do you mean bedtime, it’s still light out🤔
You’re in desert time out there, Bub.
It’s the real world here in the 13 colonies.
Logan gives up a sack/fumble to Alualu.
Those Samoans ought to be banned.
Yikes!
Cordarrelle is a freak of nature.
If he had a measurable IQ, he would be in the HoF.
Many NFL players didn’t have a measurable IQ, yet still made the HOF. This is fact.
Cordarrelle is a 2x All-Pro on STs. Dude is really nice on KRs. Wish he was cerebral enough to run a full route tree, but it seems he’s not going to be able to do as much.
Joshua Dobbs is not a legit NFL QB.
Rudock is better than almost any 3rd QB out there except maybe Trace McSorley and a couple others.
btw I think Jarrett Stidham is the real deal. He might be the heir in NE.
Vrabel is such a wuss.
4th and 1 on the 4 in the preseason and down by 2 TDs and he kicks a FG.
Okay I see the Dobbs/James thing now
WOW, Herron!!!
That was crazy
VERY crazy, Manitoba!
INT Dobbs.
Called it.
Here’s why stats can be so misleading: Baker six quarterback pressures (that’s great), and has allowed just 12 yards receiving on 35 (very impressive) coverage snaps. Yet the QB rating was 64.6. Seems to me that you should get more credit when the ball isn’t thrown your way, because you may actually be covering someone.
Defensive stats for QB rating is ass backwards. They should figure in how many times you’re in coverage, then get additional points for incomplete when thrown to your man and ints, but points removed for catches and yards (with short/negative receptions a plus and also a plus for short receptions on 3rd down not resulting in 1st downs).
Dobbs and James and Shazier all have the same condition that makes them lose all their hair, eyebrows included. It’s called alopecia I believe
ole mcdonald had a team, ei ei o
and on his team they had better talent ei ei o
with a Minkah here and a Reshad Jones there, here a corner, there a safety, everywhere a nickel nickel
now old mcdonalds needs a job, ei ei GO

Lol at real world – 13 colonies. In what real world is Florida a part of the 13 colonies🤔
CMON Naples😉
LMAO
maybe this will help shed some light
Spain’s hold on Florida was tenuous in the years after American independence, and numerous boundary disputes developed with the United States. In 1819, after years of negotiations, Secretary of State John Quincy Adams achieved a diplomatic coup with the signing of the Florida Purchase Treaty, which officially put Florida into U.S. hands at no cost beyond the U.S. assumption of some $5 million of claims by U.S. citizens against Spain.
Lammons sure got the job done on STs, but I haven’t paid much attention to him in coverage, anyone, anyone…
Steve, I have seen him with a couple PD’s and always seems to be on his man. He is versatile also. Can play safety as well. Plus, he is a hitter as we have seen on ST’s and in run support.
Nice find, making the TJ cut more and more worthy.
This place may not have all the answers, but it sure has a lot of them.
With TJ now gone it makes sense why Minkah has played some SS, and why guys like Omar should just STFU sometimes.
Who do we have as the first team dime back?
I’d say Minkah at nick
Jones and McCain at Safety
X and ex patriot at Corner
So any of Lammons, Armstrong or whoever else survives the cuts as the 6th DB
There’s likely 20 sub packages we’ll be using, so each guy will have a role somewhere at sometime.
If it works out well with McCain at FS, we surely needed more of a coverage guy back there, then Flores really does know what he’s doing.
I feel like the move was predicated on Flores wanting the larger Minkah closer to the LOS.
If it doesn’t work we can always switch them back and may from time to time based on matchups.
I think TJ didn’t really fit what they wanted to do. We all thought he would fit the multiples thing because we see him as a hybrid LB/S but it must be that he hasn’t really shown he could be that guy, or that they would rather have a hawk in the secondary than a mountain ram. They seem to prioritize pass defending skills, and truthfully i would tend to agree. I dont want the guy at the back half of my defense being the guy im prioritizing to make the tackles. Id hope my LB’s would be the primary ones in that group, preferably DT’s and DE’s but there are reasons their tackle number are generally low.
And Flores has the balls to make the move, when he sees a square peg.

Thanks for the assist Steve, and yeah you are spot on. its more how its so easy to dispose and move on and forget these guys are human. It is a business and sometimes they do get treated poorly being cut or whatnot, but i just think we as fan forget sometimes these are human beings too. That wasnt an easy decision for Luck, so he has the weight of his decision already laid heavy on him and then fans just throw more bricks on the load as they walk him to the door.
Social media has made people car drivers in the rest of life.
I’m guessing Lammons’ versatility, Flores special, has earned him a spot on 53.
Jones SS and some LB, McCain FS aand CB, Lammons S and CB, X is X, DTs seem to be interchangeable all over the line, Harris DE and LB, Baker all over the field, E coverage, blitz, run stuff,
Minkah defense
Flores has already put his stamp on this D.
I really like Wingfield’s breakdown on plays. Could you imagine if Omar tried to do that for us on Rosen’s scramble and long completion to Ford.
“Notice how New Bea dropped back to far allowing pressure to get to him. Would have been a sack but the defensive player had an off night. If Ford hadn’t made a huge play by continuing his route, New Bae would have taken a sack or thew an INT. LOL
Every week in preseason different guys have flashed that weren’t on the team last year. Does anyone remember this many new guys flashing in preseason like this before? Is it because we have so many new guys or because Flores knows how to use players to their strengths?
Who will be the guy this week?
I think it is a combination of finding good talent to fit A SCHEME THAT WORKS!
does anyone remember ANY preseasons other than this years? lol
You could be right, but i find it tough to remember preseason games that dont count

players arent as much slaves as we are,
the matrix and government enslaves us all with oppressive taxation without representation,.and corporations expect us to work for almost nothing, while CEO’s take the majority of the money
but players are bought and sold like slaves, and often not respected or treated as equal humans

the employer must pay tipped employees a direct wage that equals the Florida minimum wage minus the 2003 tip credit. Accordingly, the minimum wage for tipped employees in Florida will increase to $5.44 per hour in January 2019
if a company has to cheat hours of someone making $5.44 an hour, WTF
the blue haired manager came over and asked how i was doing, lol big mistake
i said Good morning Cruella Deville, , i am fine because i DONT work for You
TJ cut shocked me, especially given the contract. And the guy could close and hit. Perfect for a zone scheme.
Same time remember how Jones sulked cause wasn’t playing every snap? He should be close to that now.
the Fins have cheaper options than Mcdonald, so of course they are going cheap
cheaper options are always preferred over pricey veterans in Miami, we have seen dozens of veterans released over the years because we were too cheap to pay them
here come the salary cap excuses, but when is the last time Miami was in cap trouble?
and why do our players leave for more money, and other teams have more money than we do?
David — yes here come the salary cap excuses. They paid a million in cap to have him not play for us this season.
And Ross is not cheap. You can bash him in any way you want but not for that. Spends every single cent allowed on the roster. Many owners don’t do that.
are we in salary cap trouble this year?
This is a very ignorant post. We were in cap hell to start the league year.
It’s not about being cheap, it’s about managing the cap. What do you think they’re talking about when they say a team has a big advantage when their QB is on his rookie contract?
If we were cheap we wouldn’t carry over cap from year to year, the team has spent as much as they were allowed and even more if you count the stadium renovations.
Please describe how the team is being cheap?
actually Miami ISNT in cap trouble, we have 22 million available
https://overthecap.com/salary-cap/miami-dolphins/
so cutting Mcdonald has NOTHING to do with getting us out of trouble, we arent there
but everything to do with being cheap
That’s so clueless I dont know where to begin.
steve, no need to be ignorant on the cap space, google it
That has nothing to do with it. TJ was cut, because he didnt fit with what Flores was trying to do and didn’t want to hold a roster spot for him at the expense of another player that fits.
As for the cap space, we actually took a hit on the cap to get rid of him.
I’d actually like to think they cut him cause there was no way he’d ever fit in the new scheme and were willing to do him a favor to get him somewhere his skills would fit.
Long as Ross keeps carrying the cap over from year to year….. just think of it like a bank account. Don’t spend it now…. it’s there for later.
I like McDonald, but he has always been considered a liability in coverage and Miami already has a box safety in Jones. With the premium they seem to be putting on coverage skills and their inability to cover TE and RB in previous years, McDonald’s release isn’t that surprising. Nothing to do with salary or cap, just doesn’t have the skillset to fit this defense.
Surprising cause they are paying a million in cap over his 2019 number not to have him on the team. But yeah that is why not about salary or cap on steroids. Still think he would be good in a read and react zone scheme….. and man can he lay dudes out.
LMFAO!
Hands down the best windowlicker gif ever, LOL.

Oh, so the Mets lose 3 and now they’re out? OK, I’m still watchin’!

LOL, BBM and I were talking about winning our division. Only teams like the Mets care about that 😉
damn, I messed that up. It was supposed to say – “You’re talking about the wildcard. Only teams like the Mets…”
But the burn loses its sting when the guy who posts it can’t even get all the words written, lol. DOH!
