So now the mystery is revealed, the 2022 NFL Schedule has finally been released. By the amount of “Prime Time” games the Dolphins have received, 3, it appears the NFL schedulers don’t believe the Dolphins are a top tier team. The Dolphins do get a Thursday Night Football game against the Cincinnati Bengals in Cincy Week 4 (September 29th) for PT game #1. The Pittsburgh Steelers will visit the Dolphins for a Sunday Night matchup Week 7 for PT game #2 (October 23rd). The Dolphins final prime time appearance will be Christmas Day, home against the Packers. There’s another theory floating about that the Dolphins get a bit of a slap in the face, specifically Dolphins owner Steve Ross, for the whole Brian Flores’ lawsuit fiasco, and of course the tanking controversy that comes with it. I’d love to think it it’s the latter rather than the former, but we’ll likely never know.
I’m surprised and disappointed the Dolphins only get 3 prime time games, considering the Chicago Bears also get 3. I was shocked to find out this morning as I listened to WQAM as weekly guest Mike Florio from PFT agreed the Dolphins should have more prime time appearances. If Mike Florio says the Dolphins should get more respect, rest assured we should get more respect!Moving on from prime time games, we face FOUR Prime Time teams in a row. We will host the Patriots Week 1, then travel to Baltimore to face the Ravens. We go back home to face the Bills, who we just have not belonged on the same playing field with. Then we travel to Cincinnati to face the Super Bowl runner up Bengals. That’s a tough stretch right there.
In Week 13, we start our second tough stretch with 3 road games starting with the a West Coast trip to San Francisco to play Darlene’s 49ers. We stay on the West Coast in Cali to play to the Chargers in Los Angeles in Week 14. Then back to the East Coast to face our nemesis and division rival in the cold climes of Upstate NY to face the Bills. Then we face the Green Bay Packers for a toasty warm Christmas Day matchup. Then up north again to meet up with the Patriots in Foxboro on New Year’s Day. The season finale will be at home against the New York Jets.
I think those two tough stretches will define this team. Will HC Mike McDaniel be able to start strong facing four very formidable opponents right out of the gate? The middle of the season may provide a little relief with the Lions, Bears, Browns and Texans, but we will need to be in good enough shape at that juncture to be a playoff team, we can’t be 1-5 or 2-4, because the schedule gets pretty tough right after that facing the Niners, Bolts, Bills and Packers, and then a tough matchup against the new and improved Jets for the finale.
Let the Fest deliberations begin!

GO DOLPHINS!!!!
Note: The Fest Poll is on the right of the screen – Please vote if you wish to attend a particular date. Thanks

It’s never too late to do what’s right.
Again why take some kind of action because this event happened and not others?
We need to prioritize
If you want to take action to prevent these types of shooting, then a good starting place would be to start with mental health, another place would be to kick the media in the ass
I don’t have the bandwidth to defend everyone’s actions or non actions. But this cause is easy to justify supporting
Jahn, it blows my mind how quickly people want to politicize everything rather then seeing it for what it is.
Stanger politicized it when he posted it here
Do you think he randomly picked that one?
Should be obvious no one wants any mass shooting
If I had a gun and was standing next to this loonie I would’ve taken him out
It’s a current event, it just happened today and 10 of our citizens are dead.
steve — I didn’t politicize anything. Merely put out some facts known at the time. If you connected some dots off those…. well you were right. Guy is getting charged with a hate crime and put out a manifesto on line.
Talked to the boss, and if Fest is Vikes game I can take Friday and Monday off , so we could do it …
😃
At home that’s an even
Watching the Pets at Dolphins week 18. Those throwbacks look so great.
Got a house full of 20 somethings drinking and getting ready to go to the club. My youngest daughter turned 21 last month and has been spreading her wings. I’ve got her brother and his gal taking her out and taking care of her. Struggling with seeing her all dressed up. She’ll always be that sweet little 6 y/o girl to me. Sigh…
The fact that there are only 2 of them now is the exclamation point
Don’t worry the next part of your life is the best part
You get to scream at clouds!
LOL
1. Complains about weather
2. Watches it clear up
3. Gets tapas and margaritas
4. Gets rained on
5. Goes home wet and buzzed
6. Takes nap
7. Wakes up to people arguing about how to describe a mass shooting

You are on the most wanted to attend the Fest list. Would be awesome to meet you.
——————
Thanks, appreciate that! If I had a bucket list, a FEST would be on it. I really want to get to one.
So the shooter was shot by an armed security guard at the store but was wearing body armor so it didn’t do anything. The shooter then shot and killed the security guard
Unfortunately head shots only…… I don’t understand how you just let someone like that surrender. You already did the crime., now it’s time for eye for an eye. Unfortunately now we’ll try to dissect his mind and waste tons of money where it could be put elsewhere. Possibly helping those who are in need or have mental issues…. no matter what completely horrible and unacceptable
I’d turn the camera’s off and look the other way.
BOLTS eliminated the Leafs 👍👍
YAHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
TAKE THAT, JOHN TAVARES!!!!!!!!!
BOLTS WIN when many in the media said “No Chance against the Leafs!”
—————————-
Now the sobering reality. Brayden Point, the NHL’s leading playoff goal scorer over the last 5 seasons with 38 playoff goals, is likely DONE FOR THE SEASON!!
AND NOW FOR THE KICKER:
ANYONE WHO UNDERESTIMATES THIS LIGHTNING TEAM IS AN IDIOT!!
Two seasons ago, the Bolts won with Stamkos missing nearly ALL of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Last year, and much of this season, too, Kucherov missed much of the season. In fact, he didn’t look very good tonight, either. Yet they found a way TO WIN.
—————————
VASELEVSKIY had, for him, a below average regular season and a below average playoff season UNTIL TONIGHT. Tonight, he stepped up and limited one of the top scoring teams in the NHL to ONE GOAL IN THEIR OWN BUILDING!!–He found a way TO WIN.
————————–
Need I remind the skeptics that THIS IS A CHAMPIONSHIP CALIBER TEAM?? – – APPARENTLY THE ANSWER IS “YES!” One of the early lines already has the Florida Panthers strongly favored to eliminate the Lightning in the next rounds of the playoffs. But, as Lee Corso might say “NOT SO FAST, MY FRIEND!” Indeed, the Bolts beat the Panthers in last year’s playoffs, even though the Panthers were the higher-ranked and favored team with the home ice advantage!!!
—————————–
As Leafs’ fans already know, history is a VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR. Indeed, athe Leafs’ playoff JINX will continue for yet ANOTHER SEASON (all you puck-heads got that???)!! So, despite the Florida Panthers impressive regular season, DON’T BE SURPRISED IF THE LIGHTNING find a way to win yet ANOTHER SERIES IN WHICH THEY WERE THE UNDERDOGS!!
—————————
Time for Bolts’ fans to do just a little bit of celebrating, eh???
True story. Just bonded an Asian dude out for DUI. His middle name is Phuc. I bet that is what he said when he got pulled over.
NOTE TO KONG: Both of my daughters are in their mid-to-late 50’s!! And my oldest great grand daughter (age 17) has been dating for over 2 years. So DON’T start to feel even a little bit old just Yet!!
lol, OD, that does grant some perspective.
It’s not so much that I feel old as it is just missing when my kids were youngins, especially my youngest. We’ve got the granddaughter now who is only one and a half, and that helps 🙂
Right there with you Cav. My daughter turned 30 and first grandchild turned 1 last year and I was like WTF happened. Am I an old guy now???
https://fb.watch/d07QXr5Tun/
Video of Tua throws in practice
The next video SHOULD BE of Tua throwing so-so passes right-handed!!
I wonder how many of his critics would even notice he’s throwing with the wrong hand???
LOL Randy, you got a valid point there.
I saw a very slight wobble in one of those spirals, he’s trash! 😉
You can see Tua getting bigger. He’s building his NFL body.
BACK IN THE EARLY 1970’s (when i was in my mid-to-late 20’s) my celebrations sometimes lasted almost until sunrise. By the time of my early 50’s, there was LESS TO CELEBRATE. But, when I did, I was done by 1:00 AM at the latest. NOW, 11:00 PM is the deadline. But, hey, I’m STILL CELEBRATING!! – – And THAT, in itself, is something to celebrate, right boys and gals?
———–
HELL, for the next Dolphins’ Super Bowl win, I PLAN TO STAY UP AT LEAST UNTIL 1:00 AM AGAIN!!! – – I CHALLENGE STEVE ROSS TO TOP THAT!!!
BBM…Yep you’re a geezer now. However, be consoled both OD and I are way in front of you. We’re blessed with 4 grandchildren. Oldest is 26,21,13 and 7. No great CKs yet thank goodness.
Thank you for accepting me into the league of geezerdom! I also appreciate you letting me realize I am still just a rookie geezer. lol
SR would just pop some speed. He hates to lose OD.
You’re welcome BBM. Geezer is a lotta fun. Get away with loads of crap.
I look forward to that.
Ted Nugent, who bragged about dodging the draft, just called for everyone at a rally to crush the skulls of Democrats.
That’s just great. That’s the intelligent way to show how mentally superior your party is.
Sex drugs and rock and roll
So does one become a geezer when they become a grandfather? Does that mean I’m not a geezer yet? lol
I think it’s when you get your AARP card
I got that years ago . . . Guess I’m a geezer
I refuse to get that card
I voted for the Vikings game as that works best with my schedule and it appears now that both the Tobas and the Mike E’s can make that one as well 😃
I have accepted many of the trappings of aging, and I only just retired 10 months ago, but for some reason, I cannot bring myself to get that AARP card. It has probably cost me money.
My excuse was that I was not retired, but really it is something else, some kind of symbolism of a refusal to give up something, to become irrelevant or marginalized.
Since when is the president of the US in charge of the supply of baby formula?
Didn’t we all just start hearing of this?
I have a new baby grandson. I am on the front lines of this. My family did not know there was an impending shortage until it hit.
Weren’t you surprised by the sudden shortage of toilet paper during the COVID crisis?
Was Trump guilty of not noticing that toilet paper shelves were going to come up empty?
Such strange anomalies always catch us off guard. If they didn’t, they wouldn’t be anything.
I think the last sentence is why Biden is blamed. The perception that he (his executive agencies) are in the way of a solution. Supply chain is also an issue and also blamed on current policies.
“The shortage can be traced back to a contamination problem at an Abbott factory that produces much of the Similac formula, as well as several other brands, for the US market, Abbott voluntarily shut down the factory in February, amid consumer complaints about contaminated formula that was linked to two infant deaths. As of mid-May, it’s still not up and running again. As Politico reported this week, it’s not exactly clear why Abbott and the FDA have failed to come to an agreement that would allow the plant to resume producing formula and help alleviate the shortage.”
That is my understanding also.
That’s a good way to describe it Phish
And you can say that across the board not just with baby formula but with other supply chain issues too
But another layer to it is the overwhelming effect one company can have on the distribution of goods in the US – and that screams dangerous monopoly to me.
One factory shutting down having this kind of effect is probably the result of one company having so much control over the industry
larger companies crushing smaller companies is the result of decades of trickle down economics as recently as the 2017 tax cut. That’s actually what they use their new resources for. Sure they create jobs if/when they grow, they also hurt other small business
The federal govt should be able to shut down a contaminated factory linked to infant deaths without it crushing an entire industry – but they can’t bc abbot is the only one doing it
Ted Nugent is far right. Been that way for a long time. His comment is Maxine Waters-ish. Like Madonna wanting to blow up the White House. BS and inexcusable.
—————
I don’t have AARP. Do I get cut from Geezer rookie status or just sent down to the Geezer Practice Squad?
—————
I know they have tons of baby formula and excess stock on pallets at the border for Illegals. People just need to fly down there and ask for some. Just be sure to tell them you are NOT a citizen or else they may turn you away and tell you to put that baby back on the titty.
Becoming a geezer is when you can outdo a Karen. Makes them cry, then they get arrested.
It’s easy to make a Karen cry, but to outdo one??? Sheesh, I may never lose my Geezer Rookie status.
Watching other NFL QBs, the one thing I’ve noticed for years is the great majority of them throw a lot of wobbly passes, Tua isn’t one of them, his passes in general are quite crisp, with tight spirals, a very pretty pass
Sure some of his passes come up short at times, but in general I think he tries to put touch on the ball more than he cares about throwing the fast ball
After all the position is QB, and not thrower
The video above, that Hill put out (Ken posted), shows he can put some mustard on them
Not meant to be a reply above.

This is a similar scheduling advantage, that the league gave the Rams last year and why I said, the NFL wants Rams to win the 2021 SB
The Buffalo Bills. Buffalo emerged from the schedule release with a plus-13-day net rest differential relative to its opponents, best in the league. The Bills face zero opponents off a bye. This is a small — but meaningful — factor in projecting the season! Honorable mention: the Lions, who have a plus-11-day differential.
Then we have this genius
Which late-season matchup will have playoff implications?
Fowler: Patriots at Bills, Week 18. That New England travels to Buffalo for the season finale feels fitting. New England returns to the scene where it threw the ball three times in gusting winds and still somehow controlled the game. Though last year’s Bills broke through with back-to-back wins over the Patriots (including playoffs), the Patriots have caused them problems over the years and could do the same here with playoff positioning on the line.
It’s easy to make a Karen cry, but to outdo one??? Sheesh, I may never lose my Geezer Rookie status.
————————————————————
Tis easy just turn what they are yelling back on them. Drives them nuts.
‘Ahem…Excuse me then snap your fingers and say,”Go get me these things” while pulling out your phone pretending to make a call.
When they make the guppy face say,”Well go on..shoo….go and do your job, I’m in a hurry.”
That’s when they lose it and security gets called.
Genius! lol
Ken – Let me clarify – I was offered AARP years ago. I don’t actually have it. I think it was close to 9 years ago that I was offered the AARP card
You’re a smart man Mike
I get mailing offers all the time. Just trash them.
What is the benfit to aarp? I don’t even know what they do?
Spend a lot on lobbying as I understand it.
I started getting membership offers at least 5 years before I was actually eligible. Pissed me off. They can keep their discount.
What is the benfit to aarp? I don’t even know what they do?
——————-
What I have heard is AARP gets you discounts at various places and you can earn points. Membership is real cheap I think due to probably 40mil+ members. They supposedly address issues for the 50+ age group. They say they are bipartisan and don’t give money to politicians or political groups/parties but then they spend MANY millions on lobbyists. So there’s that. Don’t know anything about what issues they pay lobbyists for. I would imagine if you join, you probably get tons of life insurance spam mail.
I am retired military so I take advantage of those discounts and have great insurance so I have no interest in AARP.
Ah, I owe Herd a beer. Cheers lovely lady!
If you pay for an AARP membership you’re basically helping fund a left wing political group, if your ideas line up with that, then by all means join them, but if not don’t bitch about the left while you’re funding one of their donors
wow I refused to join because I found their politics, or at least the candidates they said to support, too right wing!!!
When I was dealing with The Hill they were quite unilateral in just supporting issues for the benefit of senior citizens. One of those single issue focused groups. What changed?
I don’t understand the “beef” between Abbot and the FDA?
In 3 months you could have “boiled” the whole plant and started over?
Something doesn’t smell right!
Either the fda or abbot are being ball busters. One or both aren’t working together
Someone needs to get that fixed, I know quite a few women who are really having a hard time finding the right formula for their babies.
My wife yells at me for not having the card because we are missing out on discounts. I think the one thing my wife loves more than anything else me included is the idea that she is saving money on something
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 247 English Subbed
WTF?????
You can delete that!!!!
In to Anime are you?
coolness
… …
btw
did we actually sign any of those we invited to rookie camp?
Ya
I think t was 14 the other day?
Tua, the first half of last year, had all of his highlight plays on quick hitting first read throws, so if the play was there he was pretty good at making the play as called. The problem was after the D adjusted and took away a lot of those easy plays he struggled with his progressions for various reasons.
Second half of the season he was much better going through the progressions, but still needs a lot of improvement/help. Part of the problem was the time to throw, then the separation of the receivers, so the Os struggles became his struggles.
His throws are so compact and accurate, that he’s really hard to stop on these bread and butter type of plays, but that can only take us so far.
With added time to throw and the Cheetah effect we’ll score more points, even if he stays the same, so this make or break year BS the media keeps putting out there is just that.
Getting to the playoffs wont change anything about him being our franchise QB, what will is how he plays in the post season.
To win in the playoffs in close games, Tua will need to be able to adlib in crunch time, he currently just runs in those situations, while Herbert and Burrow are looking to throw downfield
This is a really good analysis.
But how does it relate to 2022?
I still can’t figure out how to factor in the run game improvements.
Or even how much we’ll run it, and if it will be a significant proportion.
Last year we threw it almost 6 out of 10 plays,
seems like a lot, but that is just one throw more than half the time.
Are we going to run the ball 60/40 now?
(again, that is only one more run than half the time)
Will that help Tua?
With all that speed and talent in the WR room,
would it be stupid to not throw a higher percentage than run?
I just can’t figure out what we’ll do.
LOL Wyo – No idea how that happened. No need to delete it though, nothing inflammatory there. lol
Oh I know how it happened!
Just didn’t mean for it to happen!
I’ve still got a few years for AARP. And who knew Wyo was into manga? LOL
And I have no desire to be a member of AARP. I don’t need no stinkin’ discounts, and I ain’t old!
You can only be young once but you can be immature forever
LOL, words to live by
The pictures of pallets shown on Fox are obviously not baby formula.
The product clearly is labeled NIDO, which is a brand name of powdered milk
intended for toddlers through elementary school children, not babies.
It is made by a Swiss company, Nestle, that also makes chocolate products for kids.
There are no refrigerators in the desert at the border to keep milk cold, so they have powdered milk.
… …
I am still not in favor of a large welfare pipeline to illegal immigrants.
But the US has a long and admirable reputation all around the world
of not letting children starve in time of great need.
I think our decades of ignoring the systemic economic problems in Latin America is causing the dream of coming to America for millions and also opening the door to China to come in and look like a hero.
Fox tried to pull a fast one with those pics, but am also sure there are some supplies of formula given out to migrants. How could there not be?
Of course they need to keep the babies alive also, but that is not what is causing the shortage. Big Business monopoly in a hissy fit with Govt. bureaucracy is causing it.
… …
To me, this is why I don’t understand Fox. They could make a very nice editorial against monopolistic mega corporations, which Abbott certainly is, and how they can control a critical infrastructure piece or consumer needed product.
They could even throw in how the FDA is a bureaucratic morass at times that can’t hurry even when babies are at risk.
This is a valid issue that Fox could uncover and serve its audience of good American citizens.
Instead, Fox attempts to make baby formula something the Democrats should not have mismanaged, and then to make it worse, Fox pretends that the problem is illegal aliens, just so they can keep the hot flame of blame on the “Them” getting what should be reserved for “us.”
… …
I am still against giving free college to every child of illegal immigrants while regular tax paying American citizens must pay enormous amounts of money for college for their kids.
Fox should do a piece on that.
Or how illegals get free food and yet can afford to buy a really nice truck.
I’m even against Affirmative Action, but I’m also against the good ol’ boy network that prolongs racism.
How does the ‘Good ole Boy’ network promote racism? While many of these illegals are Latino, not all of them are but I don’t understand this supposed network in an America that is far more multi-cultural than any other nation on earth. About 20% of legal Americans are Latino and there are many millions of illegals that still abuse our system. Can you explain that network as Asians are the highest earning population in America?
The truth is that we should focus on Americans and protecting our borders…just like the other 179 nations do. What makes them different from us?
Seems like that’s the third scout we’ve lost this off season … maybe word is out about how well we are finding these gems in UDFA and late round draft picks.
Well yes we signed 14 UDFAs,
but there were far more guys than that at the rookie camp, and we only have 4 draftees.
The rest were invited to rookie camp or rookie tryouts or came in through local player initiatives.
i’m wondering if any of those got signed.
Historically almost none do
true … I wonder what the coaches tell them.
Probably “work hard, and we will remember you if we need somebody, or if another team calls, we’ll recommend you.”
It’s a great memory for these guys, just to be able to say, “I worked out in camp with the Dolphins.” A million guys would love to be able to have done that. Me included.
Tom Brady finally confirmed coming to Miami! 😉
Well played

THANK YOU, and EXACTLY, Pigster. This is but one reason why monopolies are no good.
*M13 nods with his Mandalorian helmet to Pigster*
I hear Treylon Burks couldn’t make it through his first practice as a Tennesee Titan. He’s WAY out of shape and went to the locker room after some drills. Not something one would expect out of a 1st round pick and replacement for AJ Brown. LOL
Also hearing that THAT is why Burks’ Combine numbers sucked… he was way out of shape.
A look at yesterday’s shooter’s alleged manifesto…
https://pjmedia.com/news-and-politics/matt-margolis/2022/05/15/heres-what-the-buffalo-shooters-alleged-manifesto-actually-says-n1597997
So if true the whachjob was a lefty, but yet the fake news will report the story from inception as a right wing racist.
Doesn’t matter though, if he was right or left, what matters is no one will do anything for the good about it or any other shooting, all they care about it is how to use it for political purposes
————-
Future Wildcat QB?
Sorry, I read that wrong! LOL @ myself.
He fits our system and Tua, he’s what Grier hoped Albert Wilson was
Perhaps Burks was dehydrated on day 1, because he looks good on day 2!
That guy may be the Titans Braided Coconut??????
No, he’s not. It’s already well documented that Burks didn’t make it through day 1. He didn’t walk off the field to the locker room once, but twice. I’ve seen the videos (plural) to make it concrete.
That’s why I’m saying that perhaps Burks was dehydrated on day 1.
Wyoming, there’s only ONE Omar Kelly! LOL
MF13 Your wrong about that!
This world seems to be full of Braided Coconuts!
I think I read somewhere that Burks has asthma and had an attack and couldn’t catch his breath. Asthma is sometimes triggered, so I hear, by stress, so first day of camp and him being a first rounder and all, could have contributed.
Also by allergies and it’s spring, and maybe they just mowed or some pine pollen got to him or something.
Plus it’s hot and humid at that locale, and the coaches would not want some kid falling out from heat exhaustion on Day 1 … really bad PR, not to mention ppl die from that shit,
so what’s one day of conditioning drills missed compared to that?
Most teams find they need to teach the young men how to take care of their body,
so they can compete at the next level.
Makes me wonder what some of these college trainers are doing or not doing.
I mean Arkansas is frikkin hot too, right?
But they say both Phillips and Holland look much more fit this year than last, sooo…
Too bad they never could teach Parker how to stretch those hammies.
Yes… Burks did reportedly take a hit from an inhaler.
No MF13
yes you misread that,
but you were influenced because Cedric IS a former HS QB,
and in the NFL, he is 5 for 5 for 111 and a TD.
Yessir! I knew Cedric IS a former QB!
Up here in PA, the pollen is off the charts this year. My windshield is covered in yellow pollen to the tune of I must use the wipers daily to get it off.
Like most of you other Northeasterners, it’s been raining here damn near daily. Then when the sun comes out, it’s more humid than Florida where I live. Mind you, I’m surrounded by thick vegetation and in a river valley that naturally traps humidity. Brutal summers in the 90s-100s, brutal winters in the 00s-10s.
Naples,
If you don’t mind me saying so, I find you to be MOST IMPRESSIVE, man! I mean that, truly!
Gotta do a few things before the day is over. BBL
Good signing
ALL IN!!! lol
Just saw the Ingram signing, wow!
There we go. More firepower on defense.
Nice! I’d love to change my vote to Minnesota game I think. I said Pittsburgh but didn’t realize it’s a sun pm game….
This is awesome.
There’s another on my list that they’ve checked off.
ILB check
deebo role check
LT CHECK
WR check check and DOUBLE CHECK
better backup QB check
LG check
new punter check
and now … backup for Ogbah check!!
… …
I know, we still need a backup Center or
somebody at Center (Tretter?) who can make Dieter the backup.
Or we move Williams to center and sit Dieter and put Jackson back at LG.
or something like that.
We had to cut the only center we had signed (Clary) for failing his physical.
Anybody hear how he did that?
What an idiot! or maybe he had a lingering injury they didn’t want to mess with.
Poor guy, wide open path to make the team, and he doesn’t even last one day.
Belicheat special, sign quality backup specialists on the cheap
Here’s hoping it works to build us a dynasty like his.
Thank you btw MF13.
It’s been highly educational for me to follow your expert commentary on the Dolphins players and other personnel all these years, ever since I joined you on the Sun Sentinel comments in 2008.
You always add insight to the development of our team.
STARTING CENTER IN ZONE SCHEME:
At 32 years old, Matt Paradis still flashes the ability to make difficult reach blocks and climb to the second level on zone runs. An offense that plays to that strength is where he’ll be at his best.
but he’d cost $8-9M !!! maybe????
How about Nick Martin?
He’d only cost about $2M.
I think Williams ends up at Center. I think Eich will start somewhere and they can see that already.
Williams, Eich and Hunt are all better players than Deiter imo.
Meant to say Jackson, Eich, Hunt
Interesting if you can tolerate his little rants.
Wow we signed Ingram. Let’s go!!!!
So there was another shooting in California at a church. 1 dead and 5 injured. WTF?!!!
They happen every week, if you look for them, but we only get selective ones
The one yesterday, that you were so quick to label a white supremist act seems it wasn’t, if you believe the manifest MF13 put out
Just leave them alone or go after the guy that was supposed to unite us, but really only seems to want division
Why is so important to you that shooter be found not to be white supremacist to you?
I didn’t say white supremacist, I said racist. He drives 2 hours from where he lives to a black community and shoots and kills black people. He seems like a very confused kid who is more into what he wants to be referred to as politically. Some of the stuff he said made no sense but he sure does hate a lot of different people.
I want absolutely zero part of this argument!
but out of the 13 victims 2 were Caucasian.
Not that it makes a rat’s ass!
If an idiot sprays bullets, there’s no telling who might get hit.
^
He wasn’t randomly spraying bullets. He was specifically targeting African Americans and he specifically targeted that store because it was in a predominantly African American community
Yes at first, he even skipped a white guy on the floor, but It seems after that security guard shot at him, he panicked in fear and then just sprayed some gunfire in his cowardice.
No but when you do that others can get caught in the spraying. This kid really didn’t care who got hit. He probably thought anyone who is mixing in with black people is a target too.
Darrell Bevell speaking of Tua:
“We’ll be able to do whatever we want to do,” Bevell said. “There’s not really any throw that he can’t make.”
Bevell knows a thing or two about the position. He’s worked with Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers, Matthew Stafford, Russell Wilson and Trevor Lawrence in his career.
When asked about the most important traits that a quarterback would need in this offense, he picked two that seem to fit Tagovailoa’s skill set, in his mind at least.
“I think really a sense of timing and accuracy would be the first two things that I would say,” Bevell said. “Tua’s got, really, a great feel for both of those. That’s where I would say it starts.”
Bevell also talked up Tagovailoa’s leadership.
“Each guy really has kind of a different set of leadership skills,” he said. “No one’s guy going to be the same, but Tua definitely has it. The No. 1 thing is when you go play well that helps you lead. He’s doing all those other things. He’s working on his game. He’s working on his team. He’s doing all those things to help him be a great leader.”
It’s clear that everyone in the organization is on the same page when it comes to supporting Tagvoailoa as the starter.

Nice!
White supremacists are generally WASPs – they don’t like foreigners, people of color, Jews or Catholics. You don’t have to be a white supremacist to not like black people. I’ve come across a few of them in my time and they don’t fit the WASP criteria. Some of them have been Catholics and Jews.
The murderer “told authorities he was targeting the Black community, according to an official familiar with the investigation.
he made disturbing statements describing his motive and state of mind that were clear and filled with hate toward the Black community. Investigators also uncovered other information from search warrants and other methods indicating the alleged shooter was “studying” previous hate attacks and shootings, the official said.
“The evidence that we have uncovered so far makes no mistake that this is an absolute racist hate crime. It will be prosecuted as a hate crime,” he said. “This is someone who has hatred for black people in their heart, soul and mind.”
The owner of a firearms shop in New York told The New York Times that the suspect recently bought a Bushmaster assault weapon. A background check on the suspect at the time showed nothing, Donald told the Times.
“I knew nothing about it until I got the call from them. I couldn’t believe it,” said Robert Donald, whose shop is in Endicott, about 200 miles from Buffalo.
“I just can’t believe it. I don’t understand why an 18-year-old would even do this,” he added. “I know I didn’t do anything wrong, but I feel terrible about it.”
The author of the manifesto, who claims to be Payton Gendron, confesses to the attack and describes himself as a fascist, a White supremacist and an anti-Semite.
The author writes about his perceptions of the dwindling size of the White population and claims White people are being replaced by non-Whites in a “White genocide.” This “replacement theory,” once a fringe idea, has recently become a talking point for Fox News’ host Tucker Carlson as well as other prominent conservatives.
The top part is quotes from the white Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia who said Sunday the attack was a racist hate crime and will be prosecuted as such.
Okay well that fits the white supremacy view on things. Very sad to see a young person so radicalized. The movie American History X did a good job exposing these groups all over the country. It does exist. But there are other racists against people of color as well. Some people have an issue with the color of skin. I don’t get it but it’s real.
Drew Brees was not rehired as a commentator.
I thought he was terrible, but it was his rookie year.
good try Drew
I’m strongly considering going up to Tampa to watch the first ever game for HC McDaniel.
With only 3 preseason games and a new offense, I think Tua will probably play 3 or 4 series.
Brady probably will only play one or maybe not at all, but I don’t really care about him.
I really don’t know what they will do, but I’d say it’s more about snaps for Tua not series in PS Game 1. If he gets 7-8 snaps on the first drive and it was good work, that could be it.
I agree, but would add he needs to have a few quality throws too
Well if it’s a 7-8 play drive, I’m sure there were some good throws in there. A lot of it is about executing the system and getting that going.

Former quarterback Drew Brees is out at NBC after a single season as a studio and game analyst at the network, the New York Post reported on Sunday.
The decision was apparently mutual as Brees preferred calling games over the “Football Night in America” studio show, and NBC soured on his potential as a top-level analyst.
The Post reported that Brees’ shaky first season as an analyst was highlighted by a poor performance in a playoff game, his most important broadcast this past season.
Although Brees, who retired from playing professional football in 2021, will not continue with NBC, he is considered a candidate for the No. 2 spot at Fox if, as expected, former player Greg Olsen is moved up in the broadcast booth to the top game analyst position.
Amazon is also considered a possible place of employment for Brees, who is high up on many of the all-time statistical categories for quarterbacks and is considered one of the greatest ever at his position.
I thought Brees did a good job, but doesn’t have the personality to do the job
I say good job, because the content of what he says is more important to me, than how he says it
Just because I can be a HUGE d!ckhead… I wonder if the church shooter was wearing camo.
WHO THE FUCK CARES!!!
A killer is a killer, and we don’t give a fuck what the killer was wearing. Is that clear?!! 😦
A killer is a killer, but motive is important to know too. You can’t try to correct the issue with no knowledge of why they did it. Many serial killers grew up in fucked up households or they just weren’t wired right. There is no perfect way to prevent this kind of stuff, but there are usually signs.
I don’t care for the instantaneous jumping to conclusions, ya know? Fact is, upward of 90% of shootings occur from the highly disturbed far left, and it’s never covered after the fact.
Yet, it’s ALWAYS blamed on responsible gun owners and the right, when they had NOTHING to do with it.
The media is trying to usurp the 2nd Amendment, clearly.
It’s not that cut and dried. But you lean right of center so your bias comes through. How do you know all these things if it’s not reported by anyone? You’re getting it from somewhere. Possibly a news source that fits your agenda?
I’m no fan of the far left agenda. But the far right has one too. That’s the problem. They both make people hate each other.
Mf3ss..you just can’t (don’t have it in you) stop taking a side and always blaming a side, the side you hate.
LMFAO…you are part of the problem..imo
I forgot how we handled the 3 PS game schedule last year but we have a new HC now so it could be different. It used to be that the starters would play the 1st half and at least the first series of the 2nd half in the 3rd PS game to go through the half time adjustments. That was the game where a more involved game plan would be implemented. So is the 2nd PS game that now?

Look, screw BOTH agendas. I’m guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment to be able to defend myself, my family, and my property from those who would intrude and/or do me or my family harm.
It’s THAT simple, my man. Try not to overthink it, because it’s THAT simple.
And we ALL realize that there is — IN FACT — an agenda to keep us citizens from being able to defend ourselves. We have the very RIGHT to defend ourselves… and especially from the government itself.
Welcome to the brand new world… or as many of us call it, the NWO.
To be historically accurate the 2nd amendment doesn’t discuss a right to defend oneself. The second amendment discusses the need to raise a militia. It contemplates civil defense not self defense
This is true.
In the big scheme of things you should be able to defend yourself though. The government and judicial system actually allows crime to exist. Criminals with a long history of crime are released from prison constantly because of good “prison” behavior, and once back in society they do it again. When you know the fucked up motive of some people, stop acting like they’ve been rehabilitated. Sociopaths are manipulative and as evil as they are, they’re intelligent. They’re the most dangerous among us.
You having told me of said ‘duopoly’ has NEVER been lost on me, Tim!
Talk to anyone who has lived under a strong political dictatorship left or right or whatever you want to call it, and they will tell you the first thing they do is divide the people; family and friends.

My Brother, I’m a lover of freedom… and I know you are too. I’m not a fan of a governmental takeover where WE THE PEOPLE will be made to do what the government says.
This is why we don’t like Putin, for example.
You put out divisive rhetoric all the time…
We all love our freedom, try loving one another…lol…let’s start there and I’m pretty sure it will all fall in place.
However, I’m not stupid enough to believe it will happen in my lifetime…lol.
One step at a time….start with self and not a side….

Well under the reasoning of the draft decision on Roe that would not necessarily be true. In the draft decision if a right is not explicitly stated in the Constitution then it is not a right. Such as the right to privacy is not articulated as a right in the Constitution and as that was the basis of the decision in Roe and the reason why the draft decision overturned Roe. So if the right to self defense is not articulated in the Constitution then by Stare Decisis it does not exist as a Constitutional right
Ken, I hear ya. But I said “In the big scheme of things you should be able to defend yourself though.”
Criminals should not have the advantage.
Word play….fascinating…lol
So who here has experienced a criminal? Pot smokers not included…..lmao.
For some of you it seems a daily reality….if so, that is sad
Violating the rights of others, I’ve been close enough to it.
In my line of work, I have come across 1 or 2 (pot smokers not included). lol
Lol….that’s business! I stand corrected on the sad part as it relates to your work. Lmao, sorry.
ARTEMI PANARIN SCORES THE WINNING GOAL IN SUDDEN DEATH OVERTIME AND THE RANGERS, down 3 games to 1 vs. the Penguins, complete their improbable comeback TO WIN THEIR BEST OF 7 SERIES VS. THE FAVORED PITTSBURGH TEAM IN FRONT OF A DELIRIOUS SELL-OUT IN MADISON SQUARE GARDEN!!

THIS was the best playoff game I’ve seen this season, bar none!! How anyone could watch a meaningless baseball game in May or a USFL football game over this is absolutely incredible playoff hockey game is beyond me!! It had EVERYTHING!!

I’M GOING OUTSIDE TO CHECK-OUT TONIGHT’s lunar eclipse and the predicted Red-Orange coloration of the moon. But I doubt this show will be as entertaining as the Rangers-Penguins game was!

GOOD NIGHT Y’all! Have a great Monday!
Hey Thanks OD , I had forgot about the eclipse .. went out side just in time to catch it…. Also saw a string of about 20-30 lites that I am not sure what they were. It looked like a banner behind a plane , but was lit up and moving quick … quite cool
Apparently Spacelinks satellites ..
The stupidest thing is in general we all want the same thing, yet the politicians divide us and in the end get us to pick a side, which keeps them in power and enriches them
That’s a bingo!
Something to think about, when Hunter’s laptop was found the MSM didn’t put anything out there, but when the Buffalo massacre happened, it was all over the place right away, in other words they love when shit like this happens
The question is are they doing anything to promote it?
Wouldn’t be far fetched to think they are
Because they care more about power and greed, than they do about us
Last time we played in San Diego I went to the game and Melvin Ingram destroyed our OL and Tannehill, sure it was several years ago, but…
Really good rotation move for a team that wants to start winning now. 😉
Looking at our defense, Ogbah, Phillips, Van Ginkel and now Ingram off the edge is a deep group. Our interior DL is very solid. Then you have LBs like Baker and now Tindall to add to the DB blitz scheme lead by Brandon Jones and Jevon Holland. Our defense is loaded with talent. Why can’t we just admit that and be cool with it? It’s okay to admit it. We have a lot of talent and continuity on defense even as we add more to it. The defense is our core until the offense matches it. If that happens we’re going to be really happy fans. 🙂
If you want to look at roster spots of our core defense in 2022 this is how I see it.
DL: Wilkins, Davis, Sieler, Butler, Jenkins. 5
Edge: Ogbah, Phillips, Van Ginkel, Ingram 4
LB: Baker, Tindall, Roberts 3
CB: Howard, By. Jones, Needham 3
S: Holland, Br. Jones, Rowe 3
That’s 18 out of 24 or 25 defense on the final 53?
Are you sure Wilkins will make it? Lol
Honestly I think k there’s a chance that Noah Iggy gets a chance to compete and play at cb. He wasn’t bad or anything when he played. He just didn’t play.
Last year he didn’t play much, his rookie year he did and got torched
Guess they (Boyer) didn’t have confidence in him
What’s changed?
Morning mob.
You may have already sorted out the “best Fest” options (and I’ve got a snowball’s chance in hell of making it this year so don’t have a dog in the fight) but may I make a suggestion on a poll which may be better than “first past the pole” posted?
Using the great Howie’s score prediction method, Mob members could vote as follows:
Mob Name: Vikes Y Stealers M Browns N.
Where Y = yes, M = maybe and N = No.
Each attendee adds their name to the list and you find out who can’t make whichever games and establish maximum inclusivity (which is more important than the popularity of an individual fixture?) and it has the added benefit of Stanger also having a check-list to work from when it comes to ordering tix.
In the result of a tie on inclusivity, a second poll on popularity would still work.
This post brought to you by British Diplomacy (which contrary to the appearance of Boris Johnson is not dead!)
not sure I’m smart enough to follow this, but
Go Dolphins!!!
Ingram was offered a $4.4 million deal from the Chiefs that he could sign at any time.
Seems that was his floor, which is higher, than people were speculating
What are we paying him?
Not disclosed yet, that’s why I mentioned his floor
I think Howard will be Ok
I do think he can still afford groceries! 😉
Didn’t know this existed
Ingram signing with the Dolphins, the Chiefs, having employed the rarely used UFA tender, will receive a compensatory draft choice for his departure despite the deadline for compensatory picks having passed.
Poison Pill Lite
Or an insurance policy.
We’d like to keep him at that salary, but if not we’ll take the comp pick
Ty Hill
@cheetah
we got that boy Mel yes sir !!!
One reason I like Hill so much is he has a clue, he’s in tune to what is going on, the same way he is on the field
On the field he understands situational football, off of it he understands the value signed players, like Ingram bring
Travis Kelce seems the same way on the field, as does Jarvis Landry, wish Gesicki was more like that, but he seems more interested in celebrating instead
High football IQ guys, can’t have enough of them
Has anyone heard its a make or break year for Tua
NO EXCUSES tua.
It’s all on you.
The whole season.
You got to carry this team on your back
and make the playoffs
AND win a damn PO game
or you are a BUST.
and none of that ninnie shit you’re always spewing on Twitter.
No one cares if you just turned 24 and had the worst OL in the league last year.
Just get a damn winning record why doncha.

Chiefs Defense in 2021
Rankings Pre/Post Melvin Ingram
Weeks 1-8 Weeks 9-18
PPG Allowed 25th 3rd
Takeaways t-19th 1st
TO differential t-31st 1st
He’s a disrupter
Not sure why the Chiefs didn’t want to pay him a little
The Ingram signing reminds me of Trace Armstrong, a situational passrusher brought in to wreak havoc
He’s not Von Miller, but for what we’re going to pay it’s a better bargain
I wasn’t sold on Miller last year, although he had 9.5 sacks
Ingram isn’t a huge sack guy, but he is a really good pressure guy, which may allow others to feast

LMAO @ Naples. Piggy posts his availability first, then Ken copy/pastes Piggy’s suggestion and adds his, etc etc.
Piggy: Vikes N Stealers M Browns N.
Ken: Vikes Y Stealers N Browns M
Stanger: Vikes Y Stealers Y Browns Y.
Naples: Vikes Y Stealers M Browns N..
Rock: Vikes Y Stealers Y Browns Y.
Toba: Vikes Y Stealers N Browns N.
Here, in this example, 1 doesn’t make the Vikes, 2 don’t make the Stealers and 3 don’t make the Browns, so the Vikes would get the nod with 5 attending. It also gives Stanger a list of attendees for each fixture. Seemed like a good idea, but NP if you think it sucks or have it already sussed 😉. Just seemed more logical than voting on the poll but what do I know?
Anyway, isn’t it time for your first cocktail Naples 😉😁
ohhh now I get it.
(heads for liquor cabinet, as it must be after 5 in UK)
I think it’s a great idea, but likely too late for this year
Think preference would be good too, so Y* could mean I’m available for Vikings and I prefer this game
Vikes Y* Stealers Y Browns Y, available for all 3, but prefer Vikings
Melvin Ingram and Sony Michel are former first round draft picks who have had certified, quantifiable success, by the numbers, in the NFL.
Cheap, aged talent, that’s how you fill out a roster, when you think it’s time to be a contender
With the cap going up next year, no reason not to do it
Ezekiel @phinsanity32
Imagine a coach saying “hey Melvin Ingram, go give Jaelan Phillips a rest for a few plays”👀
or hey Raheem (fastest RB in the league) take a breather … we got this guy ran for a thou twice with the patsies gonna give you a blow.
Chase!! yo!! … shift to the slot one count presnap, K?
@TheChiefsWire
Let’s take
An updated look at the #Chiefs’ projected draft picks for the 2023 NFL draft following Melvin Ingram’s departure.
tooooo late KC
“Taking all of the roster in, it’s pretty clear that outside of Frank Clark (Even though Clark has issues too) there isn’t really a ton to work with. That’s why the Chiefs should still be pursuing free agent defensive end Melvin Ingram. Sure, Ingram wouldn’t come here and be a three-down starter but he’s at least someone who is taken seriously by offenses and can come in on 3rd downs and be that fastball speed rusher you can throw at offenses. In fact, Ingram posted a 76.3 pass-rush grade in 2020 according to PFF which ranked better than any defensive end on the Chiefs roster last season. Ingram simply gives you something you don’t currently have in any of your other defensive ends.
In order for this signing to happen, though, Ingram would need to come down enough on his price. The most likely reason Ingram didn’t sign initially on his visit is because he didn’t like the offer from Kansas City and simply wanted to keep his options open. Matt Verderame of FanSided even went on to say that the visit between K.C. and Ingram “went well” which should make fans feel better that Ingram is still open to the Chiefs.”
Hard to believe a guy would rather go be a sub at Miami than stay with KC for same money.
Here is an excellent and optimistic, happy-to-have-him article about Melvin Ingram with clips and expert analysis of his RUN D. He is highly praised for setting the edge.
*** It’s by the Pittsburgh Steelers writer. ***
This article is about how good Ingram is as a RUN STOPPER.
He gets lots of TFLs.
“Ingram is an instinctual run defender as well, playing assignment-sound football and understands that he has to keep outside contain”
@PFF_Chiefs
Melvin Ingram has been a huge part of the Chiefs defensive improvement 🗣
Since debuting with the Chiefs in Week 9:
♦️ 79.7 PFF Grade (t-11th among Edges)
♦️ 86.4 Run Defense Grade (2nd)
The 3x Pro Bowler has 51 career sacks with 74 TFLs and 119 QB hits. Another good move for Chris Grier and the Phins.
Here’s hoping that he’s suspended for our game and not allowed to return during their bye week in prep for our game, but with my luck, that’s what’ll happen.
At least their bye is before we play them, if suspended for 9 games we won’t face him
I really like this coaching staff on paper, especially getting some former player favorites back in Welker, Madison, and Surtain. I still can’t believe we got Darrel Bevell as the QB coach. The roster has shaped up and now it’s time to put the talent and the coaching to test on the field. When people look at the schedule and see us, they need to be afraid.
Sb…that’s why it’s important to set the tone early, in the first game against Bills.
